Dante Battistini and Kerion Youells are always very friendly and helpful when I call and arrive on the day of service. I always wait for my car and service is always very prompt. The sitting area is very comfortable and cool/warm and the rest area is always very clean which is important.I will always remain a dedicated and lifetime patron and I will always recommend Bergey's as the place to buy and service their vehicle.

They serviced our Acadia on short notice and were very accomodating to fit our schedule ! The SUV was returned to us quickly and as clean or cleaner than when we dropped it off for service.Friendly service personnel !

EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. Dave Rittenhouse was extremely competent, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire purchase. His communication was excellent and truly made it a no hassle experience. Dave Alderfer was also involved in the sale and he was a pleasure to deal with. Your staff is very friendly, honest, and genuine. Best car buying experience that I have ever had.

Bergey's gave me a better price for my tires than the tire place that I would normally use. I also got free tire rotation. Bergey's has always been a great place to buy and service your car.

You probably wont believe this, as I probably would be suspect. But I really feel the need to express my sincere vote of confidence in the car buying process. I attribute the entire process to Terry Brown, my salesperson. From the onset, I really felt at home during the process I really felt that he was truly looking to find the absolute best deal available for my situation. I didn't go in there with the intent to buy on the same day, although if the deal was right, I was ready to move, truthfully I don't think it would of mattered with him.. I think he knew from the start I was a serious buyer if he addressed all my needs. He did this with flying colors... I truly cant say enough about Terry, It was the first time in my life I enjoyed the car purchase process, AS for the car I chose, the GMC Terrain.. I absolutely LOVE this vehicle... This dealership is over 30 minutes away and I have at least a half dozen dealerships closer to me. which I drove right by.. I am happy to provide a full fledged reference for: Terry, the Dealership, and the terrain which I am really enjoying.. Thanks for an awesome experience.

I had contacted the dealer via cars.com on a used, but by time I had gotten there a few days later it was sold. Terry worked with me to find an even better new Acadia and was able to get it into my price range.

After searching quite a number of dealers I came across a listing for Bergey's in autotrader.com. I checked their website and they had what I wanted (12 gmc terrain) at a great price. I clicked on "click your deal" and got finance quote and trade in price online. A quick call from Scott and I was in my suv the next day with some assistance from Glenda. Nice friendly staff. I think I will be a customer for life.

Dealer misrepresents the vehicles they sell, and do not stand behind vehicles they sell. Sales managers do not care about their product, only the sale.

Dropped my car off at 6:30am for an oil change. I actually made the appointment 10 days in advance.They never even touched my car. When I called to find out if it was done, they said, I left it at the wrong service area. Then they told me since it was 4:45pm that I would have to reschedule.No Thanks....if they don't want my business, fine. I will take it somewhere else.

They were able to get me in quickly to diagnose both of the problems with my truck, and repair it the same day. I depend on my truck for my work and need it fixed quickly and right the first time.

I stopped in to Bergey Buick/GMC because it is so near my home. I did not think I could afford a new Buick but I thought I would talk to someone just to see. That is when I met Renita Shelly. I really wanted to purchase a car from Renita Shelly. She was so much fun, intuitive, insightful and made such a great effort to understand the type of car that would meet my needs. I was so impressed about how knowledgeable she was with the inventory and how she picked out cars that would match what I was looking for. She found so many ways to make cars affordable. In the end I chose another brand of car because it fit my needs best. When I am ready to consider a GM brand vehicle again I will go looking for Renita Shelly.

I am an OTR owner operater and had troubles with my Volvo 780 automatic transmission. I limped it into Bergey's for service from 30 miles out. When I got there (after having calling them 3 times) they treated me as if I had never called. I unhooked the trailer and parked the truck. An hour later the night shop foreman came out and tried to start a fight with me over where the trailer was parked. He told me to move it and I informed him that my transmission was out and couldn't move it. We wound up having a arguement and cussing each other out. I had the sevice manager called and he said he wouldn't do anything till tomorrow.

My wife had her Pontiac towed to this dealership's service department. She asked that she be called with an idea of what the problem was and approx. how much it would cost. She never received that call and they did the work regardless. When she went to the service department and expressed her disatisfaction and requested a slight discount, the service person she was dealing with stated, "We can take the car in the back and remove the bolts (that were just installed)!" My wife has never been treated so rudely by a business in her life and was very upset when she came home. Is it normal for a dealership to treat it's customers with such disrespect? Needless to say we will never be stepping our feet into this dealership ever again.
