My experience with Bell-Wasik has been remarkable to say the least. They should write the book on customer service because there is nobody better. From the sales team to the reception desk to the service department, everyone is very helpful and efficient in what they do. They make the buying/leasing process very easy, and if I ever have any questions/concerns they respond quickly to alleviate the situation. They also offer great deals on services for my vehicle--oil changes, routine maintenance, etc. One little thing that is extra, and I know this may not be important to everyone, but every time my vehicle goes to the dealership it comes back to me washed and cleaned. They most certainly go the extra mile to please their customers. I will never go anywhere else for an automobile and neither should you.

Have purchased 3 vehicles from Bell-Wasik and couldn't be happier! Jeff Sweat is my car guy and he's a great guy that goes above and beyond to make his customers happy! It's a great place and teamwork is easily noticed. I wouldn't go to another place to purchase a vehicle as Bell-Wasik is my place. It feels like a happy family environment and you can tell the staff enjoy there job!! I tell everyone I know to go see my buddies there if they want great customer service, a clean environment, great service for repairs if needed and buying made easy! After meeting Ryan Wasik, it Took my wife and I 15 minutes to purchase two brand-new Buick Lacrosse cars. They were delivered within 24 hours to my residence completely prepared, clean, with all the paperwork ready for signature. In two months, my cars will be two years old and to this day they run as if they are brand new. We have visited the showroom and been treated like royalty by Ryan Wasik and his staff. We have referred several people to Bell Wasik because of the service and attention to detail. Our Sales person Jeff Sweet, was very helpful at the time of purchase & still after the sale .Anytime we had a question about the car,he would come out & show us what needs to be done. I have been buying cars from this dealership for 15 years and I have sent at least 20 of my friends to purchase from them. They have the best service and support in the industry. The dealer is 1.5 hours away from my home, and they get all of my business. I have bought 4 cars from them this year, ranging from Yukon xl, two pickups, and a terrain. All fantastic!

If you want a vehicle see a Bell/Wasik staff members in caro, Mich. I'm very well pleased with my trade in value and new vehicle price. Their sales staff are "no pressure" and very helpful and knowledgable and will give you the best deal possible. Dealership is well organized and clean! Ask for Ryan Smith, you wouldn't be sorry!

Holly was a great sales person to deal with when it came to leasing a new truck. I will be back to see Holly when I need another vehicle. The people that work at Bell Wasik are all great to work with and this is my 5th vehicle I have acquired from the dealership.

I will never do business anywhere but Bell wasik. I've used the other dealers in town and been shown the smoke and mirrors. I'm so glad to find a dealership that is so transparent with such a friendly staff.
