I had a fantastic experience at Bidcal Auto. I've had been to 3 other dealerships before coming here, and I must say they took their time explaining the whole process, explaining the vehicle, and worked out a price that worked with my budget. The salesman Andrei definitely out did himself, he was very helpful, respective, patient, and informative with the process, reason why i purchased the vehicle with him. He made sure everything was connected and I understood how the gadgets worked. I would definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this dealership. Andrei 2 thumbs up, thanks again for all your help during this buying process. I drove off in my new vehicle feeling confident, and happy in what I was driving.

Working with Bical auto mall and their employees was truly a easy, seamless experience. Especially working with Charlie Gonzalez i would recommend him and this company to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle! I had just totaled my previous car and was in total disarray about how to find a replacement car so fast. Charlie was there every step of the way not only courteous and caring but more importantly very responsive to me and not only answering all my question but going into every specific details with me to ensure that it's what I wanted. I reside in Delaware and got my car from the them in New York, they are just that good ! When my vehicle arrived it was in spectacular condition , I couldn't be more happy with my purchase

Although this was the longest I waited, it was really busy that day. The courteousness of all, even those not servicing me, made up for that as did the clean, large and beautiful waiting room. I was able to do a great deal of reading. Thank you.

online appointment was not forwarded to Bical. Associate Cruz did fit me in. Very professional and polite. Waiting area very clean.Staff and visitors all wearing mask and distancing. Even got A welcoming from my personal sales person. Only seeing good attitudes being exposed. With customer staff interactions.
