I bought a 2004 Land Rover on May and include the extended warranty, 5 weeks later water pump broke and the engine over heat. Took vehicle to dealer and they call me 2 days later and told me that I need a new engine but it was too expensive to fixed. The owner Dan call me and told me that the warranty will give me another vehicle of the same value and I will keep paying for my old one. Went to dealer and pick a 2008 Ford Expedition he told me ok put the temporary license plate and I was on my way. You cant have a better customer service better than that from my sales man Frankie and the owner Dan. Thanks guys!

I purchased a car from them that was nothing but problems from day one, from falling to get the paperwork done on time to not paying emissions. The owner is petty and unreasonable. Be careful! !!!

We purchased a toy hauler. They discounted the price to allow money to replace the battery that wasn't working. We were able to water test the camper on their facility. We found water was left in the camper which had frozen and broken a water filter. They used great effort to find this part and replace it. Apparently camper parts are not easy to find.

We're in the middle of a long-term, long distance road trip, and we needed a new car. Frankie, BJ, and Dan were great to work with, and let us test drive the truck a couple different times. They were very knowledgeable, and put up with my many questions about the vehicle's mechanical state. They gave a more than fair price on trade-in, and we left with the truck we wanted at a price that worked! I would recommend Berkenkotter over any of the bigger dealerships. This place was nice, family owned, low pressure, high knowledge car lot.

I bought a Honda Element last week from Berkenkotter Motors in Castle Rock CO. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not only were Frankie and Dan extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable, they came up with ideas that solved some unique problems that I had to overcome to make the purchase. Frankie even went so far as to help me with my insurance company down the street, who were stalling in paying a claim, so that I could get the car I wanted. That was way above and beyond what I expected. I have never bought a used car before, only new ones. So I had a particular mind set (not entirely positive) walking into this dealership, about what it would be like to do business with a used car company. All of my worries were quickly put to rest. I drove out the same day with the car I wanted and I actually had fun doing it. And it turned out that Frankie had been a long time customer of Berkenkotter Motors for many years prior to working there. That speaks volumes to me. These guys are the greatest!! I would do repeat business with them in an instant!!

I recently purchased a used Dodge Ram 2500 from Berkenkotter. The experience was far superior to any other dealership experience I had. They gave me a great deal, and were extremely helpful in getting me out from under my old truck, and into the new one with minimal issue. I would highly recommend Berkenkotter motors!

The people at Berkenkotter Motors are genuine and interested in being helpful - not just in moving their inventory. They had a good variety of inventory, and took time to talk about pros and cons of different vehicle choices, being honest and transparent about the weaknesses versus the strengths of the cars we were considering. They were willing to brainstorm different purchase / financing scenarios, and never made us feel pressured or frustrated. I walked away being glad I had given them my money, and knowing I would buy from them again, as well as recommend them to other people. I have bought from other used car dealers and have never had this positive an experience. Good people, great business philosophy, honest and simple place and process. Thank you Allen and Dan!

We are currently in the middle of our chapter 13 required term and none if the large dealerships would even talk to us. As soon as we walked on the lot at Berkenkotter, we felt like everyone there cared about us and wanted to help with what ever they could. They treated us with genuine respect which is hard to come by with our situation. They searched for financing companies and prices with payments that we afford and everyone of them wanted to charge sky high interest rates with sky high payments. As a result they offered to finance the loan themselves and shocked us with a low interest rate and a very low affordable payment that we never dreamed of. We have already recommended them to friends. By the way, we love the truck and it is going to work great with what we need.

Bought a used camper van this weekend and it was the perfect transaction. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. No pressure sale. These guys made a dream come true! They will be the first I will check with if I ever need another vehicle. BTW, while deciding on the van took a lunch break and discovered a great mexican restaurant across the street next to subway. The fresh home-made posole was the best! All in all a great day :)

This dealership defines the term "great customer service". We are a retired couple looking to upgrade our gas RV to a diesel pusher. We visited the dealer to look at a unit that seemed to meet our needs. The staff went out of their way to help us by taking the time to understand our situation and examine all our options. After visiting several other RV dealers, It became clear to us that these were the guys we wanted to do business with. Throughout the transaction we were treated with courtesy and respect. They not only gave us a great deal but stepped in to suggest ways for us to get maximum dollar for our old RV. The most telling indication of the character of this place occurred on our way home after taking delivery when we sprang a serious diesel fuel leak. Both Dan and Glenn in Castle Rock responded immediately sending their mechanic from Parker to meet us. We drove to Parker where the leak was quickly fixed. Now they have offered to sell our old RV to try and maximize our return. Throughout the whole process, both Dan and Glenn remained in constant contact making sure of everything. This, ladies and gentlemen, is the way to run a business!
