I went in for service today, greeted outside the door by a cheerful professional. Checked in at the front desk - again a very nice folks. Within minutes my service professional came out and asked what I needed. He even inspected a paint issue I recently noticed. The service prices were more than fair and less than I expected. I scheduled my Colorado to fix the paint issue at their collision center. All around a great experience. Thanks Steve! I highly recommend Best Chevrolet.

Brought our Suburban in for routine replacement of light bulb and inspection sticker. While there the dealership service department decided to perform warranty replacement of airbag recall. Very happy that they performed the recall but that should have been disclosed and signed off on by us and service advisor before the work was performed. Now there is a crack in the dash pad where the airbag passenger side was replaced. It was noted on the service paperwork afterward. The crack did not exist when car was brought in. Jim Service Manager stated that they have had problems with this so they have had meetings with the service techs to take pictures prior to work. Jim was pleasant and looked into if there was anything they could do. Nothing can be done except replacing the dash pad. I feel the service tech lied on this and the work they performed on the recall was performed for the dealership benefit. We also benefited from a Safety perspective. What I have a problem with is a known problem and cover up internally. Therefore our future service and purchase of a replacement Suburban will be at another dealership! I would have been happy with a small dash pad repair!!

Last night I drove my first vehicle from Best Chevrolet home-- a beautiful new Silverado. It was a pleasure to work with the folks at Best from start to finish. They have a nice facility, good inventory, and great staff. From our salesperson Jess to David, one of the sales managers, to Pascal in Finance, everyone we dealt with was awesome. I look forward to my continuing relationship with Best! --Edit after 9 months- Vehicle has had numerous issues. Service and Parts department has been hit or miss. My 9 month old vehicle has had 7 recalls and been in the shop at Best 5 times I think?! Loaners are not always available, and inaccurate estimates for repair times have come up multiple times. As I don't trust my current vehicle at all anymore, I will be fighting with GM to have the problems resolved. In the meantime, the Best team assures me they are advocating for me as a part of the Best "family"-- so far, that advocacy includes giving me the wrong phone number to start a ticket with GM, being unable to provide me with the correct information and instead dumping me with a regional rep, and a phone number that, once finally obtained, is still unable to connect me to the right place to formally lodge my complaints with GM. Hopefully this can be turned around. Update to come. --Edit (1+ month after last edit) Ticket started with GM by me-- no progress whatsoever in a month. This is mostly on GM, but advocacy and engagement from Best is sub-optimal also.

Where do I begin! I was shopping around for a vehicle so that I could trade in my Yukon Denali and I was introduced to Christopher Welcome in the sales department. This man is one of the best sale represenitive that I have ever encountered and I have been to many dealerships. He is patient, accommodating and listens to what you as the customer wants. I walked into the dealership to buy one vehicle and I walked out with two 2015 Chevy Tahoe's, that's how great this representative is. I am looking to purchase a suburban and this is where I'm going to go. I highly recommend this dealership and if you go make sure you ask for Mr. Christopher Welcome. If they don't have what you want at the time, Mr. welcome will search high and low until he finds what you want. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Christopher Welcome was a great salesperson and I would definitely recommend him to others that are in the market for a new car. Our experience buying a car was seamless and easy. I did not intend to buy a Suburban that day but went into look at different SUVs to see what my options are. Chris was pleasant to work with and even put up with my 3 young children as we were talking and looking at cars. Mitch in Finance was great as well and I never felt any pressure from him or Chris to buy additional features but both were well informed and told me my options.

Tina at Best Chevy does a phenomenal job! This woman is a powerhouse and I have enjoyed working with her for years. We live almost an hour away and continue to come to Best to purchase vehicles for our company and personally. For years, Tina has taken care of us by finding the exact car/truck we are looking for and giving us a level of customer service that is untouchable. Best Chevy is honest and straight up about the pricing and I like that! Buying a car is a large purchase and I am only making that purchase at a dealer with integrity. The service department is equally as stellar and that is no exaggeration. The majority of the service department are familiar faces that have been there a long time. Our specific agent, Jim Earle, makes coordinating services so easy (Yup, I work with the same person and he knows all of the company vehicles). Aaron Markella made buying a new car a pleasure. Getting a new vehicle can be overwhelming between different makes, models and packages to choose between. Aaron patiently explained all the different options and showed me differences in three different vehicles. When it came down to price I felt Aaron worked with me and what I wanted and could comfortably afford. Best Chevrolet had a huge inventory so I had many vehicles to see and compare. I felt Aaron listened to my wants and needs and the process was focused on me, not on selling a vehicle...but the right car for me. I researched their website and traveled quite a distance to get my Tahoe but I feel I got the best deal. I was treated respectfully and Aaron was transparent with pricing, trade-in value and current promotions. I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone I came in contact with at Beat Chevrolet.

The entire experience of leasing this car was an excellent experience. I had never had to deal with the purchase of a car, with the attendant business involved, since my husband did that for us. I approached this task with great anxiety. Steve was kind, patient, and helpful. He is a superb salesman, in his ability to sense how fast a customer can go and moving the deal forward accordingly. He was very informative about the vehicles they sell as well as very understanding of what I was looking for. David did not try to pressure me at all he let me make my own decisions. The financing process was also very painless and I strongly recommend it. I've been coming to best Chevrolet for almost 11 years, for both service and buying cars. This is the best experience in the service department I've ever had. My key was getting stuck in my ignition so my car would not shut off, I brought it it and was helped by Joe Carmichael immediately. He was extremely helpful made sure my warranty company covered everything other than the deductible, sounds like that should be the case but it never is for me. I had to get a rental and the warranty company would only cover one day even though my car was being worked on for a week, when I picked up my car he said he would be calling them to get them to pay for the rest of the time I had a rental, and for the first time dealing with a service department at a dealership, I believe him. I highly recommend seeing Joe Carmichael for your service needs at Best Chevrolet, he was on top things and made sure I didn't break the bank dealing with this. I can honestly sayI won't be going to anyone else!

I looked all over the place for a good used crew cab. I ended up at best and working with Scott. I ended up with a 2012 crew cab Silverado and couldn't be happier. Truck was a described, very clean, maintained low mile truck. Scott was very easy to deal with and was a no pressure sakes guy. Near the end he noticed I was getting a little impatient and brought me back to detail shop to set up onstar and show me they were almost done. Great dealership to work with online. We are from Maine found a traverse we were interested in online. We sent in a question on it and they responded quickly. We prefer E-mails over phone calls and they were great to work with, very good with communications. We were handed to the Salesman Christopher Welcome, who was great to work with. We requested extra pictures since we over 2hrs away. They took the time to put is on a lift, get us the pictures & they made sure we were happy with the pictures before putting the car back down. We traveled first thing in the morning & with in a few hours we were driving home with our new to us Chevy Traverse. Very good dealer to work with, everyone we meet there was great. Purchasing a car is my least favorite thing to do. David Nap was very patient, professional, knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone. I was trapped due to credit issues and a leased vehicle with damage. Even though I had leased the vehicle from another dealership, the people at Best made it possible for me to purchase my vehicle from them. Tina and Pascal helped with the financial details and each of them made me feel more comfortable. Best is not as overwhelming as some of the larger dealers.

We came into Best Chevrolet to purchase another Traverse. We had found the car with the features we wanted online at Best prior to coming. Richard met us outside and walked us in. He quickly found the car was in stock still and took us out for a test ride. He answered all of our questions and had lots of knowledge about the car, particularly discussing changes since we first purchased our original Traverse. He also worked easily with us to put a deal together for the car, finding a way to structure it so that the total price, trade in amount, and monthly financing worked for our budget. This has been the smoothest and easiest car buying experience we have ever had, and we appreciate Richard's help throughout the process. We even were able to drive the new Traverse home that day!

Best Chevy really is the best. They got me right in when I called and they were able to find out what the check engine error message was coming from. My service experience was managed by Peter and he was able to provide me with a rental car for the few days it took to correct the issue. When the issue came back again a few days later they immediately took my car back in and found the issue and corrected it. I have not had an issue again and I really had a great experience with Best Chevy.

I had my '07 G6 in for service because of an ominous clunk it was making. Since parts had to be ordered and waited for, Peter Dodd made sure we were taken care of with a loaner car. After several days, my car was finally ready. The very next day I heard the same clunk. I have to say I was not worried! I knew that I could bring it right back to Pete, and that he would take care of us. He certainly did. An additional part was ordered and replaced at no charge, since it was part of the original problem. Yay! no more clunk! We love Peter Dodd and the folks at Best. The fact that the team here did NOT haunt me to death by using high pressure and overbearing tactics was just the reason I felt I could work with them and stayed until I did instead of going to the other two dealerships I had researched. My son found a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 at Best Chevrolet. We met Brian Hunt, a salesman, and we took the truck for a test drive. My son loved the truck. We spoke with Brian and worked out a deal that we were very pleased with. Best Chevrolet actually took the truck for us while my son was at work to our mechanic and waited for the inspection to be done. The truck came back perfect and our mechanic said, that truck is clean, you have to buy this truck. There was a small discrepancy which initially we were unhappy with whereby what was discussed was somewhat being changed. We came to the dealership and Brian changed his plans to be sure he was there to discuss the transaction. We could not ask for a more pleasant and professional and knowledgeable salesman. We understood his position as he had offered more than he probably should have and we agreed to give a small amount to offset this oversight and finish this transaction. We are proud that our son's first major transaction in life, purchasing his first vehicle was made with Brian. We will all forever remember his personality and his professionalism and will highly recommend our friends to visit Brian at Best to buy their next vehicle. Thank you Brian, a special "Dot" guy!

Bought two trucks and had a total of three trades. Bought one new 2500 HD and a used 1500 work truck. These guys and gals are selling product that you need. They are not hanging around trying to upsell folks like alot of other dealers. You go in and find or already know what you want. They do their best to rap up the sale without any remorse from the customer. These folks are busy and do not have time for games. If you find a vehicle at Best Chevy that you want just call and ask for Steve D. or Al Stein.

This is the second Silverado I purchased from Best in the past 2 years. I actually live less than a half mile from a competing Chevy dealer and will now only go to Best. My sales consultant Rich Lucero worked around my schedule and on my terms to make the overall process convenient for me. And between him and the GM Bruce Gemmill, I actually got a better deal than I thought I would. The dealership is clean, friendly and professional. There is no rating high enough to rate my experience at Best Chevy of Hingham. I have always enjoyed going there for work done to my old truck, and trading that one in for my new truck was the best experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. Thom Kaufold really went above and beyond to listen to the vehicle I wanted and make sure I walked away completely happy with my purchase. This is the second vehicle my wife and I have bought or leased from Thom and I hope he is still there when it comes time to replace either of them. I have already recommended not only Best Chevy, but Thom specifically to a few friends, co-workers, family, and even my boss at the hospital. I've been involved in several automobile purchases for family member over the past couple of years and this was BY FAR the best experience! When I arrived at Best Chevrolet, I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who introduced me to sales rep, Kevin McGowan. I told him what I was interested in and he helped me find my dream truck. He showed me the truck, explained all of the features and demonstrated a lot of its capabilities. salesman Richard showed me a new 2500 diesel and tried to make a deal and was upset and extremely condescending when we didn't reach one when he said that 2800 off a 63,000 truck was a great deal when other dealerships have 3x that amount knocked off so neddles to say I wouldn't send anyone here to look at a vehicle to deal with such arrogant people

Every employee I encountered was most courteous and friendly, from Paul the dispatcher to service adviser Steve and everyone in between. After dropping my Envoy off with my explanation of issues, they quickly arranged a ride home in their courtesy shuttle. I received a call a short time later with a simple diagnosis and remedy, and was pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable repair cost with no aggressive upsell, but with sound advice on potential future issues. Will definitely be comfortable returning and recommending to friends.

It was an overall amazing experience. The complete transaction from the beginning till the end was a feeling of the dealership working for me. From top to bottom they were very professional and up front with all the information that was prevalent. They went as far to go out of their way to cater to the needs of my son while he was there with me. This is my second vehicle I have bought from Best Chevrolet and will continue to give them my business. I will also service my new truck through them, as I do with my Tahoe. I now have a Lumina and a Cobalt(which I bought last year), and have always enjoyed the reception I received from Chrissie, Peter and Jim in service. Could never think of going to another dealership. Took my car in on Sat morning for an oil change and was told it would be 3 hours. Wow. They told me its best to make an appointment . ( for a oil change?). I called Mon morning and made the appointment for 1pm. Got there at 1 and at 3 pm I was still there! Ask about my car and was told it was on the rack... Almost 4 pm I told them I had to get back to work and my car came around soon after that. REALLY!! An oil change.

Richard always goes above and beyond to take care of everything that the car needs. We've been there quite a bit since buying the car in February and each and every time he's just been great. There have been quite a few major jobs (rack and pinion, leak in the AC, multiple recalls, front strut, back tires etc) but he's made every attempt to accommodate me and make sure I have a rental so it's really been phenomenal. He's been a great help.

My husband and I just bought a new Chevy Silverado from Best Chevrolet and had an awesome experience. We had gone to THREE other dealers before we ended up at Best Chevrolet. We met Dana who was really nice and straight to the point. It was the first dealership we went to that we didn't feel like we were getting the typical sales pitch/ "I can not let you leave until you agree to buy this car" deal. Dana, Steve and Nathan made the whole process extremely EASY and stress free (THANK YOU GUYS!). They stayed late that night (without telling us they were) and we didn't feel pressured AT ALL. We left without that feeling of "Oh god what did I just do?" that I often get when buying a car. We LOVE the truck and I can't recommend these guys enough!

State Inspection, LOF, and four brand new tires. We could tell immediately how much better the car rode with the new tires. Best has always treated me with respect. I know servicing my Avalanche at a dealership costs a bit more money but the service you get, the clean, modern facility & flexibly hours help. I do wish you guys were open a few hours on Sunday & a little later Saturdays. Love the rewards card by the way.During my last visit I had a warning light corrected & it was fine when I drove away but an hour later it was back. Rich in service was very accommodating & I felt like something would be done regardless. Mind you I drive in from Boston & I still come back to do my service here.

Steve Dunne was excellent in his handling of my purchasing the 2011 Silverado LT. He should be promoted or given a generous raise post haste. At least give him a new Camaro. Our salesman, Aaron was terrific. He kept us informed all along the very trying process of getting a Corvette Stingray ordered and delivered. Ivan in Service made certain the car was in perfect order when we took delivery. We can't say enough about Aaron and Ivan. We'd also like to give a shout out to Regis. Buckley, the Regional Manager who expedited our delivery to help us avoid missing an airline departure and the additional $ that would have cost us. This is just a great team!!

I was supposed to get a free wash with my first oil change and that wasn't done & the car rental agent while engaged with business with me decided to take a long service call instead of placing them on hold before finishing business with me.

came in to have a rim,hubcap and tire installed on my car. Courtesy Ride was nice enough to take my Son home because he had to go to work. I waited for my car a short time and it was completed as promised. I used the Price Match on the tire which was honored without hesitation. I've come to expect excellence from the Service department and I've never been disappointed.

I enjoyed my first experience with Best Chevrolet that I had in a very long time (20 years). I only went for a oil change but gave me insight. The only thing I would comment on that could use correction is your wifi, it didn't support video on my tablet very well at all.

The only issue we had was the wait time to pick up the car. We were there four hours waiting for the insurance changeover and new plates. I know this was partially the insurance company, but maybe something could be done to speed things up.

Our salesman, Ed Faragamo, was great. The finance fellow, Nathan, was great. The Equinox is great and we're looking forward to taking delivery. Our only unpleasant experience was with someone in the financial department who came into the office where we were speaking with Nathan, talked down to us, was incredibly rude, and would have caused us to cancel the purchase if we had met him earlier. Suggest BEST Chevrolet consider either getting this fellow some human interaction training or keep him away from customers. Other than that everything was a pleasant experience.

One thing I had a problem is I had and oil change and the mechanic did not reset the reminder on the dash. Second time this has happened. I know it is a little thing but it makes me wonder if they are really changing the oil. Other than that everything has been good.

My experience was great! My only complaint was that my truck was dirtier when I drove it away, than when I pulled in. It looked like the wash used dirty, soapy water. I am not sure if there is a way for you to clean the cloths or heads in your car wash. The hood of my truck still has dried soapy water on it. I'm hoping the snow will take care of that.

I came in for two maintenance items and an inspection sticker and at no point did I feel pressured into buying any other services or work. The layout of the drop-off/service area is great and is a short walk to the customer service or checkin area. The wait time was reasonable and my car was washed as a courtesy. This was the first time I've brought any vehicle to a dealership for service and it was a better experience than I had anticipated. Aside from the experience at the dealership, it is conveniently located and a short walk away from an outdoor shopping area.

I recently bought my SUV still a GM car however not a Chevy. when I called the service dept. for a oil change and tire rotation at the place I bought my SUV They informed me I wasn't able to get in for 3 days . Im sorry that's just a unexceptable to me . So I called Best Chevy and was able to come in the next day without a problem. I was in and out in under an hour . I was pleasantly surprised...Again! Last week, I took my 2008 Cadillac CTS into Best Chevrolet for a 50,000+ mile service appointment. Yes, I take my Cadillac to a Chevrolet Dealership for all of the service and/or repairs needed. Why? Because, in 2011 when I was shopping around for a nice 2008 Cadi CTS to buy, a friend recommended Best Chevrolet. They did not have one on their used car lot...so they sat me down at their computer and "we" searched online for the exact car that I had in mind. Then, Best Chevrolet bought it and had it shipped to them in Massachusetts. Oh and I did not have to purchase it from them, until after I was able to test drive it to make sure that I liked it! Since that 2008 purchase date, Best Chevrolet has performed all of the service appointments without any problems. I still love the car. Best Chevrolet is a car dealership that everyone can trust to be fair and honest. received an oil change, a new battery and the 27 point check-up. I did ask for a larger battery in terms of CCA and didn't receive that. Also the 27 checkup results is something i'd like to actually see. Other dealers, suburau and jeep provide you with the check-list so you can actually see what was checked and the results.

The service has always been great. However I am very disappointed with the troubles that I am having with my vehicle. $600.00 to put in a oil sending unit. I do understand what had to be done to do the repair but this should not be happening. Now the service air bag warning is on and I am told the repair could be another $600.00 or so. Again I don't understand why this should be happening. the vehicle has not been in an accident. Last I got a flat tire and the mechanism that holds the spare in place would not allow me to drop the spare down. The garage that picked up the vehicle told me they needed to unbolt the mechanism in order to get the spare down, free up everything and then was able to get it back into place. poor design? I have had all new GM suburbans, tahoes and silverados over the last 15 years and I have to say this 2008 Silverado is becoming a big disappointment. I have also had to replace 3 chrome door handles to date.

On Monday December 16th my 2011 Chevy Silverado stalled in my driveway on my way to work with the check engine, traction control and reduced engine power lights coming on. I had the vehicle towed to Best Chevrolet where Mike Micciche was designated as my service adviser. Within 30 minutes of being there, Mike was able to have my truck's problem diagnosed as a throttle position sensor and even gave me the good news that it was covered under a special policy and it wouldn't cost me anything to repair. Mike gave me status updates on the truck every few minutes and even came over just to see how I was doing. Due to Mike's professionalism, courtesy and experience my vehicle was serviced properly and I left very happy with my overall experience. Mike is truly one of the best service advisers I have even dealt with and he has ensured I will continue to use Best Chevrolet for all my upcoming service needs. A+

As usual, Best Chevrolet continues to meet & exceed expectations. Facility is unbelievably clean, comfortable and all personnel are helpful, pleasant, polite & friendly. I had an appointment at 1PM, arrived perhaps 10 minutes early. Within no more 2 minutes of being inside, I was greeted by Service person. Before the end of a brief discussion of why I was at Best that day, I could see [through window] my car being driven into service bay. I helped myself to an icy cold bottled water, sat in a comfy chair & looked through Sunday's newspaper sale flyers. In what seemed like no time at all, my car was done! Another satisfying visit to Best. Another afformation that while I live about 5 miles away from Best & within 1 mile of another Chevy dealership, I am so glad I chose Best when I was in the market for my car. I perfer doing business with "family" businesses. Best Chevrolet really is the "best". I like feeling like I'm part of a "family". Thank you.

They were informative, professional and worked to make a sale, without being overbearing in the slightest. In fact, I would happily have them over for dinner. They made money for the dealership and I left with a new truck at a price I could afford. Win/win works for me. Contrast this with the inherent rudeness when I visited with my prior purchase point to apply for the balance of my auto warranty. Certainly no surprise to me to see Best Chevolet full of customers and the other Chevy dealer virtually empty, with sales personnel standing around like starving vultures.

First of all i want to commend the staff at Best Chevrolet. I was in NH when my engine light went on. I went to a GM dealership in Laconia, NH to see what the problem was. The gentleman at the service desk told me that i would have to pay $95 to do a diagnostic test. He also stated that i did not have a warranty so it would be additional to fix. I then went into the lobby to be seated and was clearly uncomfortable with what the service person stated. So i called Best Chevrolet and asked to speak to someone in the service department. Best Chevrolet told me that I should not be charged $95, the diagnostic test should be free and that i did have an extended warranty. I immediately went back to the desk and told the service man what Best said. The service man then stated sarcastically that that wasnt true for this dealership and said "good luck" as he handed me back my keys back. It was unfortunate that the GM dealership in Laconia wanted to take advantage of my situation but i am very thankful that Best Chevrolet was there to rely on even when i was away from home.

I went in for an oil change and an inspection sticker. The oil change went well -- however, the machine for the inspection sticker broke. The gentleman who was helping me was named Mike and he offered to call me when the machine was up and running so I could get to my appointment on time. I did end up coming back the same day and he waived all the service fees for my inconvenience and was extremely polite/explanatory about the whole thing. This kind of customer service will make me a repeat customer!

My first interaction was on the phone with a very nice lady named Tish . When I pulled up under your covered drop off area I was met with smiling nice people that helped me get all my stuff out of my car and into Tishs office. Then I met Tish live in person. She arraigned for a renter car. Very nice touch thats one of the reasons I came to you. She was great explained the whole process and kept me informed through the whole repair process. The repairs were done in an appropriate amount of time I am very impressed with Tish and your service department. I am already telling friends about what a great job you folks do. I am looking for an honest fair dealer to service my cars and perhaps purchase some cars in the future. I am 52 with a 15 year old daughter and a 13 yr old son. As usual still the best--have been buying from BEST for over 30 years--and they have aged like a fine vintage wine. Chuck and Al treat us like family---service is excellent--as we come from Cape Cod and they always find room for us---

My experience at Best Chevy was excellent. I had my previous truck serviced there and it was always a good experience, which is why I came there for the purchase of a new one. I called to ask a few questions and was transferred to Aaron Markella. I asked a few questions about the 2013 Silverado Crew Cab which he answered very easily. He asked if/when I would like to come in for a test drive. I told him I was on the road and could be there in 20 minutes. He said no problem, what color are you thinking of and I will have one out front. I pulled in 20 minutes later and a truck of my color choice was sitting out front waiting for a test drive. I took it for a ride and then we talked numbers. The initial offer was a little more than I was looking to pay, so I took the numbers home to review. This is where Aarons dedication to Best Chevy and keeping their customers happy truly came into play. We were emailing back and forth until about 11pm with various questions. He said he wanted to make this sale happen and would talk to the GM in the morning to see what could be done. I told him I had meetings all morning but leave a voice mail and I would get back to him. 5 minutes after you guys were open I had a voice mail saying that Best Chevy could make the deal happen at the figure I wanted. Aaron definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to make this deal happen. When it came time to do paperwork I was crunched for time since I was heading out of town for business. Aaron and Addy in finance had all the paperwork ready and were able to move me through quickly. The entire experience was excellent and I will definitely be a Best Chevy customer for life.

I love coming to Best Chevrolet! Needed some routine service for my new Sonic (which I also bought there) and I was taken care of immediately. Every one is always so courteous, friendly and efficient at their jobs. The new waiting area is pretty spectacular too!

We purchased two used vehicles from Best Chevolet and while we had some issues with those vehicles Tina, Mike and Peter in the Best Chevrolet service group handled every single item quickly and efficiently. Even the post-sale problems that were outside of any warranty. Tina was the salesperson originally and now is sales manager. Go see her for a no-nonsense vehicle purchase. Her knowledge and experience shows. Do yourselves a favor and use Best Chevrolet and Tina Mahoney if you want a trustworthy dealership and a great car sales experience. Best Cheverolet did thier best to find us a truck we could afford, Near the end of the transaction there was a miscomunication that would have ended the deal but best kept thier word and added more discounts to make it work for us. Now both my wife and I own a car from best we will not go anywhere else in the future.

The buying and financing process was seamless. We were welcomed and taken care of promptly for our first service. We used the shuttle service and time passed almost too quickly. We did not really use the new waiting area but it is fairly plush. Getting a cappuccino next time! Love Best Chevrolet.

I just purchased a new Volt from Best. Aaron was the Rep and Bruce was the manager. The process was smooth, transparent and more than fair. Aaron had to contend with many delays on my part and he remained patient and attentive. I got a fair deal on the car, a fair deal for my trade and excellent service all around. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Best Chevy. The name says it all.

I would like to share some information on my new vehicle purchase. After working with a local dealer in Connecticut who had a take it or leave it attitude for my purchase, I took my business elsewhere. The knowledgeable and friendly staff at Best Chevrolet was great. Starting with their excellent website which highlighted their products and services, the dealership made it very easy to deal with them even though I was an out of state customer looking to purchase my new 2012 Avalanche. Bruce, the General Manager, helped arrange the deal from the initial call and Gene in Sales worked with me on the specifics of the purchase all the way through delivery. From a financial standpoint, Daniel in Finance presented everything in a very easy to understand and straightforward process. Furthermore, they made my family and I feel right at home when we arrived to pick up the new Avalanche. This combination of professionalism, honesty and hospitality made for an easy and comfortable experience. After the purchase of the Avalanche, I also worked with Eric in their Parts Department for some additional accessories. He was knowledgeable and worked with me for the additional accessories that I was looking for. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle in the future as I am sure they would receive the same great experience as my family and I did.

After visiting several other dealers I contacted Best Chevrolet and spoke with Sonny the manager and had told him I had a deal with Quirk Chevrolet on the same truck he had in stock. The customer service was much better at Best and they also were better priced then quirk. Aaron was the sales consultant and he was also very helpful!! I would absolutly reccomend this dealer.. This is how a service department should be run. They value my time, they listen, they fix things right the first time, they are organized and friendly. After going home with more problems that I went in with whenever I went to Clay Chevrolet, I decided to find a new dealership. I am very picky about who works on my car, and I have to say that Best Chevrolet is one of the best service dealers I have been to. They are very trustworthy, and I know it is being done right. And with the recent remodel they have done, complete with iced tea bar, and a full daily selection of free pastry, I dare to say I feel pampered when I go there. I did not purchase my truck there, but if I am in the market for another Chevrolet, this would be my first choice. I feel like I know these people and I don't have that 'on edge' feeling I have always had going into a car dealership.

I met with Erin Curley after dealing with several other dealers on the South Shore and couldn't have been more pleased. The price was straight foeward..no games no gimmicks and what a service dept. free car wash with service and newspaper ,whites pasteries and a new coffee and tea lounge AWESOME!!Amy W
