We found this dealership online when looking for a 2021 Dodge Charger ScatPack, and came across an amazing deal from here. Started working with Matt and he helped us so much. From the beginning he was easy going, completely professional and had everything in place for pickup. This is our first out of state purchase and was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had. Even the finance manager Jackie was kind, and gave no pressure. There wasn't a time where we felt obligated to anything but the car we agreed to purchase. Driving 7 hours to these guys was 100% worth our time and I would do it again for this experience.

I recently bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Bice Motors and my salesman, Jeff, was a pleasure to work with. He didn't try to pressure me into buying any of the extra options (extended warranty, interior protections, etc) and listened to every question or concern I had. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was pleasant. Definitely the most courteous Chrysler dealership I've been to and I've never had an easier car buying experience. If I'm ever in the market for another Jeep I'll definitely give them more business.

Went in to see about purchasing a vehicle and met one of the salesmen. Salesman was friendly at first and I made an initial offer, but had to leave for work. The next day the salesman called me and made a counter offer on the vehicle. I told him I would go talk to the bank and call him the next day. After I got approval from the bank, I made a final offer and he stated that he would talk to the sales manager and call me back. NEVER heard back from him.
