Wonderful group of people. Michael Simons was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we found a truck to suit our needs. He also has a wonderful personality that made the whole vehicle buying experience wonderful. Michael and the other guy that we worked with (sorry, I can't remember his name) did a fantastic job of working with us on getting a monthly payment that was with in our budget. I would definitely recommend this group of people to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle at Berglund Chevrolet Buick !! The customer service was top notch. Everyone was extremely nice and polite. And my sales consultant David Pitts was the best. He found me the perfect vehicle of my needs. The whole staff including the finance dept. was great. I recommend if you need a reliable and a super sales staff, to go to Berglund Chevrolet Buick !!!

I just purchased a car from here and I was very happy with the car and the people who helped me. Clifton was amazing, he answered all my questions.. even the ones I didn't know I had! Brian also helped with the sale and helped make my numbers work. It felt like I've known them both for years! It was an over all wonderful experience (especially for car shopping!) I would highly recommend!

Just bought my second vehicle today from Berglund Chevy. The staff is great! Dave Turner made the process easy and was great to work with! Everyone I spoke to was friendly. This place has great deals and the best customer service in Roanoke! I will definitely buy my next car there.
