Came to the dealership to test drive a certified pre-owned 2014 Chevy Spark I saw online. Jeff Lorenz was our salesman and was excellent--he offered to go the extra mile to make this purchase possible and was able to get a rate that worked for my budget. Brian was very knowledgeable and thorough with everything. It was my daughter's first new car and he made the experience very different than her friends had led her to believe it would be. Betley Chevrolet had a couple of nice low mileage Malibu's in stock. John Mazzy helped us pick out the one that fit our budget. He made the buying process easy. He went through the car's bells and whistles and helped me set up my phone to the Bluetooth. I even got a Teddy Bear out of the deal.

I did most of the buying process over the internet. John Mazzy was extremely helpful with arranging all the pricing options I needed. They had the exact Silverado I wanted in stock. When I came in to pick up the truck, John was through all the paperwork and helped me set up my Bluetooth and Wi Fi in my new truck. Very easy and enjoyable experience. I purchased my Trax from John Mazzy. It took us a few months to decide to buy one. John was very patience and we ended up making a deal that worked for us. He helped set up the Wifi, Onstar and paired my phone to the Trax. Also, my payment went down when I arrived. Chevrolet came out with an additional rebate the day I picked it up and Betley's lowered my price. Made it easy to buy a car. Looking to get another one later this year.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Prior to visiting the dealer I talked to John through email and on the phone to discuss what I was looking for and gain information about potential trade in value of my current vehicle. John was courteous and answered all my questions quickly and honestly. Since I was going to be lugging my two kids into the dealer that night (6 months and 3 years) I wanted to make sure my efforts wouldn't be wasted and that we wouldn't be sitting at a dealer for hours on end trying to negotiate. We met with Brian that night, John had left for the day (my fault I hadn't told him if I was coming in for sure), and I was a little worried I would be starting all over with negotiating but that wasn't the case at all. That night we were in and out within approximately an hour which included the test drive and we did not have to deal with the endless back and forth of negotiations. Picked up my new car the next day and everything was as promised. I would definitely buy another car from Betley and will recommend to everyone who is car shopping. Best experience ever!

I was recommended to Jeff Lorenz by a co-worker. I called and spoke to Jeff regarding my needs and wants for the vehicle I would be purchasing, rather than telling me what I wanted, Jeff took all my thoughts into consideration and provided me with a variety of vehicles for when I showed up. I was able to cherry pick the perfect car for me and my family. Jeff was kind and patient, and did not push me into anything i didn't want. Had a problem with my vehicle I went in and was told what needed to be repaired. Agreed to have it repaired and 4 months later the repair fell failed. I then get told the first repair was not what should have been done and it needed a more costly repair to fix the problem at 3 times the cost of the first repair. I asked to speak to the service manager and he was rude, sarcastic and argumentative. He did reduce the repair a little but I still paid for the first repair that was wrong and 3 times more for the second time around. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

I bought a 2002 Mercury Sable Wagon with 17,298 miles on it from David Nelson at Betley. It was like a brand new car except for some scratches and a couple of surface gouges. The price paid reflected the body imperfections and basically I feel I got the closest thing to a brand new car that you can get on the used market. This dealership is in New Hampshire and I came from MN. David was able to easily guide me through the process of making a purchase and doing a trade from out of state. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a few hundred dollars more than I expected for the old clunker I brought in as a trade.

I have a 2006 trailblazer which stopped working, misfiring, wouldn't stay running, so it had to be towed to the dealership. Some of the work done, was a requirement like the oil change, but it was billed as a separate charge. It seem like they where doing everything possible to increase the bill. Most places that charge a diagnostic fee, usually take that off the price if you have the service done. It seems like they overcharged me well over 100. The total bill was 750, parts where only around 200, 500 dollars for a couple of hours labor doesn't seem right. The car now runs much better, I was happy with the service, but unfortunetly I don't agree with the pricing.
