Took My Car in to get the oil change and timing belt replaced. Upon arrival they didn't discuss charges. I was told they would call me within the hour to go over price. About an hour or so later they told me they were also going to replace 2 other parts in the car. I was then told the prices. They are one of the most expensive auto shops around. I would strongly recommend doing even a little bit of research and find a cheaper shop. When I told them to not touch the car I will bring it elsewhere with better pricing, I was informed they had already started and was too late to reinstall my timing belt. They never told me pricing until after they had started. Had I known pricing up front, I would have saved around $250-$300 on just the timing belt alone! Thankfully, I will be saving an additional $350 on the remaining repairs I need done. They also told me they recommend I could use new tires. I had literally just got new tires 6 days ago.... there is no reason they should be telling me I need new tires. They are money hungry and take advantage of anyone they can. I would recommend taking your car else where!

When the service work was complete she reviewed the paper work explaining all the details and made any necessary adjustments to the bill. The person that showed me the featured and operation of the features didn't know the features and operation of the features very well. I was better off reading the owners manual. The third row seating floor mats were missing and the sales person was supposed to look into them for me. It's been over a week and I still have not heard back from her.

Outstanding personnel at the Green Bay Buick/Cadi/GMC Dealership! From the Sales organization (Randy/Ryan) to the Finance Side (Brad) the used car appraiser, to the General Manager, to the folks in the back Maint/Parts that always make you feel welcome. They are all top shelf people from my perspective! Very attentive to one's needs, very patient and always willing to help. Bergstrom Top Mgt should study what is done in this Dealership, and use what they find to improve any Bergstrom house dealership that needs assistance, and examples of how it should be done right, assuming this self improvement process is not already in place.

I emailed them for a new truck and sales man calls me back. I give him all the details three colors that would work nothing special. He said I got it will do some work and call you back. 2 weeks and nothing! When GM runs specials on end of the year they don't last long. Just a second call saying can't find nothing or we don't have anything would've been great ,since he told me they had quite a few options left their. Tells me either he was not telling the truth or the sale must not be that important I guess.

Gave us very low trade-in despite mint condition. Said we failed to respond to an air-bag recall...this was not true....we never got a recall notice. Then they changed the story.....said CarFax said our airbag was deployed.....another lie.....car was in one low speed fender-bender....airbag never deployed. They then said that even though CarFax 'maybe' wrong, they had to go by it. Sounded to us like CarFax and your dealer were in collusion to keep trade in below blue book. We were not impressed.

My husband and I were interested in buying a vehicle here so we stopped by to look at our options. We looked at an Acadia, and the sales lady was very nice and helpful. Although we were looking at a new 2016 Acadia, she let us look at a used 2015 Acadia just to compare the differences between the two models. While we were looking at the used one, another very rude salesman started remotely beeping the car's locking system on us. I thought it was odd, but at first gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe he did it on accident. Our sales lady stepped away for a moment to get an answer to one of our questions, and the rude salesman came back over and remotely locked the doors on the used Acadia on us and very rudely told us, "Sorry guys, I just sold this one. I know you thought it was funny when I was beeping it, but I wasn't joking around." He jumped in it and drove it away. I was surprised that he would do that to customers looking to spend more than $40K on a car, even though we weren't "his" specific customers. The used Acadia didn't even look like it had been vacuumed. What were we going to do to hurt it just by looking at it to compare it to the new Acadia that we were ultimately interested in? Our sales lady returned at that moment, and I told her how rudely the other salesman had just treated us. She looked shocked and I told her I wouldn't purchase a car from a place where we had been so rudely treated, even though it wasn't her fault. I would never want to deal with that man, and if we purchased a car there, I'm sure we would have to come in contact with him at some point. He obviously shouldn't be in sales or customer service. I'm ultimately glad it happened though, because I drove a new 2016 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum Edition the next day and we purchased it from different local car dealer where we were treated kindly and with respect. Our entire family absolutely loves my Pathfinder. And my husband loves it so much that he wants to buy one too when he replaces his car within the next year.

A few days later I walked in the front door and asked a gentlemen to sync my phone to my car. He came out and synced it immediately. I purchased my first Buick yesterday, 10/29/14. It was the Encore Conv. package. I have always been badge loyal to Chrysler. The first thing I said to my husband when I got home is "sorry honey, your next truck is going to be a GM" just because of the customer service I received from Randy Roubal. Another thing I have never done is purchased from the first dealer I visited. He spent so much one on one time with me I knew everything about this car before I drove it home. (We are still trying to figure out what his new 2014 2500 Ram has to offer in the instrumentation. We were basically thrown the keys) It has only been one day, but I love my new Encore. Now to see how the service is "after the sale" I have definitely found my new salesman in Randy. I can't thank him enough!!

We leased a 2014 GMC Acadia AWD from Doug Seeman. He was great and we would refer him to any of our family and friends. He made sure we were comfortable and that all we asked for was taken care of. Stabilitrak/ABS warming came on. Called service garage to see if they could look at it, seeing as it was a Friday and I was scheduled to work the weekend. Wanted to make sure that the vehicle was drivable. Contacted Shaun in the service garage and they looked at it and came back with the diagnoses of some teeth missing. Vehicle was drivable. Scheduled work to be done on Monday Dec.30th. Appraiser came out, they gave me a loaner so I could get my errands done. Within a few hours they were calling that the vehicle was done. My only concern was when I called to let them know about the new error codes I was receiving the lady said I would have to schedule a new appointment ( which would be about a week) because this was now going to take more time than my appointment was set up for. It took two hours before I was informed as to the progress of the diagnosis as to my problem. Once my brake problem was discovered then only one of the front wheels were fixed. After a road test it was determined that the second front wheel needed repairs also. I would have to ask the question if there was a front end brake noise why were not both wheels looked at. As it was it took an extra half an hour. I have never waited so long before being informed as to the fix needed. This is not typical of your service.

Brought car in, no appt. Service Tech hopped in car with me to listen to my concern with noise I had and he diagnosed it immediately. Left car for repair, had a shuttle drive me home and within 2 hours, shuttle was picking me up at home to pick up repaired car. Great service and timely manner. Thanks.

My car broke down and I called Bergstrom (unfortunately you do not tow vehicles) and i was directed to a local towing company. With in 1 hour the tow company was able to pick the vehicle and myself up. This was about 4:00. From the service writer to the technician that worked on my car, people stayed late and got me out there just after 6:00. Being from out of town, i wasn't sure how I would be handled. Everyone that I dealt with was extemely helpful, coutieous and a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed and truly thankful. (and the car ran great!)

I brought in my 95 year old mothers 1999 Buick, with 42,000 miles, for Winterization. All went well until I asked for a replacement of the volume control knob on the radio. That's when I was told it would cost $49.00. I believe in profit but this knob can't cost 25 cents and to try and sell it for $49.00??? Needless to say my otherwise pleasant experience ended on a less that pleasant note.

I came in to the shop at 4:55 pm to get my tires rotated . I didn't realize the shop techs went home at 5pm. The person at the front desk said he would see if someone would stay late to do the job. He came back and said someone would stay later to rotate them. 20 minutes later my car was complete and to my surprise they had also washed my car. I love this place.

She also covered the cost of the allignment because one was performed only a month or two ago but the rear was not set correctly and severly wore my tires. I also waited three hours that time. I was happier with the service this time.

We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and the high level of service we received from Andrew Heidl. He was well versed on all the vehicles we looked at or test drove. His knowledge of the features of the vehicle we purchased, the GMC Terrain Denali, was exceptional. His technical skill level in all areas, including setting up our Blue Tooth features on our smart phone, was outstanding. In summation, he made buying a car a very pleasant experience for us.

Things were going well until the salesperson began to talk "down" to me and made a crude and demeaning remark about me looking at another dealership. His comment left me cold, i was no longer interested in talking to him in spite of the fact that he had the vehicle/vehicles I desired.

After looking at the original parts, I don't feel the brake job needed more than a clean up. Pads where still half there, rotors could have been turned. Rear shoes were not left for my inspection as asked. Your cost of turning rear drums was way excesive

I Purchased my vehicle on a Monday from Bergstrom Appleton Buick GMC and upon arriving home realized it had a headlamp out. I was able to come to this dealership, which is closer and have it replaced, I received very prompt service in scheduling to get me in on Wednesday morning and replace the bulb. Everyone involved was extremely helpful!

We just bought a pre-owned Chevy Traverse from Bergstrom. Although we live 2 hours away, the whole process was very easy.
