I forgot I had written a five star review the day I bought my car, and i just stumbled upon it. Let me edit it know. This place uses every shady car dealer tactic in the book. Keeping you there for hours and hours, putting money down before any numbers are finalized to make you feel locked in, showing you one car at x price and then switching it for a lower model at the same price. I didn't realize they had screwed me over for at least a week afterwards, they were that good at it. Bottom line is go somewhere else. I've spent the past year and and a half making sure everyone i talk to about buying a car avoids this place. I'm stuck in a bad lease but you don't have to be. I f you need a new car go see Chris. He was great, no pressure. Helped me get what I wanted for the money I was willing to spend. Great salesman.

Worse customer service ever! Drove 2hrs to get here no eye contact from manager who looked vey angry and couldn't be bothered. I felt very uncomfortable would never ever recommend or return to this place

My 2008 Nissan Rogue had died due to a bunch of issues. I was upside down in a loan now for a car that didn't work. I by chance had my car towed to Bertera because of the issues my car was having and it needed to be at a dealership. When I got there I had informed them that I would rather not fix my car and try to get into a new one. While I was expecting a downgrade because of my budget and current situation, these men somehow got me in a newer bigger vehicle within my price range, they also extended the warranty to 100,000 miles. They went out of their way for me and my family to make sure I had a reliable vehicle. I worked wit Jim and Amir and I feel like they were my car angels!

August 10th was my first time doing business with this establishment. It started off with a phone call to Ted Simons. I told him I was interested in leasing, the type of vehicle I wanted, and the price range I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership, he had the car all set and ready for me to test drive! After test driving the car for an adequate amount of time, we sat and talked and quickly came to an agreement on a down payment and monthly payment that I was satisfied with. My experience was hassle-free and painless! Everything that needed to be done with the registry and insurance was done for me. I would definitely recommend this place and Ted to anyone who asks! Thanks Bertera! I love my new Nissan Rogue!!

I really dont write reviews, but after my sons first experience buying a car, I feel compelled to let everyone know of the great customer care we received from Chad at Bertera Nissan. My son was put in contact with Chad via the internet in his search for a pre-owned car. He found an Elantra at this dealership and Chad set up the appointment. I was initially impressed that Chad had the car out front, clean and ready for our test drive. The test drive went well as Chad answered all our questions. When we returned from the drive, we sat down to talk and it was like talking with an old friend. I was very impressed as Chad didnt appear contrived. He checked with the service department to confirm that the vehicle had been thoroughly looked over and ready to go. One thing Chad noted as he went over the Carfax was that the vehicle had a recall notification for some suspension springs. Chad insisted he would take the vehicle down to the Hyundai and get this fixed before we took ownership. Chad made the entire process very relaxing. Ive had some really bad saleperson experiences at other dealers, so this was not only a surprise, but the primary reason I decided to authorize my sons 1st car purchase. Chad made a difference because he was genuine. Something I think we can all attest is not the case with many car salesmen. One final noteI brought the car to my personal mechanic and paid $59 to have him look the car over with a fine-tooth-comb, the car was reported in great shape! It will need a belt before winter, (72K miles) but other than that it was in excellent shape just as Chad confirmed before I purchased. I will definitely go back to Bertera and seek out Chad to buy any future vehicles that my family needs. Just a great experience. The management team appears to know how to hire the right people.

I would like to let everyone know what a wonderful and professional dealership you have. My wife broke down in Worcester with our 2014 Nissan versa. I was informed by Bob in the service department that the transmission needed to be replaced. The whole situation was handled by Bob in the service area. He called me with an update everyday, he was beyond professional. I can not thank him enough for letting me know what was going on with my car. The car has been doing well because of the professional job that was done. The dealer that I purchased the car from was not in the least worried about me and my situation. If I could rate it lower than one star I would. Awful, awful dealership. Cliff and Dennis in service are the worst dealer employees I have encountered at any dealer. Vehicle went in for service under warrantee and they had the car for three weeks, never returned calls, lied about the replacement of the transmission, didn't arrange a loaner car, failed to fix the car in any way shape or form and then told me to come get it because they could not fix it. I had it towed to a Nissan dealership in NH and it took less that five minutes (LITERALLY!) for them to diagnose the issue as a transmission that had failed and are replacing it at no cost or bother--something Cliff and Dennis lied to me and stated that was already completed--yet no record of this exists in Nissan Corporate's records or in their own personal records which were given to me. Bottom line? The most incompetent group of people I have encountered in my 42 years.

I went to Bertera Nissan to purchase my first New Car and I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. I was anticipating for the process to be lengthy but thanks to the great customer service I received from a sales person Rivera, it made the process fairly smooth. I had done a good amount of research and knew which vehicle I wanted but still had a lot of questions about packages and pricing. We were able to close the deal that day and I was very happy with the price we agreed on. Rivera took the time to walk through the different packages and pricing and gave me as much time as I needed to review all the information and make my decision. I would highly recommend working with this sales person when looking for a new car there!

Everyone knows car buying can be stressfull but at Bertera Nissan I can say that everything went very smoothly. I had the pleasure to work with Matt. He was professional and polite. He listened to what I truly wanted/ needed. He didn't try to rush me or push me into something I didn't want. He took the time to show me several vehicles that I thought I was interested in. He showed me the pathfinder which I wasn't considering at first, but because of his knowledge and listening to my needs/wants he found the perfect match for me ! This was the best car buying experience from step one to the final step. I would strongly suggest Bertera if you are in need of a vehicle . Ask to work with Matt I promise you will not be disappointed.

I love Bertera Nissan! I went there looking for a great deal and I found one that's for sure. I met with teddy, one of the salesman there and he was very informative. We took a test drive to see if the Altima would be something I was interested in. It blew me away!. Then we began with pricing. All the incentives and rebates were explained to me fully and hey found everything that I could get as far as that goes. I also sat with Jason the general sales manager. He explained everything and got the price down even further for me!. He included oil changes and maintenance also! I would recommend everyone to go there. You won't find a better dealer or better people!

First off i walked in knowing i probably would not be getting a car due to the "funds". i test drove an altima and loved it of course. Then came the fun part....The sales pitch!. But to my surprise no one was pushy, i went there knowing what i could afford monthly and didnt really need a new car. I met with teddy, a sales man there. He talked with me about what i could afford and what might be some of my options. When we decided brand new might not be the best deal for me and what i wanted, jason the general manager came over and sat down. We talked about my situation and how i has a family now and that he really wants to help me get a safer and more reliable car. I was very interested in some of the certified pre owned cars as they were like new at used prices. Jason told me to give him a day and he will find something for me and my family. Sure enough the next day i go in and theres a 2014 altima waiting for me to test drive. needless to say i got that car and i love it. its the payments i wanted and the options i wanted without any headaches. I cant commend this dealer enough for all the effort they put in to get me a car i loved and could afford.

I purchased a Nissan Altima from this dealership in late Sept. 2015.The Good_ I love my car!!!!! My sales person Chris?? was great!Then:The Bad, First the service manager who showed me how to work my car was very nice, he realized upon the turn over that I only was given one Key. I have purchased many cars and always got at least two sets of keys sometimes three! I also got no floor mats! Both a normal expectation!I was informed by the service manager that he would find the key and call me. He did not, so I called him about a week later. Left him a message which he never returned.I called and left a message for the Sales Manager which was also not returned until Dec. when he called me to tell me they found my key and although he would normally charge me 40 bucks for it he would send it to me free. How nice since since its is for the car that I bought there!!!No mention of car mats of course!I received a torn empty envelope! Who the heck things they can mail keys in a regular paper envelope! I called the Sales Manager back and left him a message in Dec.! I had a great salesperson in Keith Rivera. It became very clear from the start that they were going to give me a very low number for my vehicle and had very little room to wiggle. Bottom line my deal was just what True car gave as a deal. Keith never made any decisions on his own but had to keep doing the "let me check with my manager" walk. After the sale I was told they would call and set up an appointment to have an inspection and give me the paperwork on Monday. Wednesday I had heard nothing so I called to do it myself. I am awaiting a call about the mats I was supposed to get but they may not be here yet. If no call about them i will call myself again. This is a good dealership but I saw nothing that separated it from any others. I bought my Rogue and got a reasonable but not great deal. Keith, himself is good though.

We came into Bertera Nissan after it was recommended by my sister who has bought three new cars from them. We went in to look at the new Nissan Rogue. We were immediately helped by Matt and he was great. He made us feel very relaxed and comfortable, he didn't pressure us or try to force a car on us. He had the car ready for us the next day and went over all the features with us, and called a week later to make sure everything was going well! I love my new Rogue and the experience was enjoyable and very easy!

I had a great time at Bertera Nissan, the service there was great. They had the truck all pulled out and warmed up when I got there for the test drive. The financing department was great, they worked very hard to get me financing to get me into the truck and at a very decent rate too. Worked out deal for my mother to lease a 2015 Rogue. Came to an agreement. Vehicle had too many features and my mother and I decided to get a cheaper Rogue almost $5000.00 less. Finance manager Anthony would not deal with $5.00 less a month on payment or negotiate a remote starter for my elderly mother. Bertera knew what our price range was, mother walked out and started crying. Anthony seems to have cared less. Salesman Mike was very helpful unfortunately finance manager final say. Have bought and leased 5 vehicles since 2009, but no more.

9/10/2015 I took delivery of a 2013 Hyundai Sonata last night after work, and I don't know why anyone would have anything bad to say about these guys. Shopping for cars isn't always fun, and I had been looking for a while trying to find the right car. I had my own financing arranged and needed to meet the banks criteria for zero down. They had one that was priced right, so I came to take a look at it. The entire process was smooth and seamless Ted the salesman was easy to deal with, and very straightforward. Even the negotiation was pleasant and open. The only surprise was in finance when Vinny told me he had lowered my payment by $23.00 by getting me a better interest rate. The car was clean, registered, and ready to go exactly as promised. I will definitely return for my next car, and highly recommend this dealer.

I called in response to a mailer they sent out that contained information regarding a meeting that occurred on July 6th regarding cars like mine. It included a forwarded memo from Steve Bertera himself that apparently urged his salesmen to ensure "a good offer was on the table". It included info about me and my car and told me to contact a salesman by the name of Anthony and gave me the number. My car is a 2012 Nissan Versa with 30,000 miles on it. The letter said call me ASAP we would like to see your car. I called them today to inquire about the purchase. First off, the contact named Anthony didn't pick up his phone and I instead got "Chet". I told him what I currently owe on the car and the details of the car. He then quickly change the topic to a trade-in evaluation rather than the cash offer the email eluded to. I told him that I liked my car and that any offer would have to be a really good deal in order to consider trading in a 3 year old car with 30,000 miles on it. Especially considering I only have 1 year left on the loan. He then told me he would talk to Anthony and see what he could get me for a deal. I gave him my number and got off the phone.He called me back 10 minutes later. Despite us talking about a Nissan Versa replacement we had gone to a Sentra only discussion. He said that he told "Anthony" that I'd prefer a Sentra. A sentence I never uttered and that he would "go to bat for me to get me a good deal" which I already thought was on the table due to the phantom memo from Steve Bersera himself. He then laid out the lamest possible offer. An offer that was barely more than what I still owe on the car. I understand negotiation but this gave off the impression that the salesman was ruthless and uncaring - considering it was them who mailed me. "Chet" continued to say that he would fight for me, but the impression was already there. His tone, approach, and ruthlessness gave off a terrible vibe and made the entire establishment look like they were trying to swindle customers. Why reach out to me if at the end of the day you can't even offer me more than I owe on the car (which isn't much, by the way). Stupid trick fooled me into giving them a call. Good thing I didn't swing by the dealership to investigate in person and waste a whole day. Garbage.

had no problem with purchasing my vehicle they helped fine with that. I went back because the heated seats didn't heat they told me it was not cold enough for seats to heat up. then I tried to get in contact with a manager for over two weeks for other reasons, and no one ever answered the phone that I was transferred to and no one ever called back. I buy new cars every two or three years and will not deal with them again.I felt that because I didn't have my service done with them that they didn't care anymore.

I went in to trade an Nissan Pathfinder SV I had previously purchased there I left there the same day in a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum Premium something I could never imagine especially not at the price and the great interest rate that I got. My sales person was Mike Mastroiani whom I asked for by name because I had made the previous purchase through him I then finalized the purchase with Amir also the other party involved in my previous purchase both are very pleasant, encouraging and lack that pressuring nature to purchase that most other salesman have which is great seeing as no one wants to feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Both these gentlemen went above and beyond working with the banks and myself to find the best deal possible so that I left feeling great and comfortable with the purchase I was making, in my eyes not only because of how they worked with me but because of their whole demeanor which speaks volumes of their character I believe should have some type of recognition in customer appreciation because they truly are what one expects in a salesperson and some. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle whether it be a family member, friend or even a stranger to head down to Bertera Nissan and see Mike Mastroiani as well as Amir they are on point and exceptionally pleasant. I initially went in ready to buy, and had picked the vehicle I was ready to purchase. Upon negotiating the trade-in of an existing leased vehicle from another manufacturer, that was financed through Ally, I was told that I was not entitled to know the payoff amount for the vehicle, as Ally (GM) dealerships had the first right of refusal to purchase it. This made sense at the time, and the business manager called over to Bertera's sister GM dealership in Palmer to get the lease payoff amount from them. In the meantime, I did a little homework of my own, calling a friend at another GM dealership to have them pull the information for me as well. My salesperson at Bertera Nissan called back the following day with the payoff amount and told me it was approximately $22,000. I was happy, as this was a bit lower than I had estimated, and agreed to come back in and do the deal later that day. I arrived, went through the business process and F&I, and left, with a delivery scheduled for the following day. I had already signed all of the contracts based on the information given to me by the Bertera salespeople. I picked up my car the following day. Shortly after, I got the phone call from my friend at the other GM dealership, who told me the payoff amount for a dealer to purchase my trade-in was approximately $20,000, or $2,000 less than what Bertera had written into my deal. I had already signed the paperwork, and the deal was done. To add insult to injury, a few days later, Bertera sent me a check for $5.00 for miscalculated taxes. As a result of this transaction, I wouldn't recommend doing business with them, and I certainly won't even consider walking through the doors again, let alone bringing my vehicle there for service. I've purchased 5 new cars in the past 10 years, and am a salesperson myself. I am a very confident, and relatively skilled negotiator, and didn't even see it coming. Anyone who is an amateur car buyer, or even simply a trusting consumer, will be easily taken advantage of here. The entire experience left me feeling uneasy, especially since the average consumer in my situation never would've known that they were being taken to the cleaners in this type of transaction, given the secrecy around the payoff amount for the previously leased vehicle. I'm not sure that Bertera Nissan is 100% at fault, as it's disturbing that my previous leasing company would not release the payoff information to me, the customer.

I found the staff at this dealership very friendly and helpful. As a first time buyer, I felt vulnerable until I visited this dealership. The sales manager made good on all of his promises and even put brand new tires on my vehicle. The finance office was able to help me save 4% worth of interest and brought the vehicle I was interested in well within my budget. Once I was in the finance office, my options were made very clear to me and I was able to purchase additional warranty coverage at a great value. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know. I never felt confused throughout the process as I had at dealerships that I visited prior to this dealership. It was a refreshing surprise to find such a friendly staff that were more helpful than pushy! I would feel comfortable sending friends and family here and will more than likely to be back for my next vehicle purchase.

My experience with Bertera was very pleasant. Unfortunately the vehicle model/color I wanted was trade in earlier in the day but they were able to receive another one in. They were honest about the process and held their word on the time frame it would take to receive the vehicle in. When I received the vehicle I got a great overview of the features in the car and had any questions answers I had. I would definitely recommended someone to this dealership. I had a poor experience at Ron Bourchard's of Lunenburg and Bertera was able to turn my experience of purchasing a new vehicle positive.

This was my second visit to this dealership in seven months, for a new Nissan Versa Note. Anthony provided excellent service and even went out of his way to get me the car a really wanted, to replace the other Note. Vinnie in finance took good care of me and got me into payments that I could manage. Kudos to both. The service department is also great. Jackie took care of my older Versa when I brought it in for recall work in January 2014, and to find out why and fix the check engine light. All in all, I had a great experience at Bertera Nissan and will be bringing my new car in for regular service, when needed. Thanks!

I recently had to purchase a new car. The customer service I received from Frank Iovieno was exceptional. He was kind and courteous and felt as if he truly cared about the deal I was asking for instead of just making a quick sale. He wasn't pushy and his patience throughout the whole process was excellent. All in all, they were a good team to work with. I'm very happy with my purchase. At first I was under the impression from their emails that under any circumstance they would help anyone purchase a car but soon found out that wasn't the case. I'm on Social Security Disability now, once had wonderful credit, than I got sick and it fell apart. I sent them an email saying how much I could afford a month for payments and I was rebuilding my credit and this would help tremendously. Their tune changed and now they no longer want to help so what they had said in their emails were untrue. An old used car would have been fine but they didn't want to hear it. So much for Mr. Bertera and his tales. I found someone who was willing to help so there are some good dealers out there that hold true to their word.

Bought a 2010 Mazda 3 this past October. My daughter picked up the car and loves the car. Recently it has been difficult to start in spite of the fact that it has a new battery. We purchased a repair contract as part of the purchase. It is still under the initial 30 day warranty from Bertera. The problem is that we now cannot get anyone to look at the car in timely fashion. We were told before the car left the lot that if we/she had any problems that she should bring it back in. Now, they won't return our calls.

Went into the dealership earlier this year, not really looking to purchase a new verhicle as I already loved the Xterra that I had, but they had awesome deals for 2012 Xterra's and I was amazed at Mike Mastroianni's professionalism, attentiveness and complete lack of the high pressure sales that I've come to expect at any given dealership over the years. Amir was also incredibly kind and patient, and was able to work some amazing financial magic to get me into the Xterra I wanted.Being a woman going into a dealership can be stressful, yet I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of the entire process of purchasing my new ride. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Nissan!

Bought a used Nissan versa there, seemed great. However the place turned out to be awful. I purchased the car on Saturday with pre approved financing. Tuesday of the next week they sent me home with the car, but still didn't have the registration or inspection done. Blamed it on waiting for funding approval and clearance. An entire week later when I had to track them down because they NEVER called me, they still didn't have it done. They tried to say the bank hasn't approved funding yet, however I was smart enough to call my bank before and they said the dealership had already had the money cleared in their account for over 4 days! To make matters worse, when I went in to complain to the general manager, I was told by the guy Vinny I financed with that I was actually now driving illegally because they had past the 7 day mark for required registration! I had to take a rental car until they gave me a registration since i could no longer drive my car legally due to their lack of progress. The whole place kept playing the blame game on the bank and insurance and tried to back pedal every time i tried to ask questions, yet got tongue tied and rude when they realized I already spoke with people at the bank and insurance company in advance and was given accurate information. Beware of this place, they drop the ball on simple stuff and will drag it out until you hunt them down. I could've been in serious trouble driving illegally due to their lack of timely service. It was a week worth of inconvenience and confusion. I've never had to deal with this amount of difficulty before when buying a car and never will again!

I would like to commend Rebecca for her courteous and impeccable customer service during my recent service experience. I would also like to thank Teddy, the shuttle guy, for his extended customer service and shuttling me home while my car is repaired. Though Josh Cahill was my original salesman for my '09 Altima. (Best salesman there is! No pressure- very educated and patient) I was helped by Mike in Sales today. He was extremely informative, courteous, and equally as patient with my many questions in regards to the 'Tires For Life Program' and warranty questions. Another job well done. This is my 3rd Altima and I have to say that Steve Berterra stands behind his vehicles and ensures that his customers are satisfied and that his employees are well trained and customer service oriented. I have leased my 3rd vehicle through Bertera Nissan and have been very satisfied each time! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. My salesman- Frank I. Was very patient with my husband and I- which was very important to us! Each vehicle I've leased was perfect! I have had all my vehicles serviced at Bertera Nissan. Each time was quick and easy! The waiting room is very nice and filled with refreshments. I love that they have a room for children to play! My girls love it. It's nice and clean there. I love that they have a person available to transport you to and from where you need to go while your vehicle is being serviced! This gentleman was very nice and friendly- and the service is free! I can't say enough great things about my experiences! I would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure!!

I had not been looking to buy a new car until I had done some research to buy a Nissan Rogue and one of the dealers who I had been in contact with was Mike from Bertera. Mike had been willing to understand my situation and help make things work out to purchase the vehicle. He had been very honest and forthcoming while making the purchase. The purchase was seamless and everything went well with my purchase especially this being the first time I'm buying from a dealer. Mike did a great job. Most of the sales process occured using the internet, phone and text which was perfect for me. It was a simple easy process with no hassles or haggling. When it came time to work on the finance portion of the buying experience I was more that pleased with the outcome. My experience was that Mike was a preffesional with excellant communication skills. i went to get an oil change and although i didnt have an appointment and they seemed very busy ricj brooks took the time to have my car serviced in a very timley fashion. i was suprised at how long i didnt have to wait. he was very friendly and answered all my questions completley and i had a lot of them ,lol. i know that from now on im going to bertera nissan and asking for rich brooks when i need anything done on my car in the future and i recommended that dealership to all my friends as well

Took our 2007 Murano to Berterra Nissan, rt. 20 Auburn, Ma. They had our vehiclefor 1 week told us the problem was low voltage. After 1 week of my calling everyday I was told they repaired a wire. Went and picked the car up, less than 10 hrs my vehicle was back at Berterra. This time my car was there for 2 wks. After not receiving a call, I called and was told that a cable was replaced, picked the car up and 24 hrs later my car was doing the same thing. I was told that the alternator was was corroded with oil. Brought my vehicle elsewhere, had the alternator replaced, was told by the new mechanic that the alternaor was not saturated in oil it was simply dirty, car still doing the same thing. Was told by Bewrterra that the up keep and maintenance of our vehicle was poor. Not true, oil changes are done on a regular basis. We had a wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. This was there way of shuffling the burden onto me. After 1 month and car still not fixed. Will never go back there and will never puchase another Nissan

Upon arriving at the dealership John Miraglia greeted us as we exited our car. He was very professional and asked if I was looking for a car. After the initial check in / credit report we started looking at cars. I decided if it wasnt a new car then I didnt want it. John walked the parking lot and found the car I described to him. A 2013 Altima, Java metallic with black interior. He set the car up for a test drive immediately. I already knew it was the car I wanted and the test drive just sent me over the top. John than proceeded to forward all my info to the finance dept where Brad worked diligently in getting me this car at the best possible price & interest rate. I drove the car off the lot within 2 hours. John / Brad made my new car buying experience the best I have ever had. I gives these guys and this dealership a 10+ Rating !!!

My husband and I went to Bertera Nissan to test drive one of their used vehicles. Our experience was beyond our expectations from the moment we stepped foot on their lot. We are no strangers to dealerships, nor are we strangers to fast talking car salesman. You WILL NOT find them here. The staff at Bertera Nissan treat you as if you were a guest in their home. Our sales consulation John went above and beyond for us. He added no pressure to the sale and didnt try to bulls*it us. I really could not say enough good things about him, and Vinny, who processed our paperwork and kept us laughing even though it was almost closing time and we were all tired. At no point were we rushed, and for a moment, I almost forgot we were buying a car as it felt like we were just shooting the breeze with some good people. I would highly recommend anyone to this dealership and will be purchasing from them again. I know if I ever need anything, I can contact John and he will take care of me. Not to mention the deal we got on a 2010 Certified Pre Owned Nissan Sentra. I was so excited bringing it home that I could not fall asleep that night! The car was exactly as described and it mint condition. They clearly take care of their vehicles. I feel like I joined a family buying with Bertera Nissan! I walked in at 11:30am and walked out a couple hours later having purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra SR. It was the easiest experience I have ever had when purchasing an automobile. Went to Bertera Nissan to get a quote on a 2013 Altima, never intending to purchase a car that far from home (live in CT.). Got an excellent price for my trade-in and for the new car. Mike, Perkins, and Vinny were very friendly and professional in dealing with all my questions, negotiation and financing decisions. Mike even offered a solution for me to get my old car title to him without having to drive back to Auburn (a two hour round-trip drive!). Hope to have many years of happy driving in my new car!!

My husband and I were in desperate need for a new vehicle. I am a very picky person and was very undecided on what I wanted. It was between the Nissan Quest or a Nissan Pathfinder, as much as I wanted an SUV, having 4 small children the Quest was defiantly what we needed. My salesman David Green was very informative and patient with me as I went back and forth between both vehicles. He worked fast and was right on top of everything and got me my car much quicker than anticipated. The overall experience was great and everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I met with mike a week ago after placing an internet inquiry. He was extremely friendly and helpful providing outstanding information and answering any and all questions. I recently purchase a used 2011 Nissan Versa at Bertera Nissan in Auburn. I found the staff at Bertera Nissan to be very friendly and helpful. They were definitely willing to work with me on pricing, understand how much I was willing to spend and helped me to get as close to that number as possible. They handled all my paper work and made sure to follow up with anything and everything I was required to do on my end i.e. dealing with the insurance company, what I did and did not need to provide in terms of paper work. Post-purchase they followed up with me and insured that the purchase, the financing, etc. was up to standard. It was a good experience and I would definitely purchase from them again.

I called on a sunday morning about a car, Mike contacted me almost immediately and set up an appointment to take the care out for a test drive. We decided on the spot, we wanted the car. Mike took our car as trade in and arranged financing that evening and we drove our "new" BMW X3 home that night. Could not be more pleased.

I found that Sales Consultant Michael Mastroianni was very attentive to my request from his initial response to my email inquiry to his follow through with making sure the car I wanted to test drive was available as well as to any follow up questions I had. Also found the finance department very easy to work with as well as all of those I encountered in the show room. If you are interested in a Nissan definitely worth a visit.

I recently traded in my Rogue for a Murano at Bertera Nissan. I was initially skeptical, having had many uncomfortable car purchase experiences at other dealerships in the past. Mike Mastroianni was the sales associate who assisted me, and the experience was pleasant from start to finish. I was given plenty of "space" and many opportunities to ask questions. At no time did I ever feel like I was being pressured into making a decision. I look forward to doing continued business with Bertera Nissan, and will be sure to ask for Mike for future purchases. I had the best car buying experience at Bertera Nissan, if I could give 6 stars, I would! I worked with Josh Cahill, he was awesome. He was personable and not what you think of when you think Car Salesman (no offence to anyone!). He didn't make me feel pressured into getting the car and made sure I got the best deal possible and also showed me my options. Not only was Josh easy to work with but the rest of the employees there were very nice and always asked if I needed assistance when I walked in. He also was very responsive with any questions I had during the whole process. I would recommend Bertera Nissan or any other Bertera and I would most definitely recommend Josh!

Jason Harois the sales person was fantastic. He basically spent his entire day go over pricing and we pricing vehicles that my wife and I were interested in. Never pressured us kept doing what kept our interest. In the end we bought two Altimas. Jason stays in contact with us and is a very valuable asset to Bertera Nissan. I put an offer in on a used vehicle and we agreed on a price with Steve Bertera. Josh Cahill helped me and he was very polite and helpful. I had a purchase agreement faxed to me (we were dealing from out of state) and I set everything in motion with an inspection from an outside company. My financial institution was notified and the deal was pending the inspection. I also contacted many transporting companies and put forth much time and effort to complete the deal. This all started on Saturday, Monday afternoon Josh called me with "bad news" that the owner did not want to go through with the deal. It seemed apparent to me that he must have been offered a better deal. I found this to be bad business and was very disappointed, not to mention at a loss for all of my time and effort. I was refunded my $500.00 deposit. Josh apologized profusely, but I found his bosses retraction on the deal very unsettling and I do not recommend doing business with Steve Bertera.

My experience at the Nissan dealer ship was perfect for me because I was able to walk in and get the car I wanted very easily. The salesmen were friendly and honest about the car I was buying. I also worked with a salesman named Josh McNeillie who was especially helpful in my decision in purchasing a car. He did a great job in letting me test drive the car and helped to make my decision a lot easier and I am thankful for this good experience with my first brand new car. I went to Bertera Nissan in Auburn at Noon on Sunday, 1/13. Originally we were just looking and Matt showed us the type of car we were looking for in the lot. He was very friendly and offered a test drive. Having never bought a new car, I was hesitant. I thought I'd have to fill out a bunch of paperwork but I didn't. I jumped in the car, pulled it around and all I had to do was let him make a copy of my driver's license. We drove it a little down the road to get a feel for it and decided to go inside. I wanted to "run the numbers" to see where I stood with an interest rate/payment. I had planned to get my loan from a bank, not the dealer. It turns out my credit score was higher than I thought and I could get a payment we could afford. Throughout the whole process, Matt was easy going and friendly. There was no pushy sales speak or tactics at all. This is what I feared about going to any dealership. I can't speak for every single salesman at Bertera Nissan, but Matt was great. We ended up buying a 2013 Nissan Versa SV in "Brilliant Silver". It was a great experience and completely painless. I got what I wanted at a price I could afford.Edit: Whatever you do, read everything you sign. If you do not want an extended warranty, make sure it isn't in the loan. Bertera uses First Automotive by SouthwestRe for extended warranty. If you do agree but change your mind, you have 30 days. Do your research before agreeing to it. I was naive, it was not Bertera's fault. Lesson learned, warranty removed.

I went to Bertera Nissan in Auburn at Noon on Sunday, 1/13. Originally we were just looking and Matt showed us the type of car we were looking for in the lot. He was very friendly and offered a test drive. Having never bought a new car, I was hesitant. I thought I'd have to fill out a bunch of paperwork but I didn't. I jumped in the car, pulled it around and all I had to do was let him make a copy of my driver's license. We drove it a little down the road to get a feel for it and decided to go inside.<p>I wanted to "run the numbers" to see where I stood with an interest rate/payment. I had planned to get my loan from a bank, not the dealer. It turns out my credit score was higher than I thought and I could get a payment we could afford.<p>Throughout the whole process, Matt was easy going and friendly. There was no pushy sales speak or tactics at all. This is what I feared about going to any dealership. I can't speak for every single salesman at Bertera Nissan, but Matt was great. We ended up buying a 2013 Nissan Versa SV in "Brilliant Silver". It was a great experience and completely painless. I got what I wanted at a price I could afford. Thank you Bertera!

Josh Cahill had the patience and care to search for my exact specifications on a particular Nissan Altima. This is my third Altima and I have to say that my overall experience with this company was extremely positive. Not only did Josh find me exactly the vehicle, color, and option package that I was looking for; but he also was fair on the vehicle pricing. His attention to detail and laid back demeanor made the entire process pleasant and effortless.Fast forward to six months later where I had a necessary maintenance which was questionable whether or not it was covered under warranty. Found the car I wanted, willing to pay the sticker price which was fair was even going to buy the extended warranty. Given it was a 2010, over $20,000 I wanted it to be certified preowned, oh sure no problem, UNTIL it came time for trade in value of our current car, which they low balled by $1400 because they had under priced the car from the beginning. Know for a FACT car was worth up to $1700 more than they quoted! Really disappointed I wasted my time and energy. I Actually left another Dealer to go to Bertera, sorry Marlborough Nissan we should have stayed with your offer. Long story short bought a brand new 2013 Hyundai today from Route 2 Hyundai could not be happier!

I needed help servicing my 2005 Nissan Altima and even though my situation was not a clear cut one, Steve Bertera, the owner, and Larry Campos, the service manager went out of their way to get the Nissan service rep involved and solved a lingering problem that I had. They were men of their words, always courteous and available to answer any questions that I had. Originally I went to Berta Nissan for service on my car, which was a 2007 Altima Hybrid. I had to get to the college to teach a class, they gave me a loaner (2013 Altima. I was very pleased with the way the auto drove and looked. I returned to Berta's and waited for them to finish my car. In the mean time I strolled into the showroom where I was greeted by a sales person (Mike), I ask about the new Altima's and Mike explained and demonstrated the cars capabilities, I thanked him. As I sat waiting for my car I thought of the advantages Mike had told me about, there was specific Altima in the showroom that really caught my attention, it was a little pricier than I intended to spend none the less I thought I would see what we could work out. I spoke in length to Perkins Louis who laid out the possibilities of what I wanted to spend and the cost of the vehicle, surprisingly we reach a price that made us both happy. I decided to purchase the vehicle Vinny Rizzo very patiently explained the option and payment plans available to me, so far the processes was moving along very smoothly, no hanging around or double talk. Needless to say I walked away with a new vehicle that made me very happy. Mike took me out to the car, that was given the once over, and he started going through the operations which became a little over whelming, I would have a lot of reading to do, so he set my Smartphone up using the Bluetooth option. The mentioned staff approached me to make certain I was satisfied, I more than was. We shook hand and I left one happy camper. Thank you to them all.

To All,Bertera Nissan and in particular Mathew Duszak were simply outstanding. I called them on a Tuesday to let them know what I was looking for and in the end, Matt was calling me from his personal cell phone on his off day to get the deal done for what I wanted and at the right price. He gave me what I was looking for for my trade-in without even seeing it and I showed up at the dealership first thing on a Friday morning where my car, a 2013 Nissan Altima, was ready and I was out of there in about an hour and half having never been at the dealership before. Needed to lease a car in a hurry as my old one kept breaking down. At the time things seemed like a good deal as the salesman was personable and helpful. However, the person handling the leasing paperwork left things up in the air and we thought the deal was falling through. The car was brought in for steering issues to the service department and they denied anything wrong with it except for needing an alignment at 4K miles. The problem still persists. (HINT: Google 2012 Sentra steering/handling issues as other people are having the same concerns.) Went back to lease another 2012 Sentra for our daughter because the price was right. Again, hold up on final paperwork - didn't know if we had a deal or not. Her car has not had any service issues. Second daughter had $$$ to buy a car and we talked her out of Nissan and into a 2012 Mazda3. The final paperwork at the other dealer was handled without a hitch!

I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima from John Mirgalia and he was excellent to deal with, as was the rest of the staff at Bertera. This was my second experience with John and Bertera, who I first purchased a used 2008 Nissan Xterra from a few years ago. He was friendly and straight-forward and understood my needs and helped work at a great deal for me. I feel good about the experience and love my new car! I've bought about 9 cars over the last 20 years, so I have had plenty of experiences good and bad. I would highly recommend Bertera Nissan and especially John Miraglia.

I had been to a previous dealerships that was 50 plus miles away, they were ok I guess, but these guys were srtaight forward, beat the deal by an acceptable level, in terms of car,equipmnet, price and finance. There were a few glitches here and there but all we resolved quickly, and amicabbly. I have mixed feelings about the dealership.I purchased a brand new car there and final priceoffer was so awesome that we were not able to refuse (comparing to any other dealership in 50milesaround). Hint: salesman does not make decisions -need to wait for manager. Another hint: negotiationstake 1-2hrs - do not give up too early (unless several$k are not big money for you).Now sad part. As you can see from reviews from others -I'm not the only person that has this problem... Service department is HORRIBLE. Slow, representativeslook sad and the most important - they damaged my carlast time. Dent is not very large, so I noticed only at home but nevertheless... I would recommend to stop thereonce to see everything by yourself and avoid in future.Chances that they damage your car right immediately aresmall, in my case, they damaged only during the fourth visit.

Dennis Pietro made the car buying experience very easy. We got right to the point with a thourough test drive and selling price. I didn't have to haggle and watch him go back and forth with a mysterious sales manager. Everything else was done over the phone and the car was ready to be picked up exactly when he said it would be. If you are a busy person and you don't have the time or patience to play a lot of games this is the dealer for you. Quick, efficient and to the point.

I just recently leased Nissan Altima from Bertera and my experience overall was good with them. Especially it was the pricing they offered made me lease through them. Brian told me they don't like loosing deals over numbers and that turned out right for me. I definitely recommend to check with them on pricing before you make your mind to buy/lease from elsewhere.

This is our 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from Bertera Nissan and I'm sure it won't be our last. For our first vehicle, a used 2007 Nissan Xterra, we dealt with Frank, our second vehicle, a new 2012 Nissan Juke, we dealt with Teddy and for our third vehicle, a new 2012 Nissan Frontier, we dealt with Dennis. Each time we were very pleased. Dennis made sure that we got the best vehicle for us. He was very patient and took the time to go over every Frontier they had in stock to see which one we wanted to go with and sure enough he did a great job because we went home with one that very night. He even laid down in the bed of the truck to measure the length of it! They stayed after hours for us to make sure we were able to take the car home right away. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and unbelievably helpful! They seem to know the in's and out's of every vehicle on the lot. Each time they made sure that every question was answered and that we knew how to work all of the bells and whistles in our vehicles. There was no rushing us or pushing us at all. Also, I love the whole atmosphere of Bertera Nissan. There's no confusion on where to park when pulling in, all of the vehicles are very close(you don't have to walk a mile to get to the car you want to look at) and it is very professional once you get down to business with separate offices so that your business is your business. We have highly recommended Bertera Nissan in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Dennis Pietro went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy with our purchase. I can't say enough about how great he was to work with. Keep up the good work!

Later, he said he couldn get that truck, after all, but would keep looking and would hang onto my deposit. I said no, refund it because the truck it was for is not available. He argued and got rude. I called my charge card company. They called Bertera. The sales manager, Anthony, rudely argued with me and them, but eventually gave up and agreed to refund the charge. I reported this to the Mass. Attorney General office.

I visited Bertera Nissan recently to explore trading in my 2007 Nissan Altima Hybrid for a newer Altima. I was unsure whether it was time to purchase a new car but Dennis worked with me to ensure that I had all of the necessary information to make an informed decision. Me and my husband visited bertera on a reccomendation from a friend that has a lease with them. We are so glad that we decided to visit the dealership we leased a frontier and a rogue got them both at great prices and even got to take the vehicles home the same day. Everyone we met was friendly, funny, and understanding. John even asked us about three times if we wanted something to drink or eat. I went to Harr in Worcester and was not happy with the lack of attention and lack of effort. My brother told me about Bertera Nissan. I stopped in and explained what I wanted. From the first greeting at the door to the final handshake, these people are friendly, courteous, and attentive. I never once felt pressured or rushed. I was encouraged to think about each step and John made sure my wife and I were comfortable before moving forward. The price was exactly what my research indicated it should be. I bought a new 2012 Nissan Versa for my wife. Vinnie made some last minute calls to get our rate down and the payments where we wanted them. The entire process was transparent. There were no surprises. I was so happy with their efforts that I also bought a new Nissan Juke. Thank you John and Vinnie for making this potentially stessful purchase a very pleasant one. I do not recommend calling first as you may get the phone or internet salesman. You really want to deal with the everyday salesman as that salesman most likely has fewer sales and will be more willing to negotiate a better deal.Luckily, I met a very nice salesman, Marty, who was friendly, personable, and not pushy. He made it a joy to purchase a new car from Bertera. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, including family.

My lease was almost up I only had 3 months left and my salesman John Miraglia called with a very good offer to get me into a new 2012 Altima at less money than I was paying for my 2009. We didn't need to pay anything out of pocket and drove away after a few hours in a brand new 2012 Altima same as we had, we love it. Bertera Nissan has consitantly met and exceeded our expectations. I travel a lot for business and personal reasons, so I have frequent needs for their services. They are always able to set up appointments to our time requirements. Once we are there, the work is done quickly and correctly and at what we feel is a fair price. Our service advisor John, is especially receptive to our needs and goes out of his way to make us happy. Steve, the Sales Manager, is fantastic to work with. We will continue to do business with Bertera, and also have recommended that our friends do the same.

Follow up: I dropped my truck off for a service/warranty/recall issue on a Thursday afternoon. I was told up front that it might be ready Friday afternoon around 4pm. I knew that this was a very involved repair. I knew this because John Bergin told me exactly what the problem was & how the repair was to be completed. I called John at 3pm on Friday & he informed me that the truck would be ready Saturday due to the involved repair. I was fine with it because I knew it was a big job. John offered me a rental car & was very sorry for the delay. I told him to keep my truck as long as they needed it. I thanked him for the offer of the rental but declined because I did not need it. I was notified Saturday morning that the truck was repaired & ready for pick up. I picked up the truck at brought it home without an issue.This dealership,and it's employees, make it #1 in my book. I have sent 4 of my co-workers to Bertera for repairs. All of the co-workers I sent were also very happy with the way John Bergin & Bertera treated them.The owners & managers of this company should be aware that service after the sale is what matters. I purchased a new 2011 Murano last month. The day after I took possession of the vehicle, I noticed small symmetrical marks on the top right and left sides of the front bumper. Two of the marks broke through the paint into the base bumper material. The dealer has so far refused to pay for the costs for fixing the bumper. I am dissapointed and taking legal action.

I received a phone call from Buddy saying I was approved with a better interest rate and had all kinds of "perks" added on at no cost to me. I purchased a used Honda Pilot from Bertera. Everything went very smoothly in terms of the sale. Although they did clean the headliner after I asked for it to be done, I felt that overall it should have been cleaner inside the vehicle. I did have a follow-up visit a month later into the service department regarding the tires. Customer service and Dale was very accommodating and made sure I was happy with the fix. I did hear some employees (mechanics it looked like) cursing (f-word) in the customer service waiting room while they were getting coffee which I was a little surprised about how loose they were in front of customers. Other than that, I would rate the sales experience as OK and service as a good-to-great.

Jim Lariviere was my salesman. Jim has always been great to me (I bought several cars over the years from Jim) and this purchase was no different. My wife and I went in to Bertera nissan and meet with Frank about buying a new car, a painful process to go through as we all know. Frank spent all of saturday afternoon test driving and trying to meet our price range. After hours we called it a day we were close but found we had to change our vehicle choice. So Sunday morning which happened to be Franks day off we called him and he came in to work to deal with us again. We agreed on a vehicle and brought it home with us. My husband and I intended to purchase a pre-owned second vehicle and during our inquiry on line we found a 2009 Volkswagon Jetta for $13.950 at Bertera Nissan. We had recieved a $3,500 voucher from Bertera Nissan in the mail and decided to test drive the Jetta with the intention of using the voucher towards the cost of the vehicle. We would also be trading in our vehicle as well. When we arrived at the dealership, Zach was very helpful to us in arranging a test drive that we requested. We ulimately decided to purchase the Jetta. When my husband presented the voucher to Zach he told us that the clost of the vehicle was not $13,950 but $15,950 and the voucher could not be used to purchase the car. The voucher, he said was really a "hook" to attract customers. From that point on, it only got worse. We decided that we did want the car as it was in perfect condition with low mileage and began the process of completing the purchase and sale agreement. We told Zach and the Finance Manager that we would buy the car using a HELOC check, which they both stated was "fine. We have customers do that all the time". When we returned with the check for the required amount, the Finance Manager refused to honor the check, stating that he would have to wait at least 10 days to make sure it cleared. They said they really wanted a certified bank check, with they denied they needed when we initially asked. To make matters worse, the Manager also stated that they didn't have the title to the vehicle yet but that we could still have the vehicle even though we couldn't register it or have it insured yet. WHAT A LIABILITY. How can a dealership sell a car they don't have the title to yet??? Needless to say we cancelled our purchase and went elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. I would be very careful dealing with this dealership. They're practice is very misleading and potentially harmful to the customer.

Buying my Nissan Cube at Bertera Nissan was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Our Dealer Corey was very patient with my husband and I. We were shopping with two young children and Corey was very attentive not only to us but our children as well. I feel Corey helped me find a car that was a perect fit for myself and my children. I did not feel pressured at all on our visit. My husband was equally satisfied with the pricing. My husband had done some car research and knew what he wanted to spend a on certain vehicles and Corey was able to get the exact price my husband wanted to spend on our Cube. We will definately shop at Bertera for our next vehicle.

I have leased a few cars from Jim LaRiviere over the years. I always feel comfortable and not pressured by him. He is knowledgeable of all the Nissan products and lease programs. He knows what I'm looking for and thinks outside of the box. I stick to Nissan cars and Bertera because of Jim! The sale process is always smooth and no hassels. Thanks Jim! Had a great experience with this dealer and Joe Stickles. Gave us an unbelievably good price on a Sentra and made the buying process as painless and humanly possible. Definately recommend them to others and will go back again in the future. The dealer has a large selection and is in a convenient location. Very nice showroom and helpful staff.

This would be the first time I ever financed a car and I'm 64 years old. I did most of my research on line and decided to go to Bertera Nissan where I dealt with Mike Mastorianni in internet sales. Mike was helpful, accomodating and extremely patient. In my opinion this young salesman is a superstar. When I wanted to drive different vehicles he was happy to assist me. He explained everything with regard to the vehicle I finally chose and went the extra mile to synch my phone to work with the car and made me feel like the most important person in the dealership each and every time I was there! I highly recommend Bertera Nissan to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle- new or used. And Vinnie in finance- we love him too! An all around "feel good" experience. Thankyou Mike.

Buying a new car can be a real pain but Jim Lariviere takes all the hastle out of the process - he is the best! I have bought my last three cars from him and he is a straight to the point, no nonsense sales person. I first met Josh when choosing between the Versa and Elantra-- very quick meeting b/c I had no time. He did a great job at following up with me via email, and when I decided I wanted the Versa, Bertera had the one I wanted. Deal done, none of the usual BS you get with car salesmen, and I got a great price. I loved that! We did have to wait a bit (maybe 20-30 min.) for the finance manager, but it was a Saturday. (Wish I could remember his name, he was very professional and personable)Josh also followed up after the sale to double check that I was still happy with the car.My only complaint would be that they didn't fill the tank before I picked it up.Overall, I would recommend them.

Frank was very helpful and professional. It was my first time leasing a car. He took the time to explain the process to me and answered all of my questions. He was very honest, and I'm confident that he gave me a great deal. I live about an hour from the dealership, but the drive was well worth it. This was my first lease so I was very unsure about the whole deal. I worked with Marty (not sure if that's the correct spelling of his name), another gentlemen whose name I don't remember and Amir. Marty and "the other gentlemen" took their time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot of them) and at the end I was very happy with the deal I got. I came back to the dealership couple days after because I had a question about my already signed contract and Amir was the person who took care of me, I was very happily surprised that even though they already had my signature they were as helpful as when I walked through their door the first time.Good Job ! You've got yourself a customer for life.

This dealership is the best because they have great prices and great service. Cory who was the salesman that I worked with worked extremly hard to make sure that all the paper work for the car I brought would be completed before I had to go to work. I would recomend that anyone who goes to this dealership to buy a car to ask for Cory Urella to help you.

The dealership layout is welcoming and the people don't pounce on you, rather they treat you as valued individuals looking for a great car with a great deal. Josh was my sales expert. I loved working with him. I was a first time leaser and was very hesitant. Josh let me ask a million questions, which were all answered clearly and without haste. The entire process was very professional, from test driving to leaving the lot with the car. I would defitinely suggest this dealer to others!

This is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Bertera. Sales staff is knowledgeable, and I don't feel like my time is being wasted. They are willing to work with you about pricing, and financing if necessary. I hate buying cars, but Mike and the dealership make it relatively painless.

I have to say this was by far my best car buying experience. I felt comfortable the minute i walked through the door and was greeted by 2 salespeople who immediately contacted Mike, the salesperson i had spoken with earlier on the phone. Mike was very friendly , professional and great to deal with. The used car i was originally interested in was not available but Mike and Amir gave me a great deal on a brand new Sentra that fit our needs and our budget. My wife and i are thrilled with our new car and very pleased with the way we were treated at Berterra, thanks Mike and Amir.

I would highly recommend Bertera Nissan in Auburn, Ma. My salesman, Buddy Schaetzer, was great from the time I met him to currently. He is extremely knowledgeable with the Nissan product and treated me professionally from start to finish. I know I got a good deal from him and Vinny Rizzo, business manager, whom also treated me well. Bertera portrayed a business that is run well from the very top throughout the dealership. The service department and parts department looked friendly, clean, and well run. I was at four other dealerships before I landed at Bertera and WOW what a difference!

Mike got me a great deal on a new Nissan! He stood by a price he gave me by email, one that beat the next lowest offer I had by $200. I also feel they gave me a fair price on my trade--I did the research and got what I expected and wanted. The finance guy was also able to save me another couple hundred dollars by including a rebate and using a different bank to finance (at a great rate). Thank you Bertera.

I purchased my 07 Altima 6 months ago. I recently went in for an oil change and tire rotation. An issue was found. The rear tires both had flat spots. Fortunately, the customer service manager took care of the issue. The both tires were replaced and my car runs and sounds great again. Thanks guys.

He was very friendly and made the truck buying experience smooth as possible. He actually stayed 3 hours past closing time so that i could close the deal that night. great dealership, friendly, great customer service, I actually brought the car in for service 3 weeks ago i had a flat tire they were very nice didn't even make an appt since the flat happened on the weekend brought the car in first thing monday morning they took care of the flat tire for me right away and did not charge for it.I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends, and also I will purchase another car from the dealer again.

I went to Bertera to check out a used Altima Hybrid that I saw on their webpage but they had a great Presidents' Day Sale on new cars and after I test drove a new Altima Sedan I fell in love. Keith was exceptionally helpful and courteous. After the purchase, I had to go back to get the registration and inspection sticker. I called Keith on his cell. It was his day off but he called the dealership on my behalf, confirmed that my paperwork was ready, and made arrangements for me to go pick it up. I am very pleased with the overall experience.

my recent visit to this dealership to purchase a new car was a great experience and l've recommended it to a few friends at work. l was very please because l visited a nissan dealer called "GLICK'S Nissan" and the service was not only poor but their finance boss or the owner was very rude after l made an offer for a car l was interested in. My friend and l both thought that it was disappointing to see that kind of behavior.

I have been buying cars for 40 years and buying my car from Bertera (through Teddy) was as easy and pleasurable as I have experenced. I contacted Teddy through the internet (Consumer Reports/truecar). He was very prompt in returning my inquiry and let me know he wanted my business and would work with me to get a car and a price that would make me happy. When I arrived at the dealership,Teddy not only had the car I wanted but several color combinations for me to chose from. He offered me a fair (good) amount for my trade and a very good price for the Altima I wanted. While Teddy was running around making all this happen,Ray kept us entertained with stories and great conversation. When I arrived to pick-up my new car it was ready to go within a few minutes,shiny and clean with a full gas tank. Overall a great experience.

We returned to Bertera Nissan today to have an oil change for our Altima Hybrid we purchased from here 3 years ago. We were interested in leasing a Murano and were approached by Mike Mastorianni and were carried through the process with patience and professionalism. We left today leasing a 2011 Murano and it was a painless process from start to finish. He handled everything with ease and made our experience a pleasant one. We also purchased a maintenance contract from Eric because he clearly explained the savings of prepurchasing as opposed to pay-as-you go for maintenance. Thank you for being and clear with our needs and taking the time to explain things to us without rushing us through the process. We are ecstatic to have this beautiful new vehicle and will continue to do all our business with Bertera Nissan. I got a call from Mike after getting a trade in appraisal for my car. When I spoke to him on the phone, I was very honest and asked if it would be a waste of my time if I would only pay X amount on a specific car. He said they have some flexibility in the pricing. So I drove an hour to get there. When I got there he was with a customer so I was told to wait. I waited for an hour while in the meantime Mike was trying to bounce between me and his customer to get things moving for me on a test drive. Ray and Mike asked me multiple times how much I owed on my trade. I said I preferred not to answer since it has no relevance (I wasn't financing through them and I gave them a ballpark of where I needed to be between my trade and a car purchase). Ray was a bit patronizing and said I sound like I had been reading edmonds.com and that they are straight shooters there so I don't need to worry. He sure didn't prove that. After they finally found the lost keys for the car I was test driving, I took it for a spin. Mike and I sat down to talk about the price. He calculated how far we'd be if they gave me the auto trader appraisal for my car and the internet price of the car. He said they could go down as low as $700 off the price of the car. He left to talk to the finance guy and came back to hand me over to Ray. From there, things went downhill fast. Ray was unwilling to discuss the price of the car and what they would give me for my trade. He left for a while and came back saying we were $5,500 apart, which is actually $600 MORE than we were when I talked to Mike. I was carshopping without my husband (which anyone with a 2 year old knows is the most sane way to car shop). He said "you obviously sign the checks in your relationship" which was quite rude and offessive. He went on a little monologue about payments and said they could get me a better rate than what we were preapproved for. He left to talk to his finance guy but came back without any information or concrete numbers. He went on another monologue about nothing important and I finally stopped him and asked him what they were giving me for my trade. It was a fair amount, but $500 short of the auto trader appraisal and what other Nissan dealerships offered. He said the price of the car is fixed and indicated that I should be happy with how much below retail it was priced. I said I thought it was high compared to other cars I've looked at and that no one pays retail. He went on another monologue about car auctions and how people do pay retail. He said he didn't know what I did for a living, but he had been doing this for x years. I finally stopped his condencending rant and asked how low he could go on the car. He finally said he could drop the price by $1,000. I said give me the auto trader appraisal for my car and drop yours by $1,000 and we have a deal. He didn't even bother to check with his finance guy/ manager/ whoever. Just said no. Meanwhile, I had been there for 2 1/2 hours (30 mins after they closed) waiting for this simple 20 minute conversation.Mike was decent, but Ray was quite patronizing and rude. He said they were straight shooters, but they followed all the tricks according to edmonds.com. After reading the other reviews on this site, I felt much better about not being alone in my impression of this dealership. They were disrespectful of my time and had rude customer service.And as a side note, I ended up paying a bit more for a car from Infinity of Nashua because they are wonderful to work with. We've purchased our last three cars there and their customer service is worth it. I trust them to sell me a quality, well inspected car but I would not trust Bertera to do the same.

My company offered 'Nissan employee pricing' due to a partnership between us and Nissan USA. Buying experience was the best I've ever had in my life. Absolutely no problem with vehicle pricing (below invoice) and only a little good faith negotiation for the trade in. However! The Service Department are a bunch of jackals. A fluid flush for transaxel and automatic transmission fluid was quoted at $850. Checking with other service shops, and using genuine Nissan fluid (not cheap!), cost was $400. What the heck was the EXTRA $450 for from Bertera Nissan?! Do they sprinkle gold dust on the engine compartment? Avoid being ripped off by this dealership's 'service' department.

Hello,I hope this review helps anyone who is attempting to have a smooth clean process of buying a car. The internet salesman was nice. Easy to work with and nice to speak to on the phone. Through the course of email's and phone conversations, I explained that I only had 1 day off from work and I wanted to have a smooth process for purchasing a 2007 used Nissan Murano SL. I had emailed various dealers with similar cars to find the dealer who would meet our needs and commit to that agreement to make the process clean and easy. I had done my homework on the car and knew exactly what I wanted at the price I could afford. The price I could afford would be an excellent deal for this vehicle, yet not so extreme that it would be un-reachable. I was very honest with the salesman regarding our budget. He spoke with the sales manager the day prior to me driving 1.5 hrs to the dealership to see the Murano. The Sales manager said that they could meet the price I wanted along with my trade.I drove 1.5 hrs to the dealership, sat with the salesman to do some paperwork and then proceeded to go see the Murano.... which was SOLD "the night before". As recent as 4 hours before showing up to the dealer I had email dialogue making sure that everything was all set and the dealer confirmed it was.The salesman then spoke with the owner who said there is a similar Murano that they are "into" for the same price so it would also work with my budgeted amount. I looked at the car, test drove it, it was a nice Murano. The salesman went to the sales manager after about an hour of me looking at the car. The salesmanager came over to the table I was sitting at, didn't even attempt to make eye contact with me or sit down and proceeded to begin to discuss the deal. I stopped him and introduced myself, which would have been nice if he did the same to begin his conversation. He then told me that he CANNOT meet the original agreed upon price that we had worked out. He said "I don't even want to throw you a number".I will not return to this dealer. I will say that I enjoyed working with the salesman from a friendly perspective, but the leadership at this dealer needs to be reconditioned. A false promise/bait and switch costed me one of my last vacation days of the year.p.s. I don't doubt that SOME of the all 5 ratings on this website for this dealer are true, however I highly doubt that all of them are from candid honest, non-employees.

My experience purchasing a new vehicle from Bertera Nissan was excellent. Teddy Simons helped me out from the beginning in assisting me with my vehicle search. At first I was considering a used vehicle, in which he presented me a few options. After looking at some prices of new cars, he got me a great deal on a new Sentra. I decided to go that route, and he helped me through the process from beginning to end. I would recommend this dealership and Teddy Simons as a sales rep. to anyone.

I had purchased a new car here before, with not great, but ok treatment and I liked the car and it was a fairly good deal. That particular salesperson isn't there anymore. I go back to this dealer last month and told Buddy, the salesman that snagged me, what I was looking for and the max price. Buddy then went to ask his manager. The "Manager" Steve said ok, we had a deal.. but we bickered over about $200.I then found out that the car didn't include what I had asked for. I told him never mind. "We shook on it, we shook on it, we made a deal" (snarling at me at too close-for-comfort range)he kept saying over and over(Who WAS this nutty guy that doesn't respect personal boundaries anyway - that had absolutely no manners and class??) The deal was misrepresented. He came across as trying to intimidate me in a very threatening and condescending way. Gave me the creeps!I went to another manager, Anthony- who I had met from my previous new car purchase. "Why don't we settle on this price? Aren't you making money anyway? "Let's talk about Numbers" he says..adding them up, impossible to understand...of course, unless one was a mathematician. "How am I making money? How am I making money? I'm not making money... Blah, blah, blah..." Such a cliche! Rude and condescending attitude. Like we consumers have not heard these lines and tricks before?! Then Amir the Sale Manager steps in.... He will not toss in the radio which was an extra $100. What happened to the original deal we had made? It suddenly jumped up over $2000!! Blah, blah, blah.....he talked in circles.... I was irritated and not too trusting at that point. I told him I would look around and be back....Better deals out there but some a little bit of a distance...and I liked this particular car the best, it is in a more convenient location, and I am strapped for time...(and they knew it, taking advantage of it) so I go back, "Ok, I'm ready to buy this car" We settle on the final price, includes everything. (***Still overpriced according to Edmunds.com!!)I read over the purchase and sales agreement, it suddenly becomes $100 more. Amir would not budge. When will the car be ready? After you pay the full price we will put the radio in and have it registered.I get a loan, not for the full price of the car. I call Amir-ask him what his rates are.....After I had signed that day, he asks me what my rate is and can he offer me a better one? "No, I'm all set, thanks") "If I finance with you, maybe you can give me a better deal, you'll make more money?" "It depends on your credit what your rate is" "I have very good credit" "Oh, then I won't make money, I only make money on a higher interest rate for loans. I would rather just have a check in my hand anyway. "Well you know,at this point, Amir, I am very unhappy with the service and deal I got. The car I wanted suddenly was not available, It became a much more expensive one(bait and switch) You argued about $100 for a radio. I was told the final price. I look at the purchase and sales agreement and the $100 is added. I do not appreciate the rude and condescending way this dealership has treated me along with being unethical. I am going to give you a bad review. "Ok, then if you are going to do that, I'll send you your deposit back!!" All the while....Steve Bertera, the Professional Classy OWNER was yelling in the background during the whole phone conversation, "Hang up, hang up on her......" Amir was saying loudly how he was irritated and too busy for this.. HOW RUDE!!I call Buddy back in a few days......"I have the full amount of the loan approved now, please ask Amir to have the car ready Saturday by early afternoon" "Steve says you have to buy the car by Monday-the end of the month, or you can't have it" Nope, I do not think I want to take the day off from work to please Steve. "He says go to the bank before work" WHAT kind of low class idiot is he??!!!!! I call and ask for Amir once more... to tell him that I will NOT be paying for the car in full by the end-of-the month, but I would like the car ready by Saturday early afternoon. The "Customer Relations Manager" Ray answers. I tell him how I am basically unhappy with the deal and the way it was handled. I am flabbergasted by the treatment I have had by this dealership. He tells me that this $100 radio is a "genuine Nissan radio also" (Since when did JVC partner with Nissan??)"I'll have a meeting with all parties involved first thing....." No apologies from anyone. No compensation.I tell Buddy I want to test drive the car before I pay. I wait about 30 minutes for him to "locate" the car in the lot. He nevers come back to reassure me that he is still looking, no apologies.I give the Finance Manager the check. He assures me that the car will be ready soon. I wait an unreasonably long time. The other Finance Manager, Vinny- that I found way way too rude and immature to deal with during my last purchase makes fun of my name, mispronounces it on purpose. DOESN'T ANYONE IN THIS ENTIRE DEALERSHIP HAVE ANY CLASS AT ALL??!!) I ask Buddy how long he thinks it might be..."Not my department, it's up to the Finance Manager to fax the info to the insurance co and get it registered" The Finance Manager says it's out of his hands. I tell Buddy that it is up to him to follow through, it is taking much longer then I was told it would be. "I am already not happy with this dealer "I don't think anything will make you happy, Miss...!! It is out of my hands now,anyway!" Of course, once the money is paid, they have no use for you. Do they not realize that I can make referrals and reviews?? Anthony tells me that the long delay was due to the Insurance Form being missing. It was the fault of the original person that made up the paperwork-Andrew(Buddy was out that day) to get all of the paperwork correct. The Finance Manager did not notice it was missing? I had given them the insurance information beforehand-I had an insurance binder. No time for the Sticker. So I have to waste more time and go back the next day Saturday. I am waiting in the Service Area. Mr Congeniality Customer Relations Manager Ray asks me how I am. I am not happy. I tell him that nothing has been resolved to my satisfaction. The entire car buying process was a miserable one for me. He makes a phone call. "We lost $696 bucks on you. We didn't make a profit" Wow, they gave me the car for free?? "Guess what Mr Customer Relations Professional?? It is not all about the money. It is more about how I was treated as a customer. I have had several new cars and have never, ever been treated by such arrogant people with total disrespect for a customer!

The reason Teddy has been rated so high is that he is a very professional salesman. The friendliness was exceptional. We told him the price range we wanted to stay in and he made this happen. He is a very energitic and enthusiatic individual. He is definetly out to please. This is the way all salespeople should be. In our past we have had salesman that were no where near the way Teddy is. He presents himself as a professional and friendly individual.We did not buy the cars when we first went there. We told him our situation and he said he would call us back and make things happen for us and he did this. My daughter, my husband and now myself have bought a car from Teddy and would again.Upon picking up the cars he made sure we new everything about the cars. My salesman Teddy was great; he answered all of my questions and even offered to sync my phone to the car's Bluetooth. This is my third Nissan, and the first from Bertera. When I got my new Altima 2.5SL home I discovered that my iPod wouldn't work through the car stereo. I took a chance and showed up the next business day at 7:00 am and the Denise in the service department had it checked out. She told me they would have to replace the stereo and that it would take five days for the part to come in. I got a call the next afternoon saying it was in and I asked them if I could have it installed that day. They said "Yes, bring it in." I waited about an hour and the stereo worked perfectly.Overall my experience with sales, financing, and service was exceptional. If anyone asks me where to buy a Nissan, I will tell htem, Bertera's Nissana of ASuburn.

I have leased and purchased many vehicles from dealerships over the last 35 years.Bertera Nissan ranks right up near the top for the whole experiance of buying a new vehicle.My first contact was with Ray McGowan.I was doing my homework on the phone first, as i knew exactly what i wanted and how much i was willing to spend.Ray did what most people in sales don't,he listened to what i had to say and to what i wanted!!He got back to me immediately when he located the 2010 Altima with all the extra's and the price and right color i was looking for.Rays attention to detail and his profesionalism should make his owner proud to have him as a valued staff member.I have been in sales all my life,and found Ray and all the staff at this dealership to be very refreshing.Ray and Teddy both where great at follow-up and answered all my questions before i signed the contract to purchase.I am very happy with my new Altima and want to thank Bertera Nissan for the hassle free and overall great experiance of buying a new car from them.

Long review, but please read. could save you some hassle. Terrible experience. Have bought new cars many times before, and although it can always be frustrating at times, I have never had an experience like I had at Bertera Nissan. Right from the start I should have known they had shady practices. I inquired about a car online, which was quickly unavailable. this was ok, because they had a better deal. He also told me that he is the fleet manager, no commission for him, so he was just about getting the car sold regardless of profit. after talking payments for awhile and saying I didn't want to be over $300/month, the salesman said ok, we increase your down payment and we can get too $355. I said too high, but he encouraged putting in a credit app and maybe the interest rate would come back lower. it was late, so i filled it out and headed home, next day he called, got a rate 6 percentage points lower, so good news lower payments! asked for some details(amt financed, rebates, trade, downpayment etc, but those questions could not be answered on the phone. He couldn't even tell me the payment amt, because of privacy laws the finance guy couldn't share that with him. Asked to talk to finance, waited for return call, never happened. finally just decided to go down and get the info. Was told that all other details were unchanged, just lower rate. before going, I put the numbers that I was able to get out of him into different loan calculators, and everyone of them came up with a monthly payment of $300(right where I was looking for). head down there thinking all set, sign a few things and be done. That's when I meet Vinny in finance. Big smile tells me, got your payment at $335! I question, this 6 percent lower and only $20 difference in payments? He tried telling me that the online calculators were wrong, blah, blah, blah, this is the right amt. I said never mind, numbers aren't adding up, and I just don't feel comfortable with the math he's showing me. Ask for complete details, several times because he just did not want to share that out right. Kept saying "you saw the numbers, they haven't changed. Then he shows me, that my down payment was not matched(promo they were running). saw that he had sticker price for the car, questioned moving on that number as invoice price was over $2000 less, he said no, invoice is not important. here's the price, best deal you'll get. I walked out disgusted. He got all frustrated asking me why I wasted his time(wasn't aware these guys work for free). I said forget it, not playing the number game with you and left. told the salesman to get me my deposit back(took another 20 mins to do that). while waiting Vinny tracks me down and comes over all angry and like a 10yr old kid says "we didn't even have an approval for you, so it doesn't matter". Very professional. Why was I told to come down and finalize it? was told all set! whatever, just get my deposit so I can get going. meanwhile a customer relations manager comes over asks what happened. I tell him the story. He AGREES that the numbers i was given sounded wrong too. gives me his card and promises to call me the next day. Call never happened. not surprised to be honest. all in all terrible experience. these guys use the typical car salesman technique of focusing on payment amt as opposed to car price. read "confessions of a car salesman" on http://edmunds.com, it's their exact technique.

My lease was up, so I needed to either re-lease a new car, or a buy a car. I wanted to buy/lease the same type of Nissan that I currently had, and I dealt with Ray McGowan on the phone over the course of a few months. He never returned my calls, and I constantly had to call him to find out what was going on with lease options, if they could get the color that I wanted, etc. When I finally had gone into Bertera, he had me work with a salesperson, and he was condescending, clearly had better things to do, and took cell phone calls while we were working numbers at his desk. When he actually showed me the car that I was inquiring about, the car battery was dead, so I couldn't test-drive it. It happened to be pouring that day, so we had to drive to a remote lot across the street to look at a similar car. The entire experience was so horrible, that I was turned off by Nissan all together, and decided on Honda. Lundgren Honda was a dream to work with. Added on September 30, 2010 (5 months after turning my Nissan lease in, back to Berterra Nissan)Five months later, and I needed to add one more thing. My lease was up in May, and I tried buying a new Nissan from them, but their customer service, attitude, and over experience was so horrible that I went to a 2011 Honda Pilot instead. I received a letter this week (September, 2010) from Anthony Latorre at Nissan, stating that "Nissan wants my Pathfinder!" and that there is a "list of customers waiting for us to locate a vehicle." And, that Anthony has the "ability to offer me more money" for my car.Just a quick word of advice, Anthony: before sending out letters, make sure that 1)the person still has the Nissan and 2)they haven't turned over their lease in APRIL!!I haven't had the Pathfinder since the end of April, so why do you think that I am still the owner of the car?

Michael W and Steve Z were fantastic! I felt zero pressure while looking, and they listened to my concerns and needs. They were both low key, and as excited for me to get the car I wanted as I was. The price was great, and even better than some of the area Nissan dealerships. They have a great selection in their inventory. I have used their service department in the past and their prices are good. I highly recommend Bertera. There is no one their who does not have a smile on their face and willing to help.

I saw a Jeep Wrangler advertised online for a great price, so I went in to test drive it. I dealt with Teddy who was honest, on top of everything, and informative, I really had no problems with him, which is why this rating is over a 1 rating.I came in the next day with my deposit to purchase the Jeep, and waited nearly an hour to meet with the finance guy, who was TERRIBLE and RUDE! He gave me the price which I declined because it was WAY over my max, which I had told to the sales guy. I explained to him that I told Teddy where I wanted to be, that this was an hour drive, and I was frustrated that my budget wasnt communicated, because everyones time was being wasted. Without re-hashing everything, he got extremely frustrated and short with me, saying this was a waste of HIS time! (Excuse me, arent you being paid to do this whether I sign or not?!) I agreed with him and said that maybe he should talk to his sales person who clearly didnt communicate any details. He then said, and I quote, Im not trying to be fresh, but why cant you afford more a month based on your income? !!!!!!!!!!!!! None of your business! He stood up and walked out, no business card, no nothing. I cant even explain how rude he was!On the way out I was stopped saying we dont want to lose the sale, well make this work, come in next week. In the meantime I scoured the internet just because I was SO turned off by the finance guy. I ended up finding a better deal anyways, but if he had been even remotely polite, I wouldnt have continued my search, and they wouldve made the sale.On a more of a redeeming note, when I called Bertera to tell them to refund my initial deposit, after Teddy got the message he called me. I told him about the deal I found elsewhere and he congratulated me and was very courteous, saying I had found a great deal.

Firstly I m impressed with sales service from Brian, I was trying to finalize Nissan Murano and Rouge and finally I was able make a decission to get Murano. Very professional and was trying to accomodate my budget. Unfortunately we didnot agree on price and options I was trying to finalize. I wish I could have finished the deal but was too late that I had to finish upsale else where not Nissan though. But I would admit that they were very respectful unlike I seen at other dealers who get pissed once I m trying to negotiate.Any ways next time

I went to this dealership thinking they are all they same but left with the feeling of being satisfied. Customer service really makes a difference and we received A+ quality from Jereme. He didn't over crowd us and made us feel he was working with us to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase, not just that he made a nice commision. Overall I am very pleased and would definately recommend him to anyone.

I came is for service and as always it was a pleasure. My car was taken in right away all the gentlemen at the service desk are friendly , respectful and take the time to make you feel right at home. I was shown where the complimentary coffee was and offered to have one while i waited. The sales people here are great too as i wandered around looking at the different cars while waiting they spoke to me, not pressuring me into buying a car but did ask if they could assist me. I will be buying a nissin from them in the future, They are definetly a dealership i'd recommend. My family and friends have purchased vehicles here, had serviced there vehicles and its always a pleasure. with much respect to the reviews that this dealership deserves....thankyou!

I found the car I wanted online, I called the dealership and talked to Mr Brian Dupuis about the vehicle. He was very helpful with all my questions we then set up an appointment. Upon meeting Brian I found him to be very knowlegable about the products friendly low pressure hard working and low pressure throughout the process the dealership and all managers involved gave me the best experiance I have had buying a car and I recommend Bertera Nissan to all. I will def buy more cars in the future and recommend all my friends and family esp to Mr Brian Dupuis

I went there looking for a used car. I was shown a few, but steered into the new car showroom to look at a Nissan Versa. I really didn't like the car that much. I tried to brush the sales guy off in hopes of going back to the used cars outside. The sales manger came over (I do not know his name, date Sunday, 11/8/09 approx 2:00PM).I was now PRESSURED to buy this car. I said I wanted to look around a bit more, but would make a decision that day. The sales manager said if I left the price they gave me would be gone. So I left, never to return!I will advise all of my friends to NEVER shop there. I already convinced one to shop elsewhere and will continue to do so.

A $100 deposit was taken for a VW Jetta which was either already sold or sold while under deposit. The error was not revealed through honesty but rather through discovery. Initially the illegal act was covered up by my being informed that they were unable to attain financing for the car. The deceit that was involved was incredible. I had owned two Nissan's previous to this occasion and am so disgusted by this transaction I will never purchase another Nissan from Bertera. I am also telling anyone that I know who is looking to purchase a new vehicle not to go to Bertera and repeat the story over and over again. Having been a good customer of the former Bancroft and new Bertera ownership for service on my Versa I am totally blown away by your deceit.

I'm pleased to say that this dealership has top quality individuals running the show! From the inception of my first phone call, Steve Z. assured me that he could help me out of my up side down scenario and he did! Man of his word! Gus and Steve made my transition from driving to an XTerra to an Altima 2.5 SL divine! I would recommend anyone to this dealership. Steve is a natural sales person and will keep your interests in mind throughout the entire car buying process. I'm quite impressed and I intend to remain loyal to Steve going forward with future car buying decisions! Amir and Vinnie (finance peeps) were also helpful and fun too! I would have to say that everyone at this dealership including Steve Bertera were fun and informative at the same time! That's a rarity! Definitely go there and take it from someone who can't be sold very easily.

Bertera is a great place to buy a car and i recommend all my friends there. I bought my 2004 Quest there 3 years ago and whenever i go there for maintenance, i'm still greeted by everyone that i deal with in a friendly manner. If there's a problem, it's always resolved quickly. Will buy my next car there soon.

After being very professionaly Greeted I told the salesman I was just looking and would get him if I needed help. He told me his name and headed away from us just like I had hoped. I ate eeling the pressure. when we had settled on a model we talk to Jeremy again and we sat down in his office and crunched numbers to find out if it was in our price range. We had some worries about MPG and taxes. Jeremy helped us trough it all. After returning home I looked online for a few days and could not find my Murano at a cheaper price just as our salesman had promised! The Bertera experiance was perfect.... I went to have my oil changed one day and found that they were grilling up some treats outside to be shared by everyone!

When my son was looking for a car I suggested that he speak with Jereme because of my prior experience with him. He is a fantastic person with an awesome personality who, after my conversation with him, was obviously very knowledgeable as well as patient and courteous. I know of many others who have either spoke with him, purchased vehicles through this dealership, had their cars serviced there or in fact were just looking for a reputable and honest dealer to go to when they were ready to purchase. From the moment I made phone contact to driving out the driveway in my new car, all of my car buying needs and questions were met with professionalism, courtesy and fairness. Quality of cars, cleanliness of cars and showroom, tour of what is most important, the service area, and programs offered by the dealership would make me return. Sales people were not extremely pushy, very important to me, and I was give a fair price for my trade, as I had done extensive research.

After my car was stolen I was in need of a replacement fast. I went into Bertera Nissan and spied am 04 Infinity G35 sitting on the lot. I started talking to Jereme Erlandson who was so laid back and honest I had to remind myself I was in a car dealership. Well, to make a long story short, without Any hassle, through financing , and out the door,everyone there was super. Dealing with them was a pleasure. And I have to add that there service department has also been a pleasure. I will definetly do bussness with Bertera Nissan again!

When I came to Bertera Nissan it was my first experience buying and negotiating for a car and the whole team, Jereme especially, went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable, happy and satisfied with my experience. They did everything they could to be sure I received the price I was looking for, both for my new car and my trade in. Even though Jereme was a stranger, I felt like he was more of a friend and always believed he was looking out for my best interest rather than just trying to make a sale... an important experience for a first time buyer! When my car was hit from behind and nearly totaled, Bertera helped me navigate the mess, even setting me up with a nearby auto mechanic they personally trusted and recommended. It was such a relief to have their help during such a stressful time. Other dealers/sales staff write you off once the sale is done, but Bertera and Jereme are there for the whole ride.My experience with Bertera and Jereme was truly a great one and I look forward to coming back to get my next Nissan! I recently bought an 04 Titan from Jereme Erlandson, and could not be happier. After calling him to see what they had for used trucks, I went in to look at the 04 Titan he told me about. I testrode it and decided it was what I was looking for. Then came the "haggeling". I had done my homework, so I knew what the truck was worth. I threw out a price which was well below marked value, and below the price they quoted me over the phone, and it was accepted.. Easy as that! And they gave me a great trade in to. I went through finnancing, and finnished the deal that day. As with any used vehicle, I did have a minor issue with the door latch, that showed up after driving the truck for awile. I called Service, and they were more than acomidating. They took my truck in the next day. and had the problem taken care of without ANY hassle at all, and covered under warenty too. Bretera Nissan is now my dealer of choice for all future auto purcheses.

I have dealt with many dealerships in the past fifteen years and have always been harrassed during the buying process with multiple phone calls and lack of knowldge. The sales department at Bertera is top notch, very customer friendly and there is no pressure to purchase. All of your questions are answered and they try to fit you into a vehicle that you can afford, not what they want to sell. I would recommend them time and time again.

This was my first visit to Bertera Nissan. I was in the market for a new SUV and the Armada was my first choice. Upon arriving at Bertera, I was welcomed by Teddy Simons. He was very courteous and took his time to go over all of features with the Armada. He made sure that I had no questions and I felt no pressure from him or anyone else to purchase a car from there. After spending some time at the dealership, I signed the contract and drove off in my brand new Nissan Armada. When the Attorney General cracked down on car dealers in early 2008 and hit them with huge fines, I would have thought that the advertising practices in Massachusetts would have been cleaned up. Unfortunately, this is not the case.Bertera Nissan continues to use ILLEGAL asterisk pricing. But now they don't even bother to put an asterisk! All over the internet they advertise on AutoTrader and Cars.com as well as their own website berteranissan.com with hidden money. They advertise a low buy price designed to get customers like myself in the door. Thats when they hit me with their hidden $2,500 cash or trade.Where is the Massachusetts Attorney General now? I hope this report is read by as many people as possible. So other people like me aren't duped into taking a drive to a place that thinks they can win a customer by lying to them.After doing more research, I found that this is typical of Bertera Nissan's reputation in their other dealers out in the western part of Massachusetts.Bertera Nissan Ripped me off by wasting my time. I even called a sales rep on the phone (think his name was rich) to confirm the price and that there was no catch and they still lied and said that the price as advertised is all I would have to pay. Deceitful & Dishonest, that is how I would characterize Bertera Nissan!

Was a new car buyer. Did my homework, knew the price I was looking for within a couple hundred. Went to Bertera to purchase. No one even approached me when I walked in. Stood around for about 5 min then left. Came back about 3 hours later after calling them on the phone and expressing my concern. Met with a salesman and haggled down to my price for the vehicle. Agreed on the price, but did not sign anything. They had to find the vehicle because they did not have it in stock. I kept on them about the vehicle for about 2 weeks but to no avail they said they could not "find" the vehicle that I was looking for in the area. So I took it upon myself to look on the Internet and lo and behold the was not 1 in the area there was 3. Called Bertera on it and said that I found 3 and wanted to purchase 1. They said that my price that was agreed upon was no longer good and they would have to charge me an additional 800 to go and pick up the vehicle and to prep it. I called the dealer that had the vehicle, told them of the situation and gave them the price I wanted the vehicle for. I went to the other dealer and purchase the vehicle in 2 hours. I had to pay an additional 150 more than my original price quote from Bertera but was happy to be done with the whole deal. I would not trust Bertera for a damn thing. They lied to me more than once and folded on the deal. They suck. They put me through too much aggrevation and stress that was totally uncalled for.

I had a very pleasant car buying experience. I went online to get quotes for 09 nis murano and only 1 out of 15 responded with the price that was amazing for me. We live in West Springfield mass and drove 1 hour to buy this car because i negotiated the price over the phone and got a fax sent to me with my final price which once again was amazing. Other dealers politely escorted me off the lot when i told them my bottom line price. Frank Iovieno,a sales person at Auburn was very honest and did not play games with me. When i came down to pick-up my car he realized that he forgot to add an additional $83 dollars for the new car plates. But because we already had a price negotiated and I already had a fax from him he just said "my mistake u pay whats on the fax that was sent to you". Once again a very pleasant experience,love our new car.

I just brought home my new 2008 Altima today and I wanted to say that this dealership is the best that I have ever dealt with! From the moment we walked in the door we were never pressured or forced into anything. The car I test drove had a crack in the headlight and Rich assured me that I would get the same car, but without the crack. And Vinny in Finance, didn't make me feel at all pressured by services offered and he as very patient with all of our questions. From the Rich the salesman to Vinny in finance. They are all so wonderful!
