I recently purchased a new Ford F-150 and could not be happier with the experience. All the employees I interacted with were very friendly, easy to talk to and contributed to the overall positive buying experience. I was also very impressed with my sales associate, Stephen Delic. Stephen is very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable about the Ford product. Stephen has also been extremely helpful after the purchase and I have had several interactions after my initial purchase. Overall, I have had an exemplary buying experience from start to finish.

Initial recall review of vehicle was pleasant and efficient. Repair of recall was good, courtesy van to me to work and picked me up. All those I dealt with were very nice and pleasant. One note, the gentlemen that took me to work, were taken off the vehicle they were working on to drive me, which I thought was not right on their behalf. For starters they had to try to remember where they were and it was holding up another customer. It might be go to obtain maybe a retired person looking for volunteer work to be the runner

I had a problem with my heated seat. It was intermittent. It worked sometimes and sometimes it did not. Wayne McClain and his staff stayed with it until they finally found the problem. While they were working on it they gave be a new loaner car to use for free. They fixed it and it has been working ever since.Good group to work with.Don McAuliff

I had my 2002 F-150 serviced here, and the truck broke down again for the same reason. This dealership not only made the repair good, but gave me a rental and paid for all the additional expenses that I ran into. The most important thing that I look for in any service department is that they guarantee their work. I have had bad experiences with other service departments, but this one is by far the best!

My experience at Beck Ford was outstanding. Hal was my sales person and went out of his way to meet my tailored needs for a F-250 4X4 King Ranch. At the Maintenance Department Jeremy and the guys do a great job without being pushy and trying to up sale. I would recommend Beck Ford to anyone especially anyone that has had bad experiences at other Ford Dealerships which I have.

I recently needed to bring my 2013 Explorer to Beck Ford Lincoln for a maintenance issue. I interacted with Chris, Jeff, and Mark during my service. Mark took me home and picked me up when the work was complete. Chris and Jeff kept me posted on the progress on my issue. They were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I always get that comfort feeling when dealing with the service team. Thank you!

Immediate response by Wayne and Mark to my phone call from home. Wayne drove me to my appointment while Mark drove my MKX to the dealership to correct the problem. My car ready for me when promised with a wash job. I am now waiting for Rick to deliver the 2017 MKX to me. I have it all picked out. Thank you Beck Lincoln.Danny

My husband and I purchased a used Lincoln MKX from Beck Ford a few weeks ago and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were very undecided about what we wanted and Donna was so patient with the process. She brought cars from sister dealerships that we might be interested in and let us test drive as many times as we wanted, never once acting as if she were too busy for us. Wayne McLain, Donna Duty, and Kathy Watson were top notch in pleasing and keeping us as a customer. They all worked tirelessly to surprise me on my birthday by having that beautiful car sitting in my driveway when I arrived home that afternoon. There was even a huge red bow on top! Thank you all so much for working as a professional team with a personal touch. We WILL be back.

It's always a pleasure to bring our Escape for service at Beck Auto. They are always polite and helpful. I think they remember my husband has Alzheimer's because they go out of their way to explain things to me as they know I Have to be responsible for everything. We were greeted with "may I help you from employees" when we entered the building. Clearly, the dealership was well managed from the cleanliness to the knowledge of the sales and other personnel. We dealt with Curtis Gore, who never pushed us but answered all of our questions. He was very patient and kind. Thanks for the opportunity to praise him and this dealership!

I've been going to Quick Lane for a number of years, even before it was purchased by Beck. Jeremy Ricks is a caring and dedicated employee who looks out for the customer and makes sure your vehicle is safe without gouging you with repairs. He lets me know what needs to be repaired now and what can wait. He wants to make sure I'm driving a safe vehicle. The big boss came through one day while I was there waiting on my car and I couldn't say enough nice things about Jeremy. He always tries to fit me in as I live in Hawthorne. They stand behind their work and if you ever have a problem with a repair (which I haven't) just let Jeremy know. I highly recommend Quick Lane to all my friends and tell them to ask for Jeremy!

I'd like to compliment a couple of of the Ford Beck employees, Jeremy Ricks and Donna Duty for the excellent service they recently provided. Not only have I purchased a MKS at Beck Ford Lincoln Mercury they have provided all my maintenance services. Strictly because of the honesty, hardworking, professional knowledgeable and very customer oriented manner Jeremy Ricks has always conducted himself as well as the General Manager, Wayne McClain. I am highly pleased with the expert manner in which your technicians executed my service. Spending money on a vehicle is always a bit dim however because of the trustworthy character I feel Jeremy Ricks actually cares for his clients. I may seem naive however the great thing about a small town is word does get around. I am highly please and grateful they are a part of our community.

I was recently fortunate enough to find the truck I had been looking for at Beck Ford Lincoln in Palatka, Fl. and even more fortunate to have Donna Duty recommended as my sales person. Not only was she very knowledgeable, but had a bright smile and awesome personality. She introduced me not only to other co-workers in the sales department but in service. I found all of them just as personable as Donna. Although my truck is a used Chevrolet, it was the truck I had been striving to find since mine was totaled by a deer. My late husband had bought that truck for me and I treasured it. Now, I have my truck back but interior is almost identical to my husband's truck, so now I feel as though he's still riding with me. I am not one to write reviews of purchases I make but I had to for Beck Ford Lincoln. We purchased a Lincoln MKX from Beck and we could not be happier. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I called Donna Duty, one of the sales associates, and told her what I had in mind. She found me several cars to look at but I have to admit I was sold with the first car. Donna and the sales manager worked with us on a price we could afford. The team is professional and hard working. They are friendly and respectful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. If you are in the market for a new vehicle you must see them first! I will never go anywhere else!

This was the second car I have purchased from this dealer. I have all my service done there. It's just a great bunch of people from the top down. My salesman Curtis was diligent in finding the exact car I wanted. The paperwork was over quickly and painlessly. The guys in the service area are very helpful. And there are free doughnuts!

I needed a work truck and decided on a used truck they had there.It was a pleasant buying experience.My salesman was Rick,who is also the sales mgr. and he did great.I've bought 3 trucks from Rick in 20 years.The financing was pleasant also.The best part of this dealership though is there service dept.They have been maintaining my trucks for the last 20 years.There is a very low turnover at this dealership so I can count on seeing the same faces all the time.The whole service crew is great,Jeremy,Jeff and Mark are all very knowledgable and always help me,even if I'm calling for advice on another vehicle.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership that had been purchased from this dealership as a new vehicle. The maintenance records were complete and the vehicle was emaculate. Since my purchase all the maintenance with the exception of 2 oil changes have been done at this dealership including my 100,000 mile service components. The staff, management, sales personnel, service writers, mechanics and the vehicle prep people / driver have all been courteous, friendly and efficient. This dealership goes above and beyond in scheduling service appointments, transportation arrangements when needed and fast and reliable repairs. This is a dealership that stands behinds its brand, its dealership name and its reputation. I can honestly say that any vehicle purchase I make in the future will be here at Beck Ford and Lincoln. And ,no, I do not work for them, LOL

Came in for service, the service writer that we dealt with Jeff, has always been very good - the kind of person that makes you feel comfortable - you want to trust him. While we were waiting, we met Marty, a sales associate, and just walked around kicking tires, killing time. We saw a car that caught our eye, one thing led to another, and we made a very good deal that we have had no regrets with. We have purchased many vehicles in the past 40 years, and this was the most pleasant experience that we remember having at a dealership. We will remain with Beck from now on.
