Review is in relation to the service department. I've always had a professional and quality experience with the Bell Ford service department and never feel I'm being overcharged for parts or labor. The staff at the front desk are always great to work with and the techs always resolve our issues quickly (same or next day, never more than 2 days). Our truck was making a random sound and a tech spent quite a bit of time with me trying to get it to make the sound, and even found another of the same year and model on the lot to compare mine to. Exceptional service every time and we will be back for all of our vehicle needs. Thank you!

Austin assisted me in purchasing my dream car. Unlike most dealers he didn’t judge me based on my age and was very upfront and helpful. To all the young people looking to purchase a vehicle, don’t waste you’re time being pushed around by sales men who “know best.” Go to bell Ford and ask for Austin, he will hook you up. Got better service before Bell took over. A few years ago took my car in for service. They said I had a drive shaft leak. Told them before they started working on it , let me see what they had on the lot. Trade in value on my car was 6500. Found 3 new ones I liked, all over 40,000. They offered 2,500 for mine. I would have accepted 4,500. No deal. Fixed it for 1,000. Decided we wanted an SUV last month. No new ones on the lot. Found a used one we liked . Asking price was 20,900. Offered 20,250 and wanted to purchase extended warranty. Extended warranty was over 3,000. Found out I could buy an extended warranty for 2,000. They Mark theirs up to make more money. Made a new offer 20,000 cash. Been buying new vehicles from there since 1997 (at least 4 , maybe 5) . No deal. You would think that dropping down another 250 would not be to much to ask to keep a loyal customer. Bell will not deal. Time to find another Ford dealer that wants to keep faithful return customers.
