Just had the opposite experience more locally and decided to go the distance from southern NH to the north country. Tom was low key and a gentleman. Transaction was smooth as can be. I found a vehicle I wanted and it was in Vermont at Berlin city. Tom Doyon got it brought to the Gorham location in a day. He wasn't pushy and explained the features on the car throughly. The car was priced better than other dealers I looked at. Love the car. Would buy from them again.

I've been using their service for several years and have found them reliable. They fit you in and try to help. They work with you on issues. They explain work and return calls. The place is nice but the only thing I don't love is TV as the centerpiece. I'm a reader and prefer a quieter area but that's no deal breaker.

Service department is TERRIBLE. Took my Jeep in THREE times for the same problem and they kept bringing it back saying the problem was solved even though you could HEAR the noise while they were still 1/2 mile away. The LAST time they brought it back, there were greasy footprints all over the rear cargo area and back of rear seat. If nothing else, at least they did provide a way for you to get your vehicle there for service WITHOUT taking up any of your time. Apparently they are under the impression that everyone just sits around with their feet up on the hassock having nothing to do but to waste their time driving all the way there (and back, maybe even a few times) to get it checked out. Will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them again. Place hasn't been the same since Dan Dagesse owned it.

Love this car , and the ease of leasing with Berlin City . They delivered to our home, and did not have to spend all day at the dealer to complete our lease. Only about 1 hour . Love these Guys. Had a minor problem with my the lease I turned in, but they fixed this problem . Will do this again

My wife and I decided to sell our 2012 Civic to our son, as he needed a car. We were very happy with it and decided to get another one. We live in VT and went to the local Honda dealership and got a car priced. Next, I decided to see what the invoice cost was, so registered on a popular website that provides that information. No big deal- just provided email address and zip code.A day later, I got an email from Adam at Berlin City asking if he could help me with a new Civic. I thought "what the heck" and responded "I want this model with this color and this interior." He said "we have that exact car- would you like me to price it?" Again, why not? A few minutes later the price came in and it was enough below the local dealer to get my interest. I then started asking question after question and Adam responded promptly with complete information of how the sale would work from NH. It pretty much answered everything. The next morning, the sales manager called me and said "you're working with Adam. How's that going? Is there anything else we can do to get you in that car?" I don't want to give the exact details, but I had a couple of other ideas to lower the cost that I asked him about. He said "I'll call you back in 10 minutes." He did and said "we can do that for you." At that point, I was stunned. I had never had an experience quite like this. So I coughed and choked and finally said "I'll buy it."Adam called me a few minutes later and said "my sales manager tells me we have a deal. What time today would you like your car delivered?" This was 11AM. I said "well, my wife gets home from work at 5PM and it's really her car, so...." "Your car will be at your house today at 5PM". Wow."I must have to do a ton of paperwork via Email or FAX to get that to happen, right?" "No sir. No paperwork. We have your credit report. We have the verbal agreement. Your new car will be delivered at 5PM. There will be 10 minutes of paperwork then, but that's it." "What about the deposit- do I need a bank check?" "Oh no sir. A personal check is fine." Wow!I got off the phone and I couldn't believe it. This was SO EASY, that I was skeptical! Well, a little after 5PM, the new Honda pulled in my driveway in Vermont, followed by a "chase" vehicle. A very nice older couple greeted me. "Take the car our for a drive, check it all over. Make sure it's exactly what you want. By the way, I got 44 MPG from NH! Pretty good for a new car! But don't worry, it has a full tank of gas."I took it out for a short drive, then looked it over. "Okay. It looks awesome." "Yes sir. I'll attach the plates and my wife will go inside with you and do the paperwork." 10 minutes later, it was done and they drove away in the chase car, wishing us well with the new purchase. In sum, it was an amazingly easy experience. Adam was fantastic. Persistent, but not in a negative way. Answered all my questions and followed up with "what else can I do for you?" I never would have thought buying a car would be so simple and stress-free. No foolish dealer games. No bait and switch. No hidden fees or costs. And the car was delivered to VT at no charge, the same day we agreed on the deal. Normally, I like to buy local, but in this case the cost difference was enough to sway me, as was the positive way the deal was carried out.Thanks Adam!

Brody Robinson Was absolutely, by far, The Best sales associate I have ever dealt with. He has the "people skills" that most veterans in sales DO NOT have. He was polite, informative, likable, well groomed, answered all of my questions, and most of all NOT PUSHY !!!! Like some of the Dealers down here in the Northeastern CT. / South Central MA. Area. Saying things like " What would it take for you to leave here TODAY in this vehicle?" I knew what I was looking for, Brody gave me my "options" and let ME, the customer, make my own decisions, Imagine that !!! I absolutely LOVE my new 2016 Toyota Tundra SR5 with the TRD Off Road package and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. I would and Will recommend Berlin City Toyota to any and all people I know looking to purchase a new Vehicle. It was well worth the 240 mile trip north through the mountains. Their motto is EASY and that is just what it is dealing with them. I have purchased a few cars in the last 40 years and buying a vehicle from Berlin Auto great. They never pressured me, they gave me the best price and delivered it to my house. When they delivered it the driver would not leave until I drove the vehicle and when I return he said if I did not want it he would take it back at no charge. I have had the vehicle for over a year and I and completely satisfied. Never thought I would buy a vehicle online but you have to change with the times.

My wife bought a 4runner from Berlin City and it came with a 70,000 mile warranty.. The check engine light came on and we took it in to get checked out and they reset the light saying it wasn't a big deal.. This happened twice with light staying off both times for a short time then coming back on.. The third time we took it in was after the warranty had expired and we were told it would be $3,500 to shut the light off because the catalytic converters were bad..They dodged the warranty and stuck us with the bill.. Needless to say we stopped going to Berlin City for anything until parts of the 4runners frame started to rot away. When we took it in to be looked at Berlin City told Toyota we didn't have it worked on there anymore and Toyota refused to look at it or help us in any way even though Berlin City's tech's said the frame was unsafe.. Buyer beware , I wouldn't buy a stick of gum from these people...

I had a situation in which I needed to buy a used car in a few hours. My son lives in New Hampshire and we drove in from New Jersey and only had Saturday afternoon to help him buy a used car. He didn't plan on needing one so soon and as a result didn't know what he wanted. Drove into the Berlin City Auto Group and felt immediately at ease with everyone we came in contact with. We were helped by Adam Fontaine who was not only patient and helpful but also very knowledgeable about the inventory on the lot. He guided us from beginning to end and was professional in the process. I would highly recommend both this dealership and salesman alike. We had an enjoyable experience and drove out with a reliable used car.

We were looking to upgrade our old truck to one with greater towing capacity. We found a pre owned Ford F350 on line through Berlin City and conversed through e mail with Cassandra Wright. This is the first time we have ever purchased a vehicle by e mail. Cassandra was right there responding to our inquiry and questions. If she didn't have an immediate answer, she researched it and got back to us. We made the approximate hour and a half trip to Berlin and finally met in person. Cassandra was frankly honest, no pressure, personable and probably just as excited about the truck as we were. It was a long day and she was accommodating in prepping the truck for delivery, even pulling off a creative hood swap. This truck is just what we were looking for and we feel we got a lot of truck for the dollar. We purchased a vehicle about ten years ago at Berlin City and this was a good reminder about why it is well worth the drive. This was an easy transaction and made us realize we could be happier with a different second vehicle, so we have started the process with Cassandra on replacing our other truck. We're confident we can probably pull this one off through e mail, but it will certainly be another enjoyable trip to Berlin.

Paul Maurais and Randy Stewart were outstanding! This is not my first experience in dealing with Berlin City Nissan, nor will it be the last. I would recommend that Berlin City/Nissan be a pilot program in training other dealerships on how to make trading hassle-free and convenient. All of my experiences with this dealership have been stress free, which is not the norm when attempting to trade vehicles. Their priority is customer service and your satisfaction. To explain how I ended up at Berlin City, I have to first explain my less-than-impressive experience at my local dealership The Automaster. I started shopping for an SUV in VT. The local dealership I went to was swamped with people, so much so that the person we were "working with" sent us for a test drive alone because she was with another customer. When we came back, feeling like we really loved the Honda CRV, she was closing the sale with a previous customer and asked us to wait five minutes. We said of course. 5 minutes turned into 20 and then a half hour, at which point she came over and said, "so we don't have the color you want in stock, so I would have to locate for you anyway. It's getting pretty late in the day. Do you mind if I just email you some numbers on Monday so I can wrap up?" I couldn't believe it. It was the end of the month so my sale wasn't important to her that day because locating it would put her into the next calendar month. I said I did mind and just wanted to know a baseline of what number we were talking about, especially since we had waited so long. This was all done in the lobby, by the way as her desk was still occupied with other customers. She seemed annoyed but came back with a sheet of paper with some figures. My boyfriend and I left feeling excited about the CRV, but feeling like we didn't matter.I called my aunt and told her what had happened. She told me her friend Jesse had purchased 8-10 trucks from the Berlin City, NH group and that they were really great to work with. So she called them on my behalf to see if they had the car I wanted. She called on a Sunday when most dealerships are closed and was immediately helped. She was put in touch with Paul M., who was so friendly and helpful. He spent a lot of time answering my questions through email and over the phone. He said not only did they have the car, but that they would sell it to me for almost $1000 cheaper than the other dealership. I couldn't believe the price difference! I called back my local dealer and asked if they could match it. She said they couldn't and offered to take $100 off her original estimate, like that's anything when you're spending thousands of dollars! She then tried to scare me out of working with Berlin City by saying there were all of these "hidden fees" and most of her customers come back to her dealership. But of course there were not any hidden fees. Berlin City emailed me the invoice to show me exactly what it would cost, delivered to my door. They were completely transparent. Paul and also Tom D. (Who assisted on a day Paul was off), treated me like I mattered, like my sale was important to them--basically the way you would expect to be treated when making a giant investment in a new vehicle. They were so responsive and helpful. Tom got on the phone with my insurance company and took care of passing on my new car info to them. He and Paul were in touch when the car left for delivery so I would know when to expect it. Even Wayne who delivered my beautiful CRV to my doorstop was pleasant to work with.Bottom line is I would recommend Berlin City to anyone. I was apprehensive to buy a car over the phone the way I did, but it was actually a quick, painless experience. When they say they make it easy, they really mean it.Thanks for the wonderful experience, Paul, Tom and Wayne! I will definitely be back and have already told a few friends about you.

I'd like to thank Tom Doyon for all his help yesterday (8-22-15)--in making the purchase of my new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Eco-Diesel so effortless. I truly appreciate it. As always, in my previous experiences with Berlin City, you had exactly what I was looking for, at a price I was willing to pay--and with zero hassle whatsoever. I showed up intending to purchase a truck and drive it home same day--and you made it all happen in just a couple of hours.. Tom even helped me sync my I-Phone to the new truck before I left. And I especially appreciate that your finance guys were able to match the rate of my credit union and get me instantly approved--saving me time and an additional trip. And the truck itself is a winner. After arriving back at my office, in mixed driving over 85 miles (half secondary roads and about half interstate, I got 27.5 miles per gallon. Since when does a vehicle get BETTER mileage than stated on the window sticker? The beauty is, you can't tell when driving it that it's a diesel. It's so quiet. I worked with Tom Doyon on purchasing a Ford Transit cargo van. I've never had such a responsive, more convenient experience with an auto dealer before...and I usually purchase a vehicle every 2 or three years. I called Tom on a Tuesday and my new transit was delivered to my place of work on Thursday. No hassles, no bull back and forth, just a simple one or two conversations and the deal was done...could not have been easier. Nice people to work with, true to their word..which is pretty hard to find these days with auto dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership and I would personally recommend Mr. Doyon...I was impressed. The delivery and paperwork were completed in all of ten minutes around my schedule.

To get a fair market price I did my internet research with truecar and edmunds for discounts and rebates, and then I checked the Kia web site for inventory of the Kia Soul I was looking for. I saw that Berlin City NH had it. I called and got Tom Doyon on the line and told him i wanted to buy that car, for cash, tomorrow, for the internet value. Tom said i will call you back and in just a few minutes he did and said OK. Tom was exceptionally helpful and when I was detailing how i would pick up the new car he said "we Deliver". So for a reasonable fee, $175, my Kia Soul was delivered from Berlin city NH to my driveway in Midcoast Maine the very next day! Buying a car was never this easy! The finance guy did his thing on extras which I declined and there was not a lot of pressure.. I hope and trust that all customers are treated this way.

I found the car I wanted on the web site and was able to email with a question no phone number required. Paul Maurais got back to me in a timely manner. Answered all my questions and assessed my trade in all over email. Having had a high pressure situation at another dealership before I appreciated his happiness to communicate this way. I called when I was ready to speak. He was wonderful to deal with. Drove up loan check in hand and left with my first new car 25 minutes later. I wanted a specific car that nobody around had and I wanted it for a fair price. After trying and failing at another dealer, I took the VIN number I wanted from a car in Rhode Island over to Berlin City, via email, where we exchanged ideas, rates, price quotes, etc, in a very timely manner, with very little pressure.Once I decided it was a go, the negotiating was wrapped up in just a few minutes. I later did the thing where you "parachute" your trade in late, and even that went smoothly and without incident. I got a price I could handle on trade in.Wrangling the car up from Rhode Island was apparently no picnic, but Berlin City took care of that part, so it was easy for me. A week after we started dealing, I drove off in my brand spanking new Ford Flex. Everything went well on this car deal, as far as i can tell. So thanks, Berlin City. Salesman was good; however finance department was dishonest. Quoted son a percentage rate than put the paperwork thru at a different rate without letting us know. Even stapled all paperwork folded over many times so we wouldn't review. Very deceptive business practices. Too bad there isn't someone else in Northern NH to buy Toyota's from - great product but terrible service!

I just leased a 2015 Toyota Camry and they worked with me to turn in my previous leased RAV4. I haven't been able to turn my lease in early and get a reduced payment in a long time. They worked with me to get the payment I needed and delivered my car to Vermont. I would at least weigh your options and see what Berlin City can do.

Great sales experience considering I almost gave up on Jeep. I had my homework done and I knew more about Wrangler packages than most salesmen. Five dealers in I called Berlin City and spoke with Jeff C. Got the price I wanted that I couldn't get elsewhere, delivered to NY with a full tank of gas. We first inquired about a new truck on a Thursday morning, and the truck we wanted was delivered to our door (5 hours away) Friday afternoon! Jeff is an amazing salesman. He took the time to answer all questions I had and help us to get the best deal possible. The week after our truck was delivered he helped us with a great deal for my brother as well, and his truck was also delivered the next day. I have to say that working with Jeff at Berlin City was the right choice. The whole process of buying a new vehicle is stressful enough, dealing with multiple dealers via the internet across New England makes it even more challenging. Everyone wants to be a educated consumer when it comes to a new car purchase, comparing apples to apples, making sure your getting the best deal. I contacted Jeff at Berlin City about the vehicle they had listed on their website and told him what I was willing to pay. After negotiating with other dealers, he accepted the offer which actually beat all the other dealers and to top it off he was able to give me a better interest rate better than the other dealers and have the vehicle delivered to my home, a distance of 320 miles "No Charge". I have to add that during the time of the purchase of new vehicle Jeff Croteau was dealing with a death in his family. Our dealings where then shifted to someone else in the Berlin City group. Not the same personal service. I expressed how dissatisfied that Jeff was not handling the sale and was going to wait till he returned which I did. He honored everything he said he was going to do and then some.

When we first purchased our vehicle it was all done between email and phone calls. The process didn't take more than a few hours and the vehicle was already sitting in our driveway without having to even leave our own home. I would have given a positive review on that alone but then in the weeks after we purchased the vehicle Jeff Croteau went way above and beyond. I have met dealerships that will try and do whatever they can to close a deal, Until Jeff we had never met one that actually did it well after the deal was closed. Paul "Andy" Carpiuc got the key for our test ride; he was professional, informative and helpful, pointing out features of the SUV. I am very pleased that Andy was our salesman, he gets 5 stars! We left the lot and got a call from Andy the next day that finished the deal. Unfortunately, I got a call from the general manager the day before I was to pick up my new car: the one I was buying had been sold to someone else! How did this happen? Were my worst car buying experiences coming back to haunt me? After a series of calls, another agreement was reached and I did pick up my new car as planned. And while not looking forward to scheduled service appointments, I hope that the staff is as professional as Andy.

Made our first deal with Craig Martin last month on our first ever lease and he was patient and understanding. I'm from two states away and was worried about a bait and switch somehow when the car was delivered, but everything was as explained. All phone calls were returned in an appropriate time frame also. We recently decided to try a trade on our other vehicle and I have been making Craig jump through the hoops in getting me information. Haven't felt pressured yet.

This place is proof the old addage over promise and under deliver is alive today! They promise for nh state inspection when you buy car, yet of the last FIVE cars I've purchased from them, only ONE has come with inspection sticker! I've let it slide until my last purchase 3 months ago when the sales rep Tom told me if I sent them my receipt from getting sticker at another garage, they would reimburse me.. Guess what, they didn't! Probably the worst though is the fact that I've purchased $150k in cars from them in 5 years, not one of them was EVER reconditioned for delivery.. Unbelievable.. Ive found popcorn, candy, dirty fingerprints, wrappers, and various pieces of trash hidden throughout my new cars.. They don't recon, period. I've learned my lesson.. Berlin city Honda is JV league.. Yes, prices are decent, but respect for the buyer is non existent.. Can't wait to lease my new cars elsewhere!!

I Bought a vehicle in the past from Berlin City and went back to trade in. Finally made a deal after being bounced around from salesman to salesman and drove all the way back to sign papers just to have the finance manager snub my wife and change the numbers last minute so i walked out. After getting the deal back and "finalized" i was waiting for delivery just to get a call saying they had once again changed the deal by $1600.00. Would never wish this on anyone so that is why i am writing this review. There are much better dealerships to work with around here.

This dealer pulled the typical yo-yo financing/spot delivery scam. They gave me a quote, I accepted the quote as well as the financing agreement. The terms of the loan were figured based on my already approved credit application which I had provided via phone. The vehicle was delivered to my house on a Sunday night, and the very next day a Finance manager named Mark called me to explain "The financing fell through, we need you to sign a new contract with a higher APR". He said his financing assistant Josh was new and made a mistake, well if the financing was never finalized why would you deliver a car almost 7 hours away!! That is right I agreed to the quote/loan terms on a Friday, and it was on Sunday they decided to drive the car 7+hours to NJ to drop it off before the financing went through supposedly...... How convenient they deliver on a day they can claim they submitted the application in which most financial institutions are closed.... Yea look this up its your typical scam, dealerships know within minutes based on your credit score which loans/lenders you are applicable for, so their excuse of sorry we thought you would get approved is complete BS and is part of a orchestrated scheme to extract more money from the consumer. I have absolute excellent credit by the way, there is no reason what so ever I should be declined, I was already pre-approved for an auto-loan by 2 banks and 1 credit union at the lowest rate they offer. If you are considering buying from this dealership do yourself a HUGE FAVOR AND DO NOT BOTHER. YOU WILL REGRET IT GUARANTEED!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have never purchased a car through emails and phone calls and it turned out to be the best! Our salesman, Joe, was great about communicating and trying to help us get exactly what we wanted. Even after the sale, he called to make sure we didn't have any questions about the car and gave me explanations on how to set radio stations, set up blue-tooth if we want it and offered to go through it step by step over the phone if there was anything we couldn't figure out. Mark, the business manager we dealt with was very informed and helpful as we made decisions about warranties and other financing options. The gentleman who delivered our car in a terrible sleet and rain storm was organized, friendly and efficient. He had all the paperwork in order and was able to explain each one as we signed everything. We absolutely loved the fact that we didn't have to spend hours at the dealership working numbers, etc.. This was so easy and stress free and we would recommend Berlin City to anyone!

We agreed upon a price for a vehicle, afterwards I informed them I was pre-approved through another bank and wanted to use that financing. After I informed them of that, the entire thing went down hill. The finance manager Jamie, then lied to me and claimed he still needed to submit a credit app to this bank, because they do business with them. (Basically, he was mad because he would not get a kick back from the bank on the financing now). He runs me through the same bank, and I am denied because of an already outstanding approval. Jamie then proceeds to inform me I am denied, so my approval means nothing, but he has other banks he uses. Well I got so fed up, I got nasty with him and hung up.Fast forward a few hour later, Jamie calls me and says he wants to apologize and save the deal. At that point he accepts my approval is an approval, and the next day proceeds to begin providing the necessary paperwork to the bank. The bank receives the paper work, and approves it that afternoon. Jamie then calls me, 2 days later and says he is still waiting for approval of the paperwork. At that time I inform him they need one last additional piece, and he promises to get it right out. Fours days go by and I hear nothing, I left both the salesman Christian and the business manager Jamie messages with no response. Finally they call me and say its all set, when do I want the car!They deliver the vehicle to my house on a Saturday evening, after looking I paperwork I noticed they jacked price up by about $200 bucks above the agreed upon price. I sign the paper work, and figure I will deal with it the next day. They take my trade, and I have my new car.Fast forward 12 hours later, Christian calls me and says they need an additional 4 grand, but they will "Settle" at 3 grand, because of my trade condition or they would need to cancel the deal. I proceeded to let them cancel the deal, and bring my car back.Christian was nice, however this is the WORST experience I have had buying a car. Be careful of Jamie, as every other word out of his mouth is a lie.

The salesperson Mike was fantastic. I bough a Kia Soul and I would tell anyone to go to Mike. The real issue is Jamie in financing. I came in pre approved by my bank but Jamie kept pushing the financing by trying to say that my interest rate was conditioned on 20% down. Mind you this was through my bank- why would he think he knew my loan terms. I even called my loan officer just to confirm that my interest rate was locked in regardless of what I put down. He was pushy and rude. However, with that said I would go back to Mike in a hearbeat and you should too my advice is to either 1. walk in pre approved and don't even let them try to get you a better interest rate because then you will have to deal with Jamie or if you do deal with Jamie double check everything he says. Also, I found Jamie to be very condescending- he kept " telling" me things as though I was an idiot and spoke down to me. I found the financing department overall to be difficult and rude (perhaps because I was a women). When I asked for the documents to review before the car was delivered I was told they could not fax them due to banking laws. However, when the car came to the home I saw fees that had not been explained and as an attorney I read everything before signing it. When I inquired I was treated again by the financing department a bothersome. It says a lot about how great Mike was that despite what I wrote about Jamie I will go back when we are ready to buy another car in the future. He was nice, easy going and helpful. Also the sales manager at Kia was beyond helpful!

I recently bought a 2013 Honda CRV at the dealership in Berlin, NH. I love my car and thought the overall experience was great. The finance person was very personable and the sales person was very nice. I did a lot of research on the model car I wanted and I feel this helped as the sales person didn't know a lot about the car. He was more familiar with other makes. I am sure he would have found out anything I needed to know however. If course I didn't get what I should have for my trade in but who does? It was my fault for not selling it ahead of time. I was happy with the experience though and would go back again.

I just purchased a brand new Toyota Highlander 2012. I really did my homework! I live in Vermont and no one in Vermont could come close to matching Berlin City in Gorham, NH price. I also had a trade. They gave me a fabulous price on my trade without ever seeing the car (I sent them photos and a review of the car). It was not this long ridiculous drawn out process of haggling back and forth over price. When I got there, the paperwork was already done! Paul was super nice and helpful. Even found some stuff in my old car I would not want to leave. The whole process was quick and painless and I saved thousands of dollars over what Vermont dealers could do. George was ready for us at the time of the appointment and made us feel very comfortable. Asked us questions regarding what we wanted in a vehicle and we were very happy with his listening skills and overall approach to our needs. We bought the Toyota Highlander after trying out a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He made it easy for us and he even called our Insurance Carrier to make sure we'd be insured as we drove out of the Dealership that very day! I had mentioned to George that I had lost a small article and was pretty sure that it was in the car that we were trading in. George looked for it while we were signing papers. After the papers were signed and he graciously asked if he could help us with the bluetooth accessory in the new car with our cell phones, I was surprised to find my lost article "found" sitting right on the console! I was so surprised that he had taken the time to look for it. You could tell that he was just as pleased to find it. Rick was also very friendly as he was the person we dealt with to sign all the papers - he made the process go very smoothly as he asked us all the questions that should be asked, i.e., regarding extra warranties, etc... We will tell all of our friends about the great experience we had buying a new vehicle. As George said more than once, "Today is YOUR day. We want you to be satisfied." And we are!

I hate dealers where sales people swarm you the minute you step on the lot or try to push you into a vehicle that you don't want. I didn't have that problem with Berlin City Toyota. I was able to browse the lot without being hassled. When it was time to talk to a sales rep, I had no problem getting one.My sales rep was friendly and helpful. Even after I left the dealership, I was able to get a hold of my sales rep easily, both on the phone and by email. My sales rep was able to answer all of my questions quickly.The finance department was also very friendly and made the purchase process quick and easy. I walked in to the dealership knowing that if I could get a good deal I would buy a SUV. I did not know what type of SUV I would buy. I used the website to investigate the vehicles that I thought I would be interested in. David welcomed me with a smile. He asked me what I might be interested in and actually actively listened to what I said. He was not pushy. He had a great sense of humor. He was honest and showed me just what we talked about. After test driving each of the vehicles I was interested in crunched some numbers and came in at what I was willing to spend! I have never liked dealing with salespeople but David was fabulous. I have no doubt that I couldn't have gotten a better all around vehicle purchasing experience anywhere else. I was smiling as I walked out the door and drove home in my new car! We came in to just browse and ended up seeing a Ki we really liked a Dave Coulombe approached us and asked if we had questions, etc. We came back about a week later and Dave went above and beyond for us. He was very helpful and we are very happy with the purchase of our 2012 Kia Sorento. Everything went very smooth and we were not there for hours waiting for things to get processed. It was surprisingly painless and took no more than I beleive 45 minutes. Overall very good service. Also of great help was the financial manager, Rick Dagesse, who took great care of us as well.

I called George Malloy on Thursday at 6:30 pm, by 5:30pm the next night I had my 2011 Toyota Camry in my driveway. The car was delivered to my home, which is a huge plus.The entire process was seamless and with the help of both George and Rick I was able to get my payments where I needed them. This is the third Honda we have purchased from Berlin City Honda. We return each time because of the way we are treated. We have had three different salespersons and each one has been accomodating and very down to earth. We cannot say that we have had this same experience at other dealerships. It is sad that we have been unable to make our purchase in Vermont but instead return to New Hampshire always due to the excellent customer service. Berlin City has made us feel comfortable and confident. We like to think we get a great price - but because we are so satisfied with how we are treated - we do not spend a lot of time shopping around...We look forward to our next Honda purchase at Berlin City.

we came to berlin city nearing the end of our lease on our third toyota pickup. we had in mind what we wanted and what payment we would like to have. we described to George our situation and sure enough, we walked away excited about our new vehicle (and the payment). buying/leasing a vehicle is a stressful situation, but for the fourth time we are happy with the process of ending our lease and getting into a new one through George Malloy and Berlin City Dealerships.

I happened to bump into Andy at a charity event and mentioned that I was shopping for a new car. I purchased my last several vehicles from a competing dealership and was trying to once again work with them. Andy mentioned he would take a look and see what he could do for me. Within 24 hours he contacted me with a price and availability. Unfortunately, we were not able to initially make the deal due to pricing. I continued to shop around and a few weeks later was ready to make a deal with another dealership when Andy again called me to say that he had been working to try and get me a better deal. The other dealership was not able to get me the exact car that I wanted and Andy was able to do that. In the end, we did come to an agreement on price which beat the other dealership by far and we got the deal completed. He came to my office to get the paperwork signed, and then delivered my vehicle the following day. Andy went above and beyond to find me the car I was looking for and the price I wanted. The whole experience was pleasant and painless.

It was quite remarkable how the second we walked in he recognized my mother, was friendly, personable, and incredibly easy to talk to, joke with, and deal with. I would recommend any of my friends to see Andrew Moser at your dealership. He was friendly, helpfull, knows his job well and got things done without all the typical haggling you would normally see at other dealerships. I am pleased with the whole experience from Berlin City. The only bad thing i have to say is the hidden costs associated with the extended warranty, insurance, delivery fee " you guys waived it for me" and a few things like that. It was probably made clear to me but i was in a hurry and should have taken more time to read the fine print.All in all i got what i wanted and got it fast.And it was nice dealing with a salesman such as Andrew Moser whom is very good at what he does.P.S I bought a car in 2000 from you guys and was so frustrated with the haggling over the price that i said i would never come back to you guys.I told the salesman up front i dont have time to be there all day and wanted the best price up front and where i needed to be on my payment. Well after all day we finally agreed on the price/payment.I almost walked out. It should have been done up front like i asked.I understand you want to make the most amount of money possible but it also almost cost you the sale of the new car to me and any future cars and anyone i referred you to. I have been a customer of Berlin City since the early 1990's. I have always been treated with respect and felt I received a very equitable deal. We have just recently purchased a Toyota. We had such a good experience when we were forced into replacing our Truck we went back to purchase a Dodge. If we have had any service issues they have always worked to correct the transaction to our satisfaction. You can always count on the deal being fair, the service being excellent, all with courtesy, a smile, and an honest desire to always improve so that customers like us will return again and again. We've now bought two vehicles from George Malloy at Berlin City. George is the most straight forward honest salesperson I've ever met. He doesn't guess at guestions; he knows or he finds out. He helps you find the ride you're looking for with no pressure. It's like bringing a good friend who's a Toyota expert with you when you look for your car.We've gotten good prices on both vehicles and good trade-in value for our cars. The initial quote on the car is better than any other dealer we contacted. They get to the bottom line quickly.The service department is good. We've only had oil changes and tire rotations so far, but the service people are friendly and helpful. My only less positive comment is scheduling service. It can be difficult to get a timely appointment for service. We normally have to schedule 1 to 3 weeks in advance. The flip side of this is people who are busy are typically good at what they do and are in demand. I believe this is the case with the Berlin City service department.

Buying a car isn't the least stressful thing in life to do. But Salesman Randy Stewart was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and HONEST sales person we have ever done business with. He was there for us (the Customer) and not just the "SALE". He is not pushy, and made us feel comfortable with the experience. When we had an issue with one of our vehicles he even personally scheduled and picked our vehicle up for service. Now that is service!!! I understand he isn't able to do that for everyone or for every circumstance, but any salesman who is that involved in making a customer happy, has my vote. We personally feel Berlin City Auto Group is lucky to have him and we will be back to buy our next vehicle from Randy Stewart!! Thank you again Randy for the remarkable car buying experience.. Just a side note- we have purchased two new vehilces from Randy in the past two years and both occasions dealing with him were perfect!! Randy was absolutely excellent to deal with and he made my purchase experience easy and fun. I have had terrible luck using other dealerships in the area, but Randy put me at ease and never talked down to me or treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about because I'm a woman. The sales manager, Ben, was great as well, and I felt that both he and Randy worked hard to get me the car that I wanted. Salesmen and service personnel are very friendly and helpful. The service advisor has made recommendations for service to be done and shows you the component so you can see why it needs to be replaced. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with a TV, magazines, snacks, coffee, tea and other beverages. When I bought my car, the brought out as many cars as I wanted to test drive so I was sure to chose the car that fit my needs. I highly recommend Berlin City Auto.

After dealing with a multitude of Jeep Dealers Andy at Berlin Citymade them look like amateurs. He not only found me the exact jeep Iwas looking for but he beat all the local dealers prices without anyhaggling. It took no longer then an hour for Berlin City to handle my financing and get me a low rate on my loan. Since the Jeep he found was not on his lot he delivered me all the paperwork to sign and a loaner jeep till he could deliver my jeep to me. Which is pretty amazing since I live 3 hours away from his Dealership. Everythingwas fast, easy and I could not be more happy.

I've been a customer of the Berlin City Dealership for many years, but I must admit, I tried others in the surrounding area to include the state of Maine. I've always returned to the Berlin City Dealership and intend to stay with them. No matter where I tried, the competition was not worth a change. Besides, I love the idea that all I have to do is call and make an appointment. Most of the time I'm given my choice of date and time. My last service was a few days ago and while waiting in the TV room, I was informed that my air filter should be changed and a few other minor adjustment had to be made. I was asked if I would like a new appointment or would I prefer having done at this time. I was told it would take approximately "one hour". 42 minutes later I was leaving with my vehicle in tip top shape.Can't see any reason why I would leave this type of organization.
