The sales staff was wonder and answered all of the questions that we had. We searched online and found 2 Rams that we wanted to look at and ask questions about. After looking at each of them and driving one, we settled on the 2014 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. The paper work went smoothly and never experienced any problems. After the sale, they explained and showed us all of the features on the truck, and after wards answered any questions we called them about.

I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. I had found it online using a car search engine. Upon calling in for inquiry about said vehicle, my questions were addressed promptly. The sales representative quickly got the paperwork together and sent it too me to review. Throughout the whole process I never had trouble getting in contact with them, and they were able to work with me in a way to fit my schedule and time frame. When I finally went to see the car in person it was exactly as advertised. They had it cleaned up very nicely, and filled the gas tank before sending me on my way. The buying process was very smooth, no unnecessary waiting, just moved efficiently through all the steps. In the end they were able to give me a very good deal, and I could not be happier with the car. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive; not pushy or aggressive at all. Based on my experience, if you are considering shopping at this dealership, you will not be dissatisfied.

I bought a new ram from the dealership they are very professional and very patient I had some problems with my loan office getting the paper work but they helped me get the ball rolling with them thank you all very much keep up the good work

My husband and I were looking to purchase a gently used Jeep. We recently stopped at Bedford Chrysler to look at the Jeeps available on the lot and ended by making a purchase the same day. The salesman and business manager were professional and customer oriented. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond our expectations to meet our needs. During the test drive the salesman, Dave, worked with us to make sure that the car was running correctly and he took time to explain all of the controls including their function and purpose. We were impressed by the amount of time and effort he spent to make sure that we were comfortable with the vehicle. We did not feel any pressure to make a purchase and instead received only helpful information from the staff. Overall it was a very good experience and we appreciated the opportunity to work with such an outstanding group of individuals at Bedford Chrysler.

Went to the dealership looking for a used Jeep that I seen on their website. The salesman came and asked if we had any questions and we had few. He answered all our questions. I looked the Jeep over thoroughly and I never felt rushed by the salesman. I asked to take it for a test drive and he said sure. After the test drive I was ready to make an offer. The salesman was ready to help us in getting a good deal. Our offer was excepted and we put money down to hold it. We came back the next week with the check and the Jeep was detailed and ready to go. While we signed papers Steve our salesman took the Jeep to fill the tank up. Very professional people that work there and it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle.

This was the first time I ever visited this dealer, but it won't be the last! I purchased a new 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 and everything about the experience was excellent! The pricing was the lowest in the area and made the decision to purchase my Ram here easier than any other vehicle I've ever purchased. I truly doubt you will get a better deal on a Dodge Ram in this area period! The salesman Steve Kachman was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly and made my buying experience fun! The rest of the staff, from financing to the service department were responsive and professional as well. If I ever deal for another Ram in the future, it will be with Bedford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

My salesman, Dave, made the selection and purchase of my new Ram 1500 as simple as you could ever imagine! It was a very straight forward (and fun) experience that left me feeling very satisfied. Since I am a woman, I did not feel respected at other dealerships where I shopped. I was not that way at Bedford Chrysler! I was dealt with very respectfully! I am so loving my new truck!!!!! Dave took the time to show me the features of the truck. He even synced my phone for me!

Excellent experience buying my first new vehicle, salesman Dave Sellfox was very knowledgeable, reviewed all the options and how to use them and was very thorough. Finance department was did a great job of finding low interest rates to get payments where I wanted them.

I dealt with sales manager Erik Shaffer. A more knowledgeable, fair and honest person you will not find. He was very up front with pricing, very honest with what he could and could not do, and worked very dilligently to insure that the buying process went smoothly. The dealership had a wide variety of Ram trucks to choose from, and I am absolutely in love with my new Ram. the majority of the transaction took place over th ephone, and when I went to the dealership for delivery, they had my new truck detailed, full of gas and sitting in the middle of the showroom floor. all the documents were ready upon my arrival and I was on my way in 25 minutes. Erik even arranged for a uhaul dolly so I could tow my car home! Great service, great dealer, i'd pay more for a car just to get this level of service. I truly felt like a family member! If y ou dont live close to bedford, make the drive! you will not be sorry!

Traded in my 2005 dodge ram 1500 for a 2013. I called the dealership up and told them what I wanted exactly. Figured if I was spending the money I was going to get what I wanted. The sales man mr Stellfox, advised me on some packages that ram trucks have with a few more options that actually saved me some money. The dealership kept me up to date on the progress of my truck during building I deliver to some after market stuff the dealership offered( spray in bed liner, rust proofing undercarriage, and seat protection package). When I showed up to pick up my new truck the salesman was right there waiting for me (even though I was 3 hrs late), Mr. stellfox took me thru a walk around of it and then for a test drive. While i was going over all the features to my new truck the dealership figured out an estimate for me. lets just say they gave me top dollar for my trade in, i was not expecting that much at all. Mrs. Dibert and Mr. Be miller in the finance an title section had all the paperwork ready and it was an awesome experience. Now that I have gotten used to my new truck, I will say RAM finally came they with an amazing truck! Still has all the sturdiness and dependability of a ram with HEMI engine, but the 2013 ram rides and just plain feels like a luxury car. The electronics in the new truck is amazing! Completely redid the radio system from the 2012. Just all around a great experience. Not that I like spending money all that much, but can't wait till I have to trade in my wives Mercedes or a vehicle from this dealership!

I called about a truck I saw on line. I spoke to a sales person and told them that I would be up to look at the truck that evening. After an hour and half drive I arrived at the dealership and was told it was already sold. The sales manager said that he spoke to the sales person I spoke to and he said he did not know I was coming up. The manager then stated that the sales person did not know I was serious. I showed up with my checkbook along with two young kids. I am not sure how much more I could have done. Needless to say I was not very happy. Finally after a week I received a phone call from the dealership. The call wasn't to appologize, they called to inform that they had another truck for me to look at. I did not call them back.
