He made the process simple, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend working with him!! I highly recommend Bedard Brothers! The staff is very professional and polite, all a pleasure to do business with! No pressure on any end! They are truly there to help and get what you want! The process of buying a new car couldn’t have been any easier, from my initial phone call to picking up my new car the very next day! We will definitely only do business with them in the future!! A+ experience at Bedard Brothers from start to finish. Zach Bertolozzi went above and beyond to get me into the exact car I wanted. This wasn’t an easy process due to issues on my end with transferring my out-of-state license after recently moving back to the Berkshires. Not to mention the car shortage that the entire country is facing right now. Zach was understanding, patient, helpful, resourceful, and accommodating. His communication throughout the process was amazing. He was able to answer any and all questions I had, and gave me prompt updates to get me into my new car as soon and smoothly as possible. Michael and Tanner were helpful, informative, positive guys that helped make this a pleasant experience for me as well. I will reiterate, Zach and the team at Bedard Brothers went above and beyond to give me the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Thank you guys!

It's very easy to book an appointment. When you arrive at the service center, the person waits on you promptly. However, I've noticed that I don't receive the type of friendly service as in the years past. Then again, with all the craziness that's happening around us, I shouldn't be surprised. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with the service provided.

My appointment was at 12:30. I was told to simply park my car inside the garage at the Honda site. We checked in and waited in the waiting room. The person that checked us in was thorough and quick. He told us it would n't be too long. That was okay because we brought some paperwork to deal with well we waited. It seems like we barely got the paperwork open and he came in and said all of your first service is done. The best part, it was free! Five star experience.
