This was the first time we bought a car from Bell Ford. The sales person was very helpful in explaining features of the car and giving us a fair price. We weren't pressured into making the deal. The car was a 2013 and 3 days later we had a slow leak in the tire. We were treated very fairly in resolving this problem. We would highly recommend dealing with them anytime.

Absolutely incredible experience!!!! Bought a new F150 and could not be happier with the decision on truck! This dealership is the real deal!!! Everything about Bell Ford in Arlington is Top Notch. I started out with them doing the service on out vehicles, Steve and Justin did an outstanding job taking care of our vehicle needs and repairs when needed. Then when it came time to purchase another vehicle, We did not give it a second thought of purchasing it any where else but Bell Ford. I went to Bell looking for a new Ford and I wasn't sure what I wanted. Rich Gavinski was my sales rep and made sure that I tried all the vehicles that I may have been interested in. We ruled out a bunch with test drives. I got down to 2 the escape and the edge. Rich was very patient with my many never-ending questions, calls and visits. I totally respect Bell Ford for not pressuring me into something that I may have not liked or fit with my statistics. Rich spent a lot of time searching for the perfect vehicle for me. Now I am the proud owner of a brand new Ruby Red Ford Escape and I LOVE it !!!!! Please if you are at all interested in a new vehicle I recommend Bell Ford. The facility is extremely clean and everyone there was professionally and extremely nice. Everyone made sure that I received all the incentives and discounts that I was entitled to and got be the best deal that fit me and my budget.

I SCHEDULED AN OIL CHANGE FOR MY FORD TAURUS AND AS ALWAYS BELL'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS PROMPT AND DID MORE THE I EXPECTED. JUSTIN CHECKED WITH ME TO SEE THAT IT WAS OK TO CHANGE THE AIR FILTER THAT WAS NEEDED AND I WAS ON MY WAY IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR.

The staff in the service Dept is always friendly and makes time to get the vehicle in at my convenience. They are also earnest about answering my F150 Eco-boost questions even if they don't pertain to the work being done that day. We had a ball joint repair that was under a warranty that was purchased through another dealer. Bell contacted the warranty company to get the work approved which allowed the work to proceed without my having to spend time on the phone. The work was done the same day and we were able to get a loaner vehicle so it didn't affect our work schedule. Great service.

I used to dread taking my vehicle into a dealership because the car would always end up with another problem (created by them) after I took it home. I have not fears that any mechanic would tamper with my car when I take it to Bell Ford. There has never been a problem that has mysteriously "cropped up" after a visit to them.

The entire staff was fantastic to work with - they took in my current Ford as a trade in and had my new Platinum Explorer loaded up almost immediately. I financed part of my Ford and the entire process was done and I was off in my new SUV in under an hour. My husband and I have been clients at Bell Ford since shortly after purchasing two Ford Taurus' over a year ago in the summer of 2014--neither of us had owned a Ford model since approximately 15 years ago. We purchased our vehicles in Darlington, WI--which is not local to us--and preferring to service our vehicles at make-specific dealerships, we were on the hunt to find a local dealership somewhere between our home in Westfield, WI and the Madison/Madison Metro Area for our maintenance and repairs (we both drive TONS of miles for work between our home and Madison, WI). It is also noteworthy to mention that prior to discovering Bell Ford in Arlington, WI, we tried the services at two other Ford Dealerships--and were almost ready to trade our Ford vehicles in for a different makes and models of cars. However, I honestly share with you that the experience we had the first time we serviced our at Bell Ford changed our minds--we were sold!!! Steve and Justin and the entire staff--including Amy in reception--are professional, courteous, honest, and very helpful--often going out of their way to accommodate our work schedules and last-minute appointments when possible. I am looking forward to working with Bell Ford while we own these vehicles and have decided to also purchase my next vehicle from the sales staff at this dealership. Thank you, Bell Ford.

Bell Ford, in particular Nolan Campbell, is the epitome of what a Ford Dealer should be. I am 64 years old, I have purchased many vehicles during my life of all makes. I am a fan of Bell Ford in Arlington, WI and will remain loyal to Ford and to this dealership for a number of reasons. Primarily it is because as soon as you enter the building you feel like your coming home. People speak to you, are friendly and courteous, and genuinely want to help. They are not pressure sales people, they just want the customer (me) to have a good experience. I don't have to haggle, don't have to go back and forth trying to get the best deal. The folks at Bell Ford start out at square one with a great deal, one that both parties can live with. At the completion of the sale, I have never felt buyers remorse. I have always departed feeling good about my purchase.

I've taken my vehicles to Bell Ford to be serviced for years. When it was time to look for a new vehicle, it was the first place I thought of. Most everyone there knows me or my family. Nolan, Beth, Marge and Kyle all made the car buying experience (and learning all the new tech stuff!) easy and overall it went very smoothly. And there is no pressure to buy; if you don't like it they won't try to talk you into it. You know what you like and they're all there to help you find it! Definitely check them out!

I've been looking for a used Ford Fusion Sport for awhile now, but was having a hard time finding exactly what I want. When I became interested in a car that I saw at Bell Ford, Rich was extremely helpful in answering my questions. He was honest and up-front with me in describing the car to me - and when I went to see the car in person, it was just like it had been described to me (which was a breath of fresh air compared to what I've encountered with other dealerships!). The sales process was refreshingly low-key and pressure-free. Once we settled on an agreeable price, Rich and Beth closed the deal with me in a clear and efficient manner. This dealership is a couple hours from my house - but I'd make the trip to do business with them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
