Do not use this dealer. As part of the sale of the car they were to buff/wax out the small scratches. They did more damage to the car while buffing it. There is now a very large spot in which the paint was completely buffed off. They sold me an extended warranty that they said was refundable. This was completely incorrect. I purchased a certified pre-owned car. The car started making noises directly after I purchased it and they still haven't fixed it.

Excellent service by Berge Mazda. Out sales rep, Travis, was very helpful and friendly and gave us a great deal. Finance Dep't, was also very helpful and took his time in explaining all the details. I would have no hesitation in recommending Berge Mazda.

Easiest and fastest car purchase ever. I did my homework and they did not jerk me around. I bought the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. No place else would match their price.

I was looking for a vehicle for over week until I decided to go into Berge Mazda and try getting the actual car I wanted and brand new nonetheless. I called in the morning submitted an application over the phone to get pre-approved prior to going. That only took 15 minutes and was advised I was good to come in to look at my options. I worked with Ben the sales rep and he was very knowledge in the vehicles, warranties and add on's and pointed out everything I needed to know PLUS! He was not pushy at all which was a relief for all the sales men I was working with before him. I have never owned a brand new car before but thanks to Ben and Wayne over at Berge Mazda they were able to make it work for me in a payment that I was comfortable making. I can't even begin to thank Berge Mazda for making it an experience I will never forget, I am so thankful for you guys and wish I would have went sooner. Major plus points for the mini celebration they threw me when it was all said and done :)

Had a deal for a 2016 CX-5 GT worked out online with Russ Gropman. Got to the dealership and (1) they didn't actually have the car in stock and (2) their quoted price included using Mazda credit rather than my pre-approved B of A loan. While there they tried to talk me into a CX-5 in stock while they hunted for my car. Other dealers I was working with emailed me stating Berge was trying to get my color and package from them. Needless to say I walked out. Shady shady shady. Will never work with them again but will definitely buy the car elsewhere..

I just bought a Mazda 3 here. The salesman (Jeremiah) wasn't pushy at all when I was deciding on a car and was very accommodating. The paperwork for purchasing the car was an easy process as well and very straightforward. All the other associates I spoke with were very kind and helpful too. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a new car.

I had an amazing experience with Eric at Berge Mazda! For a process that is typically nothing short of miserable and horrifying, Eric and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable and at home. Overall, I feel like I walked out of there with a good deal and a great vehicle...in record time too! Thanks again Eric and Berge Mazda family!

My wife, my daughter & I were shopping for a car for my daughter that had just graduated from G.C.U. She liked the Mazda3 Hatchback. I had went to another Mazda Dealer first and was told that the price they gave me was the best in the area. I then went to Berge Mazda and talk to Eric Vigil and he found my daughter the same model she wanted and Wayne Deleo give me a price that beat the other dealer by so much that I couldn't turn it down. They made my daughter very happy. Eric Vigil and Wayne Deleo were great to work with. Everyone there knew what they were doing and that made things move smoothly.

Wayne Deleo and Charles Reed were great to work with. NO price haggle. NO high pressure sales tactics. When we decided on the vehicle the sales process was fast painless and NO pressure to buy add-ons

Jeremiah was well informed, friendly and to the point. We were able to work out a deal in one visit. When I picked up the vehicle, he spent a great deal of time assisting in setting up various features with me and ensuring I understood how everything worked. It was a great experience and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Taylor took the time to get to know me and set me up with the car that would be right not only for my budget but also for my life. Then, not only did I get the car that I wanted, I got it at a great price that was comfortable for me. He let me test drive each car, including taking the one I was going to buy out even though I had already driven that model. I never felt pressured while there and really felt I had a team on my side when I left.

Love the service I'm receiving in the past 2 years+, never been into trouble and the staff is very friendly. Recently they Chris an amazing job in handling my vehicle's service, communicating with me and did an excellent job explaining the details of my bill.. not to forget that he reminded me of my tire insurance which saved me a few hundred bucks. This is really appreciated.

I was deciding between a Honda Civic and a Mazda 3. I called this dealership and Dan baker helped me out and convinced me that the Mazda was a better choice. I came back that night after thinking about it and Eric Vigil helped me out with more details about the car. I have to say I was so impressed with how much he new about this car and how easy he made it to understand. I got the price I wanted and the car I wanted. the finance manager took a long time but Eric sat with me and we talked while I waited for the finance manager to call me. great dealership. I will be back

Bought a new Mazda 6 with all the bells and whistles!I We have looked at other cars of similar size and quality but none had all the equipment that I was looking for except for the Mazda 6. Even though we are 60+ we didn't want to be relegated to ultra conservative vehicles. We also own a Mazda Miata and we still have a little "zoom-zoom" left in the "old chassis!"! Our sales person Jeremiah was excellent throughout the entire process and we would definitely recommend Berge Mazda.

Love my new Maxda 6. I've been driving it for a week now and I am excited to drive to work every day. I love the way it feels and looks. It's super comfy, roomy, but sporty, too! Berge Mazda and Daniel made the buying experience painless and super quick. In and out of there in under 2 hours - That's shopping, test driving, deciding, and signing! I'm a Mazda owner for life! :)

I had a wonderful experience at Berge Mazda and purchased a new 2015 Mazda 6. Tim did an outstanding job of helping me find the right car for my needs. He answered all my questions and best of all I did not feel pressured into making the purchase. I have been to other dealerships and told all kinds of stories to try to influence my buying desicion. I did not hear that nonsense at Berge Mazda. If you are looking for a new Mazda or used car you should give Berge Mazda a visit and ask for Tim. I believe you will happy you did!

Have been a customer of Berge for 4 years, Mazda for 8. Went to buy a 3rd brand new Mazda and finance guy blew it. Instantly rude and unprofessional. Seemed to be and angry man who does not enjoy his job-left and bought my 3rd Mazda 10 minutes down the street with no hassle.

Frank Medina aka Vince saved me over a $1,000 on my repair of a replacement module that was needed. I was in a panic when he told me the price with labor and I really didn't know what to do. He told me to hold on and he wanted to check to see if I had a warranty, I didn't know. He was gone for 5 mins and it felt like forever. He came back with his hands raised and a smile, "saying we are covered", I was extremely happy. I told him I could hug him and I did just that. I tell you, I don't know if anyone else would have asked me this and I probably would not have known if he had not taken the extra step to check but I thank God he did. Thank you again Vince.

I had a great experience at this dealer and Jeremiah was welcoming and personable. He kept in touch and made the process low key, not pressuring me for anything. If you are looking for new vehicle you need to give this dealer a look. Had a superb experience, very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I highly suggest looking and buying a Mazda from Berge Mazda, ask for Jeremiah. Thanks to this dealership, it was worth the visit. I give it 5 stars out of 5 stars.

I happened to notice that my car was due for service, ok it was overdue for service. I happened to stop by under the impression Ford and Mazda are still affiliated with one another. It didn't matter. The Service dept had no issues performing an oil change and tire rotation. The timeliness was fantastic- I was kept informed each step as it progressed. I was offered an complimentary rinse, well since I have a convertible I was cautious- but I quickly realized I had no reason to be. They treated my car as if it was their own---handled with care.My car is a manual transmission which I know that many don't know how to drive one, well their staff clearly proved that they are fully aware of all types of vehicles and never mistreated my "baby". Anyone with sportscars knows that you want a certain type of person to drive and take care of your car the way you want it to be taken care of-- here they know how to handle my cars. I will be back!

I went here for some service on my 2007 mazda 6, and Vince in the service department went above and beyond. They're honest, they get the job done, everyone knows their stuff, and they work to get your car back to you even if they have to call in favors or stay late. It's not the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for and I'd much rather pay an extra few bucks and know it was done right. I would absolutely go back here again.

Last week, I went car shopping with my brother. We are both in our early twenties and look pretty young. Unlike other dealerships, the staff at Berge Mazda treated us respectfully and viewed us as serious potential buyers despite our age. Our salesman Aaron took us for a great test drive of the new 2015 Mazda CX-5. Due to his professionalism and the wonderful quality of their vehicles, I am now in love with my new CX-5 and enjoy driving it around everywhere. I would highly recommend Berge Mazda to everyone!

Anthony made my purchased decision a great experience. This is my second Mazda 6 and l love this one more than the first. He listened to what I was looking for and took the time to show me what was available. The purchase was very smooth and he worked closely with me to make sure I was getting a deal that fit my budget. It is very evident that everyone at Berge Mazda likes what they do and wants to make sure that customers are happy!!!!!! Berge Mazda will always be the first place I shop when looking for a vehicle.

Worst dealership I've ever been to!I purchased a 2006 Chevy Silverado listed on their website for $9,995. I had the truck for 3 days and i got a call saying i couldn't get financed, so i talked to a friend that is in the auto financing field. He looked up the value of the truck and it is listed at retail for $7,024 i was a little mad and i thought i would go to Berge to talk to them. I talked to David in finance and he acted like he didn't know anything i was talking about and didn't want to help me. David sent me to James the sales manager, i told him that they over charged me and i wanted it to be fixed or i want my trade back and they can have their truck. James told me they didn't rip me off it was listed for $9,995 and that's what i bought it for. I told him its Kelly Blue Book value was $7,024 so he needs to fix what they charged me for. He could care less about me and told me I was stupid for purchasing the truck for more then the value and he can sell a truck for whatever he wants. He was laughing like it didn't even mean anything to me. I got my car back and they took the truck but i just want everyone to know where not to buy from and to let everyone know DON'T BUY FROM THE BERGE FAMILY!!!

I have been to this location three times. Two times for oil and tire rotation and once for a recall issue. Every time I brought my Mazda in, I was greeted right away as either Vince or Mike came right outside and checked in with me as I pulled into the bay. The third time I had an issue with my console where a pin and small gear had come loose. The issue with the pin and gear was repaired free of charge. I have had experiences where other companies nickel and dime for every little thing. Not the case with Berge service. Thanks guys, you are a credit to customer service and getting things done in a friendly, courteous and fast manner.

Michael Williams welcomed us, listened carefully to our needs, explained options to meet those needs, and answered all our questions completely. He introduced us to James Haas who was equally cordial. We were particularly impressed that they invited us to discuss other vehicles we were investigating and complimented those choices. Of course, they were fully supportive of Mazda. The fact that they did not put down competitors is one of the reasons we came back to Mazda.

Like a duck on the water--the smooth movement on the water belies the frantic movement below the surface. From my perspective things moved smooth and quickly, but must have required great coordination of the varied moving parts within the organization. Niko personally delivered my new Mazda to my home. Niko's approach was open and patient backed with a quiet, unwavering confidence in his product

Manny went above and beyond what any sales consultant has ever done at a dealership before. Everyone at Berge Mazda was very helpful in the process that I always dread. Buying a car! They guided me through the ordeal with knowledge of the car, and compassion for my family, and the looming deal. This was the most wonderful car buying experience I have ever had. All in all, I would recommend anyone I know into Berge Mazda for a pain-free, friendly, and quick car buying process! The Service Manager also did a fantastic job. I am a Soldier. They listened to my concerns, questions and provided thorough feedback as well as support to get the best deal for me and my family.

Dylan greeted me immediately and away we went. After test driving the CX-5 I was a sold puppy. I tried to hide my excitement, but honestly don't think I did a very good job. This would normally result in a bigger fight for the price I wanted, but Dylan and his service manager negotiated a very reasonable price based on the online comparisons I was armed with. Great car, and a great time.

After having just about the worst time ever with another Mazda dealer, we called up Berge Mazda to see if they had the car we were looking for. Not only did they have it, but we were able to drive off in it within hours. We walked out very happy with our experience.

They are all car guys; they communicate well and made the time fly while I was there. That is why I didn't sit and watch TV while I was there, it was much more fun to talk with the staff... about cars and Mazdas. They treated me like an old friend. Vince knows that my car wins at car shows. He makes sure the service people treat my Miata like it's a Ferrari. Vince always tells it to me straight. When he said I needed a front brake job, I never questioned him because he had updated me on their wear for the past four visits. He is half of the reason my wife bought her new 2012 Mazda3 at Berge; because she trusts him as well.

I went in for a standard oil change and at first my service was great. They were prompt and friendly. They showed me what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed, with a quote at the ready just as a normal dealership would do. Now before I went in my driver side door had a slight squeak when it would open. When I was getting into the car I noticed that it was more quiet and easy to open. My initial reaction was cool these guys lubed it up and I was stoked on the service. When I pulled into my driveway and parked my door would not remain open swung back and forth. I called and talked to Vince and he said sometimes the screws come loose and sure enough I was missing a screw on one of the hinges. I brought my car in a couple hours later after a meeting and Vince told me there was no way the damage happened in his shop and referred me to his off duty manager. Vince has assured me there is no way they are going to fix the damage when all that needs replacing is a couple screws. It is not a big deal, but it is the principle of it all that makes me so irate. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BERGE MAZDA FOR ANY SERVICE NEEDS... EVER.

I worked with Mike Williams at Berge Mazda. He quoted me a price & a monthly payment and said I would get a Costco discount. Guess what? When I finally got to the finance guy, big surprise. I should have walked out. Price was higher, monthly payments were higher and NO Costco discount. As a college professor, I make sure ALL of my students know about this situation. Don't worry, BAD NEWS will spread fast.

I grew up in Mesa, very familiar with Berge so they were the dealer I called when I needed a car. Having just moved back from Germany I was without transportation and getting rides from to and from. I talked to Mike and he had the kind of car I wanted, a certified beetle. I told him I would be in the next day and asked what the hours were. He said he would be available from 8-5. I told him I would be there sometime during the day. He pressured me for a specific time and I explained to him I had no car and would get there when my ride could bring me. At 10:00 the next morning HE CALLED again trying to make me commit to a specific time. I again explained I would get there when I had a ride. Apparently this was not good enough and he called again. Super irritating as I had every intention of buying the car. Needless to say I was not in mood to reward his childish behavior so I bought a car someplace else. Loved the experienced and professsional salesman. Since then, mike has called me repeadedly leaving 4 or so voice mails. He finally reached me today and when I told him the reason for not coming in and that I had bought a car elsewhere he responded with the most sarcastic "congratulatios" immaginable. If you like harassment, childish, high pressure, unprofessional sales people go to this dealer. Oh, and before writing this I tried to call. Guess what? No managers were available.

My experience was great until I was put into a finance room with Carmine Capo who out right lied about financing and extras not needed. The interest rate on the paperwork was higher than quoted by salesperson when I brought to his attention he acted like he made a mistake but looking back I'm sure he was hoping I would not notice. I would never ever suggest anyone use this dealership or beware of the finance department.

I took my VW in for an engine check light coming on and was advised of an emission valve sticking open and was given a price for repair. The vehicle is no longer in waranty and their price was very expensive (labor rate $110 per hour) I paid to diagnose the problem and took the vehicle back. The very next day (after they had the vehicle all day the previous day) the car stalled on an offramp. I towed it to another dealership that was closer. That day, I found out that the fuel pump was removed from the car and when it was put back in, the lines were forceably bent, causing the car to act like it had no gas, thus stalling. Berge will not own up to the fact that during troubleshooting the car, they broke a the fuel pump. It was not bent when I took it into them. I know this because it had no problems for over 66k miles. Then, with the fuel pump forceably bent, it began to run like crap. Don't trust these people for even something simple like an oil change. Thisgs will mysteriously break and they will cover their lies with more lies and not care about the customer whatsoever.

We purchased a used car from this dealer, within 24 hours the battery was dead. We attempted to contact the dealer, who stated the deal was as is and the battery could not be bad because their mechanic stated it was good. Installing the new battery led to some very big surprises: the battery was not checked, parts were missing from the battery plus it was obvious that the vent caps had not been removed and the fan shroud was missing bolts that hold it in place. Run, don't walk away from this dealership as I would never recommend them and the horrible experience I went through

I had purchased a used 2004 RX8 from this dealership in Oct 2010. The car had 62,000 miles on it, when I hit 72,000 miles in 5/11 I started having problems with the car. The check engine light came on and I took it in to the service dept at Berge Mazda. They were nice and smiled, and I was called later and told that they did the diagnostics($60) and that the solenoid was bad and it was not covered by my extended warranty. They said it was 3 hours of labor and it would cost me $591 and that might not fix the problem. They might have to go deeper and it would cost more. I told them I was going to take the car elsewhere and I brought it to Gary's Automotive in Chandler.Gary's automotive told me that 1. Under no circumstances would it take 3 hours, it is a one hour job at most.2. Berge deleted all the codes after the diagnostic that I paid for was done. I paid for that, it is my car and they deleted the history on the car without my permission.3. The solenoid they wanted to replace is attached to a shutter valve that was gummed up. It is all one assembly, replacing the solenoid by itself would not fix the problem, you have to replace the assembly. And that is only one hour of labor, not 3 hours.Basically Berge was trying to stick me for as much as possible in the service dept. They would call me back and say the solenoid didn't fix the problem and they would have to replace the shutter valve. Maybe they give out bonuses for who can charge a customer the most money. After that experience, one week later. The cars engine dies, literally at a stop light. I chose to take the car to a different Mazda dealership and had a much better experience. The engine was replaced by Mazda under warranty, but I only have a 12,000 mile warranty on the engine. Also the engine mounts were bad and mazda didn't cover that, so that costed me more money. To sum up, I am going to have to get rid of this car I love so much because the engine has a crappy warranty. I would love to keep it, but I will put 12,000 miles on this car in 7 months. I thought Mazda's were supposed to be reliable but I guess I was wrong. I honestly feel I bought a lemon. My whole experience with Mazda has left a bad taste in my mouth. In less than one week this car with only 72,000 miles costs me roughly $1000, and a dealership that was trying to fleece me, and a not to confident feeling in my car. I couldn't possibly recommend this dealership or Mazda to anyone. It's a shame, because I do love that car.

This place is a joke. Saw the car online for $22,300. I went in and started the paperwork for 24,999. I pointed this out, showed the the (6) web ads at the price and then began a fifteen minute 'OMG that price is so low, it's too low' session where the management acted mad about the price and the salesman played good cop. I had the car inspected (independently) and agreed to purchase the vehicle. The dealer refused to even prep the car for delivery because until they 'have a check, technically anyone can buy it.'Rather than wait for the weekend they offered to deliver the vehicle to me in Tucson and reluctantly I agreed. Before the salesman left I called to verify the terms. Good thing too; they upped the interest rate a full point 'by mistake' When they got here the salesman and sales manager said they had no idea how to process the car this way. (SERIOUSLY) Then we fumbled through the paperwork. There were a couple forms I didn't want to sign until they explained what they were for. The salesman didn't know and called Tracy (sales manager) who BEGAN the conversation with 'sir, I know you're frustrated... But...' I wasn't overly irritated until that moment but quickly became so after he kept interrupting while I was trying to answer his question. I had to repeat the title of the for seven, yes, seven times before he realized what I was saying what what he was asking for.The car was filthy and covered in bird shit. The adhesive from the windshield was still in a perfect strip where they tore it off. The salesman then got in my car and asked if I'd be willing to put some gas in it so he could make it back to Phoenix. I declined and he said 'good thing I brought cash' We said goodbye and off he drove. WITHOUT A LICENSE PLATE ON THE CAR. Seriously, he was driving over 120 miles up I-10 through some of the most police infested area's of the state and they hadn't thought far enough ahead to bring a dealer plate.Well, now I have the car in my driveway. I've owned it for all of 5 hours and I feel an overwhelming need to post my experience. These people failed at every single aspect of their very straightforward jobs. I should be happy, or excited, or something but right now I'm still trying to clean the adhesive goop off the rear deck lid where they also didn't fully remove their neon logo. Again, this place is a joke and if I didn't like the car as much as I do I would (and probably should) have walked away.

We stopped at this establishment first on a day we planned to visit several dealerships. We were greeted by a very nice young man, who immediately helped us out with a test drive. We knew the Jeep we were looking for from research done online. After a test drive we sat down and crunched some numbers with the salesman and the manager (also very nice). When we returned to the dealership we were greeted by another salesman. This gentleman was a pushy not so nice person (what you would expect from a sleazy used car salesman). We were presented with a document that was so offensive that I told them that not only would I not sign the document but that I will not do business with an establishment that had such a document. The document basically stated that once you drive off the lot you are up a creek without a paddle. An example of a statement in this document: If you car breaks in half you own two halves of a car and not to whine to the dealership. The pushy salesman kept asking me and my wife to sit and then followed us out to our car. What a joke of an experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. And further would advise the two gentlemen who were really nice to seek employment elsewhere.

Saw add on website for a 2009 mazda cx fo $19,900, went down to purchase car 10/6/10, they said we couldnt finance it, then when we were leaving said No we can with payments under $500 a month. Reluctant my husband and i filled out paperwork, when reviewing contract it stated that on a 3 year loan a $20,ooo car would cost us $50,ooo i asked JANET Finance Mgr why. She said contract just prints out like that that we would be paying a total of $27ooo. Took the car home, after 1 st week contacted dealer cause car did not start 3 times, had it towed and a battery replaced. The daler stated that it was WEAR & TEAR and our responsibilty, when I asked how it was possible to use up a 2 year guaranteed battery in less then a week again they stated it was our fault. On 10/11/10 we recvd a call from Janet (Finance Mgr) wh stated Financing fell through and to return car. When asked what happened she rudely exclaimed that we need to return car immediately and that we could not drive a free car. I called Janet back and asked why it had taken almost 2 weeks for the finance paperwork to be sent, and was told that it was sales rep error, however sales rep told us JANET went on vacation for a week and left paperwork sitting. We returned the car on 10/13/10 to sales rep (Sabrina), had advised her that the insurance company needs a statement from them with their letterhead to stop automatic payments of $160 a month coming out of our bank account for insurance o car. She stated that would be taken care of. It is now Mid December and almost $500 has been taken out of our bank account for insurance on a car we never owned. The dealership has been contacted literally EVERY OTHER DAY for this Simple Letter. At last my husband called SABRINA yet again regarding letter and she stated that she had to put in letter that the car was purchased and that she would fax it out. THE CAR WAS NEVER PURCHASED and SHE NEVER FAXED THE LETTER. as of today 12/9/10 we have not recvd a Follow through on this matter and are still be taken for $160 a month on a car we do not own. My husband and I have contacted our attorney who will be filing against BERGE MAZDA if the paperwork is not submitted by the end on closing 12/10/10.They Lied and pushed us into a car they knew would be financed, took additional money from us, WARRANTY is crap on car, plus held us responsible for repairs that should have been they're responsibility. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THHIS DEALER TO ANYONE.... NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY

Ten days after I had purchased my car, they called and asked for my credit card number so that they could charge me over $300 for a fee that they had missed. After going to the F&I manager and then Customer Relations, the fee was finally waived. I feel this is a ploy that they use on a regular basis.

I bought a new Mazda3 from Shane and he is the most well-informed and helpful salesperson that I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond to give me all the information that I could possibly want on the Mazda3! The price that he gave me was excellent and he gave me more money for my trade than any other dealer that I shopped. I would highly recommend Shane and Berge Mazda to anyone looking for a Mazda!

I also worked with Seth, he has no idea on how to sell a car. This dealership uses all the tactics to confuse you, monthly payment, trade-in, finance, down payment, overload.... I told them I was getting prices and would buy in the next 2 days. They tried to talk me into buying a car NOW and would not give any prices until I gave them what other dealers quoted. I will not be returning and will not recommend.

Daughter took her 1996 Protege in for an Oil change July 8th 10, and after going 520 miles(July 12th) the oil drain plug blew out causing severe engine damage. They would not repair the engine, they only offered to take the car in for a trade in! If I bought a car from them. This in absurd ! They destroy our car then sell a used car to me off their lot. This ridiculous offer only takes more money out of my pocket. Just fix the car learn to tighten the oil plug and stand by your work.

Seth at Berge Mazda COMPLETELY wasted my time, down to having to show me how the air conditioner on the vehicle worked (no, I did not just crawl out from under a rock...) to making me stand in the middle of the street in a neighborhood to "see how the vehicle really looks, since you can't tell at the dealership". After spending 2 hours and boring my 2 year old to death, the first offer was over $9000 more than what I told them I could give for a down payment and $80 more per month than I told I could afford monthly. The second offer was $3000 over what I could do for a down and $150 per month over my monthly payment allowance. I will NEVER do business with Berge Mazda/Volkswagen again.

Engine failed on my VW. It was towed to Berge VW. They told me no warranty and $12,000 to repair. I bought a new car. They offered me up to $1,500 trade, said car worth $500 for salvage, didn't want to play the number game so kept car. Continued to per sue the warranty with VW of America, VW Camelback took over and got my vehicle repaired as it was a warrantied failure. Took repaired VW back to Berge and asked why they failed to recognize the car was under warranty and offer me that option. They said they should have know but failed but would take no responsibility or take back the new car I didn't need to buy. Worked with them for six weeks, poor response, poor attitude, didn't care about customer service, insisted they had no liability for me purchasing a new car based on their error.

Now I do take responsibility for my own bad experience at the dealership as being a little underprepared at the exact time of purchase but.... I spent hours arguing the price on a Mazda 3 to finally arrive at $100 OVER MSRP!!I had talked with the sales managers before and taken many a test drive before finally deciding on a car. And it was not exactly what I wanted, but told the sales manager if he gave me "this price" on my trade, I would buy a car from them. It is a shame I actually stick to my word. They were very friendly until you actually buy a car.I stood around for 3 hours AFTER getting my "great deal" on pricing, waiting to get thru the financing and paper pushing end of the deal. While everyone was friendly, they were the slowest, most incompetent bunch of goons I have ever dealt with! After I pulled the window sticker out of the glove box and found out what a "great deal" I had gotten I was furious! Trying to talk to anyone at the dealership was a joke, if they even answered the phone, which they didn't half the time. No one seemed to care that I felt like I had been mis handled and needed some comfort to make me feel better about giving the dealership so much money. I am still trying to resolve getting a refund for some accessory parts and labor $$ that were not put on the car, because I would not let them work on the car after my experience with the purchase. Please stay away from this place! It is run by idiots!! I can recomend one of the fleet managers at Earhardt's if you are looking for a Mazda. He was helpful even though I hadn't bought a car from him.

Very high pressure service consultants. I have a working knowledge of auto mechanics and I always feel pressured to pay for some "routine maintainence" that is absured; not quite the "deluxe stem-lube", but almost. I find it insulting and unethical. I only use this dealer for emergency warranty repairs as the dealer that I really like is in Tucson, 90 miles away.
What’s more, Berge Mazda of Gilbert has been on the market for a very long time and remains the preferred dealership for buyers looking for used cars and trucks for sale. From low mileage used cars to cheapest used cars, there is something for you from Berge Mazda. Check out the listings today to find the right car for yourself. Berge Mazda is definitely the best place to buy used cars online.
