Overall great experience! Jeff was incredibly helpful, easy to work with and very responsive with calls and text messages. Jeff was able to find me exactly what I was looking for and was able to stay within my budget. I love my new Jeep Cherokee, I highly recommend!!

Note my experience with the office team was fine, they were responsive and timely. However I believe repairs were completed that were not necessary. I strongly feel the dealer took advantage and I was charged for parts and labor not needed. My car was in and out of the shop 3x over 2 weeks. It is very clear to me that the repairs performed during the second visit were not warranted as the same exact issue happened the first time I went to drive the car after picking it up. Their own mechanic came to get my car started and stated the issue was something not being tighten properly during my first visit. I raised concern that I paid $1000+ for something not needed and they responded that the repair they completed was also an issue. I very much disagree. Also on the second visit was told my key was to old and needed to be upgraded, however at time of pickup was given the new key I had to purchase and my old key that suddenly started working. I should have never been required to purchase a new key fob! I have no problem paying for necessary repairs but feel very strongly I was taken advantage of.

My experience at Bedford Jeep was nothing short of amazing from the time I pulled into the parking lot until I left. I met Alden outside and he was genuinely happy to help right away. I told him 3 vehicles I was interested in, one being my dream truck. Within seconds, I was test driving my dream Wrangler and shortly after I was signing the paperwork to make it mine. The whole vibe of the dealership was fantastic and everyone seemed to be happy (employees and customers). I’m very thankful I went to this dealership and I’m so happy to have worked with Alden. I am sending all my friends his way.
