Our experience at Bedard Brosthers Chevrolet was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and we never felt pressured at all. Our sales representative, Johanna Bradley was exceptional. We asked to be contacted by e-mail, not by phone and she did so. The price she quoted for a 2013 Sonic was so good, we didn't feel the need to counter offer. We traded our 2006 Toyota Tacoma and received a very good price, which she told us would be the case. The overall experience with her and everybody at the delearship was extremely enjoyable. I would and in fact have recommended Johanna and Bedard Brothers to several people in our area. After working eight years at a car delearship in Vermont, I know how important word of mouth recommendations are.

Purchased a vehicle in August 2013. 300C hemi AWD. Had some issues with it just after purchase. tires/alignment. Kept telling me alignment was good yet tire pressures were not regulated prior to alignment. Problem persisted. Took THREE times to finally get it adjusted properly. They are 1 hour from me. So, six hours travel to get the car to stop pulling. Also had issue with tire pressures holding. First time was told "everything" was checked, nothing wrong, but tires were still losing pressure, rims had corrosion when purchased. Interior display indicated pressure instability and was confirmed with digital gauge prior to refill adjustments. Had my mechanic check the pressures and also confirmed pressure loss with one tire losing more than the others, and was still under 3,000 mile warranty. Brought the vehicle in second time. First time was told "EVERYTHING" was checked. Obviously "everything" is catagorical. Then how come I still have the same issue. Sean is very respectful. Said they would clean the corrosion on the rims and see if that corrected the issues. Shouldn't that have been done at the first everything time? Was told rims were very dirty. So, not sure what the inital "Everything" check was.Got in the car. The tire pressures were set at 39 psi for a 30 psi requirement. Was told they should be 5 psi above for winter but were set with 39 psi. Had someone reduce them to 36/37 psi just prior to leaving. the tire pressures did not increase at all on the ride home, but decreased. When I arrived home they were 32/33's. Overnight they decreased again and the left rear was 27. I used my other car until I could schedule the THIRD service drive for the same intial issue. By Friday after Thanksgiving left rear was 21, right rear 30, 31, 31. confirmed manually headed for the gas station to refill all to acceptable winter psi's before attending a party. Was not sure how much pressure I would lose on the 45 minute drive so they were filled to 39 all. They warmed slightly during the trip 41/42. Spent 7 hours at residence. Got in vehicle for drive home pressures were 34/35/32/33. Have pics of all the pressures on my iPhone.Called service explained to Chris. If "EVERYTHING" was checked the first and second time, why am I still having the same problem. He thought I just did not have any idea what I was talking about and was the cause. If they weren't able to find the problem or correct the problem, why did I want to bring it in to them AGAIN #3. He just kept repeating over me Ma'am you'll have to schedule another appointment. So, I did reluctantly.I specifically tell Chris that I have asthma and they cannot spray or get any odors from the garage inside the vehicle, don't open the windows, they need to cover the seats and steering wheel and not get anymore grease on the inside as it triggers my asthma and is difficult for me to get out. The other two service experiences left grease on my door, visor, oil change sticker, shifter and steering wheel, and three paint chips on the trunk. He assured me that he understood and they would make sure to comply with my medical requirements. Post service, he tries to tell me that the problem was me manually testing the tire pressures just prior to having to refill the already low tires and confirming pressures post fill was causing the issues even though the panel was correct. Absurd! and that they only had to fix one tire in an hour and 15 minutes. Funny though, now I am NOT having the problem anymore in any of the tires since #3 everything check. As I approach the vehicle, I smell a strong fragranced soap. The car nor the tires were washed. I get in the vehicle, leave the parking lot, my throat starts swelling and start having an full blown asthma attack, do not have meds with me, and the entire inside of my vehicle REEKS of some chemical soap.I call CHRIS back and ask him why the entire inside of my car reeks of chemicals when I specifically instructed him that I have a medical condition and they cannot get any smells in my car and he blankly responds that they "require that the windows be left open in case someone locks the keys in a car, completely disregarding my OWNER medical requirements. So, now I realize I am not going to make it home. Chris is still flip with me, could care less, disregarded my medical instructions and I am driving with all the windows open and heading for the doctors office. I left a message for Ray to call me back. The car interior still smells and had to put an ozonator in it. And, someone removed the new digital pressure guage from the vehicle which I brought with me in case the situation remained unresolved and I had to fill the tires up AGAIN on the way home. So, please mail this back to me, CHRIS.Miraculously, I have NOT had to fill any of the tires up again AND FINALLY SOMEONE SKILLED in the shop COMPLETED THE "EVERYTHING" check and FINALLY CORRECTED the FACTUAL ISSUE with all the tires/rims after six hours of travel, one major asthma attack narrowly addressed, a doctor bill, major customer inconvenience, a missing brand new pressure guage and a partridge in a pear tree. Two issues days after purchase took a total of SIX visits to correct and post pre-owned checkup prior to purchase.NOT APPRECIATED.
