Victoria has been nothing short of amazing in the few interactions I've had with her. She goes above and beyond to meet and exceed the needs of myself and my vehicle. I wish more people took pride and ownership in customer interactions the way she does, but it's extremely rare. Wish we could clone her about 1,000 times so we got the same type of services in alternate businesses! Thank you so much for all you do, Victoria - it's been thoroughly appreciated!

It was a great place to take my car for an oil change. I schedule my service for first thing in the morning and I really enjoyed the large, quiet and open space in the waiting room where I was able to work efficiently while my car was serviced.

My 2019 Acadia wouldn’t start. I called Bergstrom GMC and was kindly greeted by Victoria. She took great care in getting a tow truck for my Acadia, found a loaner vehicle immediately and I was on my way to the appointments and errands I had planned for that day. She made what I thought was stressful, into a day with ease. Victoria kept me in the loop with the issues with my Acadia and at the end of the day, I was greeted once again by Victoria and my own vehicle. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Bergstrom GMC of Appleton is a quality dealer offering new and used vehicles in addition to the servicing of those vehicles. This is one location you can expect your vehicle to get the attention it needs and not worry about corners being cut. Outside of covid there is always free cold/hot drinks and fresh cookies (YUM). Purchasing new vehicles you will find they are one of the lowest cost dealers in the valley. Make sure you get trade-in quotes from multiple dealers. I have found most of the time Bergstrom will exceed expectations. Used vehicles is always prudent to shop around as every dealership can vary depending on type. When concerns have arose management has gone above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. I truly believe Bergstrom is a company that has built a culture focused on "customer first".
