The Greeter was prompt and courteous and waited with me until the service advisor was free. Excellent customer service! The service advisor Hannah was friendly and helpful and even suggested reusing a part that did not need replacing. I appreciated this suggestion. The job got done in 1 hour vs the 2 hrs quoted. Nice surprise! Very happy with the experience and the excellent customer service.

This was my first time buying a car and David was extremely helpful throughout the entire process! He helped get everything set up beforehand so when I arrived at the dealership it was all very seamless. He patiently walked me through all of the financing options and taught me how to use the new features in the car. I also later found out that it was his day off but that he came in anyway since we had been in contact since the beginning of this whole process and he wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. I’m so glad I was able to work with him for my first car buying experience!
