In the last 9 months, I have purchased THREE used cars from Beck Chevrolet! Although I have been a satisfied Chevy owner for many years, and knew that when the time came to get cars for my kids, I would buy them Chevy as well. I wasn't particularly happy with my past buying experiences. I actually dreaded it. So when looking this time, I went online and came across Beck Chevrolet by doing an internet search. And I am so glad I did. I was so happy to find that when I contacted Beck, that it was no nonsense from the beginning. I came to find, that the staff were "real" honest people trying to do the right thing. So far from the typical "used car salesmen" we've all heard about. They made the experience so easy and so pleasant I wound up coming back again and again! In all three instances, I got Certified, Pre-Owned vehicles, that were clean in and out with low miles and a low price. But best of all, the customer service was exceptional. I have mainly dealt with Martin Kenny, the manager of the CPO department, and he's awesome! I have also had the opportunity to deal with the service department and will now service all of my vehicles there. Again, honest, friendly and to the point - AND good prices! I'm not planning on buying again for a while, but when I do, it will surely be at Beck Chevrolet.

The only good thing about them is that you can get an appointment easily. I bought a platinum service plan when I had bought my vehicle last time after getting my car serviced I was ready to leave and some woman came and said you need to pay I told her I have a plan and without verifying she said your plan is canceled and then when I went inside to pay she said the who processed it had not entered the right code (lame excuse).

Stopped by searching for an Equinox, but was shown an older model 6 cylinder Toyota Highlander that smelled like fish instead. I explained I was not paying for the car and would get back to him. He called and left a voicemail after the weekend, stating he was disappointed that I did not call him Monday morning to let him know about the car, and that he was holding the car for me. He also indicated he had other interested buyers. I never left a deposit. I had a few family issues and forgot to call. I replied by email the following evening, but still continue to see Beck Auto number come up on my cell. This is creepy and borders harassment!

Purchased my 2006 from this dealership in January 2013. They wouldn't budge in the price because "this car was in mint condition". Claimed they serviced it and it would last me a long time. My salesperson told me any problems to bring the car back and they will take good care of me. Brought my car back two weeks later for problems. They have the nerve to tell me their warranty does not cover the problems and treated me like garbage on a side walk. I have not had this car for a year yet and I spent close to $3000.00 in repairs. I will never in my life recommend this used car place to anyone. All they care about is money in their pocket. They pushed this car on me cause of the immaculate condition and me being a single mother of two, I believed them cause I needed a car that would last, I believed them. PLEASE people do not go here. They only care when they are trying to sell the car. Once you pull away, you are history!

Long time GM owner. Recently transfered to the area and have taken my Chevy here for service several times with similar experience. They give you a "service appointment" but that doesn't really mean anything. They'll take your vehicle in and then just sit on it for a while (almost two days once) without calling you or, as you'll find out later, even touching it. Once they finally take your vehicle in, they're really bad about just keeping you informed and letting you know what progress they're making. Will they be done later today, tomorrow morning, the next day? "As soon as possible, we'll call you" Honestly and transparency and good communication can do wonders for customer service. Don't take my vehicle in and tell me you'll get "right on it" and then not even touch it for ages... and if unforeseen circumstances mean you couldn't work on my car for a few days don't make me chase after you only to find out that you've done nothing. Have been pleased with the quality the work done, no complaints there, but my poor customer service experiences here aren't exactly encouraging me to stay with GM for my next purchase.
