Quick to get someone on the phone. Excellent loaner vehicle. Loads of update and action communications through text with a direct line to a dedicated person to call if I have questions. Most importantly there’s never an up sell. They’re very transparent about what is needed and why. I’d recommend a service rep by name but we’ve had several over the years and they’re all outstanding.

I was traveling and needed to go for my 6000 mile check up. My Subaru dealer back home was booked out for a month. So I was delighted that this Subaru in Alexandria Virginia was able to see me the next day. My visit would have been short and sweet except that I had a tiny chip in my windshield that needed to be mended. Sandi, the young woman who checked me in was a fantastic help. I needed to pay for that service through my insurance but wasn’t sure how to navigate the communication. She got right on the phone and right on the job of sorting everything out and explaining it to me. I couldn’t have done it without her help. Sandi was super attentive and greatly effective. I can’t say enough good things about her. She worked with grace and personality, smiling and laughing often while also juggling the many other customers she needed to serve. I am of course glad I bought a Subaru but I’m even happier that it came with such amazing customer service.

We shopped for a new Subaru and found ourselves at Beyer Subaru. We worked with Pete who demonstrated professionalism and none of the sales tactics that we feared. In combination with Tom, they offered us a deal that we had to take. No pressure or fast talking. Just a good price and offering information we sought. One of the most pleasant sales experiences we have had. We also got a great car.

Wow, I don't think I can go to any other spot to get my husband's Subaru serviced! Very easy to get to and check in. Employees were efficient and friendly. They did heavily suggest I add on one of the premium service packages but once I declined they didn't press it any further which I appreciated. They offer pick up and loaner cars but I opted to wait while service was done. I had a recall repair and added on a standard oil change. They gave me a time estimate and showed me to the spacious and comfortable waiting area. Two large TVs but not playing too loudly so I could read my book in peace. There were also plenty of magazines as well as packaged snacks, fresh popcorn, water, tea, and coffee. I really am writing the bulk of this review on the waiting room but it was a very enjoyable and easy experience for me overall! After staying home for so many months this felt like a vacation I definitely won't be going back to the previous location I went to with a small outdoor waiting area! Masks aren't required if you're vaccinated and I noticed an employee thoroughly sanitizing the areas while I was there. I highly recommend this location!

I reached out to Ron to inquire about a 2020 Forrester for my college daughter. At the time they did not have what I was looking for. However he kept my information and what my wish list was and about a month and a half later reached out to me with an incredible deal that I could not refuse. We drove two hours to look at the car and ended up purchasing it. From the moment we got there till the final papers were signed the whole experience was amazing. Todd in finance did a wonderful job explaining everything and showing us the best value for the wraparound warranty. Our daughter was So excited and surprised. Buyer made this experience a really special one that we will never forget. We’ve purchased many cars, but my husband and I both agree, this was the best experience yet. We proudly display their license plate frame and tell our friends. We will have no problem driving two hours to purchase our next car. We are now Subaru lovers!

I knew what I wanted -- a new silver Outback with the Eyesight system. They had one on the lot. Kamrul Ashfakh explained things to me. He was very open. The price seemed fair. I bought the car for cash. I left it on the lot and came back later by taxi to pick the car up. Kamrul explained how all the features worked. He was very patient. I have had the car for a few weeks now, and I am very satisfied with it. The Subaru Eyesight system is fabulous. I feel that I got a fair price and courteous service.

I have consistently gotten good, reliable advice and great service from Beyer Subaru. It's not the cheapest route, but the maintenance quality is very good, service reps dependable and courteous, and very professional. I highly recommend this dealership for ongoing service needs.

It's always a pleasure visiting our Subaru dealer. The staff is pleasant and competent. Maintenance charges are reasonable, but not cheap. We love our Subaru, and plan to drive it for many years to come.

My husband and I came to Beyer Subaru after having a bad experience earlier in the day with a different Subaru dealership. We walked into Beyer Subaru and were greeted by Kam. After telling Kam what our experience had been earlier in the day he promised to everything he could to help us. Not only did he promise, he delivered. He listened to what we wanted. He was able to get us into a Forester to test drive within minutes of our arrival. He treated us and took care of us in a way that you woukd imagine he would if you were a friend or a member of his family. We purchased our new Forester within an hour of being at Beyer. On top of all this, by going to Beyer we spent $2000 less than what their competition had offered us. We've already referred friends to Kam and to Beyer Subaru.

This was a wonderful buying experience. I never felt like I was being rushed or pressured to buy and I dealt only with one salesperson until the day I picked up the car. I was encouraged to test drive different models and, as a result, ended up with a car with which I am extremely happy.

I was pleasantly surprised with the price of the 2016 Forester quote I received from Steve. He also sold us the wife's and daughter's Subaru. That and the offer on my used car made a purchase from Beyer Subaru an easy decision. I did a quick comparison on line (granted not a true price) but also check the numbers against what Consumers Union (I am a member) said was a good price. I was introduced around the service shop (even though I was there before) and well briefed on all aspects of the car. Even though I could have managed it, they linked my phone to the onboard entertainment system so I was able to enjoy it not he way home. I will most definitely send folks their way when asked.PSBelow the reader will notice that I rated the service top notch. This is my third Subie. I feel confident rating this service section based on the work done to the other two cars in addition to the customer prep work done on the new car.

Out of the dozen different dealerships I looked at, they were the easiest to work with on price. We met numerous members of their staff and they were all professional and there was never any pressure to buy or annoying follow up phone calls. Our salesman, Steve Haywood, was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The buying experience was very pleasant for us. I would highly recommend Don Beyer and would buy from them again.

We knew that we wanted to purchase a 2015 Subaru Forester, so we met with Kam, a most knowledgeable and professional salesman, and from there, it was a total pleasure obtaining my new Quartz Blue Forester!!! We really were amazed at the no haggle pricing, and to realize it was the best price out there, by far!!! It was so easy and quick that we could hardly believe our good fortune! I was able to get a convenient appointment time to get my 2010 Forester inspected. I was happy that in addition to doing the inspection they also checked over the vehicle for fluids, brakes, tire condition, etc. I had an oil change and installed a new battery after a test showed the old one was weak. The service was excellent as usual, with friendly service reps and an okay place to wait in. The price seems very reasonable for the quality you receive.

My husband and I already knew what were looking to purchase so we were easily able to relay that to our salesman Khoa Tran and he provided us with all of the purchase options. We decided to special order the vehicle we wanted so we could get exactly what we wanted and Khoa ensured we had the best price available. Once the car arrived to the dealership, Khoa reached out to me and was very responsive to any emails and phone calls in preparation for the final sale. Purchase day was smooth and Khoa even came in on his day off to work with my schedule for picking up my new Crosstrek.
