Parts. Jason V at the parts department is awesome. He's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The parts department has been excellent for over a decade in my experience and I've gotten a lot of parts over the years. I give them 5 stars. Sales. When I looked for a new car they weren't very knowledgeable but were friendly. It is interesting knowing more about a car than someone who is trying to sell it to you. That drove me away. 3 stars. Service. Never had my cars serviced here. I had hoped to. I recently called for an estimate on specific services and couldn't get an accurate answer. I'm not a mechanic yet knew way more about my car than the person I talked to and they didn't try finding someone more knowledgeable. 1-2 stars but can't specify quality or cost of work.

Really awesome experience here. Have bought cars from a few dealers and this was by far the easiest and quickest. Josh was the salesperson that answered our call and the one who sold us the car. He's super friendly and knew all of the answers to the questions I had. We didn't feel pressured at all we came in with a car in mind and left with what we wanted. Super happy.

I had done some research on the Subaru I wanted and decided to stop in the dealership. Lee G. made the process SO easy that I ended up buying the car right then. He was thorough in explaining everything and answering all my questions with no pressure. We will definitely be back when we replace our other car!

To be perfectly honest, I was dreading having to go car shopping. But Berman Subaru made this such a painless (and enjoyable) experience! I worked mainly with Josh McGee to find and ultimately purchase my Forester, which I am loving so far! I liked that Josh was very pleasant and straightforward throughout the entire process and I would absolutely recommend him to a friend that was looking to purchase a Subaru. Antonio in Finance was also good to work with and guided us through that part of the process very seamlessly and with no pressure. Again, overall, this was a great experience!
