It was the best experience ever! Fantastic customer service, great sales team, which made everything very smooth and easy. It was very nice to find out that everyone I interacted with was very enthusiastic about the brand, which means a lot to me! At no point did I feel I was pressured to buy the vehicle or any additional services. The whole team made the entire process run like a nice, refined clock. Our sales rep was working on the paperwork with the finance team, while the car was getting detailed and ready for use. They made sure that I was happy with my purchase from the beginning to the end. No wonder you guys are the "World Famous BMW of Beverly Hills" - I wouldn't want to get a car anywhere else! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Just got my fourth BMW from Beverly Hills BMW a week ago. There’s a reason I keep going back: the EXCELLENT SERVICE. My sales advisor, Neda, makes everything so easy. I’m able to send her an email with the car/car features I’d like. Neda always finds what I’m looking for! Neda’s assistants are so helpful in getting me acquainted with the new vehicle. I Just leased a BMW 540i from Beverly Hills dealership few days ago. That was a great experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. First of all, I had no plan to lease or buy a car that day, because I had to meet friends on the same day. I knew it will take long hours to complete the process. But Scott (salesperson) who actually gave me a call right after I had inquired pricing on BMW website a night before for a 2018 BMW 540i. He sounded so genuine and pleasing. I ask him I like to test drive tomorrow one of your certified 540i BMW that is shown on your website. We set an appointment next day and I ended up to lease a brand new 540i from him. I can describe him as a polite, patient and knowledgeable individual. In first glance, I was so convinced, he is the guy I will buy or lease my car from. Great job! Keep up the good work. Kianoush
