Adding to the 7 year old review below. I still have the Cube and I still love it. Because of my great experience with the Cube, I just bought another car, a Camry. All the good things I wrote before still apply, except this time the salesperson was Sam. ———————————- Best Western Motors buys damaged cars off auction, repairs them, then sells them. If you can get over your own misgivings about buying a restored car then you are in for a treat. I bought a 2012 Cube with about 20K miles. I bought it for $4000-$6000 LESS than it would have cost if it had not been a restored title. I had a mechanic check it out and he saw no evidence of the car having been damaged. He told me "you got yourself a good deal". If you are looking for a good car for thousands less than it would normally cost, Best Western Motors is the place for you. Michael is a friendly, helpful, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, sales person. He is not your typical used car salesman, not once did I feel pressured, not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. I love my car! I loved my car buying experience! We bought a ram from them and the transaction was simple and straight forward. Sam was great at communicating, no hassle, best price. The truck was in great condition, we had 1 or 2 items that needed to be addressed, Patrick, the manager took care of it without us having to go back and forth about it. We flew in for the vehicle from Florida, we were a little apprehensive since it was out of state and then trying to figure out the best way to get it down to FL. These guys really made that a simple task, we left the truck with them and they arranged for the transport company to pick it up and drop it off. We got the truck and all looks good thus far. Would definitely recommend Best Western Motors!

So far so good. I guess the real test will come when I fly to Phoenix to pick up my new vehicle which is much cheaper than having it shipped. Sam has been great in collecting information and in helping me procure this Hyundai venue. Thank you Sam for all your hard work and help thus far.If things go well and we need another vehicle. Great experience at best Western motors. Walked in with no appointment and was able to walk out with a great deal and in car! Sam was amazing and helped us greatly ask for him if you ever come in very helpful took his time and very honest. He was able to instantly pull up two cars in our price range and show us both and offer a test drive a both. They did some work on the car free of charge! They even took a driver out to ensure it would pass emissions and we would be able to wrap up all parts of the sale in one day! If you’re looking for a great deal with no hassle and no fuss this is the place to go!

We bought a 2012 Ford SUV almost a year ago at Best Western Motors. We waited all this time to write a review to get a few miles on this vehicle and see if it would hold up. Well 10,000 miles later it's still running great. This SUV has gone out of state and off road many times over the last year.Even though the cosmetic repairs were not perfect, the function was perfect. We figured we saved about $11,000 in purchasing this vehicles. We have recommended this company to our friends and would easily buy another car from Best Western Motors in the future.

My sales person Jason exceeded my expectations and delivered everything as promised. I Purchased a 2015 Mercedes GLK 350. I live in Charleston SC and was promised the vehicle could be shipped and delivered by Christmas. and that's exactly what happened. Vehicle was exactly as described, cleaned and in excellent shape. I shopped the country looking for a Honda Element I could afford, with low miles. A nearly impossible task. I found one at Best Western Motors. Mike helped put the deal together and was honest and forthcoming in every detail. The 2007 car had been "totaled" in an accident, but Best Western replaced the damaged parts (radiator, water pump, hood, front bumper and grille). It looked almost like new. My only concern was some poor welding work on the radiator support. Overall, for the money, this was an exceptional deal. My independent mechanic spent an hour with the car and said, "Buy it." That was good enough for me! I expect many years of service from this good-looking, low-mile Honda.

My son bought a Subaru Forrester 2.5x with a salvage title. I dealt with Patrick and Mike and they where both very helpful and quick to return calls or answer questions. Patrick picked us up at the airport at our requested time and drove us to the dealership. The car was as advertised and the repairs and condition of the car were excellent. We had a engine light come on when driving home and later had a traction control light come on with in a few days of getting home. I called Patrick about the troubles and he volunteered to send me the money to get the troubles fixed! I thought this was above and beyond what most dealers would have done and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good value on a salvage title car.

Was very interested in an automobile they had in stock, cash in hand to buy. The salesman was friendly but seemed indifferent (minus the standard salesman pitches). When I asked for a vehicle history report he actually told me that I had to email him when I got home (27 miles away) and he would send it. He couldn't print one for me now or take my email/contact info?!? I wasn't going to argue about that with him. Received the Carfax from him the next day after I emailed him. Since that was ok looking I decided to have MY mechanic (a trusted friend who happens to be one of the best rated shops in AZ) check it out before I moved forward. Thank God I did! Contrary to what I had been told at the dealership this car needed $2500+ worth of work to make it safe for any real driving. Suspension was shot (2 shocks completely blown) steering rack had issues, radiator was almost dead (and didn't even have the right coolant). The list was pretty long of things that needed to be fixed immediately or within a few months. When I brought it back and explained what was found the salesman tried to play things down by saying things like, "it can't be that bad, it still runs" and telling me that my mechanic was just trying to make money of me. They didn't really want to make any reasonable deal considering the dismal shape it was mechanically in. Needless to say i didn't purchase this one (found another in fantastic shape for a similar reasonable price). I noticed they still have it for sale for less than the "lowest possible price" it was offered to me for. I only hope that they have the scruples to disclose all the real issues with this car to the next potential buyer rather saying it is in excellent condition like I was told! I don't think it's a bad shop... Just make sure to have an uninterested third party mechanic do a buyers inspection!

Mike with Best Western Motors made the whole experience awesome. The car we bought has been awesome. We drove a 2009 Mustang 1200 miles home and it felt like driving a new car. The repairs were done exceptionally well and we will fly back to buy another car. Great people and great value at this dealership. Their inventory has something for everyone. We decided it was time to purchase a second vehicle. We had visited several dealerships and decided on the type of car we wanted to get. We found Best Western Motors online and saw the vehicle we wanted at an affordable price. We took a ride down to Best Western and met Mike! Mike was very young in appearance, but he was super experienced and gave us space when we needed it. He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. After a very quick test drive and realizing that the vehicle we wanted wasn't a good fit for both of us. Mike was patient and accomodating. We then test drove 2 more cars and we found the one we really liked. Between Mike and his manager (who was very helpful), we negotiated a very fair price with warranty out the door. We are very happy with our purchasing experience at Best Western Motors! THANKS GUYS!

I had never purchased a car out of state before and was very apprehensive doing so. The sales rep not only set my mind at ease with his confidence in his fleet and his support team, but made the process quite easy by picking me up at the airport and walking me through everything. After getting to the place, I was again a little leery because the place is quite dated. But everyone there was very accommodating and professional. I put these guys through the wringer with all my special requests to make everything on this vehicle perfect before I drove it 1,200 miles back to Texas and they happily met each request. They truly bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with car and I am. It's a great car which has run perfect and am truly happy with my purchase.

I was looking for a used car around for around 10,000 dollars. It was hard finidng a good car with low miles but then i looked into Best Western Motors. All of their cars are restored salvage titles. That made me worry a little at first but they back everything that they do since they do all the repairs themselves. I was abel to get a 2012 Chevy Cruze with less then 3,000 miles at a great Price! I am super happy!

I bought a 2012 ford focus sel in April of 2014. There were a few cosmetic repairs that needed to be fixed, a broken headlight from a previous accident as well as the tint needed to be removed and there were a few stains on the interior. I asked for these things to be repaired before I purchased the car and Mike and Patrick were very helpful and did just as I asked. I would have given five stars for quality of repairs however I there were a few repairs that weren't completed, I had asked for the tint on my car to be removed because it was too dark for my liking, however they only removed the tint on the front windows. Other than that I got such a great deal on a beautiful car and couldn't be happier! Thank you Patrick and Mike!

We are from out of state and bought a car from Best Western Motors. The staff was great to work with in every way. After we decided on the car, we flew out from Nebraska and drove the car back. On the way home, there was a mishap and some parts needed replaced. It was actually nobody's fault, but they offered to pay for the parts, which they did. With that many miles between us, they would not of had to do anything but that is not what they did. They stepped up to the plate and did what they said they would do. Thank you guys very much. We love the car. We have talked about it and sure would buy from them again.
