Best customer service ever! Every employee seemed to like their job and it showed. Friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Fair prices. I shopped around for a week. Jones won me over on the phone. Yes on the phone. And they backed up that friendly phone service with an great Salesperson. Ask for Errol Cruz, he was amazing. I will be a lifetime Jones customer.

Just purchased new Tucson Hybrid from Jones. Salesman CD was wonderful to work with. He patiently and thoroughly explained all the features. He was helpful, not pushy. Entire process from walking in to driving out with new Tucson was smooth. We are very much enjoying our new car and CD made the entire process stress free.

Jennifer was super helpful and so nice! This was my first car purchase and she made the process so easy. Not very happy at this time. My wife and I been Jones customers for a long time and I can't believe I am typing this. I went here with my son to help him get his first car and went through the typical buying a car stuff. Waited the typical hours while all the paperwork was getting ready and for our turn to come up to sign the paperwork. It's my fault for not asking what each form was that I was signing, but I ended up buying Dr. Jones and an extended warranty that I wasn't aware of. It also seems my credit was approved for that stuff even before I signed the forms. I also thought buying a car from Jones included Jones For A Lifetime, at least that's the way I understand it from the commercials, it does if you pay extra. Car wasn't totally cleaned inside, stains on the seats, but we took care of that ourselves. All I can say is, make sure you get everything explained up front, even though you want to get out of there and enjoy the car with your son or daughter. I think it should be there responsibility to, at a minimum, tell you the titles of each form your signing. All we were asked about was Gap Insurance and I assume that's because that would cause the monthly payment to increase. I wouldn't have even found all this but I looked at all the forms that were given to us on a thumb drive when I was looking for info for my car insurance.

Very nice, moved us through the process pretty quickly. Great follow-up. Due to our rush, there were things missed or forgotten before leaving the dealership w/our new vehicle. They answered all our questions and I was able to collect all my featured items belonging to the vehicle a few days later. Overall we were quite pleased.
