Took My Car in to get the oil change and timing belt replaced. Upon arrival they didn't discuss charges. I was told they would call me within the hour to go over price. About an hour or so later they told me they were also going to replace 2 other parts in the car. I was then told the prices. They are one of the most expensive auto shops around. I would strongly recommend doing even a little bit of research and find a cheaper shop. When I told them to not touch the car I will bring it elsewhere with better pricing, I was informed they had already started and was too late to reinstall my timing belt. They never told me pricing until after they had started. Had I known pricing up front, I would have saved around $250-$300 on just the timing belt alone! Thankfully, I will be saving an additional $350 on the remaining repairs I need done. They also told me they recommend I could use new tires. I had literally just got new tires 6 days ago.... there is no reason they should be telling me I need new tires. They are money hungry and take advantage of anyone they can. I would recommend taking your car else where!

Very qualified service rep, understood my concerns and answered all my questions. Morgan worked with the service personnel to complete all maintenance and recalls in a timely manner. When the service work was complete she reviewed the paper work explaining all the details and made any necessary adjustments to the bill. I was completely satisfied with the outcome and teamwork of the whole organization.

Steve Carlson went above and beyond in finding the exact vehicle I wanted. He was able to secure a dealer trade so I could purchase my Envision. Paperwork was a breeze. And the technology review done by Jenner was super helpful. No complaints and wonderful service.

The person that showed me the featured and operation of the features didn't know the features and operation of the features very well. I was better off reading the owners manual. The third row seating floor mats were missing and the sales person was supposed to look into them for me. It's been over a week and I still have not heard back from her.

Chad, our sales rep was very dedicated to ensuring we had the requested vehicle at the most realistic pricing. The majority of the sales was done online and he had our selected vehicle waiting for us upon our first visit to the dealership. We were able to drive it home that day after signing the prepared paperwork. Seamless purchase with no unforseen issues.
