Horrible service from initial purchase to taking it in for service! Made an appointment for an oil change at 11AM. I went in 30 minutes before scheduled time, but when I got there I was told the they were full and were not going to take my daughters car. OK BUT..I have an appointment which I made online. His response was the online doesn't know how many cars are in front. WHAT!?! I get bothered because why even offer online appointments if this will be the case. So basically telling me that an online appointment are not respected. The other service office help says its a first come first serve basis because we close early on Saturday. OK I Repeat WHY OFFER ONLINE SERVICE APPOINTMENTS? They continue with we close early and offer no alternative and instead make you feel irrelevant. As a representative of Bert Ogden I expect a different response then "Ma'am I don't think you are understanding" What I am not understanding is why not train your employee to try to find a solution to obviously the company's error instead of just sitting behind the computer looking at the customer like the "no sabo kid"! They SHOULD HAVE HONORED my appointment or offered something to the customers convenience. ZERO professionalism and ZERO accountability.

The sales man pete was great and made it fast and easy for my purchase. He gave me the best possible payment without me negotiation which for me that is key for a fast efficient service. Financial department made me a affordable package for service and gap also for me that is customer service. Very please with this dealership couldn't be happier with my purchase and the service I received.

Pete was great, but the price he provided vs the price that was given to us was $7k more. Go to Clark Knapp, they don't mess around. What they tell you is what you'll be negotiating with. Unlike Ogden, they went up $7k so you can negotiate that mark up instead the one given. Shady business practice.

Very disappointed with their customer service. The lack of communication was astonishing. While Humberto Munoz was comfortably sitting in his office he had a middle man running around not knowing what he was doing. We were supposed to just pick up a car my parents had bought, but instead we sat around not knowing what we were waiting for over an hour. It became very clear that Humberto Munoz gave absolutely no regards or concerns to make sure the car was delivered to us. So very disappointing knowing Humberto only cared about getting a paycheck and not having the decency to communicate the situation to us.
