I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 335i from Beemer Haus and couldnt be happier with the car or the service I received. The car was reasonably priced and they appear to have a little less inventory which probably means they're a little pickier about he cars they choose to buy/sell. Overall I'm very satisfied with the process and the car and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy a BMW.

Well, I didn't really need a new car, but the quality of inventory and no pressure sales process made getting one just a little too easy. The sales staff was very accommodating and relatively hands off. I was able to test drive my now purchased 2011 335i within minutes of stepping on the lot. From there is was a pretty straightforward buying process. We agreed on a monthly payment and began the arduous process of document prep and signing. The only hiccup came when there were some document errors that forced my wife and I into some re-signing. That is really par for the course, but after sitting at the dealership well past feeding time we were ready to be done. All in all this was one of the easiest car buying trips I have encountered. If you are looking for well kept, well priced BMW's, this is a great place to start.

This was my first time buying a BMW and Nick, salesman, was awesome on being informative about the vehicles that I was looking at in their lot. When I arrived I was greeted by Nick. He showed me the cars that that fir what I was looking for and answered all my questions. The next day I went back to test drive the BMW I was interest in and Charbel took me out on a test drive answering even more of my questions. I was waiting on an insurance settlement from my previous BMW being totaled out and they were very understanding and helpful. The following day I called Nick and told him I had the final settlement on my car and I was going to be in to purchase the car I was interested in. By the time I arrived Nick had the car washed and waiting. All the paperwork took a total of about a half hour. Jessie was great in following up with me, answering questions I had and arranging to have little things address and taken care. I got an awesome price for a car that would have cost me thousands more on a new BMW dealer lot. Beemer Haus is a top notch dealer with service, friendliness and price that are first class and way above their new car dealer competition!!! I will definitely be back for my next BMW!!!

Nick was a pleasure to work with. The overall experience was wonderful and there was very low sales pressure. He even told me I didn't have to buy a car today! We just purchased a 2011 Coupe fully loaded with M Sports Package, Premium Package, Harmon Karden Sound upgrade and Navagation at a great price and haggle free (33k miles). The car was as advertised. The owners were able to find a lower rate than we were able to find and had pretty much everything ready for us when we showed up for delivery (We live in NM). In and out in about an hour. They keep a low inventory and likely have low overhead and so are able to beat prices of all competition in the area. Great Experience!!!

I recently was in the market to purchase my first car and found myself looking at both new and used options. After doing some research and some test driving I had made the decision to purchase a pre-owned BMW from Beemer Haus in Tempe. The car was in great shape and the price was unbeatable. I looked at other used BMWs of the same model year, options and miles which were significantly more expensive than the prices at Beemer Haus. The car I purchased was still under warranty and had no previous issues listed on the CarFax report, which was provided by the dealership. When finalizing my purchase the dealership agreed to replace the front tires because they were worn and needed replacing in the near future. This was a nice surprise as I would assume that when purchasing a used car it would come as is. There were some issues when trying to get the front issues on which ended up damaging the two new tires that the dealership provided. The damaging of the tires was not done by Beemer Haus but a 3rd party shop the car was taken to. After working with the sales person and even the owner of the dealership they worked with me to ensure I got the new tires mounted. I was very happy with the quality of service provided by Beemer Haus. They provided me with a great deal and experience for my first car purchase on my own! They even provide repair services for BMWs at reasonable rates since servicing a BMW can be somewhat pricey. I also had them tint my windows and powder coat the rims, which they provided at a reasonable price. All in all, it was a great experience for my first time purchasing a car. I would, and have, recommended Beemer Haus to anyone who is in the market for a quality used BMW. I plan to go back to Beemer Haus when it comes time to purchase a second car in the future!

I purchased my BMW 528i from Beemer Hays, and my salesperson Nick is a laid back salesman. I didn't feel pressured nor rushed into making a purchasing decision. I spoke with Nick several times prior to driving from Tucson to Tempe to purchase. He answered all of my questions over the phone and the additional ones I had upon arrival. This was by far the best purchasing process for a car that I've had ever! Sarah was very professional during the signing process, and it was very quick. I purchased my car from Beemer Haus in 2009. During that time I was considering a BMW but was uncertain about affordability and what my options are. During my first visit at Beemer Haus I spoke directly with the owner and I felt no pressure to purchase the car. it was a great experience to have a normal discussion without any pressure. He helped me understand all my options and based on the figures I gave him that I can afford monthly, he provided recommendations of the type of car to consider. I ended up going back and purchasing a car from this owner because of the service I received during my initial visit. Unlike any other dealership, I felt like the staff really cared about me and my needs in a luxury car. I am writing this review now because I recently had troubles with my car and decided to give them a call for suggestions of where to go for maintenance. The owner of the dealership Charbel, took the time to ask me what was going on with the car and provided options for me to come in for additional assistance. I just got my car back and I can't be happier with this experience even years later. I know that when I am ready for an upgrade, I will not waste my time going anywhere else! I must say, shopping for an automoblie can be a very frustrating. Dealers can be very evasive and non committal particularly over the phone. I experienced this with the Larry Miller dealership, Desert Toyota and a small locally owned dealership here in Tucson. I needed some questions answered before I took a two hour drive outside of Tucson. Neither of these dealerships had the confidence or credibility to give me specific answers. I had resolved to purchase a Toyota or Honda knowing their history of reliability. But after my experiences with the above mentioned I decided to do some research on the BMW. I had heard of its' reliabilty and value, not to mention BMW's high end reputation. After all my research I discovered that there is a shining star in the auto industry, The Beemer Haus in Tempe, Arizona. When I called them I really wasn't looking to purchase a BMW. I was really just wanting to verify what I had read and heard. However, after speaking with Nick, the sales rep, over the phone and having him answer every question I had, I knew I needed to make the two hour trip to his dealership. The experience that I had at The Beemer Haus was exactly what a car buyer like myself expects. They were genuinely friendly with no pressure. Sarah, who worked in the finance area was very professional as she outlined for me the payments and options that I had. The ownership of this Dealership was also very friendly with an open door policy and indicated their appreciation for my business. I met Jesse one of the owners. She also was professional and friendly. Shortly thereafter I drove away in my 2009 BMW 328i a very happy and confident customer. I am so glad i visited Beemer Haus. I almost bought a vehicle from another dealer, however when i came to beemer haus, They taught me a lot about the car, showed me how to use most of the options, and the best of all, they compared their vehicle to the one from another dealer and showed me why theirs was better. It turned out the other dealer was showing me a car with a clean carfax but did not tell me it has unibody damage. Charbel from Beemer Haus was able to show me both the carfax and the autocheck and saved me from buying a damaged vehicle. All the staff was great, very friendly. I bought my BMW from this dealer almost 3 years ago and I still have to say that this is by far one of the best dealers I've worked with. I also went to Chapman and they just gave me the traditional run-around. To this date, I still also go to Beemer Haus because they give me individualized attention and no run-around. I even tried to take my car to Chapman with the warning lights barely turning on, no air conditioning (god forbid to not have that in Arizona) and Chapman quoted me a price of $400 for a new battery. I immediately called Beemer Haus and when I got there, the staff was nice and within 30 minutes my battery was changed for only $170. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone that wants to have a real dealer to work with and no of hassles.

I just bought a BMW 328i from Beemer Haus in Tempe, AZ. The experience was PHENOMENAL. I live in El Paso, TX and for the last three weeks, Ie driven about 8 or 9 BMWs. I knew exactly what I was looking for and I found that vehicle online at Beemer Haus. I researched them with the Better Business Bureau, various online blogs, and reviews. I did NOT find one negative item about this dealership. After speaking with Jesse and Charbel, I realized why. Their customer service is bar none, the best I had ever received at a car dealership. Due to a tight work schedule, I explained to Charbel and his staff that I would not be able to travel to view the car, but if the vehicle matched the description on their website to a I would purchase the vehicle. The full description on their website matched exactly the near perfect condition of the vehicle. Their website included more than 45 photos of the vehicle that allowed me to fully inspect the vehicle without physically having to go to Tempe. Since I spent the last 3 weeks test driving the exact make and model that I bought, I knew exactly how the vehicle handled. The next step was to find the vehicle that I wanted, with the interior that I wanted, and purchase the car. And so I did at Beemer Haus. To expedite my purchase, I was already pre-approved with my local Credit Union. When I initially contacted Charbel stating that I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from them, he was extremely helpful. He fully explained the process of the purchase when they have to deal with an out of town financial institution and answered all my 350 questions. Charbel and Jesse worked directly with my Credit Union to dot all the i and cross all the t. The procedure was painless. If their excellent customer service over the phone was not enough, I had to get a flight to Tempe that arrived after they closed during the week. I arrived at the Phoenix Airport at 8 pm to find Charbel waiting for me to give me a ride to the dealership to pick up my car. THIS WAS AWESOME. I picked up the vehicle and drove home a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I've bought a lot of high-end cars (BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, etc) in my life, so I've visited a lot of dealers from South Carolina to Alaska (I served in the military.). I, have NEVER met a more honest, knowledgeable, and customer service focused person in my life as Charbel. He and his wife, Jesse, run the VERY BEST auto dealership that I've ever done business with. Their business is clean and focused toward the customer having a relaxed and stress free experience. The vehicles they sale are absolutely the very best in quality and Charbel has an infinite wealth of knowledge about the vehicles they sale. Additionally, their pricing is absolutely more competitive than any other dealer in the Western states. As an example, the 2009 Acura TSX I bought from them was priced $2,700 below any other 2008 to 2009 Acura TSX I found in the state. There was nothing wrong with the car other than what we had talked about (a minor scratch on the front bumper and a few paint chips, you could barely see them). I just bought a 2008 bmw from beemer haus. they are the most friendly people! i have always been a little guarded when it comes to working with a dealership but not this time! the day after i bought my vehicle the window wouldn't go up. i called and charbel told me to come down right away and he would fix it at no charge and he was very apologetic. they even offered to give me a ride home until they got it fixed. they did not have to cover this for me since it is not a major mechanical problem but did it for me! I really want them to know they are a great company and how grateful I am!

I had been looking for a BMW for 6 months, mostly just browsing AutoTrader and the Internet. I came across Beemer Haus through an AutoTrader.com link. I applied for credit online on a Friday, and Jessie called me within 2 hours to verify my info and ask a few questions. I wasn't able to get into buy the car until Sunday, and they made an appointment to see me, even though Sunday isn't a regular business day! I test drove the BMW I wanted, and I was out of there in less than an hour! I have never had a better experience buying a car! I love my new BMW, and I would recommend Beemer Haus to anyone.
