I have used them occasionally over 5 years with pre-owned Bimmers. The service was fair, at best. I looked at their limited selection and ended up buying at the Charlottesville BMW dealer, as they knew their cars, and were a lot more people oriented!The sales staff at Berglund were not friendly, and certainly did not know enough about what they were selling! Plus the fact that most acted like a bunch of tools with an arrogant attitude!

After looking for quite some time for an E 350 wagon for my wife, I narrowed my search to 2 cars one at Berglund Auto and a similar car up in Connecticut. I ended up buying the car from Berglund after receiving great service from Chris Miller. He was fast to answer my questions, got the deal done and had me in and out of the dealership in very little time. My wife loves her new car and I can't thank Chris enough for his hard work.

Bought our last car from Berglund BMW three years ago and had a great experience. Went back yesterday and everyone was new and sketchy. Undervalued our trade, lots of games, etc. Did not buy from them. Drove to Charlottesville instead.Avoid this dealership!

Can I rate it negative stars? Careful with their Mercedes CPO's, because they really do not do what is required for the certification. Bought a 2012 CLS550, CPO, 10 days ago and drove it back to NC. The car has been in the shop for 6 days because there was a massive water leak inside (found after the first rain)! Also they replaced an iPod cable for another that was defective. Finally, if you want to have your trade-in devalued (in my case, a MB I bought as CPO from Raleigh Benz dealer), go there -- they are going to get at least a 35% profit on you. Overall not very honest people and regretting why I decided to do business with them.

After much time and energy spent online and driving to local Palm Beach and Broward County luxury car dealerships located in South Florida, I was amazed by the attitude towards me as a customer who was ready able and willing to purchase a new car. I located Burglund Luxury online and spoke with Wendy Aston, who was polite and extremely knowledgeable about the luxury car market. After advising her of what my needs and wants were in my next car she quickly narrowed it down, quoted me, and had me set up with their finance person, LJ Nimmerrichter. LJ was able to process the paperwork without any surprises to me and my new car was delivered to the front gate of my community in Palm Beach County. I never had to step foot into the dealership. This team is amazing, well-informed, and values a customer. I would buy all my future cars this way from Wendy and LJ again.

We were shopping on line looking for an luxury SUV with low mileage. We found a Lincoln MKT in excellent condition. I sent in an email request to test drive this vehicle early Labor Day morning before the dealership opened. The dealership called me asking my time frame for the visit then sent me a confirmation number for the test drive. Once we arrived at the dealership we were treated like royalty.Our trade-in had over 200 -k miles yet we still received top dollar trade-in. I've purchased over a dozen cars over the years, and I can honestly say this is the best car-buying experience by far. My wife and I spent several months evaluating various makes and models; usually calling or e-mailing Wendy with questions about the Mercedes. This was an outstanding expierence. I secured the deal and trade in from NJ with no hassles during the week and drove down on the weekend. When I arrived, the dealer had everything ready to go and expeditied my sale. While fast and efficient in processing me, they still did all that they could to make sure that I was satisfied, knowledgable of the car and pleased - they went at my pace. They even called during my ride home to check on me. The team at this dealership is a differentiator.

Summary Statement: Excellent experience Comments: The day was hot and muggy outside, but the facility was a welcome relief from the weather. The salesman, Patrick, spoke with us until he understood what we were looking for and the amount we were comfortable spending. The inventory in the lot provided three autos that we considered. We drove all three; each one was ready to be driven with the interior already cool. The salesman stayed with us even directing us to roads that demonstrated the capabilities of the BMW we drove. He answered all our questions. We purchased the one we thought to be the best match relative to our needs and desires and drove home that Saturday evening. Monday evening we were bringing in paperwork to the dealer, the first opportunity to drive the auto since our purchase, and we discovered we had missed a significant requirement, the auto did not have a lumbar adjustment, which due to my wifes neck and back surgeries, was a requirement. Had we realized that prior to our purchase we would have chosen a different auto. We returned to the dealership Monday evening, explained what happened and we were able to trade the auto we owned for two days and purchase the one with the required adjustment. We know the dealership was not obligated, but they treated us very fair. We were at fault for not recognizing the absence of one required feature prior to the initial purchase. The gentlemen in the financial department, Jeff, worked with us well past closing time to close the deal. When we arrived home Patrick called to inform us that we left our garage door opener in the car we originally. This was excellent service that we have not experienced before. My wife and I agree, Burglund Luxury Car made buying an auto a very pleasant experience, even if we our first choice was wrong. Thank you.

I bought this Mercedes over the internet. The experience was fantastic from the start. They immediately called me and gave me a very competitive price. All aspects of the purchase were seamless. The car was delivered to me at my home in 10 hours from my initial contact with the dealer. I live 150 miles from the dealership. You cannot get better service. The Mercedes advisor (LJ) was professional and personable. The business manager (Wendy) followed up with me one hour after the car was delivered. Overall the best car purchase in my life. I was just in a very serious Accident where I totaled my Car and needed a new one. I researched what was the safest cars and narrowed it down to a Outback and a XC 60. What made the difference for me was the Dealership and salesmen not the car , I know the Volvo was the better car , but it also was more Expensive , Jason and H.J were the Factors that led me back to buy the Volvo . I have purchased way to many cars in my lifetime and have always run into the one and done salesperson, This is not the case at this dealership , I am having problems getting back behind the wheel and both Jason and H J been there all week after the purchase with follow up calls and actually riding with me after the purchase to be sure I understand the tech features of my great SUV. I also was highly impressed with the way I was given the best deal possible , they never gave up and made sure I was happy with the deal. It is rare that I am willing to give a review after the fact knowing that you get brushed off after the sale. NOT HERE. I will buy my next car from here and I will make sure everybody I know where to go to receive this great buying experience. This is the way a Vehicle purchase should happen

In February 2015 I had searched everywhere locally to find the vehicle we wanted. We arrived late to the Berglund dealership to look at a used Chevy truck. We were greeted amicably by all staff. We were given a test drive, decided on a price and began the purchasing process. Though we passed closing time, we were constantly assured that it was no problem. They made us, the customer, their top priority. We never felt rushed and were given top service the entire visit from our test drive through financing. Jason Fisher, our sales associate, was with us through the entire process. He even led us out of town in a snowstorm to make sure we found our way. The service team and Jason have called us on several occasions to check in with our new purchase. I would highly recommend Jason and the Berglund Luxury Auto dealership.

We drove 3.5 hours to pickup our new M4. None of the local dealers were able to beat Berglund's quote. Everything was arranged prior to us driving down and there were no surprises when we arrived. We spoke with 3 different salesmen, two of which couldnt tell us anything about the Z4 we were interested in, the other guy just dropped off the face of the earth. They couldnt spell, poor communicators, rude - and one guy called my husband Chris when his name is Ben in an email. My list could go on and on. I would have zero confidence in dealing with these people and will tell everyone I know about my experience. Short of practically giving us a car, we will never give them a penny of our money. We are heading out of town to find a professional, knowledgeable team to work with.

Drove 55 miles (one way) with a scheduled appointment for recall work and the part was not there and had to be ordered. I need to make another 110 mile trip for recall work. I am not happy. The technician suggested rotating tires and a new cabin filter. The tires on the front and rear are different sizes so they do not get rotated. When the service assistant brought my car around to the waiting area I was appalled that the cover for the cabin filter was pinched between the hood and wiper blades. Obviously, the technician slammed the hood shut without putting the cabin filter back in place. They charged me $105 for an oil change. Pretty unreasonable. If I am paying a premium price for service I expect more than a backyard mechanic!

The sales manager, Dave, is excellent. However, some of their sales people are lazy and don't know anything about the car. Their financing staff would make you sign all the documents without really answering any questions.

I had actually got to the dealership 10 minutes prior to the dealership closing on a Saturday afternoon. The salesman, Jeff Fleenor, came out to greet me. Very pleasant person. Not only was he friendly & very personnable, he was very professional. He & the finance manager, Eric, not only made a sale but they made the sale THAT night! They both stayed late (WAY after closing) to work this deal for me. The dealership closed at 5:00 (a Saturday night too!!) but I didn't leave the dealership until 8:20 pm! They both were amazing! Not only did they make me feel my deal was important, they stayed over on a Saturday night. Amazing experience. I would definitely refer anyone to this dealership, especially to Jeff Fleenor. Thanks Jeff!

My sales and front end experience with CrossRoads has been great! I had a few challenges with the service area where damage was done to my vehicle; they fixed it; but it should never have happended to my first luxury car purchase. They caused damage to my vehicle twice and never told me. I had to 'find' it and tell them about it. They claimed they didn't do it. I was highly offended and disappointed. To this day I don't trust the service area. I feel that everytime I take my vehicle in for service I have to do a total damage inventory before I drop it off to make sure it returns to me in the same condition. For the money I paid for this volvo I should never have to monitor my own vehicle!!But again my sales man and the folks up front in sales continue to be kind, sincere and great to work with as I refer friends to the dealership! Both Mike and Eric were sincerely friendly and made us both feel very comfortable. Mike and Eric were additionally very honest and open about the entire transaction.The car was in impeccable condition and "ready to go". Mike even drilled to put the front license plate bracket (since the car is now in VA and the original state did not require front license plate) so that we wouldn't be stopped by police on our way home.While we negotiated and paid a slightly higher price than what we were "prepared to pay", after comparing other cars on the market, we are completely satisfied that we did actually get a great price. I think we both came away from the experience extremely happy.

My experience with BMW of Lynchburg and Jeff Fleenor in particular was excellent. I originally was looking for a pre-owned vehicle with certain features and lots of restrictions making the search difficult. Jeff worked hard to find several options and was patient with me during the entire process. Jeff was friendly and had a good sense of humor throughout even when I changed gears and decided to purchase new. I am happy with my experience and plan to purchase more vehicles form them in the future.

In fact it was the rapport that she built with me when she sold my daughter her new car that made me come back to Crossroads to work with Sonya again. Sonya and the rest of the CrossRoads staff has been delightful to work with. The buying experience was very positive. Sonya was knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. When it was time to purchase, everything went well and we didn't feel any pressure. It was one of the best car buying experiences my wife and i have had.
