DISCLAIMER: I bought my vehicle from them without being able to see it and inspect it for myself, so some of these issues can be blamed on either party. They were great to work with, and quite responsive. I believe there were a couple cosmetic issues that should have been noted (such as a couple 1 square inch spots on the hood that were rubbed down to bare metal), but I also understand that they can't memorize every little thing with every vehicle. The car runs great and smooth, so I would trust these guys to get you a well running reliable car with minimal issues if any. Although, it is hard to overlook some of the smaller issues that I felt like a dealer should have noticed and repaired. For instance, the radio screen does not function. Minor, but makes it near impossible to use the radio. The driver side power window is also non functional. Mechanically, the engine and transmission are great, so like I said, i would trust them to get a well running vehicle, but it does seem like they don't run fine tooth inspections of the vehicles, or possible don't write some of the smaller issues down and forget to notify customers, even when asked specifically about these potential issues. I wouldn't rule them out as an option for purchasing a car, but I would probably have another mechanic or experienced party run through the vehicle to truly get an idea of the state of everything (something that was very hard for me to do living hundreds of miles away)

Been about two months now that I had bought a car from these guys, the car for being 10 years old was just awesome. I delayed writing a post to see how the car would be running for a spell and I'm not disappointed in this purchase.

Bought a truck there and within having it a few hours the windows did not work properly had to take it tons mechanic to them find out it needed over $1,000 in work for a noise it was making. I’ve now had it a month and a half and took back to mechanic to have it looked at due to mangas smell coming out of the Vents when the AC is on and was told I now need over $2,000 in repairs done... oh and I also just had the flex pipe replaced as well. I can not believe they sold me a car with this amount of damage. I have 4 kids and can’t afford to keep fixing this car. Beyond mad and upset over this.

I WAS SHOPING AROUND FOR A CHEAP CAR FOR MY 75 YEAR OLD MOM AND I LANDED AT BEST CHOICE AUTO.I DEALT WITH A GUY NAME RALPH AND JOHN AND THEY SHOWED US AN EXCELLENT 2006 HYUNDAI ELANTRA WITH 64000 MILES.THEY LET US TAKE IT TO OUR MECHANIC WHERE HE FOUND A FEW THINGS WRONG.I BOUGHT BACK THE CAR GAVE THEM THE LIST AND THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERTHING.IT WAS REALLY A GOOD EXPERIENCELOW PRESURE AND THEY WARRANTIED THE CAR FOR 90 DAYS.BIG THANKS TO RALPH AND JOHN!!!

I was shopping around for a truck and googled some local dealers in the area and came across Best Choice Autos. I visited the dealer and looked at the truck test drove it. It's a great Suv I had a tire and brake issue and called John at the dealer and they took care of the problem! Great customer service and I will be using them again in the future my son will be driving soon! Great job guys

I bought a 2008 jeep compass from John. I found the car on cars,com for an amazing price I drove two hours from Otisville NY.when I got there all the paper work was ready the car was fully serviced as promised and I was in and out within a half hour. truly a great experience!!!

I bought a 2004 chevy trailblazer from john at best choice.at first I was skeptical because the car advertised seem to cheap.i called john on the phone and he assured me that, that was the right price and that there were no hidden fees. i came down with my mechanic and the car checked out.they also shoped around and got me a great interests rate from Raritan bay credit union and got the payment I was looking for.i would highly recommend this place to anyone.john was great, he didn't pressure me, and was very transparent with the whole transaction.good deal. check them out!!!

My wife and I were shopping around for a used car for our daughter. As this would be her first car, we didn't want to break the bank and naturally safety was top priority. We wanted a good rated make/model, no more than 8 years old and lower mileage. Not asking for a lot were we. After visiting a number of used car dealers in our area and lots of disappointments we found Best Choice Auto Sales in Sayerville. Their website looked great, clean and clear, plenty of inventory, each car listed had a complete description, loads of pictures, price, and CARFAX info.! We made a list of cars that seemed to meet our criteria and paid a visit. Are we glad we did! The manager, Lorraine was GREAT! Very knowledgeable about her inventory and cars in general. Lorraine was able to answer all of our questions and she also provided us with some valuable pointers about cars for a first time driver/owner. My wife, daughter, and I also really liked the "no sales pressure" environment. After road testing a few cars, we all liked the Elantra GT. It met all our criteria, drove great, was well appointed and looked very good, something my daughter was thrilled about. The business end of things was easy peasy. No come-ons, no gimmicks, no pressure. Everything was very pleasant. Lorraine had no problem with our own mechanic inspecting the car. She even arranged the car to be driven to his shop. The car passed our mechanic's muster, papers signed, handshakes exchanged and my daughter owns a beautiful, SAFE, and CLEAN car. If you're in the market for a used car, my family and I highly recommend Lorraine and Best Choice Auto Sales. Seriously folks, they are the best choice!

I researched online, everything looked pretty good. When I got there and explained what car I wanted to look at (after calling ahead of time) the sales woman handed me the keys and told me to "go take a look". Didn't get out of her chair to come look with me, there were no lights on in the parking lot, the keys she gave me didn't work. So my boyfriend and I went back in and explained the situation, she cursed about 5 times, had no idea why it wasn't working, then proceeded to tell me that I can come back tomorrow to look at it. First of all I called ahead of time to tell her which car I was interested in, you'd think maybe she would have gotten the car ready. She also told me that "the car may not turn on because it hasn't been on in a while." I came from Jackson which is about a 40 minute drive to Sayerville, so I told her no I won't be coming back tomorrow. I had cash to pay as well which I also told her, I also said it it was a little more then we had on us we would finance the rest or get the rest of the money together. It was like she was trying to not sell us the car. Completely unprofessional customer service. Oh she also told me on the phone she would negotiate prices then when I got there she said she would not come down one dollar. I would never go to this place and I didn't even get to test drive a car. I understand people have bad days but it seemed like she has had a bad year.

The name of this company is spot on. This truly is the best choice for cards. First time Used car buyers, don't be afraid. The negative reviews on this dealership are wrong. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM BEST CHOICE AUTO SALES. IT WAS IN GREAT CONDITION. IT IS A BMWX3 2005. I LOVE THIS CAR. I WOULDN'T TRADE IT FOR ANYTHING ELSE. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED THE CARS DETAILS VERY CLEARLY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS. I had heard about this place from my friend Camille who bought 2 cars previously from them for her daughters. First off, the whole sales team was polite and not pushy , Secondly, the selection was more than ample to give you enough cars to choose from without feeling like you were overwhelmed and lost in a mall parking lot like those high volume places. Finally, Pricing was clear and fair and although financing was not needed due to their low prices they had offered alternative buying options. DO not I repeat DO NOT buy from Best Choice. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sold me a lemon. Owners did not have the decency to call me back after repeated messages left for them. I was left with no choice but to take a total loss on this vehicle.

When you buy a used car from a dealer you wind up paying more than if you would've bought from a private person. You do so because when you buy from a private person you really don't know what you're getting and you run the risk of this also from a dealer, but you hope that at least the dealer would stand behind their vehicles to some extent and within reason. My daughter bought a 2006 Mazda which she barely had a month and it spent more time in the shop than it did on the road. She didn't even have her plates yet and and the list of things that broke down just kept piling up. We repaired a rotor, replaced a thermostat, motor mounts, gear assembly. The passenger window switch from the drivers side won't work, even the wiper blades were down to the metal. All in all I've spent close to $1000 and the car is about a month and half old. I knew something was not right when the saleswomen kept harping about how we should buy a $500 six month warranty so we can have "peace of mind". The joke is none of these repairs would have been covered by this warranty. This dealer did nothing to help us with these expenses except remind us that we bought the car "as is'". I feel that they should have done something, I only had the car less than a month! "AS IS" really means "BUYER BEWARE". Don't make the same mistake I did and if you need a good used car I suggest you go elsewhere because once they have your money, they don't want to know you.

I have stayed away from used car dealers because of something I saw on a television show years ago. (a fictional story by the way) However, I had been looking for a car for my daughter for the longest time and was very weary from the search. I was driving down Washington St. on my way to DCH Honda and rode passed Best Choice Auto. Actually, God told me specifically to turn around, look at the phone number on their sign and call. I sat right there in my car and phoned them. Long story short, I am extremely pleased and so is my daughter. I got her a car that day for a very good price, it's in excellent condition and I did purchase the 12 month warranty as well. A friend looked everything over, including the warranty, and said, "Wow, this is impressive and you really got a very good deal." He is very familiar with cars and warranties. It never occurred to me that going to a larger used car dealership would be more costly because you are helping to pay for their overhead. Everything about the experience was very good. I have another daughter who will be getting a car soon and I told her we are going right back there, not to any other dealership. A good experience goes a long way with me.

Horrible service. Sold me a lemon with many problems and told me to fix them all myself because it was a used car and of course it would have problems. Lied to my face. Save yourself the aggrivation and do not buy from best choice cause that would be the worst choice.

As a Soldier just returning from service overseas in Afghanistan and my hometown getting affected greatly by the hurricane, I must say I was a bit overwhelmed looking for a car. I saw a car I liked on the website, and from then on I have received quality service from this dealership. The process was very efficient and painless and was treated with the utmost respect. I would definitely buy from them again. Job well done!

I shopped at other used and new car dealerships and this one is different in its own way. Reasons being their prices are GREAT, their salesman is Great and no other owners are in the dealership except for this one!!!!! They are trust worthy, they are GREAT and they truly are the best choice out there. Buy their cars it the Best Choice you will ever make!!!!!
