Overall smooth and friendly experience. They carry quality used vehicles and I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle I purchased. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them. Steve and the guys are all very professional. They fixed minor things they said they would before I took the car home, and even changed the front brakes for me free of charge.

Bought a VW Mk6 Golf (2011) and absolutely adore the car. I've had it for 3 months now and the car is running great. Rob was really helpful talking me through the car and allowing me to test drive it. I was shown the complete history of the vehicle as well. Steve, the owner, is a very fair guy and was very helpful to me, talking me through owning a car and important factors to consider. When I was buying they let me take the car to one of my parents mechanics to get checked out which I appreciated and gave me peace of mind when buying. After selling the car to me they honored a 30 day warranty which I believe applies to all cars under 100,000 miles. They fixed a minor oil leak as well as a couple other minor issues and overall I feel as a customer I got a great deal and was very fairly treated. Abraham the mechanic helped me understand what was going on and was really helpful as well. I don't often do reviews but feel they deserved a good one. I would suggest Better Wheels to anyone looking to buy a used car. I'm 23 and it's my first car (was a big step for me to buy my own car) so I am really happy with how I was treated and in the end got a really great deal!

Quick, smooth transaction - I sold my used car with no issues. They even dropped the plates for me at the DMV and emailed me back the receipt. Also important to me was that these guys were prepared to sign the Title. Many other dealers would rather cut corners and ask you to fill out and sign the Seller's portion but leave the Buyer's portion blank.

Very good experience. I have been searching for a specific car, a 1984 Mercedes 300TD for a long time and ended up purchasing one from Steve at Better Wheels. The only problem is, I live in Denver Colorado. Steve made accommodations for me to have a 3rd party inspection and test drive. Once the purchase price was agreed upon, Better wheels stores the vehicle while I arranged for a transport company to ship the vehicle. Better wheels met the shipping company and signed the bill of lading, FedEx’d the title and was always responsive to my questions. I couldn’t have asked for anything else.

This guy steve the owner of better wheels is one of the most used car sales man i ever met...i purchased a lexus1991 ls400 for a fraction of whatvi would pay in my home state of tx..i flew up and he picked me up at airpot...i made sure my car was serviced before my long trip back to tx...new battery.oil change and brand new sets of tires...even shopped quoted price of a part i could be needing in the future..i would not hesitate to buy a car from this seller againguy

We went looking for a fairly specific used Mazda recently and spent an unproductive weekend on Long Island. One had sold days before we got there, another dealer's price was suddenly two thousand more, a third was in terrible shape with a flat, the fourth never picked up the phone, it was kind of your basic "well, this is used car shopping on the internet" scenario. Cars.com pointed us towards a model that seemed like it was going to be right for us and Better Wheels turned out to be exactly what you want in a used car dealer. Steve pointed out the vehicle's flaws and where they had made repairs and what might crop up in the future. Like someone else had mentioned, he replaced the brakes before sending us on our way. The day of pickup was an absolute breeze. Came in, they took our trade, swapped plates, washed what we were driving away in and it probably took about half an hour total for all the paperwork and key trading. I'd search here first the next time I need a car without hesitation, this process was exactly how you want it to be.

These guys were great! I love the Jeep Liberty I am driving now, it drives perfectly. The customer service is great, as everyone there is very friendly and ready to help with anything. Saw the 2002 Mini we bought online. In was contacted by the Steve, the owner of the dealership. He was well informed about the car. He was totally upfront with what was wrong with the car so we had reasonable expectations when we got there. Car was newly cleaned and detailed on the outside and inside was also clean and did not have an odor. Steve added brakes to the car as a part of the negotiation process as he had a garage that was a part of his dealership. He was proud of the work he did and clearly took pride in the cars he sells I'd recommend buying a used vehicle from him.
