In all my years of purchasing new cars, this was the very best experience I've ever had. My "salesperson" (Lexus Product Specialist), Tyler Pacheco, was very supportive and knowledgeable. He went 'way above and beyond in order to find the vehicle I wanted. He followed up with additional information and suggestions once I purchased the vehicle. The other Lexus staff were also very knowledgeable and helped to complete the transaction. I felt comfortable and secure all the way through the process. I highly recommend Bell Lexus to others, and will be back there when it's time to buy/lease my next new vehicle.

I moved to North Scottsdale in March 2020; the next greatest thing besides that move from Chicago that happened to me was meeting "Mel" in the service department. I understand why their service department is ranked #1 in the USA. They provide presidential customer service. Meaning they go above and beyond in many different ways. From outstanding consultation (whether it's via text to your advisor or phone call), scheduling the appointment, initial diagnosis of the technical issue, red carpet treatment at their facility, detailed review of the issue and comprehensive solutions. And all with integrity. I have trust and confidence that Mel and the technicians are looking out for my best interests— all the time. Lexus has an outstanding track record as it is.
