My Beck Chrysler Experience Starting with my initial phone call the Beck sales team was stellar. Jon, my salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and upbeat. Our discussions about my 2 trades and Jon's endless patience with all my questions quickly inspired us to head over and see what could be done. After our 45 minute drive over he had both trucks prepared and ready for test drives. He answered all my annoying questions and ultimately was a fun guy to deal with. Jon's knowledge and positive personality made me feel at ease, which at a car dealership is sometimes hard to do. Our trade offers came back a bit low, but overall the market is what it is, and profit is understandable. Simply put, Jon is an asset to their organization. He instilled trust in me in Beck as a dealership and in him personally. I'd like to thank Jon and Beck for a positive auto sales experience. Beck Chrysler Dodge Jeep is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a new or used car. Their prices are unbeatable so there is not much used to try to negotiate and there's nobody in Jacksonville can even come close to their prices they have an excellent inventory all of the sales people are great. You can look at other places but I guarantee you will wind up back at Beck. I have bought two Jeeps from them and nobody can match their price. Every other Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Jacksonville hates them because they know they cannot beat their price.

I called the dealer regarding a Tahoe that I had identified at around 9:30 a.m. I was given the information I needed, drove to the dealership that afternoon. About two hours later I was driving off in the Tahoe I had chosen after trading my vehicle for the amount I had thought was fair. Everything about the process was top notch. Would definitely recommend.

i did not think to check what i had told the person who checks in the vehicle . inadvertently he abbreviated and i had the repair done twice there. i explained after the first repair the problem again and for some reason they repaired something else on the truck and again it came back not repaired properly after complaining to the head quarters of Chrysler to no relieve i mention to them that it seem that they were using some sort of flow chart to repair my vehicle in which i was instantly told doesn't everyone,instead of repairing the problem and a promises of the repair actually getting done correctly on a third try if i took it back i had to take it somewhere else to get it repaired. there was still a lot of flow chart left for unnecessary repairs .Had i reread what that careless person had written it is quite possible my repair would have been done correctly .maybe i was to careless but i did enplane quite clearly what needed to be done and it was not done I have used dealerships but not this one not again this is a small town you know Im used to larger cities with out that good old boy influence

I am a 100% disabled vet and was going to need beck to do a written estimate so that i could get Army Emergency relief pay for the repairs to a 2013 Dodge Journey, which they will not do without a written estimate for repairs so i asked if the fee could be thrown into the estimate so that i could take the car drive up to Naval Air Station Jacksonville so that they would cut a check for the cost of repairs plus the Diagnostic Fee. The department Assistant manager basically told me in no certain terms that this was impossible and will not be changed. Therefor from this date we will be purchasing no future vehicles from any Beck dealership and any and all future repairs will done elsewhere and the text of this message will be posted in various social media locations.

I had a very specific car in mind. 2 other dealers gave up finding the car early. This dealership asked if i would consider the 300S, not my original choice but only a few bucks more. The dealer went miles out of the way to find the EXACT car i wanted. It has turned out to be even better than i imagined. The move to the 300S was a great idea. Truly a pleasant experience. Only negative is the unexpected pushiness in the financing office. Salesman was Phillip and he was EXCELLENT and continues to assist.

It was highly worth the drive out to Palatka to buy our new Dodge Dakota Citadel. From the first phone call to our sales associate Nina to the final dealings they went out of their way to make sure we got a great deal and were happy. I have never been to a dealership like this one we walked away completely happy and with everything done for us. They even transferred our tag over so we didn't have to get a new license plate.(other dealerships in the past have ALWAYS made us get a new one)
