I get a good feeling ever time I go here. The staff is very friendly and professional. I spoke with Mike who helped me with getting my car serviced. I was beyond happy from this experience. Now I’m back on the road and it brings a smile to my face knowing that I’m in good hands. Thank you very much

My wife had an issue with her bumper and it was not staying on. We took it over to collision and Luis Rodriguez helped us out. Best customer service this guy had. Gave us plenty of option... wrote us up a quick quote.. which was a little high. Then gave us an alternative for a very good price. We were in and out of there in less then 30 minutes. Have to say again best customer service this guy had. Thank you for helping my wife Luis!!

I called to inquire about a vehicle I found on auto trader and Quincy answered. He was very nice and great to work with. He got me the vehicle i wanted in the color i wanted and didn't jack up the price like the California dealerships do. He picked me up from the airport one later and everything went as promised. I would definitely shop here again even if it is out of state.

I worked with AZ. I went in looking at a Prius that was advertised for 12,900. That was the car I wanted to buy. When AZ came back with the quote on the payments I noticed that the care was 14,600 as the price. AZ told me the cost of the car was 12,900 but that the added fees and warranty made the car cost go up. I believed him. BIG MISTAKE!!! He was lying. When I got home and actually had a chance to look at the papers I signed, I noticed that the cost of the car ALONE was 14,600 and the fees and warranties were extra on top of that. Now I have a car that costs more than the Kelley Blue Book value for the car. Im stuck. AZ is dishonest and since what he does is acceptable to Bell Road Toyota, they are dishonest too. Ill never go back. NEVER!

Worst showroom I have ever gone. The customer service people (Robert J) show too much attitude. I was assured that the deal is done and was sent an invite to complete the deal for 7:15 pm. I went to the showroom by 7:30pm from chandler and the person says that the car has been sold. Worst thing is he doesn even feel sorry for the thing. I WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT THE DEALERSHIP IN ALL POSSIBLE FORUMS.

We stopped by after work to look at the 2016 camry deals that we found online. We were greeted and assisted by Sales Associate, Logan, who was great to work with. Finally, we narrowed down what model we were interested in PURCHASING. We accompanied Logan inside to meet Lance, the sales manager, also a nice guy. Both Logan and Lance were aware of our only financing preference was to purchase, I even mentioned my complete disinterest in leasing a vehicle. The 2016 Camry deals online were all gone. Interesting... maybe there was a delay in their website, or as I now know, they typically will only have 1 car available for the online deals, then when you get there "we just sold them all"..For whatever reason we test drove a new one, discussed it, and decided to leave. Sounds fine, right. Yea until this point, decent! As we are walking to our car, Logan comes after us, stating "they want to know if you have any interest in a 2016 Avalon for $18,000". Ok what's the catch... "nothing, they want to sell the remaining 16's and business has been slow so they want to make a deal. Ok great, we walk the lot, find the car, test drive it, go back inside to discuss the financing.... this is the unbelievable part... The closer, TK, comes over, and the nightmare begins... He says "do you know there are 4 ways to purchase a vehicle. But there is a catch. Cash, finance it- only if you qualify which a lot of people don't, lease, or lease to purchase". Blah, blah, blah. The long and short- the dangling carrot really was to lease the car. He got into a back and forth with my husband about leasing, trying to convince us that instead of the almost $40K sticker price for this vehicle it really was only $15K for the lease at which point we had the option to purchase and pay the remaining balance. I still to this day don't know where the $18K offer was. The whole time during this conversation Logan is sitting across from me with his head down. I ask "TK" where is the $18K purchase price he offered and brought us in for. His response, well how can I sell you a $40K car for that price? There is no way... I get up to leave as that isn't what they represented to us. Clearly no interest in continuing. Logan walks us out apologizing several times that he had no clue that is what TK was doing. Stated how embarrassed he was about this whole thing. Thankfully all we lost was an hour and a half of our time and saw right through his scam. I find it very odd that he isn't listed on their website anywhere... why, what are they trying to hide??Buyer beware-TK is a complete snake in the grass.I wouldn't let my worst enemy buy anything from them.

I found a Forester I was interested in online and met with Bill Ferreri to test drive it and confirm it was the vehicle I wanted. He was fantastic, listened and made the buying process comfortable and easy. Bill explained each step and was very responsive to our questions about the vehicle and the financing. Thanks, Billy, for a good experience at Bell Toyota and for making sure that my "new" Subaru is perfect.

I had a very negative experience with another Toyota dealership and came to Bell Toyota to get a second opinion. I met with Kirk Wade, who first off took the time to listen and understand what I wanted along with the experience I had previously. He along with his finance team worked with me to get everything I asked for and believe it or not, more than what I wanted. Not only did I save a huge amount compared to the "other dealer" but I had a pleasant experience. There were no gimmicks, no promises broken, just an honest negotiation and a great deal on my new 2016 Corolla. Ask for Kirk and tell him James sent you!

I really didn't know where to go look for another car. But my Mom had good service from Bell Road Toyota, so I decided to go in. I met Kirk Wade, we went on a test drive of a 2016 Corolla. I was in shock when he said it was a 4 cylinder car. I was impressed right away! He made the experience tolerable--actually pretty nice! He was so helpful during the transaction and still now a week later. He is a class act!! I will recommend Bell Road Toyota & Kirk Wade!

Billy our salesman was very responsive. He was patient with all my emails. He also gave me the best price between Tucson and Phoenix. Unlike other dealerships he was my only contact. Many salesman from dealers bombarded me with requests which became very annoying. Also the dealership is set up well. They have inside, air conditioned bays that all you to look over the vehicle you are interested in. And Sam in finance was also very efficient. He explained all our options and respected our decisions.

I contacted Kirk Wade about a used Toyota Highlander on the dealer website. I had scheduled a test drive, but had to put it off for two days due to work issues. Kirk had no problem with the situation, and made sure the car was ready when I was able to get to the dealer. I had some difficult technical questions about some of the tow options, and Kirk worked to find someone with the information, considering I arrived after the service department closed. All of my questions were answered, and they understood that I needed a car because my other car was totaled in an accident. They arranged financing and held my deposit until the insurance check arrived. Kirk obtained all the manuals for the car (8 manuals!) and included car mats gratis. This was the best experience I have had at a dealership, and this is my fourteenth car.

We recently purchased a 2016 Tundra from Larry Ajayi at this location. He actually made the car buying process fun, if that is possible. I went to all off the major manufacturers and most of them simply played games. With Larry, if you asked him a question, he gave you an honest answer. No naked promises that never came to fruition. He was patient with us and very low pressure. Really gave the appearance that he wanted to help us get the right vehicle for us rather than just sell a car for his own benefit. I would recommend the folks set Bell Road Toyota and especially Larry Ajayi if you are in the market for a vehicle.

I was really disappointed in my visit to this lot for the 2nd or 3rd time now. I'm done. They had the car I wanted. We had an offer sheet to match from another dealer, who didn't have the color combo we wanted. Every lie and trick imaginable was thrown at me. I haven't seen a dealer try to charge for a "preferred color" ($250 for plain silver) before. Do I get a $500 discount for ugly burgundy? The manager tried to confuse the process by using the old four square tactic without the actual four square. It was a disorganized mess of marker and chicken scratch all leading back to the same place- the trade value goes up, so does the price of the car. Yes, I know how sales tax works when trading a car in- no, you don't get to add that as trade value. No, I'm not signing a negotiation sheet to show how serious I am. I was sitting there on the lot- I was serious. Nothing felt right from the start, including multiple contradictory statements from the salesperson, such as only working on volume sales but then suddenly being overly concerned about margins. I played along for as long as I could, thinking I might be able to get the number where it needed to be, despite all of the BS. I walked away within about a $750 difference of where I wanted to be on a $40K car and wouldn't ever go back to this lot if they called me again and knocked $2K off. They had an easy one and blew it. Bell Toyota, if you want to walk customers and lose business, continue the lame tricks on experienced and frequent car buyers. Next time send the manager out to see that he's dealing with someone who isn't there to play around. Scratch this one off the short list of dealers I will work with.

I do NOT like car dealerships! I ALWAYS go through a broker so I can just go in, sign and leave with keys to avoid the high-pressure sales guys. With that said, I was very pleasantly surprised by Gino Darmo, whom we met today while just browsing the new Toyota models because we were planning to replace our Kia Soul within the next year. With absolutely no intent to buy today, we came home with not only a beautiful 2016 Scion 1A but a tricked out 2013 Corolla for my husband too! Gino worked so hard to get us a great deal we could actually afford without the usual salesman shtick. He was up front and honest and walked us through each step all while entertaining our 7 year old with hot dogs, chips, apples and futbol stories about Manchester United & Cristiano Ronaldo. If you want high energy, not high pressure, I wholeheartedly recommend Gino Darmo (along with Manager, Lance and Amber in the finance department) and Bell Road Toyota! They made it the best car buying experience ever! Go see Uncle Gino, he'll treat you right!

Records of maintenance at Bell Rd Toyota are not reported to Carfax? Everybody does this. If I want to get a copy of history it apparently takes weeks to get this...really? And if I want to sell, a potential buyer won't see (via Carfax anyway) that we've taken good care of my daughter's car. Not helpful...even places like TirePro and other Toyota dealerships provide info to Carfax. Why don't you?

Stopped in this location since it's close to home to have my 2015 highlander looked at because I think the matter cylinder is going out. Todd seemed uninterested in my concerns and would not look at my vehicle on 6/21 because he already had over 100 appointments plus all the drop offs. He was more interested in the air on his office. Stood by his office for 10 mins with numerous employees walking past me and not 1 asked if I had been helped our needed help. Each time I come to this dealership I get jerked around. If you are looking for good customer service, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Go elsewhere.

I first dealt with Robert Jones when he contacted me in response to an internet inquiry I sent. I called him to ask some questions, and I caught him as he was getting ready to leave for the day, but he answered all my questions in detail and in such a professional manner. He never let me feel like I was keeping him from heading home for the evening. When I went to meet him in person to discuss a vehicle, he had another sales rep meet me at the door as he was tied up with a customer. Over the course of my time at the dealership that evening, I met with Robert, Moe, Felize and Ty. Al of them were helpful and friendly. The deal they offered me was very good, and they went to great lengths to find the car I was looking for. I would recommend this dealership and Robert Jones to anyone! They get 5+ stars from me!

When someone is buying a car from you and they are in a diffrent state you have to really be patient and make the customer feel important. Even if the customer wants you to take additional pictures its called MAKING SURE THAT YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE with your purchase. This is the reason why I opted out from buying from you guys. Sorry Robert Jones but your customer service skills are not good. No worries I ended of getting better service from another dealership and spent $4000 additional than I plan on spening at your dealership.

My fiance and I went to look at Toyotas today to get an idea of what kind of price range and payment range we were looking at to get a new vehicle. We were in no way committing to buy today and made that apparent the second a salesman took us on. While we were sitting at a table with our salesman and he was trying his absolute hardest to get us to buy a car TODAY (and we kept repeating ourselves of "No, we just need to know what kind of payments we would be looking at, and we will be back next month"), another salesman noticed my fiance's owl tattoo and told him that he should get a tattoo that says "Booma", because in his language it means "Owl." Come to find out, it's actually slang in Arabic for "someone who is being a buzzkill." We were fully intending to go back to this dealership and go through the salesman who was helping us out when we had the money. Until we found out that this other salesman literally stood right in front of us, with a smile on his face, and talked down on my fiance in a different language, making it sound like it was some cool word.

Had me drive all the way from Tucson for a car advertised on Autotrader. I called and they confirmed it was in stock. When I got there it had been sold several days ago. We had a wonderful experience with Bell Road Toyota. The process to get to an agreeable price was a bit arduous, but overall they were understanding of our needs and listened to our reasons as to why we didn't agree with the price they were quoting.Gino was phenomenal to work with. Aside from all the salesman tactics (which I fully understand are necessary for the job), he is a wonderful person and we felt like he truly understood our end goals. After finally coming to a close on the deal (we, both Gino and ourselves) we were all so happy we exchanged hugs. We worked hard for the better part of two weeks to get to an agreeable deal and we will definitely be back. We hope to work with Gino again in the future!

Terrible experience!!! I bought a used Tahoe from them and had a 30 day warranty. Within a day of driving it off the lot I noticed the motor shaking. I took it into a Chevy dealership to have it looked at and both my motor mounts were collapsed and it would be $1000 to fix. So either Toyota did not give it a good maintance check before they tried to sell it, or they thought I would be stupid enough not to notice it. After calling them to alert them of this issue, my sales guy called me 3 times to give me the run around and was extremely unhelpful. I drove it to them that day since I couldnt get any help over the phone. They tried to persuade me that its not a big deal and the motor is fine. They then tried to tell me I bought it with no warranty (I had the warranty in my hand) then they tried to tell me the motor mounts werent part of the warranty and then I happily pointed out it specifically says motor mounts are covered. They fought me tooth and nail and for over an hour to take care of this issue I found within a DAY of buying this car and with a warranty in my hand. Then they acted as if THEY were inconvieneced when I needed a loaner car to get to work the following day. Another issue was the tire sensors were bad (the light was on during the test drive). My sales guy assured me that it would be taken care of if I chose to buy the vehicle. Well a week after my purchase, no effort was made to contact me and take care of this issue. I had to follow up with them to have it serviced. They replaced 3/4 sensors. Within 10 miles of driving it from the service building, my light was back on. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking its the one sensor they did not replace. But now I'm inconvienced ONCE AGAIN for a car I just bought a little over a week ago, the dealership is way out of my area, and I have to deal with this on my day off again. I'm VERY unhappy and will tell everyone I know not to bother with this dealership. They tell you what you need to hear to get the car off the lot and then they dont give a rats a** about being helpful after they get their money. I've bought several cars over the years and this is by far the worst experience I've had!

Typical "used car salesperson jargen" so he sits us down we go over numbers which we are way off surprise.surprise. So than he suggests how about a new truck. I politely say how about you do what you said and work on the numbers . Which he does and still miles apart . Than we look at a new 2015 Tacoma we go over numbers still miles apart so he goes and gets his sales manager he starts telling me about the value of the Tacoma which I already know by this time we are going on 3-4 hours. Than he suggests a kease I say no I like to keep and own my vehicles still he suggests a lease so after my firth hour I give in. Worse decision. I have nothing but problems with this vehicle. Went to Bell Road Toyota looking to purchase a '99 4Runner I saw on Cars.com. Called about the car at around 9am, spoke to a guy there (Eddie) who told me about the car. Sounded awesome, great car, only problem was I was commuting to Phoenix from Tucson. We talked about price for a while and finally settled on a price worthy of driving up to see and buy. He told me he couldn't accept earnest money, against their policy or something, but that he would put the car in the back while I drove up. Ok, sounded good and we hurried to Phoenix.Made our way to Phoenix through unbelievable traffic (of course) only to get to the dealership and find two other groups of people looking at the car which was parked IN THE FRONT OF THE LOT. Walked over to the car and Eddie was very welcoming ready with the keys to take for a test drive. We had been talking back and forth with this guy since the morning on price and we were confident that we had gotten there as we said we would, CASH in hand, ready to buy. After the test drive we got back and were put at a desk to sign some papers. Even though we were paying with cash, somehow we still had to fill out a form for a credit check (?) and as soon as we were done filling it out, Eddie comes back to tell us the car was bought by some other guy. Apparently, while we were out on a test drive and had ALREADY SETTLED ON A PRICE AND AGREED TO A DEAL, some other salesman sold the car. Our salesman didn't even try to talk to the manager, left us completely hanging. To use his words, the car was "bought from right under us." Guy said that even though we had already made an agreement, these other people showed up who offered a little bit more and they gave the car to them. These people were financing while we showed up with cash. Tried to speak to a manager afterwards who was rude and had the nerve to mock us for the amount of cash we brought claiming "I doubt we would have sold it to you for that much anyways!" Just to add the cherry on top, a family member called the dealership to try and speak with a manager and figure out what went wrong and they were treated with the utmost disrespect. Horrible experience. We left empty handed and furious. This place has two stars on yelp for a reason. They have terrible service, rude managers and are just a business that functions with no integrity. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Then, to make matters worse, about a week later, I received an email from them inviting me to their dealership for a general car 'show' advertisin discounted priced vehicles...really? You don't even bother to respond to me personally, but see fit enough to include me in a blast email? I wouldn't consider shopping for a vehicle at this dealership again, no matter the price.

All of the reviews talk about a new car. Try buying a used car from these guys. I had a great experience buying a new 2005 here, but when that car got totaled on the 101 I needed another car so I went here thinking it would work out great. Boy was I wrong. The sticker on the window said 13,900 but when we sat down they tried to tell me it was worth 18,000. I laughed and said I would leave as that was crazy. It was a 2009 Corolla S red which was repainted and not very well with 105,000 miles, I made a deal with them for 11,900 which seemed okay. Then they gave me the key. They only had one and when I tried to use the button to unlock it, it didn't work. I was told to come back the next Saturday and they would put a new battery in it. The dealers carry a device that will unlock any car which is why I didn't make the connection. I went back and a new battery didn't work. Then is when they turned evil. Terry told me that the car was sold as is and the managers said to bad. They never let me have the key till after the deal was done and I complained about it before I drove away. Over the price of reprograming the key they chose to loose a customer. I found another dealer that will sell me the key 50.00 cheaper and program it for 65.00. Bell road wanted 230.00 per key and 75.00 to program it. I will never shop here again and if you are smart neither will you. the other dealers will make the same deals on new cars as Toyota Corp. is involved, but when it is up to Bell Road you will not be satisfied I assure you. I am going to the corporation commission next.

I had an awful experience. I felt like I was unimportant and pressured while buying my car. Kris said several comments thay were rude, unprofessional, and out of line. Apparently this dealership does not go by Kelly Blue Book because that's an opinion. Kelly Blue Book rated my car 3,000 dollars cheaper than what the dealership was sell in it for and they rven refused to lower it. He told me I needed to hurry up and just sign the papers because he had other customers waiting to be helped. He was very rude to my grandfather what was there to help me not get taken advantage of. But yet I still feel as if I was and that no one there cares! They put on GAP insurance when I told him not to. He also upset my grandfather to the point where he drove out of his way to purchase a 2014.5 Camry XLE. When my grandfather told him he would no longer be doing business there Kris replied with, "That's fine. We get over 400 sales a month. We don't need your business." Completely out of line and very unprofessional. I ended up speaking with the customer service representative. When I told him about my awful experience and how it cause me so much stress that I even lost sleep, he told me he was sorry and this stuff never happens and that he would try to work something out and contact me soon. It's been over two weeks. There was more to the incident but I feel like no one cares do I will not continue on.

I just bought the last 2014 Toyota FJ TRD and their super star salesman Mike Ricairdi that on his first day transferred internally he went above and beyond selling the top of the line of their FJ's and the finance manager Jeremy Ranson was honest, sincere and extremely helpful in making this happen. I highly recommend it. My wife actually was reluctant to come at first due to past experiences with a previous salesman they both turned it around and made our dream come true. The Ortiz's.

Buying a new car should be a pleasant experience. My wife and I had visited a few dealerships. They treated us like we were poor credit desperate customers. In fact, they tried to tell us we had poor credit and give us a rate over 7%. We were treated so poorly that I doubt I will ever get my wife back into a dealership. Isn't that sad? Buying a new car was such a poor experience, she would prefer never to do it again. Should be a message to dealerships everywhere.Anyway, Bell Road Toyota was different. They provided a very aggressive price on the vehicle I wanted quickly. I had great financing in place and they beat that too. I was pleased enough with the deal and the way I was treated, I bought a matching vehicle for my wife. I'm hoping I can get her to come in sometime and meet the folks I dealt with here. I would recommend this dealership to freinds and family. I will rate the quality fo work after our first serice appointment.

I found a car on cars.com in my price range. I looked up Kelley Blue Book and thought the process would be easy and simple. When we started talking price, the salesman was $1,000.00 over my cars.com price. He said the price on their dealer website was the correct one. When I said I wanted the car at the price Cars.com showed he talked to the manager who said they don't accept third party prices!! The process then turned ugly and I left upset. Cars.com said I should write a review and they would contact the dealership.

The customer service I received when I bought my vehicle was great but since than:When I buy a vehicle I always care about the after you buy the car service. I think it's just as important as purchasing the car. When I wake up in the morning and have an email stating that my account has been over drawn and to find out it was due to a car payment which should not have been made I get frustrated. The reason I didn't go back to Larry Miller Toyota wasn't due to the deal they could have given me it was due to the after you buy service that I received from them. I took my vehicle to Avondale Toyota on Friday because I couldn't get XM radio to show up on the radio. I thought it was due to the software on the radio not being updated to the most current version. I found that my vehicle could get XM radio but additional parts were needed. I didn't know that when I purchase the vehicle since I didn't see the original invoice on the vehicle. After you buy service is very important to me.I emailed the internet Director as well as the sales person who sold me the car. I did get a response from the sales person by email only that I would have to wait until Friday. This rating is based on after you buy the care service which I think needs to be better than the actual car customer service.

This is the first new car my husband and I have purchased in our 23 years of marriage. Bell Road Toyota made the experience a good one. Before Bell Road Toyota, we had been to several other dealers trying to work a deal. We gave Bell Road Toyota our bottom line and they made the deal. We drove off the lot with our new Avalon and love it. Hopefully this will be the start of a great and happy relationship with Bell Road Toyota.

We had a great purchasing experience today thanks to Joe Macke and Don Scott. We had been on the market for months for a good deal on a fairly recent Rav4 V6 4WD, and had a couple prime choices get sold on us before we could get to the dealership to check them and put money down. Over the course of these last few months we have probably talked to sales people at 10-15 dealerships in the Phoenix area, and several of them were Toyota dealerships. I can tell you from that informed comparison that the folks at Bell Road Toyota are very superior....good people, very professional, empathetic and customer-oriented...and no bs on the pricing. The price listed was indeed the price they were offering the car for, and there were no hidden costs. Joe Macke worked with us closely to bend over backwards to get us a very nice deal. He is a good man, a professional, and all-around nice guy. He spent considerable time with us to make us feel like valued customers and to understand our needs. We paid cash this afternoon and left with a wonderful car! The Rav we purchased from Bell Road is better in almost every way than what we thought we were going to have to settle for. Don Scott was also great to work with and made the purchase process efficient and painless. Thank you Joe and Don Scott, and all the folks at Bell Road Toyota for restoring our faith in auto dealers. We happen to think that Toyota dealers are superior anyway, but across the board these are good and fair people.

Doreen and Kylor were great to work with. They were very informative, friendly and easy to do business with. No high pressure. Kylor was kind enough to let me know he had another interested party in the vehicle I wanted so I didn't lose out on it! Doreen was sweet enough to drive my Mother home so she didn't have to wait through the paperwork process. Speaking of paperwork, it was one of the quickest transactions I've ever been through buying a car. Barry was helpful, friendly and answered every question with great detail. I've also been impressed with the support we received after the purchase, which these days is so rare. I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically this team if you are in the market for a Toyota.

I guess I'm the exception to the rule - everyone else seems to love this place! I'd recommend this dealership if you did what I did. I walked in with a pre-approved loan from Navy Federal CU and a price that was locked in by USAA's car buying program. The purchasing experience was probably the best I've ever had, but then again, all they had to do was show me the "Tacoma department" and do the paperwork! That's pretty much where the cutomer service seems to have ended. I bought the full-blown top to bottom/bumper to bumper warranty, but so far, the little issues I've brought up (someone broke my taillight lense, small paint scratch, etc.) haven't been covered. No big deal there, I guess, but the overall attitudes I seem to be getting since I brought the vehicle home appear to have changed since they know they aren't getting anymore money out of me. One of my steering wheel-mounted sound system control buttons has been sticking, so they were going to order a new one and replace it. Never heard back - had to call them back myself when the truck developed some other (albeit minor) issues. Even had to chase down the free dashboard cover I was supposed to get for taking the survey! Don't even get me started on the annoying seat belt alarm that the manual says can be reprogrammed, but the dealer says they won't! I'm not saying these guys don't get the job done. I'm simply saying that I haven't seen much in the way of going that extra mile for the customer. Then again, that seems to be par for the course in this country nowadays.I dunno - seems like a classic case of customer service ending with the sale, but maybe that's just me.

Extremely pleased with the Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Toyota Camry I purchased. The quality, condition and reasonable pricing of the vehicle exceeded my expectations. The entire sales and financing process was handled extremely well; no high pressure tactics, (typical of other dealerships were attempted), everything was clearly and concisely explained.I absolutely recommend Bell Road Toyota, and fully intend to continue using the dealership for on going service and maintenance of my vehicles; and, will most definitely be using them for my next new or Certified Pre-Owned Toyota.

We were not overly thrilled with the financing process, as every dealership tries to sell you on all the "extras", and as you negotiate, the price starts high and works its way down. The final price of the vehicle was not disclosed until we were heading to the finance department. My wife and I thought that working through the Fleet Manager, we would get a good deal, especially since we have purchased 2 previous Toyota products in the last 7 years. Even the interest rate was slightly higher than the Toyota website estimated for our zip code. On the bright side, when we contacted Cora a month earlier, she gave us her card with her personal number and asked us to contact her when we were ready. She did not pressure us in any way. When the time came to actually buy our truck, Cora was able to locate the vehicle we had been looking for, and had it delivered within 2 days. She processed our transaction quickly and efficiently, and along with the finance manager, had us on the road in a few hours. A few days later when the truck arrived, she had it all ready for us and took the time to go over many of the new features on the truck.

I gave Bell Road Toyota 5's straight across, I initially went to the dealership for my 5,000 mile scheduled maintenance on my leased Scion. I was greeted by David in the service department. He was so friendly and welcoming. I asked him if he could direct me to someone inside just to discuss possibly purchasing my current lease while the Scion was serviced and he sent me over to Cora. She reviewed my current lease situation and crunched some numbers and found that it would be more beneficial to do a trade in for something that I actually wanted to be driving for the next few years. I recently moved a ways out of the city and onto a dirt road. She took into consideration my daily commute and the road conditions I would be encountering daily. I test drove a few cars but instantly loved the 2013 rav4. With the help of John the financial manager on duty, I drove my new rav4 home the same day. The customer service experience was a 5 right down to the man who helps you sign your loan papers. I will be using them for all of my vehicle servicing and any future auto purchases. Thanks guys!

I am in the process of purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. I filled out an online credit application at the behest of the salesman before I traveled nearly 100 miles to dealership. I also filled out a hardcopy application. Both using only my income from my 1 job. I was told I was approved. I picked out a vehicle, haggled over contract, signed, gave them keys to my trade and drove home. Now the nightmare. I gave them my financial statements as requested. Apparently they used a direct deposit I receive from a source other than work income and included it in the contract sent to the bank. They then requested proof of this other income. I said that I applied with my work income only. After 3 weeks, they called threatening me with sending a repo person to get my vehicle. I made the purchase 2SEP2013 and today is 26SEP2013. I reluctantly sent proof of other monies to avoid hassle of being without vehicle. To this day I have not received an answer on way or the other about my contract being final or them sending repo person. The finance person Sam does not return phone calls, respond to voice mails or emails. I would not recommend Bell Road Toyota of Phoenix to anyone. My impression of this dealership is that they use fraudulent and deceptive practices. They are also unprofessional.

I hope you publsh this-it will definitely give buyers an opportunity to make their own mind on consumer spending.I had the pleasure in dealing with Bell Road Toyota, 2020 West Bell Rd., Phoenix, Arizona 85023, in a very different perspective. I really hope you publish this on this site. My experience with the Dealership was unfortunate for myself and my family. Let me just say, that I did not make the choice in the dealer; it was given to me by my financial institute USAA, car buying service. I would not make another purchase, bring a vehicle in for service or recommend it to another customer. I have also filed a complaint with USAA on this matter. I recommended they do not send more military personnel to this institution because of their lack of professionalism. The entire ordeal/experience was uncalled for, took the novelty of making a long-life, major-end item purchase, and THEY took the wind out of our sale (sail)! The details are many, so I will relate the most obvious points:1.The salesperson lied to my family and I about making unnecessary credit checks-I did not need any because I was pre-approved/financed prior to dealing with the sales dealershipthey made two unnecessary checks, which now they are trying to reverse and take off my credit history..2.When dealing with the finance manager, which is the last step in making the pruchase-He became unprofessional, tactless and rude. It was 8:30 in the evening and he made comments that he had been working all day and he was done for the day-he did not need to be there. Additionally, he was unresponsive when my wife attempted to make conversation with him by just ignoring her, myself and my teenage children-while sitting across from his desk. He would not answer any questions I asked him in reference to the purchase, specifically rebate and financing credit checks-I think he forgot I was the one paying his salary. People like him have been in their position too long. It was very apparent he was/is not suitable for that position, as a representative of the organization - because of his demeanor, personality and lack of professionalism. 3.They delayed my purchase or receipt of the vehicle by not being able to account for my money deposit. They had no idea where the funding was-even when I provided a tracking number from USAA on the fact that the money was in their accountbut they could not find it! At one time I was advised it was after five oclock and they would not be able to give me an update until the following working day, it was Friday-I had to wait until Monday 1:15 p.m. in order to get an answer.4.I finally had my vehicle delivered to me (because I asked for delivery during the disappointment-financial manger issue) six days after I made the initial commitment and gave them my agreement for purchase. I was out of town, so the delivery had to be handled by my wife.5.Throughout this period I had been in contact with William (GSM) and all he did was continue to apologize. I received #27 apologies from my salesperson, GSM and other managers. At no time, did anyone make an attempt to compensate or discuss/explain the individual concerns-even when I asked to be compensated for the nightmare (s). With all the issues, a 200-300 dollar compensation of a gift certificate or additional add-on to the purchase would have been appropriate-after I spent the many thousands of dollars on the actual purchase..They have no interest in return customers.6.On a positive point, I just received my plates and no issues have come from this action-so far. I made the purchase because of the price, which was very acceptable.7.I wonder if this will make this website-I am sure it will validate the site if you guys see an actual below walk-on-water review.a.Salesperson- Doreen Fisherb.Finance Manager-Sam Limac.GSM-Williamd.Manager-Tom Munks (sp)Reason for visit-New vehicle purchaseQuality of vehicle-Very goodQuality of service-PoorReliability of salespeople-averageRecommend to others-NoReturn customer-No, first time Toyota CustomerPrice on vehicle-Very goodFor additional details (I have more)-if interested, send me a message to my e-mail account clopez35atcox.net please include your phone number and name, so I know it is a valid request. Katy went out of her way to ensure that I was taken care of. I had a very narrow budget to work with, but she was determined to see me in a new car and bent over backward to make sure that a deal was reached that everyone could be happy with. She ensured that I got the absolute best possible value on my trade and was able to secure the exact car I wanted without any hassle at all whatsoever. Katy truly brought a personal touch and refreshing approach to the car buying experiencesomething that, sadly, is often lacking in a business that, from the consumer's perspective, is so steeped in "professionalism" that interactions are typically distant and rigid. I would highly recommend Bell Road Toyota to others and would absolutely suggest to anyone interested in a Toyota or Scion to seek out Katy Kennedy. Bell Road Toyota is very lucky to have her on their team.

Mitch Deusterman greeted me out front. I already knew which Prius I wanted to trade my Tacoma in for, so Mitch and I quickly got down to business. He immediately walked me around back to see what was in stock, I picked one, and we walked in and began the process. Many times I was offered something to drink, kept updated on the process by the different departments, closed the deal and drove off in my freshly detailed 2013 Prius IV. I hate buying cars and dealing with the hassle usually involved, but the team at Bell Road was professional, non-pushy, and friendly. I plan to take my car there for all the scheduled maintenance and anything else that might arise. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family members and anyone out there reading this review. Love the car guys. Thanks!

However, the upper management of this dealership worked hard and got me into a brand new 2013 lease. It was the best experience I have had buying a car and I worked in management in a dealership for 10 years! Terry was not pushy, and did not try to jerk me around at all! I was in fear of going to a car dealership because I hadn't purchased a new car in 17 years. Barb answered every question that I had. Even though it was a hot day we went out and test drove four vehicles. I didn't purchase anything that day but she gave me some information that I could take with me to look over. After a few days I went back to the dealership and test drove another car that I felt that I needed to try in order to make a good decision. Once again Barb and I went out in the heat and she helped me think about the differences between the cars that I was interested in. She checked back with me a few times while I was still thinking about which vehicle I would purchase. She was never pushy and was patient with my indecision. After a week or so I called back with several questions and Manager Barry quickly answered my questions because Barb was out of town due to a family member passing away. The next day my husband wanted to come to the dealership with me and try out one of the cars that I was interested in because he had not come with me before. Barb, Barry, Allen, and Don Scott all took care of everything. As you can tell the whole group was extremely helpful. They were very friendly because I didn't feel like I was at a "Car Dealership". The quality of work that they performed (teamwork) was like a well oiled of machine. The overall experience was great because I didn't have that scary car dealership feeling. The price was good and they worked with me so I feel like I got a good deal. I will recommend this dealership and the team of employees that worked with me to my friends and family. If I need another car I am going to Bell Road Toyota.

Our experience was an exciting one, because we drove from California to Phoenix after reviewing an outstanding 2005 Mercedes-Benz SLK 350 on your website for two weeks. We continued to shop around but we came back to your website over and over again. On Wednesday July 10th my husband said lets drive to Phoenix and buy the Mercedes 350 and drive it home. We were both very excited and left our home in Orange County (Mission Viejo, CA) at 5:00 am Thursday morning and arrived at your dealership about 1:30 pm. We had several conversations with Kylor Messmer and once I filled out the form on your website Kylor responded to my request, called me and also offered to pick us up, however, Kylor didn't remember we were calling from California. When we thanked him we said "do you mean your offering to pick us up in California drive us to the dealership so we could purchase the Mercedes and then we would drive home". What a sweet thing to do, but we are planning to drive over and drive back with two cars. When we arrived Thursday we were warmly greeted in spite of the heat, once inside the office everybody came over and greeted us by saying "so your two who drove from California, we all laughed and said yes we are the crazy California couple. We brought our Miniature Schnauzer "Eddie" with us and he was a hit with everybody. We drove home Friday morning leaving at 5:00 am, it took us about 12 hours to get home because of traffic, border checking, accidents etc. We were oh so tired but it was worth the experience and we would do it all over again. We went to a picnic Saturday and all of our friends were impressed with our new Mercedes and we told everyone about Bell Road Toyota and the great service we received.Thanking you in advance, Norman & Marcella Ballard (Eddie too)

I went into Bell Road Toyota a couple weeks ago with the intent to possibly buy a new Prius. I had received a flyer by mail about the0% financing on selected vehicles so I was there to inquire more information. I was immediately greeted by a Mitch Deusterman and Imust say I really appreciated his friendly, but professional and t not too pushy approach on selling a vehicle. I test drove 2013 Prius PersonaSE and was hooked. Mitch really made the purchase of the vehicle pretty much with ease. The follow thru with the entire process of purchasing of the vehicle tomaking sure that all questions regarding everything from warranty, maintenance and even helping me set up the Toyota Entune andhelping me with the setup with my phone and creating the stations on the Sirius/Navagation system. This is our 4th vehicle that has been purchased with Bell Toyota, and would highly recommend this dealership , if you want servicelike no other, go see Mitch Deusterman he is your man.Sincerely, Sumi Ballantyne

I sent out a simple request for an out-the-door price to many dealerships, requesting that they send the price by email and that they do not contact me by phone until we had agreed on a price. Some responded appropriately. Bell Road responded with a "form" email that didn't list a price, and requested that I call to come in and haggle. I purchased from another dealership.

We bought a Toyota Venza at Bell Road Toyota. The customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly & patient. Anthony Charbeneau was our sales consultant. He listened to what we were interested in & if we were not sure if the vehicle was exactly what we wanted he would take the time to listen to what we were looking for & show us something else. We went in looking for a Rav & ended up loving the Toyota Venza. We are very happy with this vehicle. Anthony made the paper work & sales transaction very smooth. He also took the time to explain and show us all the features, plus set up all the updated features that we did not have knowledge of. Anthony was very informative and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle at Bell Road Toyota.

Larry Ajayi was attentive and informative... he really knows the Toyotas. He was pleasant, answered all of our questions and took very good care of us throughout the purchasing process. We first visited with Larry at Bell Toyota on Saturday trying to decide between Honda and Toyota. Honda was a horrible experience and when we got Toyota Larry met us as we walked up to the office ... a friendly welcoming face - what a difference! No hard sell, no pressure... just providing the information we needed to make an informed decision. He must have gotten me at least 6 bottles of cold water while I looked at cars and mulled over my options. His manager Dion was also very helpful. We went home, searched the internet, did our due dilligence and couldn't find anything we liked better. We went back on Sunday and Larry took very good care of us again. We were debating between two cars and he pulled both of the cars up so we could have a side by side comparison. We purchased the Avalon, got a great deal and totally love it! I HIGHLY recommend Larry for anyone considering a Toyota.

I went back to Bell Road Toyota because the lease on my 2010 Rav4 was coming to an end. I wanted to see what my options were (including buying my existing car outright). I test drove the new Rav4 and really liked the new style. I still wasn't 100% sure I wanted to purchase a new car but after talking to Brandy St. Peter about the pros and cons, I decided it was best to purchase new. Brandy helped me keep the price down by offering some different options to consider. I really wanted leather seats but not necessarily all the other "bells and whistles" that come with the Limited version. I ended up buying an XLE and having leather seats installed by them. I am very happy with my purchase and with the efficiency of the whole process. Don Scott Montgomery was very good and very fast at preparing all the paperwork. The whole process was a lot less stressful than in previous car buying experiences. I have purchased/leased three vehicles from Bell Road Toyota and would highly recommend them.

We walked in Bell Toyota, a little discouraged after spending a few hours at ANOTHER Toyota dealership, having experienced horrible customer services, and walking out without a car. We decided that we would give Bell Toyota a chance, and I am so glad we did!! Once we got there we were greeted with a warm smile and hug from Barbara Bloss, I was already feeling better just from the greeting alone! After looking at the car we wanted and taking it for a test drive, we knew we were ready to make the deal! We worked with Josh and Barb who gave us exceptional customer service all around. It took us less than half and hour to complete the paperwork, and become the brand new owners of a 2013 Toyota Avalon (which we love)!! I asked my husband Is it really this easy? He answered "this is how it should be! " Thanks so much Bell Toyota for making our car buying experience, a great experience to remember!

My husband and I had done a lot of research for our next car and test drove the Cadillac, Lincoln, Lexus, Infinity and lastly the Toyota Avalon. We live in Prescott and had looked at the Lincoln MKZ and liked it but wanted to test drive the 2013 Toyota Avalon Limited. My husband called and made an appointment with Robin Conant who had said that he had just gotten in an Avalon Limited. We drove to Phoenix the very next day and when we met with Robin at Bell Road Toyota he had the car ready for us to test drive and it was perfect for me. Besides having the exterior and interior colors I would have chosen, it had the bells and whistles I was looking for. It is also very comfortable. There is a learning curve to the new data but not impossible to achieve. The sales representative, Robin, is informative about the new Avalon design and able to answer most of our questions and if he didn't have the answer he immediately got hold of a colleague. Add friendly and personable and that equals a great sales rep. We never felt like we were being pushed to purchase by the sales rep nor by the dealership owner who talked to us quite a bit. I have been driving the car for a month and am very happy with it and Bell Road Toyota.Sincerely,Rosi and Jim GraneckiPrescott AZ

I have dealt with Mike on several occasions in servicing my purchased-as-used Toyota vehicles ('97 Camry, '00 Camry, '00 Solara, '10 Prius), two of which were purchased at Bell Road Toyota. He has provided EXCEPTIONAL service to me and my family. He is an honest, competent, professional, personable and reliable representative of his dealership. I can ALWAYS count on him to do what he commits to. During a recent event, which involved the difficult challenge of researching and correcting an extended service plan contact error, Mike stuck with it for over three weeks to ensure his dealership's word was trustworthy. In another example, I recently purchased one of my used vehicles at another Valley Toyota/Acura dealership, along with with an extended warranty plan. I took it to Mike for a complete maintenance review. He identified several items which needed repair and submitted a work authorization request to the warranty company. The company responded with an answer which instructed me to return to the dealership of sale and have them complete the repairs. Mike graciously provided me with a comprehensive list of deficiencies and related costs which I used to hold the warranty company and other dealership accountable for their responsibilities in the matter. Mike obviously brings an incredible amount of maintenance and customer service experience to the Bell Road Toyota Service Department. I only hope his supervisors are recognizing him for this, to include future promotional possibilities. THANK YOU BELL ROAD TOYOTA!

When I met with your finance man Scott Brown he charged me 8.3% sales tax, and assured me that I would not pay more than the 4.9% (state 2.9% plus 2% county)and that I would get the difference back when I registered the car in Colorado. When I registered the car in Colorado I was forced to write a check for the 2% county sales tax ($574.46), for a total of $3,031.92 or $1,624.49 or 5.7% more than explained to me. Scott Brown would not return my calls or letters sent for the next few months. I even wrote and complained to the owner of Bell Toyota. It wasn't until I contacted Toyota, that I was referred to a Tom Hollingbaugh of Bell Toyota, that I got some satisfaction and where the Arizona Tax Department advised Bell Toyota that they had over charged me $915.60. Prior to that Bell Toyota had sent me a refund for $42.25 for collecting excess taxes. After the refunds I was still out $672.89, and gave up trying to get the remainder back after 4 months. Bell Toyota.......GIVES AUTO DEALERS THE WORSE REPUTATION POSSIBLE....AND I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT TOYOTA ALLOWS SUCH BEHAVIOR FROM ONE OF IT'S DEALERS.r

I am please with the service with my 'o5 Prius. The big warning light went on and the very worst prognosis resulted in a failed High voltage battery. Found out this was covered under the 100,000 mile warranty. They covered the rental car and got the Prius out in two working days which is very good in my book since the battery has to come from LA. It was also washed and cleaned. No pressure on me to sell any unneeded service once I made it clear that I do all the routine maintenance. I bought 3 vehicles here (Tundra limited, Sequioa Limited and Lexus es 350). The Lexus will be the last purchase I'm going to do with this dealership. The Lexus ES 350 started having issues, check engine light is on. Bank 1/ sensor 1 oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction. I do have a extended warranty, I ask nicely to release the Lexus warranty to another shop so we can replace the oxygen sensor since I drive 40 miles to work and also works for a dealership. And it's a big hassle for me to drop it to bell Toyota to have the issue check. They fought with ,e and the SERVICE MANAGER said no way I can release that to another shop. I have to take some time off so I can drop the car, which I did. 1 week later we pick it up, oxygen sensor is replaced! Good, the repair order states replaced oxygen sensor and test drove vehicle, I said that's good. Oxygen sensors needs drive cycles to make sure issue is resolved. It needs to see the open and close loop of the system. ONE BIG ISSUE!!! The mileage is the same when I drop it off!!!! But the repair order says 3 miles more than the odometer says. The odometer says 73296 when I drop it off and when I pick it up guess what 73296 miles!!! But the repair order says mileage out is 73299... Why would this dealership lie to me that the vehicle was test driven and the miles out on the repair order is different on what the vehicle have at the time of pick up... Not even a mile is added!!!!I gave them a second chance!! I talk to this service manager name TODD, he didn't really entertain the complain properly!! He said maybe it was key in wrong!!! Maybe the out miles/mileage out is keyed in wrong!!! The repair order states the vehicle was test driven for 3 miles but it wasn't!! This is the reason why I don't bring my car to another dealership. If you want something done right then do it yourself. He could have just said, sorry maybe the tech didn't really drove the car. All I want is the repair is done properly and the vehicle is driven to make sure everything is working properly especially Oxygen Sensors needs drive cycle in order for them to be check for proper operation.I WILL NEVER TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN, and guess what I'm going to be back there soon to cancel the warranty. About the service writer, I don't have any issue dealing with him. I like working with him, he is very professional and he kept me updated. My advise to this dealership tell your technicians if they are going to state that they drove the vehicle please do so and don't fabricate a mileage!!! This is basically fraud!!!! And don't worry the repair order was video tape on top of the odometer and you can clearly see the miles in and out on the repair order and the odometer of the Lexus. I'm not afraid to be contacted by anybody. The service writer knows all my info..Update:The service director called me and talk to me he apologized for the incident, and I accepted that. He was very professional and offered help to resolved the issue. He advised me that he will going to include this issue to there monthly meeting. This issue is now resolved. Thanks to the Service Director!

I purchased a new 2012 Prius Package II and it was one of the most pleasant car buying purchases I have ever made. After settling on a price through a series of emails with Shirley, I set up a time to test drive the car and to make sure the baby seat fit in the back. Shirley was incredibly friendly, not pushy, pleasant, and eager to answer any questions that my wife and I had regarding the car. She did a great job with all of this. I figured that I would somehow get conned into coming into the dealership expecting one thing, only to sold something different. Not the case. I literally walked in, test drove, sat down to agree on the already agreed upon sales price (with no surprise fees or costs) and was out the door in less than 2 hours. I probably would have been able to make it quicker if I didn't ask so many questions. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and I never felt any unnecessary pressure. I will definitely recommend any of my friends to Shirley if they are in the market for a new or used car. Big thumbs up!!

We spent about 2 hours. Larry was very polite, but the process took very long. At the end, the absolute best price he offered us was absurdly high. We were looking to buy a closeout 2012 Highlander (Mid september) from off the lot that had a $1000 rebate on it. My wife and I are 52 years old, and have bought many cars before and knew the best price offered was a total rip-off and told our salesman so. But Larry stuck to the price. One day later, we paid $6000 less for the same car (same year, model and accessories) AND got $1000 more for our trade in at Right Toyota --$7000 savings. We even got the color we wanted. Some variation in price is understandable, but $7000 difference between dealers is ridiculous.

Let me begin to say how I am pleased with the entire staff here at Bell Road Toyota. Fred my sales consultant was very polite and patient with me and my husband in helping us to purchasing our 2008 Toyota Corolla. We went in trying to follow a strict budget for our new vehicle being that this was going to be our second car payment and Fred in the sales department and Sam in finance worked hard to get us a aggressive intrest rate along with a great price on our new vehicle. Sam was a very nice guy and helped to make the finance proccess easy and hassle free. We did have a small issue with the battery going out in our new corolla but after a quick call they took care of the issue. All around our purchase experience could not be any better and I appreciate everybody's hard work.

This is my third 4Runner. I love my 4Runner but typically dread the dealer experience. This time was different. Kylor was my salesperson and most of our discussions took place over email which is what I preferred and requested. He was very nice, not pushy, and gave me all the numbers he could over email. We were able to agree on the price and there were no surprised when I showed up to make the deal. I even had another dealer tell me he could beat any price I had, but i felt Kylor and the team at Bell Road were genuine and really won over my business. As a result I got the 4Runner i wanted for the price I wanted. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and accomodating. I really value that Kylor took into consideration what I wanted. I wanted to see the numbers via email before going further and most dealers just ignore my requests and try to call and beg you to come in for a test drive. I realize he could not tell me the trade in value for my car without seeing it, but he did do all he could in a honest and non-pushy manner. Great experience all around.

I visited Bell Road Toyota on Saturday, August 18th. I had been in my first car accident on August 16th, my car was totaled, and I wanted to test drive a Corolla. Doreen worked with me and was friendly and helpful; however, I was very stressed out and emotional since I've never A) been in an accident or B) bought a car. Ultimately, I left the dealership exhausted and exasperated since I had been to three other dealerships that day and was not able to find anything in my budget I liked. The problems I had with your customer service & friendliness began when I got back to my house, to find I had a voice message from a "sales manager" named "Eric." He claimed they'd just gotten a trade-in Elantra (one of the other cars I'd been looking at, and had disclosed to Doreen) with low mileage and really wanted me to take a look at it. Though tired and frustrated, I returned to the dealership, thinking there was a potential car sale ahead of me. Was I ever mistaken! I was told to have a seat; Doreen told me the manager was "in the other building and would be right out," and I was left sitting in one of the little cubicles for over 20 minutes. Then, two policemen walked in the building, up to me, and asked what I was doing there. I relayed the story of how I had come back due to a voice message -- thinking there was a car for me, and how now I was pretty sure that was all just a ploy to get me back onto the property. I asked if I was under arrest or if I was being charged with a crime; though I wasn't, the cops informed me someone had made a complaint to them because of how I was acting earlier and they were concerned because I had my infant daughter with me. I am LIVID about the way this was handled by the staff at Bell Road Toyota. It's a car dealership. Stressed out emotional people walk in and out of their doors every day. If someone was truly concerned about my well being or the safety of my daughter, they should have approached me in the moment or let me know they intended to call the police. Instead, they fabricated a story about a car they wanted to sell (which I doubt exists, nor this "sales manager") just so I could be harassed by police. I've been a loyal Toyota driver my whole life. So are both my parents. Bell Road Toyota engaged in dishonest trickery and made my weekend even more stressful than it already was. They just lost a customer for life.

I chose this Toyota Dealership on the Internet. They have the best internet sales for Toyota in the Phoenix AZ area. I found the Corolla I wanted. Went the next day and bought it. Had every thing it said on the internet. Really good web site. Now the only Neg thing I can say is I had my own Loan set up at my bank (pre-approved with loan #) all they had to do is call my bank and ask what paper work they needed, they still had me fill out all the paper work for a loan. I don't mine listening to a spiel on extra stuff to buy, which I did buy (security system and tire road hazard). The Loan Department needs to really ask if you want them to get the loan. And check out your loan in the beginning. A two hour sale was 3 plus.

I used USAA's car buying service & found Bell Road Toyota from them. I spoke with Doreen Fischer on the phone & she was very polite, professional, & knowledgeable. I set up an appointment with her & went the following week to test drive a Toyota RAV 4. I test drove a RAV 4 & I liked it but unfortunetly it was out of my price range. I wanted a new car & not a used car. I had a 2001 VW Beetle to trade in. Doreen then suggested the Scion XB which was more in my price range & she felt it was something I would be intersted in. I ended up buying the Scion XB & absolutely love it! I really appreciate the excellent customer service from Doreen & everyone at Bell Road Toyota!

Costumer service was excellent. Rob my service consultant was very friendly to me. He made it a point that I am fully updated on the status of the service of my car. I went to this dealer for regular maintenance service but When the Technician/Mechanic have discovered that the steering box appears to be wet/leaking, he (Rob) came to me and asked me to follow him inside the service center to check for my self and I appreciate this gesture. In some other service center they would just let you know that something is wrong with your car but without presenting tangible evidence before the repair and to some costumer like me, I need to see where the problem is/are, especially if involves paying a thousand bucks/dollars for the service.

Best customer service minute ever working with Rob Schneider! The reason that I gave the review I did was because of Rob and his dedication to customer service. Our Prius had a spring go out on the shifting mechanism the day before we were to leave for vacation. Intitially Rob advised us that he would not be able to get the part until the next day due to having to order from California. We were told that the car would be ready the next day, fist thing in the morning.Although my husband and I felt this was resonable, we were still disappointed because our plans had us getting off to an early start the next day, well before the dealership was going to open. Rob heard the disappointment in my husbands voice and much to our suprise he called back to let us know that he was able to find the part at a dealership in Tucson and would pick it up and install and our car would be ready for us the same day. Thank you Rob for really caring about the customer and going the extra mile! Vicki and Larry Davis

Absolutely the best buying experience possible. Was in the middle of a deal for a new Prius C Three but didn't feel like I was getting the deal I expected.I decided to check other dealers via the Internet and was so impressed with all of the features on their website I thought I would give them a shot. I received a call from Kylor within the hour. We discussed briefly what I looking for and what I expected in the deal. He was with customers at the time and we agreed to further this activity the following day.The next morning I emailed Kylor 18 exterior and interior photos, the trades original window sticker and the completed application for Toyota credit. I further explained the deal and the specific stock number I wanted. I also reflected that I live in Hidden Valley Az. ( sw of Maricopa ) and worked in Coolidge. Based on these conditions I wouldn't be able to bring my trade in to the Dealership until Saturday ( this was on Wednesday )Kylor worked hard, got me exactly the deal I expected and got me the best rate that Toyota has to offer. The real icing on the cake for this deal was Kaylor delivered the Prius and paperwork all the way out to to my house in Hidden Valley and picked up my Trade and brought it back to the Dealership the same evening that we initiated the transaction. I never even went to the Dealership.Great job Kylor. I highly recommend Kylor and Bell Road Toyota for a great buying experience.

The overall car buying experience was as quick and painless as could be expected. My sales associate (Sam Lima) was great and the dealership in general worked with me on my trade in and financing. The 3 (OK) I gave under quality of work had nothing to do with the sales or financing staff. They were all great. I gave that mark because there was work purportedly done to the vehicle which, after driving it for a couple of days, I had serious doubts if it was done correctly, or at all. I didn't bring the car in under warranty because I live far enough away from the Phoenix area to make it easier for me to just do it myself. I was told that the brake rotors were resurfaced, which after a little time driving doesn't appear to have happened. No big deal. It wouldn't stop me from buying another vehicle there if the opportunity comes up.

Chris was very respectful of my desire for some distance, with regard to my internet quote request. Jerry had also sent an e-mail, but was not intrusive. They both left voice/e-mail messages for me, but I chose not to return the calls (as my initial e-mail request noted I preferred to communicate via e-mail). Chris had just left the dealership, when my husband and I arrived (I had not called ahead), so Sam took over. Sam was very helpful without being obnoxious or laying on the hard sell. When we decided what we wanted, Sam expressed an inability to negotiate a lower price, due to the limited availability of the Prius V, and of the specific color we wanted (blue / though we took the red, which they traded for, from another dealer). Jerry came in to negotiate a small break for us. Although we felt we could have gotten a better deal (doesn't everyone?), we felt the deal was fair. All in all, it was a far better experience than I had anticipated and we would definitely buy from Chris/Sam/Jerry again.

I purchased a late model, 2011 Toyota Corolla from Bell Road Toyota within the last two weeks. This is the second Corolla that I have purchased from Bell Road Toyota and my fifth Corolla throughout the last eighteen years and consider myself a committed Toyota consumer. Toyota earned my loyalty long ago when through various experiences, it became apparent to me that Toyota is committed to quality, stands behind their product and works very hard to instill a sense of loyalty and trust with their customers. I feel strongly that Bell Road Toyota shares those same values and thats why they earned my business again for my latest purchase. My sales specialist, Emil Kocharyan was extremely helpful in helping me find the car that fit my needs and the finance team, Jon Gonzalez, John Novick, and Tom Munks were truly exceptional. Rich Macero, the sales manager showed his big smile to us during the whole negotiation that made us feel welcome and comfortable. He listened to our concern and our request. We knew that he had already tried his best to get us the best price he can offer. Giving us no pressure, we finally returned back to him to purchase the car within 10 minutes after we left. Don Scott Montgomery, the finance manager explained everything in details to us and we believed that he did not miss anything that we were supposed to know. His professional advice on Extra Care and GAP protection programs is highly appreciated.

Chris was very helpful and patient and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgable about Toyotas and didn't rush us or pressure us. Chris was attentive and friendly and was honest with us. Although I dreaded buying my car through a dealer, it worked well with the internet sales team approach. They followed through with switching out our tires to ones were sturdier the next day as promised and we were happy with the service provided.

I guess I can say my experience with Bell Road Toyota was better than I expected, I put my name on the internet that I was interested in buying a Toyota LE sedan with a power drivers seat and powe steering. Sam Lima called me and set up a time to show me the car at my home. I was deliberating whether I should sell my car or trade it in, so Mr. Lima took it to the dealer and brought back a figure I could not refuse. He had down on paper the difference for the new Toyota and I was sold. I have never had an internet manager be so willing to please and so willing to fill my needs and wants, as were all the folks at the dealership. I am sure they will continue to do so in the future.

Doreen is always easy to work with. This is my third purchase/lease through her and I greatly appreciate her helpful and straightforward manner. I walk in and tell her what I am looking for, she listens to me, gives me some additional things to think about and we always find what I want. I am comfortable with her style and approach and will continue to return to this dealership for her help with any new purchases.

I typically dread buying cars due to strong arming and spending my entire day haggling and being talked down to. My experience with Doreen was anything but what I am used to. She was kind and courteous. She expedited the process without being pushy and seemed to truly have my interest at heart. I had questions following my purchase and she was more than helpful when I called. My sister had purchased from Bell Road Toyota and directed me there due to her buying experience. I would personally refer anyone to Doreen due to her professionalism matched by understanding and respect of her clients needs.

Like anyone, I was hesitant to take my trade-in to a dealership. I have to say though that my experience at Bell Road Toyota was the best I've had yet. The salesman was knowledgable and friendly, and he searched the valley to locate and bring in the exact car I wanted. The finance department was helpful and fair, and every other employee I encountered was courteous and smiling. The dealership was clean, the service was excellent, I got a great price for my trade, and I got a slick, new scion for a low monthly payment. Things could not have been better and I would definitely recommend this dealership and my salesman, Cary Davis to all of my family and friends. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!

If you asked me if I would recommend this dealer two years ago, I would've said yes. We bought a truck from them and had no issues. This is no longer the case. I bought a camry and had the 100000 mile warranty on the car. I was approaching a 100000 miles and wanted to have the car checked out before I hit that magic number, they also needed to fix the back window tinting. So I was having this done all at once. I drop the car off and get a rental. After explaining again what I wanted done. Rob calls me the next day and says the cars ready, and that I need to pay for the rental. I again explain that it is covered and they were supposed to look at the car. He tells me that they just did the tint and did not look at the car to see if anything is wrong. I tell him I am not paying for the rental due to there error. He says he will call me the next day to let me know if they find anything. He calls me and says the axels need to be replaced and I the car will be ready on friday night. I go pick the car up on friday night and leave the dealership. I pull out on Bell and my car stalls, I start it and pull onto the I-17 and it stalls again, I get on the 17 and it stalls one last time. My car will now not start. I call toyota and they come jump the car and tell me to drive it back to the dealer ship. It stalls 3 more times! I leave the car and they take me home. Rob calls me saturday morning and tells me the reason my car stalls is due to the battery needing to be replaced. He then quotes me over $200 for a new battery. I tell him I can do it my self for way less. I call multiple mechanics I know and ask if my car would stall due to the battery. They all say the same thing I am thinking. NO! I call Rob back and leave a message. He doesn't call me back. I go down to the dealership and ask if he got my message. He tells me no. I find this funny because everytime I leave a message he never gets them. He tells me that there is now something very wrong with my car. He walks us back into the shop where my car is and starts the car. There is now this very loud knocking coming from the engine. I am now PISSED. I tell Rob that they have had my car for a week and are just now finding this out. He tells me again that this is not his fault and blah blah blah. I know have to wait until monday to find out what is wrong and to see if the warranty covers it. I demand a rental car for free due to there incompentance. Rob calls me on Tuesday and says the engine needs to be replaced and that he is waiting for the inspector to come and check out the car. Rob calls on Wednesday and tells me that the reason the engine went out is because I got my oil changed at Walmart and its the air filter they use, but were going to cover it, but its going to be another week. I then call my mechanics and they say again NO NOT TRUE!. Rob then calls me again and says well actually remember when you had your clutch changed? (I didn't go thru Toyota because they wanted to charge me $1500 and I ended up paying a lot less thru someone else). I tell him yes. Rob tells me that the person who changed it did it wrong and thank goodness the inspector didnt catch this or I would have to pay for it. I again make my calls and they tell me that if that were true I would have to replace the clutch again as it would break both engine and clutch. Well I only had to get a new engine. By this time I am fed up with Rob and all his lies. I go get the car after them having it for over 2 weeks. I end up having to pay for some part that costs about $230. I say fine, I just want my car back. Rob ends up charging my card over $2300 dollars. I look at him and say WTF?? He says oh thats what you owe. He finally understands that he put in the wrong numbers, but he doesn't know how to void the transaction. He finally gets it voided, and doesn't really apologize but starts talking about how his ex-wifes card would never go thru for that amount. He also had told me that he put some gas in the car. I get in the car and the line is so far below E I am afraid I wont make it to the closest gas station. Do not ever go here. They are all liars and do not give a crap about there comstumers!

I had purchased from this Dealer years ago and with this in mind decided to give them a chance to win me over again, what a mistake. The Sales Associate knew nothing about the product, when he was told many times again what I was looking for he totally went off in another direction, never returned phone calls so his lose and went and bought a New Kia Optima from Peoria Kia and found them to be a true pleasure! They're you're best friend when they're trying to sell you. We spent 4 hours getting talked into a car and as soon as we got home we knew we'd gotten screwed. We called the dealership and it took 4 days to finally get ahold of someone who told us to get over it. Customer service is horrible, the brand new Prius we got is all scratched up, we're paying Max for a car and got minimum for our trade in. We're a military family and explained we were just there to look but by the end of 4 hours we felt we didn't have a choice, the only way they'd let us leave is if we signed, I know it sounds weak but that's really the feeling their representatives instilled in us. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

My wife and I (and one of our sons) have bought/leased Toyotas from Bell Road over the past 12 to 15 years -- all from Cora -- because she always finds us what we want in a vehicle and finds good financing and interest rates. She's friendly, efficientand a pleasure to deal with. Tony (in service) always communicates exactly what needs to be done, how long it will take and the cost. Good communicator. Tom, a recent acquaintance is very helpful, on top of things, and communicates very well. Bottom line? Bell Road Toyota is a pleasant place to do business. Our next car will come from there thru Cora. My newest car from Bell Road Toyota is a 2012 Camry LE. Couldn't be happier.

Wife and I went to shop for a Toyota Tundra at this dealer. The salesman wanted a $100 down payment before he would go talk to his manager, so he can "prove to his manager that we are serious." When we refused, he wanted our car keys so he and his manager can inspect our car for the trade-in. We told him that we are not trading in any cars. He then wanted both our driver's licenses, so he can do a credit check. We refused but offered to walk with him to the copier machine and make a copy for him. This salesman finally said, "come on, give me something to show me that you are serious about buying his truck." At that point, we got up and left. We will never go back to this dealer again.

Before coming here, we had a terrible experience at another dealership. Our title was being held at another that location, so we called the number on Bell Road Toyota's Website, and spoke to Doreen, and told her what had happened. She let us know they could accommodate us and help us out and make our experience better, even through the phone, we felt a huge relief! Upon coming here, Doreen Fischer went above and beyond customer service duty to make us feel like she really wanted to get us into a vehicle we could afford and enjoy. She went out of her way to make us comfortable, and make this experience feel like we were the priority. We looked at a few cars, and found great used car, with low, low miles, at a very affordable price/rate. It had everything we were looking for in a vehicle, and some!Later in the day she brought in Ruben(sales) and we started in on the paperwork and the bank information. Originally, the price was a little higher than I was wanting, but thanks to them working so hard, they were able to bring it into my price range monthly, AND beat the apr% that I was previously getting/expecting (at the terrible dealership), making it 120% affordable. I had overall the best experience at this dealership, than any other I've been too. Her and Ruben(Sales) were so friendly, and made the atmosphere very stress free. Even the finance guy was great and friendly! I will definitely be coming back here, specifically for them.

Bell Road Toyota was the most helpful of five dealerships I visited. They were the only dealer who seemed to really care about what I wanted and did not try to push me into buying a vehicle. I LOVE this dealership! My purchase was fairly easy with little stress and regular maintenance is a breeze thanks to Chad Hinson. Chad seems to always remember me and the service on my FJ Cruiser. The dealership is laid out extremely well and everyone there seems to always want to help. If you ever need service, or even a vehicle (new or used) definitely check out Bell Road Toyota. I can't give them high enough marks. I even bring my husband's car to them although it is a PT Cruiser. The PT dealerships are horrible with poor service so with my excellent experience with Bell Road Toyota, we decided that was the only place we would go for service. To begin, I am rating this dealer an overall 3+ and I would recommend them. That said, they are very similar to all the big city car dealerships I have dealt with. Just be aware of this before you go to Bell Road Toyota. That said, if I were only rating the salesman (Bob Gilbert), I would easily give him a 5. He is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. He takes the time to understand what his customers want, and does not try to pressure them into something else. Plus, his follow up after the sale is second to none. If you decide to look at a vehicle at Bell Road Toyota, do yourself a favor and work with Bob. He is an asset to Bell Road Toyota and really, the ONLY reason I am recommending them.We went vehicle shopping one weekend and test drove a used Highlander. We were not going to purhcase a vehicle that weekend as we tested many different makes and models. So, over the course of the week, we negotiatied the price via email. Once we reached a price I was comfortable with, we went back to the dealership for one more test drive. At this point, we decided to purchase the Highlander. From here, we went into the sales office where Bob worked with his sales manager, Josh, to prepare a document that is similar to a "bill of sale" document. It listed the price of the Highlander, Tax (9.3%), estimated title/registration fees, the Doc fee of $389. It also had a line item for "Anti-theft registration" for $289. Although I'm pretty sure on this particular form the theft registration was not listed as "optional", I insisted it be removed. The form also had a line for the amount we were putting down. So the bottom number is what would be financed. Also at this point they will try to ask what you want your payments to be. I recommend you come prepared. Know your credit and what rate you would qualify for. Use an online loan calculator to figure out what your payment would be. The dealer wants to talk "monthly payment" with you so they can try to figure out how they can make more money, via add on charges or higher interest rate. Your best option is to get financing through your bank ahead of time. Don't tell the dealer this until you agree to a price on the car. Then you can just give them the check from your bank. We elected to finance through the dealer to take advantage of the 2.9% on Toyota Certified Used Vehicles. The next step is to wait to get into finance. This can take a while depending on how many people purchased vehicles. We had to wait 2+ hours. Here I met Bryan. By this time our 17 month old son was well past due for a nap, so I told Bryan I would review with him, then bring in my wife to sign the documents. He stated he had things to go over with both of us. I told him I knew what he was going to review (gap coverage, warranties, etc.) and that I didn't want any of them. I said I was being honest to try to save time, figuring he might as well get on to the next customer who may actually purchase these items. Bryan seemed incredibly irritated by this, and from this point on, was very short, rude, and disrespectful to me. At least he granted my request and saved the sales pitch of these additional items. In finance, you will be asked to sign many MVD documents, etc. You will also be presented with a more formal "bill of sale" type document, similar to the one completed in sales. However, on this form, it is clearly noted the Anti-Theft registration for $289 is OPTIONAL. Be sure this is not included in the final amounts. Also, you will be asked to sign a "Paint Protection" form that costs $100+. When I saw the form, I told Bryan I didn't want it. He said it was already on the vehicle and I had to purchase it. I told him then I wouldn't be buying the vehicle. Sure enough it was removed. I also had Bryan pull out the "bill of sale" document from when I was working with the sales staff. I told him the numbers needed to match. He sure didn't seem happy that they weren't going to be able to make any extra money off me, but he ended up recalculating the forms. Lastly, on the bill of sale document, you will see the estimated registration/title fees. You sign that these are estimated and that you will not get a plate credit after the sale. NOTE: They amount put in is an estimate for a full year of registration. However, in AZ, it is all based off when the vehicle was first registered. So, if the car was first registered in October 2008 and you are buying the vehicle in July 2010, when you get the tags a few weeks later, they will only be valid for 3 months, to October 2010. The amount the state gets is pro-rated, and in October, you would have to renew for a whole year. So, before purchasing the vehicle, get the VIN, contact the MVD via phone or through the online fee calc (Google Search "service Arizona EZ Fee Calc"). You can enter the VIN and get the amount the tags will be. Add about $15-20 to this total for Title, air quality and tire fee. Tell the dealership you want this amount entered as estimated, not their full year estimate. The "bill of sale" document clearly states that if the estimate is low, you will be contacted to make up the difference. However, they estimate the full year so they can pocket the extra cash since you also sign there will be no plate refunds after the sale. I screwed up on this and it cost me about $65.00.Finally, carefully read the line items on the finance document to be sure they match the bill of sale document, and nothing was added in. I recommend making a spreadsheet at home with the price of the vehicle, 9.3% tax, $389 doc fee, estimated registration obtained from the MVD plus $15 for title. This will give you the total price. Subtract any amount you are putting down, and you have your total finance amount. Be sure their "bill of sale" document and the final finance document matches your spreadsheet amount within a few dollars. This will ensure you are not paying anything extra. As you can tell from my long post, it is quite the process. We arrived at 10:00, having already had the price of the vehicle negotiated via email. I didn't end up leaving the dealership until 4:00. This included waiting another hour and a half to get the second key I negotated for. AS I stated, this dealer is typical from every big city dealership I have ever bought from. They will try to make extra money here and there in addition to the price of the vehicle. Watch out for this. Be knowledgable and do some research - calculate the total cost at home. In doing this, you can get a decent deal without a bunch of add ons. Just be ready to walk out if you don't get what you expect. No matter how much you like the vehicle you are looking at, there will always be another one available down the road.Again, Bob Gilbert is sales is great. I highly recommend him. However, Josh the sales manager became very unfriendly once I demanded a second key and told him I would not buy the vehicle without it. Not once did he thank me for my business. The same can be said for Bryan in finance. To me, logic dictates that if I am not going to buy the add ons he is trying to sell, it is better for both of us to get it done as quick as possible. It gets me out of there and gets him working with the next customer who might purchase the products. Similar to Josh, Bryan never thanked me for my business. These two were extremely unprofessional and in my opionion, are a liablilty to Bell Road Toyota. If this review were based only on Bryan and Josh, it would be a rating of 1 and I wouldn't recommend the dealership to anyone.Recap of fees I found that you don't want to pay:$289 Anti-Theft registration$100+ paint protectionFull year of "estimated" registration fees - check with MVD for actual fees.

We were dealing with a used car salesman named Jim, when we decided to take an extra day to decide on our purchase he became very belligerant and flat out rude. We were going to take our business to another dealer but Larry Banks called us a few minutes after leaving the dealership and convinced us to come back and deal with him only regarding our purchase. We eventually did go back and make a purchase strictly because of Larry Banks, he saved a sale for Toyota and will most likely get our business in the future. Larry did an exceotional job and bent over backwards to make up for the previous salesman's lack of professionalism and integrity.

This has been the best experience I have ever had with a dealership, or for that matter ANY customer service related business. I brought my vehicle in for a transmission leak, just AFTER my warranty had expired, the Service Advisor (Craig) was extremely friendly, helpful and eager to assist me. He was able to get the car looked at immediately, by one of the Toyota Mechanics (Mike) who quickly determined there was in fact two leaks, One from the Rear Main Seal, the other from the Oil Pan. Cost of repairs would be WELL over $1000.00 but Craig and the Service Manager (Scott?) were able to call toyota customer care and get a "good will warranty" to cover the cost of expenses. Not only did Toyota Cover the Labor and Parts, but they also covered the cost of new fluid for the transmission and new oil for the engine. On a side note; I have had my 2007 FJ cruiser for over 3 years and this was only my second warranty issue (the first being a battery replacement). The Dealership needed to order parts for the repair, and I scheduled an appointment for the following week. I brought my vehicle in the night before and utilized the "early bird drop off". The following day Craig (service advisor) called me to tell me that Mike (Mechanic) had noticed that my clutch was about 90% worn, and strongly suggested I replace it while he has everything taken apart under toyotas' tab. Knowing that I am VERY hard on my vehicle (Hardcore Off-Roading, Oversized tires, and pulling a double axle enclosed trailer 75% of the time) I didn't doubt Mikes findings. I authorized the additional repairs, and I paid for the clutch assembly, flywheel resurfacing, slave cylinder, fork and TOB, and one hour of labor) it did cost be a few hundred dollars for all the parts, but it saved me a HUGE amount in labor.. and now i have the comfort of knowing the majority of my power-train is in like new condition. Not only did this dealership, take the initiative to call customer care to have my leaks covered under warranty AFTER the warranty expired, but they also cared enough to inspect and inform me of the clutch issue, they finished the work ON TIME and were extremely friendly, throughout the entire experience. I Strongly Recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or service their existing Toyota.Thank you Bell Road Toyota, Mike, Craig and Service Manager (Scott??) You have earned me as a customer for life, and I will post my experience on AZFJ.ORG to let everyone else know what a great dealership you are.

I had been contacted from the dealership via Toyota Finance as per the end of my lease. I set up an appointment and of course, here we go, the big sales pitch of why I should either lease a new vehicle instead of purchasing my new one. I get the pitch of we can put you in the new one for only $7.00 a month more than what your last one was. Geez, 7 x 36 months which is such a great deal. Another $252.00 for them that is. So I was curious. I said, tell you what, tell me what I can get this lease for with the minimum down. She said, this is it, $2500.00 down blah, blah. Funny how when I bought my last lease it was only $500.00 down with a few additional fees. So, in fact, my payment would have been a lot higher if we were matching apples to apples when it came to a down payment. She was a snake in the tall grass. She said she was originally from New York and she still played the part. Screwing the potential customer instead of trying to help them get done what they came to do, will never help your employer. I will not recommend the dealership and will let my friends know too.

If you are looking for an excellent car salesman, go to this dealership and ask for Steve Dargo. He made the car buying experience awesome. He was upfront, honest and very helpful throughout the entire process. After I got the car near my home, it overheated. I called the dealership and they did not even hesitate to get the car into the service department the next day. They fixed the car within an hour and a half and it has driven perfect ever since! I highly recommend this dealership!!

We would highly recommend this dealership and Doreen Fisher! The two go hand in hand and have always given us a pleasant purchasing experience over the years. We always call Doreen when we need to add to our fleet because we know that she is knowledgeable, curteous, dependable, and will go to great lengths to find just the right vehicle at just the right price. She makes it very easy for us to shop with no hassles and no disappointments. Why go anywhere else when our needs are satisfied with just a phone call. We bought our first truck in January of 2006 and have purchased eleven additional trucks since that time. We have even purchased personal use vehicles from Doreen with the same ease of purchase. If you are considering a new or used car or truck, don't waste your time driving around the valley looking for a "good deal". Just stop at Bell Road Toyota and ask for Doreen! She is the best-guaranteed!

Over the past 5 years, we have delt with Doreen exclusively and have purchase 3 new vehicles. We consider her to be very straight forward and provided the best price possible. Follow up on the purchase was also very good. We consider her to be a personal friend. Also have used the service dept. (primarily Tony Isselhart (sp??)) with good results; service accomplished on time and cost as expected.

Purchased an '02 Tundra pickup new. Got a fair deal. But more importantly, have had all maintenance work on my Tundra performed by the dealership because they do their job well -- consistently well. Specifically, I have a competent Service Consultant, Tony Isselhardt, advising me up front, and competent mechanics performing the work in the shop.Everyone builds a good pickup these days, but when I'm ready for a new one, it will be a Tundra because I'll want my new pickup to be maintained by Bell Road Toyota's Service Department.

Great experience with JC! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal I needed. Including bringing the car to us so I could look at it, making sure the finance part was handled before I even got there. In and out of the dealership very quickly. Very respectful, no typical wheeling and dealing nightmare. Will definitely be purchasing my next car from him if at all possible! And will definitely be returning to Bell Road Toyota.

Visited the dealer to purchase a new Corolla S. Our Salesperson Randy was extremely professional and courteous. The price was fair, respectful, and free of the tedious haggling process. Upon delivery, Randy took the time to ensure we were fully aware of the features and functionality unique to the vehicle. We had a minor issue when we discovered a surface scratch the next day and Randy ensured that the issue was taken care of immediately and to our satisfaction. Overall, the experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend Bell Toyota in general, and Randy Pongratz in particular.

We bought a white 2011 Toyota Corolla S from Randy. He went the extra mile and found the exact vehicle we wanted even though it meant driving across the valley to trade another dealer for the vehicle.Randy also gave us a great price too.The vehicle was washed and cleaned when we picked it up.We were in and out of the dealer, papers signed, etc. in less than an hour. Amazing! This was the quickest vehicle transaction I've ever been involved with and Randy helped us arrange financing! We are very pleased with the dealership and Randy. The folks were warm and welcoming at the dealership. Folks offered us water and coffee.Great job all around! Thanks for making this a great experience.

Worst experience ever! Had to bring back my car three different times within the first 100 miles of owning the car. They don't want to work with the customer what so ever. Horrible attitude towards you and they never want to admit they're wrong. Will never ever go back to that piece of a junk dealership ever.

Wasted my time and theirs first having to convince them that a nationally advertised lease special existed, then only to have them tell me they didn't care about it, they wouldn't lease me the vehicle for that amount. Granted, the nationally advertised special says "Dealer participation may vary", but any honorable and honest dealer would tell you that when you called to inquire if they had any cars that matched the offer, not drag it out until you were sitting down to discuss price on a particular vehicle.I immediately called Toyota's national line, who put me in touch with a different dealer which actually leased an upgraded vehicle for the nationally advertised amount. My advice - don't even bother with Bell Road Toyota.

The worst experiance ever. They took $110 on my second visit just to tell me that i need new tires. On first visit they told me that road test was done, they lied so i had to come back. Finally they hit my car while in service and left it like that with 2" scratch. I did noticed it when i picked up but i did not report it. I just did not have any more nerves to deal with them any more, i just wanted to leave that dealership and never to come back.

Keep in mind that it's usually the disgruntled who leave ratings, and as often as not, they're off base with their comments.Sorry naysayers, I had a completely satisfying experience with the service dept. Service consultant was friendly, but businesslike. They shuttled us to a nearby restaurant and said to just call to be picked up. Lady driving the shuttle was friendly and accommodating. Service waiting-room area is easily the finest I've seen - besides the usual tv, paper, magazines and coffee, there are four internet computers available, pub-syle talbes to work at, donuts, apples, tangerines, AND IT'S SPOTLESS AND VERY SPACIOUS. Then ... our car was ready an hour before promised. An example for all dealers.

We recently went to trade in our Scion TC that we got at this dealership, we went back to this dealership cause it was close. The dealer looked at the car and told us what they were going to give us for the vehicle. We then went to look at VW's and they told us that the car had a bad CARFAX. Well we find out that the car had an accident before they even sold it to anyone. Toyota never told us this, either the first time they sold us the car or the time we went to trade it in. I FIND THIS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING, they screw with us car buyers with shady tactics anyway, then they cant even be honest about the history of the vehicle! It probably wouldnt have made a difference but just the fact they withheld information for their own gain is bullshit. Bell Road Toyota you suck and deserve what your getting rated on here.

The service dept of this dealer is awful. I went in to have a full $300 service on my van in preparaton fr an 3000 mile road trip. I paid $300 fo this service. To make a long story short, they charged me for parts they "say" they replaced, but never did. This but my family an 2 small hildren in severe danger. One of theseparts was the windsield wipers. While dark on the road in th middle on no where it sratarts pouring and my wipers dont work. So I hve to pull over and sit for hours, because I cant see. The next day, I have to go spend mopney on new ones. When I get back into town, I speak the manager adn he appologizes, admids they did not chang prts out adn gives me a 20 dollar credit on an oil change Wich by the way doesnt even cover theprice f the new ones I had to buy!!!! This service departmnt taks advantag of woman because they thin we dont know bettr. Thn their management after admitting they are wrong, is pittful in showing the customer they are a prioriy!! I woul NOT use this service departmenet.

YUP - GAME PLAYERS, DEAL BREAKERS! There is no coming to terms with these guys. After sitting down and specifically indicating a "no manure" policy, they continued to play games with me. The salesman sent me home with a test drive car - with no key to start it once I got there. He had it! They gave every indication for a deal and left us WAITING, AND WAITING, AND WAITING. Telling one deal and rescinding it in the next moment. In the end, we were $650 off from a deal, and they couldn't seal it. Then they forgot to give me my car registration. What a waste! Don't bother with these guys!! Just keeping walking to the next Toyota dealer!

My salesman was Robin Conant. He was nice enough, but the salesmen have absolutely nothing to do with the sale, other than finding which car to put you in. I have no grievances with him. He had nothing to do with the "deal".The rest of the sales staff are dishonest and the biggest game players ever! I told them right off I didn't want to play their games and to just be honest with me. NOT! They played all the games (you can even find the games online - written by an undercover salesman). I should have walked out when the games began, but I stayed. I finally got the car down to what I thought was a fair price and we waited, and waited and waited! Finally we were taken into the finance office. BEWARE!!!!! I'm convinced this is where they make a lot of profit. Very high pressure and little information about the add ons you are nearly forced to purchase. They are NOT cheap and you could do much better buying them on your own elsewhere - after purchase. BEWARE! The interest rate was too high also. Get your financing elsewhere! Oh never mind, just don't step onto this property unless you want to be taken for a ride!My take: these are high pressure salesmen that are not considering their customers, they are just after as much money as they can squeeze out of you! They are dishonest and will look you in the eye and lie to you! I will drive much further to avoid them at all costs and suggest you do the same.

We have been loyal customers with them in the past and purchased 2 vehicles from them. We called to get some information and the person was very rude and unfriendly. In this market, I would assume that they would go out of their way to be cordial and welcome customers and answer question. They must be doing that well that they can treat their clients like garbage. We will never purchase there ever again. We will be purchasing from another Toyota Dealer. One I have been to in scottsdale, they are friendly there and always willing to answer question we may have. They are a lot farther than we'd like to drive, however I am willing to travel to get excellent customer service. Our next vehicle will NOT be from Bell Road Toyota!

Bell Road Toyota could change their name to "Scamelot". It has to be one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. They seem to be dishonest both in sales and in service.I was hoping to just start the process of buying another car, a Toyota, because I had previously had a great Toyota truck. Also, I wanted to save up more money for the purchase. No such luck!!! I got talked into an '06 used Toyota (which I found out later, had been used as a rental car) by J.C. with "What can I do to make you buy this car?", even after I told him I'd come back if I was interested. When I drove out of the lot with my "new" used car several hours later, I knew I had made a mistake. I went back with a friend an hour later to try and return it but figured they probably wouldn't let me do that since I had signed for it.I was able to return if for a less expensive car but was talked into an extended warranty for $2600 (or 12,000 miles). I went across the street to another dealer and they checked the car and said it needed a new master brake cylinder and that they could give me an extended warranty for much less.Bell Road Toyota finally fixed the master cylinder because I had a 30 day warranty but when I said I wanted to cancel the extended warranty, the lienance director, Tom K., said I couldn't. I insisted, and he finally agreed to cancel it, but I was afraid they might pull another trick and not shred the extended warranty contract.Everything at this dealership was a hassle: They misplace the vehicles second set of keys and found them 2 days later (after I called); they said I was approved for a loan and wasn't (I received a letter from Chase saying why I wasn't approved) after I secured by own loan.If I had only gone with my original plan of walking out, I could have avoided this baloney. I called Toyota.com to file a complaint against this dealership, but I knew it was useless. The survey I completed for Toyota asked me how I rated the customer service rep., not the dealership. What a joke!!!I will NEVER go back to Bell Road Toyota, not will I ever buy another Toyota - PERIOD!! Buyer, truly beware, if you go to this dealership!!!

I broke my own rule by going to a dealer but these guys are the worst. I don't believe it is possible for them to tell the truth. The car showed showed no problems in the CarFax but come to find out they had bought the car wrecked and did half ass repairs just to sell it.They falsified the Carfax! They refused to give my money back when I found out. (24 hours). The paint is coming off the entire back of the car where they repaired it. There are probably good dealers around but this certainly isn't one of them

Very rude sales staff.Once they had our money, they left us to the dogs as far as the vehicle was concerned. Only after we stopped payment on our check were they willing to take the vehicle back. All we wanted was to have them fix a broken window that they neglected to point out at the time of sale. They wouldn't fix it and wanted us to pay an additional $400.00 for the repair. All they did was quote Arizona law and how they were not required to fix the vehicle. This dealership has NO concept of what good customer service is. They should be ashamed of themselves.Do not deal with these people ( Bell Road Toyota) or you are just asking for trouble. We have gone to another dealer who was not only friendly and helpful, but they gave is a 60 day warranty on the vehicle.Bell Road Toyota advertises that they want you as a customer for life. The way they treat customers will never make that happen. We will never go back.NEVER.

Do not go to this dealership. Reading the previous review I can't believe it. They did pretty much the same thing to me. I brought the vehicle in for the 90,000 mile service. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle as far as I knew I was just trying to be good and bring it in for service. Well, at 3pm they give me a call and tell me that I need a $1,600 repair (interesting that this is the same number as the previous review!!!). The recommendation was that I replace the "front lower control arm cracked bushings". I COULD NOT get a straight answer out of the guy as to whether this was truly a safety issue or it was something that could wait until I ACTUALLY NOTICED SOMETHING. Well, I declined that but he convinced me to get new brake pads, again even though I had noticed NO SYMPTOMS of the brakes needing work. But he got me anyway - I guess I can be a sucker sometimes. When I arrived to pick up the car he also informed me that they told me about the suggested repair 6 months ago when I brought the vehicle in. Well, nothing happened in that 6 months including the fact that I noticed NO PROBLEMS with the vehicle - oh except when I LEFT the dealership at that time there was a NEW sqealing noise that happened when we backed out of the driveway. So now I'm wondering if they had anything to do with these problems (I mean, did they drop the car???). We had to bring the car back at that time to get that problem addressed and they did eventually make the squeak go away - mostly.Honestly I don't know why I went back except for the fact that it's the closest dealership to me.Anyway, wanna hear something funny? As I'm driving home I notice that the MAINTENCE LIGHT IS ON!!! It was NOT on when I brought the vehicle in for service. So I call at 6:03 pm and the guy has left already so I get to leave a message. Looking forward to seeing them tomorrow.I have been here a few times and had a few different service reps and have NEVER had a good experience. I've taken the vehicle to two other dealerships (one in another city before I moved here and one way across town). Guess I'm going to the one across town from now on.On top of all that he also recommended that I replace the entire rack and pinyon steering mechanism because there's a small leak somewhere - I have noticed no problems. If you're reading this guys - PEOPLE WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY AND WHAT IS OPTIONAL REGARDING REPAIRS. Do not try to sell people stuff they don't really need - it will hurt your business in the long run. You should assign a severity level to each item, like yellow, orange and red. Red means fix this NOW or you might die. Orange means this may be a problem within 6 months and here are the symptoms to look out for. Yellow means - if you are very paranoid about your car and want to keep it running at tip top shape no matter the cost then do this now. Until you understand this you will keep pissing off your customers (by the way, I bought a Prius somewhere else AND did a $1,000 repair elsewhere because I wanted to avoid you guys - so yes it does hurt your business).Oh and by the way - the brakes he convinced me to get - the coupon price is like $109 for new pads - I have the coupon book. But, he convinced me that they HAD to re-machine the rotors so the total was $210. So I agreed to it because he insisted - but WTF, that's deceptive to say you can replace your brake pads for $109 but then it REALLY costs $210.If you think I'm being unreasonable - here's the total amount of repairs/services he recommended, remember now this is a TOYOTA with NO PROBLEMS THAT _I_ KNOW OF:$3247.95Sure, guys - let me reach into my back pocket REALLY far for that.Anyway, goodbye Bell Toyota - hello CarTalk.com mechanics files...

Do not go here to service your vehicle!!! I went here this weekend to get my timing belt replace, only to find out I needed to do an additional $1,600+ worth of service (the majority ~$1,000 to replace all 4 motormounts). It sounded expensive, so I went to an independent shop. Not only did they find it unnecessary to change all 4 motormounts, but that only one needed to be changed (the dogbone motormount), which only cost ~$100 and could have been changed at the same time as the timing belt. In addition, Bell Toyota didn't honor their original price to replace the timing belt, and wanted to do an additional $500 worth of Power Steering Flushes/Transmission Flushes/Brake Fluid Flush that were not necessary.

I rate this dealer as I have because I have in previous years dealt with them. Today I scheduled my Hybrid for its green service. A time was set with the service manager to bring the vehicle in. I pulled my vehicle in prior to the specified time and waited for someone to at least recognize that I was there and would be with me shortly. Then another custome pulls in behind me was waited on and still no recognize my presence. I have noticed over the years that this kind of behavior has grown to be common among most dealers when you have inconsiderate employees....

Bought a used vehicle from Bell Road Toyota. Found a document in my glove box afterwards that said Enterprise Rent a Car. These fools sold me a rental car without disclosing that information! When I questioned the owner, Joe Aleccia, he said I initialed a carfax report that said it was a rental. I told him this was not possible as I read EACH and EVERY paper I signed. I asked him to fax me a copy of this report. They FORGED my initials on the report! They didn't even have the letters of my initials correct. Now the owner will not return my phone call.

My 5 month old Toyota Prius was rear-ended. Bell Road Toyota was the nearest Toyota certified body shop and since the car was so new and also a hybrid, I thought it would be best to take the car to a Toyota certified shop. Boy, was I wrong!! My car has been back to Bell Rd Toyota 4 times now, after an initial wait of 4 weeks before the repairs were completed. The first time, they neglected to fix a dent in the body and replace a decal on the bumper. The second time, the car wouldn't start after I picked it up, and I believe they charged those repairs to the manufacturer as a warranty repair. The third time, I sent the car back because the gap between the hatchback door and the wall of the vehicle was twice as big on the right (where the repairs were done) as it was on the left and the weather stripping on the right rear passenger door kept coming off. When I went to pick up the car, it was obvious that the door was adjusted to even out the gaps. I drove all the way home (almost 30 miles) and then later went to back out of my garage and noticed that the angle on my back-up camera had changed after Bell Road adjusted the hatch-back door. I suddenly had a view of the rear bumper and the license plate. I had to take the car back again and they once again charged it to the manufacturer as warranty work. What?! There was nothing wrong with the camera until their body shop messed with it. When I had talked to the manager, Mike, he had nothing but excuses. They missed the dent and decal because the insurance company didn't tell them. Bull! It was in all the paperwork. They didn't know I had a back up camera on the car. Bull!! Every Prius I had test driven before I bought my car had a back up camera. This is a certified body shop that I had my car for a month and in that entire time they never put my car in reverse? Who are we kidding here? I would never, never recommend this body shop and because of this experience I would never shop at this dealership.

Every STEREOTYPICAL DEALER TACTIC WAS USED ON US. Initially, they were not friendly as I have a youthfull appearance despite my age, I was greeted in a hostile manner from the beginning from the dealer from Romania (I forgot his name). I'm Romanian so I don't mean this as an ethnic slur, I'm just trying to identify the dealer and he is the only one there from Romania as he gladly informed us. He pulled the "lost keys" routine on us in which our dealer asked for our keys to test drive the vehicle only to lose them prior to returning the keys to us. They do this to keep you in the showroom longer and eventually submit to whatever price out of sheer impatience. They also attached several bogus charges on the final document such as "restoration" charges and a $500 "office fee" What was even more disturbing was that the manager was in on the scam. He came to us trying to "cheer us up" but when I called him on the "lost keys" act, he knew I was an informed customer and gladly wanted us out of there.

I filled out an application on Bell Road Toyota's web site. I was pretty quickly called by Doreen from the Internet Sales Department. I explained my situation over the phone: my wife and I have twins and so would have to do our stuff separately. She said that that was fine and that I just needed to come down to start the ball rolling. She seemed very nice on the phone. Little did I know that my situation was just what she needed for a little bait-and-switch action.<br><br>When I got there we got down to business. I knew going in that my trade-in was going to be the problem so we tackled that pretty quickly. She said that it was going to be upside down but that it was doable. With that squared away, she pulled my credit. She said that my credit was good and that I qualified for a $520-525/month loan at 60 months for a 2005 Toyota Sienna with $3,000 down. This is almost exactly what I was hoping to get. She indicated that my wife would just need to come down, pick out a color, sign her part of the paper work, and then once I signed my part we could enjoy our new vehicle. I left quite pleased at the experience because it was quick, painless, and no pressure.<br><br>My wife got there and picked out the car she wanted. Then Doreen dropped the bomb: the loan was going to be $580/month at 60 months with $3,000 down. That was way out of line with what we had agreed on and I told my wife to decline the whole thing. My wife called me as soon as she got out of the dealership and told me the whole story. As I was preparing to let Doreen know about my displeasure and attempt to save the transaction, Doreen called me.<br><br>I asked what the heck had happened. She told me that the original estimation for my 2000 Dodge Durango didn't include a $2,000 new car rebate from Dodge and that was responsible for the bump in payments. I thought that that sounded fishy so I suggested that I could put an additional $2,000 down to keep everything as it was before. She said that that would only bring the payments down to $560/month so I asked if we could bump the term to 72 months. She said that that would get it down to $540/month. I replied incredulously that this wasn't adding up in my mind and that there was something she wasn't telling me. She said she was sorry and she took full responsibility for this mix up--I think full responsibility to her meant that she admitted that there was a mix up.<br><br>Basically, Bell Road Toyota attempted to sucker me out of my money at every opportunity and did a classic bait-and-switch with verbal assurances to try and get me to pay more. I wouldn't do any business with them and I would heartily recommend that people avoid this company.
