I had the best experience when I bought my 2021 Chevy Trail Boss from Berger! My salesman Tony Kitchen went above and beyond to make my purchase so simple and flawless. I live in Lansing and I never had to drive to the dealership. All the paperwork was done electronically.Tony even delivered the truck himself! If you are considering purchasing/leasing a Chevrolet, don’t hesitate another moment. Make an appointment to talk to Lisa Hamill, today. There are too many good things to say, so I’ll keep it basic. She will listen, advise, answer all your questions, and ultimately point you in the right direction. No pressure, no games, no hassles. Mr. Al Duncan is awesome. Gave him a good test of customer service yesterday. Made an appointment with him the previous day for 1pm. We travel an hour to get to town, so our time is valuable. We had dentist appointments that had finished earlier than we anticipated. So we contacted Al and he said no problem. He got us checked in and took it from there. We toured the beautiful dealership, and did some looking at vehicles. In no time, Al and our technician had us on our way. What a pleasure it is to deal with a customer service professional. Thanks to Al and all the team, they are the reason that make me travel the extra miles, and will continue too. We love it and feel like part of the Berger family of totally satisfied customers.
