I'd forgot to check the operating hours for the Service Department on weekends and pulled up Saturday after they'd closed for the day. Instead of telling me they were closed and to come back another day, they were kind enough to let me in, give me a quick diagnosis and schedule me for service the following Monday. My Monday appointment with smoothly and way quicker than I was expecting. Each time I visit Bettenhausen, I get an even better understanding of what it means to receive great customer care from a car dealership - I can't imagine going anywhere else and settling for less! Shout-outs to Rico and Dan for providing great service.

The sales experience has always been awesome. This was my fourth vehicle I have purchased. Those always got 5 stars, but this time an overall 4 star rating was based on the delivery of my new vehicle. On my past purchases a delivery specialist presented the vehicle and went over the features of the vehicle and helped with Bluetooth setup etc. Luckily I am tech savvy and had no issues. But I think about someone who is not as tech savvy how they would feel. I hope this is something Bettenhausen will focus on because I think this personal attention makes the customer feel appreciated for their business.

Jeremy Guimond was our sales representative. He made the experience pleasant and unforgettable. From the beginning of our journey to purchase a new 4-door Jeep Rubicon 392, he was very helpful, convivial, and knowledgeable. He dedicated generous amounts of his time to sit down with us and help us build the Jeep of our dreams. He was transparent with costs, trade-in values and other details. Once we ordered our 392 he maintained open communication with us to keep us informed of the Jeep's status. This made the experience exciting. Once the Jeep arrived, Jeremy was very helpful in getting us through the paperwork, the trade-in of our previous Jeep, and other administrative details. Our sales experience with Jeremy was the most pleasant vehicle-buying experience either of us have had. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle at Bettenhausen.

I just want to thank Amy Hayes for her excellent service and help. I had a terrible experience at another body shop from a car accident and she was a miracle worker. Not only did she have compassion for what I went through but she got the job done as soon as she could. My car is now in excellent condition and I’m so glad I chose to go to Bettenhausen Dodge in Tinley. I highly recommend coming here for any service and I trust them fully with my vehicle! Excellent vehicle buying process. Fair prices, no haggling. Abbie was fantastic. Had me in and out in well under an hour. Excellent value given for trade in. Highly recommend and will return in the future should another need arise.
