Horrible experience. Took my car in because I suspected my rotors were warped causing vibrations and rumbling sounds and told them so. They told me it wasn't that- that I had to replace the wheel bearings on one side. I paid almost half a grand and got my car back- no improvement. I took it back, they say "we took another look and yes it does seem like it could be the rotors are warped". I opted not to replace my rotors there of course. I'll take my money somewhere they won't scam the daylights out of me.

Horrible experience! Bob Church is a liar and is very rude to customers. My car was taken in for a diagnostic because lights kept coming on and off randomly. I told him while booking my appointment that currently the lights are off, he assured me that he could diagnose it without the lights on because it would appear in my history. However, after doing the diagnosis he told me that nothing was wrong with my car that it wasn’t in my history. I have a photo of it and when I repeated what he told about it being in my history, he told me that if it was more than 2 weeks then that’s why it wasn’t there. However, when booking the appointment he didn’t mention it needing to be within the past 2 weeks. I talked to a manager and regardless they were charging me for the diagnostic and this is after finding out they drove my car around for over 20 minutes even though I was told it would be a small test drive. When I went to pick up my car, Bob had me waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes while he sat at his desk watching me before he told me that I could pick up my car from the front counter. As I was walking out the door to the front counter to pick up my keys and pay a pointless fee he hollers “You’re going to have to pay that diagnostic fee!” On top of the horrible service, I was told the diagnostic fee was 55.00 dollars but when I got my bill it was for 60.83. They charged me 5.50 for shop tools even though they found nothing wrong with my car.

Took my car in for service due to a problem with a part. They said no problem with that part, problem with a different part, to my surprise. They ordered the part, "fixed that", I paid and got back my car and lo and behold, immediately car still having issues. I take it right back in, they said you're right! That original part is broken! They charged me another $60 service fee for them to take a look again because they missed it the first time even though I had already pointed them in the right direction in the beginning (this time i decided not to fix it there for obvious reasons)...so now I'm out several hundred dollars due to that other part allegedly needing to be fixed while my original problem has still not been fixed andddddddd i had to pay two service fees due to them not fixing the problem in the first place and them having to "take another look"... Everyone please tell me how this makes sense and how this place is still allowed to operate. Have SHAME Betten Baker Chevrolet.
