From the moment my husband and I walked in the door of Berge Mazda, Aaron made an impression. He met us at the door, knew our names, and led us to his office where he offered us water and made sure we were comfortable. The paperwork was well prepared and went smoothly, with Aaron explaining each document. We chatted about books and movies and just had a very enjoyable time. After we completed the financing, Aaron took us to our new car and went over all the features with us, answering all our questions and making sure we were comfortable with it. He helped make this the best car buying experience we’ve ever had!

I bought my 2018 CX-5 here on Saturday, Nate was wonderful, and followed up frequently (just enough to be considerate, and not pushy) to make sure I didn’t need anything while waiting for financing to be finished. I added an install of Apple Car Play when I purchased the car, made an appointment, and when I got there, I was told they didn’t have an appointment for me. I was ready to cancel the install, request a refund, and take my car elsewhere (I drove 22 miles one way, and was told it may be able to be completed tomorrow). I expressed my concern to Julian, and was able to get me taken care of. This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a car, and it’s all thanks to Brandon in Service, Nate (Sales), Mark (Financing) and Julian (Sales). Thank you so much!

I love Berge Mazda. I've had my vehicle serviced here multiple times including collision repair. I've also purchased a new vehicle from them as well. Mitch was super helpful and did his best to get me the best deal possible. They're always really friendly and not overly pushy. Everyone genuinely seems to want to help you and the associates are all really nice. Well worth the drive in my opinion.

Our sales consultant Sam at Berge Mazda was fantastic and made our car purchase a breeze! He is professional, patient, thorough, very informative and cares what is in best interest of the client and what we wanted. It was great working with him and he followed up with us a few days after our purchase to make sure everything was going well! That seems to be unheard of these days so it was nice to see. More people in sales should do business in this way. Sam and the entire Berge family have gained long time customers due to their great service and extra effort to provide the best options for us all the way around! I would recommend Sam and Berge Mazda 110%!

I can't say enough great things about these guys at Berge Volkswagen! I brought my Volkswagen Beetle in 15 minutes before closing b/c my battery died. I thought they were going to tell me to leave my car there and tell me to come back since it was so close to closing. These guys changed my battery very quickly and efficiently. Chris Khars, Nick and Dylan are amazing!!! They were sp pleasant and professional even though they had to stay pass closing to complete the installation. They were wonderful. If you own a Volkswagen, Berge ,Berge, Berge is the word!

I had to buy a car for my new job and I wanted something that was going to give me great gas milage and great re-sale. It was seamless. They helped me find the perfect car, and awesome financing through VW. I was in and out in less than 2 hours vs the normal haggling back and fourth for 3 hours and six hours later I was finally out of there with my other experiences before.

The buying experience at Berge Volks was effortless and no high pressure tactics. My Sales guy Ben Beltran is a very nice and easy going sales guy. This made my experience a very good one. He and Matt accommodated me and worked with me. The result is a nice red GTI in my hands. Very happy with the experience and Highly recommend you work with Ben.

I'm name-dropping because these individuals need to be recognized -- James Haas, Will Mills & Derik Lett. I've only purchased three new vehicles to date and this was by far the best new car purchasing experience I've had, thanks to these key individuals. I couldn't be more satisfied with my new "red" Mazda CX-3, their focused customer service attention and honest approach to doing business. The F&I process despite a small hiccup was comfortable and accommodating. When I first came a year ago to them, it was difficult because I was just out of college and had little credit history so it was hard to finance a vehicle. Still Berge was able to help me get my first VW which was a tiguan. A year later, I wanted a Passat and once again Berge was there to back me up. I love my new Passat!!!!

Ah, Taylor is a breath of fresh air. He kept things light, without any pressure and is very knowledgeable on his product. We came in with the intent of just looking and we will end up leaving with a Jetta. We have a tendency of keeping our vehicles for a long time and I hope in ten tears or so we come back and buy a passat from Taylor, Manager.

This was the best sit down with and F&I guy I've every experienced. At no point in the process did I feel pressured to buy anything. The focus of the meeting wasn't about add ons./ The negotiation process was professional and friendly.

May not have bought the most expensive car on the lot, but Paul sure did treat me like I was. Didn't feel rushed or pressured when looking over the vehicle, on the test drive or during the buying process. Derik in finance was super fast and organized in dealing with the pile of paperwork.

I decided to go check out what VW had to offer, even though i had my heart set on a small SUV. I walked in, very neat dealership... very clean and tidy, and was soon greeted. I right away let the salesman know that I was only looking and was not going to purchase for a while, but that didn't bother him. He still gave me 100% of his attention (he didn't even answer his phone, which I noticed, as this is a pet peeve of mine, when people excuse themselves to chat) I found a pre-owned car which I thought I wanted only to find out there was another vehicle I never considered and I loved it even more. Berge VW is very honest, and professional, but they are also fun and entertaining, with my salesman being so very intuitive, he knew what I wanted before I knew what I wanted. I purchased my new Mazda, and love it... really love it.

When I looked at their web page online, I got a page from an employee asking if she could help me (while browsing the web page). I'll tell you this much...the fact that I got the page and my questions answered in a timely manner while browsing their web site made all the difference in me traveling an extra 10 miles to their dealership as opposed to san tan vw. Their web page is a mess. When I tried their e-mail...I got a "mailer demon" meaning the email I sent went astray AND it wasn't that I typed their address wrong...I clicked on THEIR e-mail address thate they provided. Clearly these guys have their act together which is why I've already expressed to friends of my good expreience with this dealership.. One last thing, I have already expreienced the great help I received at the service dept. I purchased side molding for the sport wagon, and as promised, the service manager called me when the product arrived to the dealership! It gives me confidence that service at this dealership is not just idle talk. My best car buying experience ever!

Berge Mazda provides great and honest service. I will continue to come to Berge for service. Someone always comes out to greet me before I can even turn the car off. The waiting room and the Ladies' room are always very clean and a pleasure to use. Vince Medina and his associates always provide exceptional service. That is why I have continued to get service at Berge which is almost 40 miles from my house, rather than another dealer who is about 4 miles away.

Lisa was the salesperson for the purchase of our Mazda 3. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I felt she had an extremely friendly and honest personality, and I would recommend her to friends and family who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. I have dealt with salespeople in the past that put pressure on me to the point I walked out. Berge Mazda never made me feel like I was under pressure. I felt my experience with Berge Mazda was one of the better experiences I have had in purchasing a vehicle.

Called in to talk about a Pilot. Was not even on their lot and the carfax had the same VIN number and showed over 100k miles but the listing on carfax said 77k. Asked the salesman about it and he said that they used to have 2 of them. (Not with the same VIN you don't). He got very defensive so I crossed them off my list. Shady and rude.

With in 30 minutes of submitting my online inquiry I received a phone call about the vehicle. I was able to go down & test drive it the same day. Based on the great staff, no-pressure sales tactics, and quality vehicle, I knew that I had found the dealership where I wanted to purchase my new car. Even with 3 kids, (under 6), along I was in & out of the dealership with my new car in ~3 hours. Great Service...awesome people. I am extremely happy with this dealership & my purchase.
