I’m new to the area and I came in to have my tire fixed and the guys in the service department were fantastic. I had driven over a screw so I assumed it would have to be replaced, but they just wheeled the tire back, patched it up, and sent me on my way. They didn’t even charge me for it. I will definitely be going back!

Service representative told me how long the service would require, texted me during that time with an update and the whole process was done exactly when he said it would be! Professional, good communication, review of all done after the fact. Very pleased.

Just picked up my new car! Chris and John were very professional, eager, and knowledgeable. I choose Bernardi originally because they actually had inventory. But purchased my new car from them because of my positive experience with Chris and John!

If 0 star was an option, I’d give them 0 star rating. I bought my vehicle at this Bernardi Volvo dealership less than 3 years ago when my back up camera stopped working. I do not recommend getting car service at Bernardi Volvo. I called ahead and agreed to bring my car in because the service advisor told me that my back up camera would be covered under warranty because it was installed there. They had my car for a week to tell me nothing different nor progress from day 1. Conveniently, after a week of assessing my car, they told me the back up camera’s warranty is only good for 2 years and not 3 years. Therefore, I had to pay $800 to get to replaced (camera and device). They couldn’t tell me the brand or make of the camera upon questioning. They did not produce a copy of the extended warranty upon my request, which raise a red flag for malpractice. Communication has been poor at that point and my questions were not answered. Instead of trying to fix the issue or help me , the gave me a list of all others issues that didn’t exist before bringing my car in such as front hood latch sensor, etc. The list included an estimated quote of $4,102.00. They lost my business. I decided to bring my business elsewhere. I picked up my car and suddenly, the front hood sensor goes off when it never happened prior to dropping of my car at the service center. Who knows what they did with my car for the 1 week because they sure did not fix the back up camera. I brought my car to be serviced at another dealership and learned that in fact, the parts were covered and repaired under my extended warranty with a deductible less than $200. So, no thank you Bernardi. I will not be bringing my business back there because ultimately, I don’t trust your business.
