The automotive industry needs more dealerships like this! My wife was traveling to Pennsylvania from Connecticut and about 3/4 of the way to her destination her A/C stopped working. It is near 100 degrees out, she is hundreds of miles away from home, with her mother and our daughter in tow. To top it off, it’s a Saturday! Based on her current location, I went online and found that Carfagno Chevrolet was the closest dealership to her. I called the service department and spoke with a lovely receptionist as I frantically explained my situation. Very calmly she stated the Service department was closing in a couple hours and the are completely booked but asked for me to hold so that I can speak with the Service Manager. Joe, Service Manager at this location immediately answered and asked, how far away is she? He told me to have her come in and see him personally. When she arrived, everyone already knew her name. Immediately got the vehicle in. Offered them seating, drinks, and snacks. 30 minutes later, they fixed the issue and got them on their way, and did not ask her for a dime! That doesn’t happen. I really appreciate what Joe and his team did for me and my family. Truly one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Keep up the great work.

I walked into the showroom and stood there. Not one person approached me. There were about 6 employees in my line of sight having a catered lunch and 2 employees in the glass offices next to me. After waving to get attention, someone broke away from the food to come see what they could help me with..???. Um ... A vehicle would be nice! A salesman was sent over. The salesman was rushed throughout our interaction. Never offered me an alternative when my choice of car/price/lease was extremely limited and outside of what I had decided to budget for a vehicle. His response was basically -thank you have a nice day. Not, let's see what we can find or work out, etc. In addition, I felt like I was wasting his time, he had better things to do, he made me feel ignorant for wanting to lease a vehicle instead of buying.. Making multiple comments to insinuate he didn't support my choice nor did he fell like I knew what I was doing. Little does he know, I have enough cash to purchase a brand new vehicle on the spot, I have a very near perfect credit score, I was raised under the hood of a car and have rebuilt engines, and that I went to another dealer who was extremely respectful and accommodating and I more than happily went beyond my budget to buy from this other salesman who took the time and interest. And who showed some respect. The only feeling I ever got from start to finish with Bergey's salesteam/mgr was that they viewed me as uneducated in the arena, possibly unable to finance, and an overall interruption in their day. Maybe that's just the silly emotions of a female though ...

Over the top service, am always appreciative of their hard work and dedication to making sure everything is absolutely perfect. It comes from the top with the management and the great team they have put together! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Their only negative is they are perfect so don't know how they could ever improve, let that be their worst thing! I am a VERY HAPPY CLIENT for life!!!!
