Extended warranty is a waste!! 700 MILES out of factory warranty and won't honor Buick!! I purchased a Buick Encore and an extended Warranty. At 36,700 miles, just our of the factory warranty, the car was acting up on my wife. I took it in to the dealership and they would not honor any repairs. We purchased a 100k mile extended warranty through Ally, and it is a waste. The warranty won't honor any repairs. The last Buick we will ever own, and the last vehicle ever purchased at Bell and Bell.

I have had the greatest experience every time I've had to have a service at this dealership. The employees are always nice, welcoming and willing to help in any department that I visit. The professionalism is what stands out from a corporate company. Keep up the great work and I will definitely be using this dealership again.

We wanted to talk to Apryl about the car purchase as we talked to her on line. She was super helpful and Tom K. worked with us also. We had a great time everyone was so helpful. They were so busy at the time ,but made us feel very comfortable. That is why the Encore GX is the fourth car we have purchased from Bell and Bell. Thanks Bud and Dottie Nelson

We are from Ontario and plan to purchase GM vehicle when we return home. On two different occasions we dealt with salesmen from Bell& Bell in test driving cars that they obviously knew that we could not purchase to take into Canada. We found these people from the dealership to be extremely sincere in helping us make a choice in selecting the vehicle that would best suit our needs when we returned to Canada Conversly we spoke to a alternate Gm dealer in Myrtle Beach who treated us with indifference when they found out we were from Canada, and informed us that we could not test drive a vehicle. As a faithful Gm customer,I was very impressed with the image of Bell& Bell Employees in presenting a team General Motors atmosphere. RESPECTIVELy Canadian Visitor

One of a kind totally perfect experience from initial telephone contact with representative Dean Caudill to leaving the facility with a wonderful new vehicle. We arrived at the facility with much necessary information in advance that came via email messages from Dean. The description of all the features of the new vehicle was thorough and fun. Dean was extremely pleasant and helpful re: all questions we presented. Reaching a positive decision re: purchase was an easy one. The whole experience was like spending a few hours with a good friend we had known for years. It just doesn't get better!
