I started looking for a new truck, on the Internet, that I would be using for my Construction Co.. Using Bickfords web site, that included good pictures of the trucks that they had on the lot, I started my selection process. Msrp prices were listed along with any offers, promotions and rebates. The window sticker feature was especially helpful for me. I needed to compare and analyze all the different options that each truck had, inorder to find just the right truck. Jake, my randomly assigned salesman set up a test drive.. The next day we started to negotiate on a agreeable price. Through a couple of E-mail excanges and phone calls we agreeed on a price. Now here is the part that I still have trouble believing. When I showed up on Saturday morning to do the paper work and finalize the deal, Jake informed me that the sales team had found a lower price that they could and would accept. It was a significant amout of money and this new lower price was the price that I paid! That's never happened to me before!

The dealership overall had a lot of great choices for cars, and their employees were very nice and understanding of our situation. They didn't constantly call and badger us about buying from them. The were patient and told to take our time. And when the time came to buy a car they were very helpful with getting everything set up. Would definitely buy from them again!

Eric from sales, Eric who worked our financials and Michael who showed us all the truck can do were courteous, thorough and professional. All follow-up services were completed within two days as promised. There was no feeling of hidden costs or creative financing to confuse the buyer. Michael was very knowledgable on all the features and how they work. He knew how to walk the buyer through the many features in a prompt manner, and that was appreciated when Ford has packed this model with a lot of electronic features.

From the moment we arrived at Bickford Ford we were impressed that there were no high pressured salespeople standing around the lot like what we call ("vultures") waiting to pounce on us as we walked in the door. We felt we were treated with respect throughout the process of buying our new Ford Escape. When at the end of the day when it was found that our new SUV needed some adjustments made to the hood we were given a loner Ford Escape to drive home for the evening. Dan Hudson was our salesman and was very helpful and answered all our questions. Eric Berg did a great job helping us with the financing of our vehicle and made sure we understood all the warranty options and exactly what our final costs would be. When it came to getting my self familiarized with all the features and the operation of each of them that came as part of the option package with our new Escape Michael Holden did an excellent job of going over with me how they all functioned.Our overall experience was so refreshing and different from how we had ever been treated in the past when buying a new vehicle at other dealerships. From the first contact with Randy when starting to look at new trucks to the final contact with Michael walking me through pairing my phone and the other technology features, I have enjoyed my interactions with everyone at Bickford, and feel that I have made three new friends!Having researched all manufacture's 1/2-ton new trucks, and driven other trucks at other dealerships during the buying process, I am absolutely convinced that Bickford Ford provided the best price available in the area right up front.Randy was very easy to work with, listens very well, treated us with respect and had the experience to help us think through the buying and financing process.Fred handled handled the document prep/financing/closing very well, explaining everything that needed to be signed at the level I needed it explained.The delivery of the new truck was seamless, as Michael walked me through pairing my phone, setting up other technology preferences and took me through a tour of the technology systems menus. Absolutely the worst in service.. I bought a new 2015 escape. Sense I've had it brought it to the service dept 3 times to fix the blue tooth app. Still not fixed. Now I have to take it in AGAIN.. Along with the drivers side seat belt retracts slower that molasses in January. I asked them to fix that as well. Twice, There response when I picked it up, It works just like the other side.. Ugghh. Of course they don't do loaner cars, so I have to take my husband's truck which is a headache for us both. The one time I used there drivers service. She was so rude. I will never use that again either. Lost paperwork, not organized. Just not overall good customer service. So NO, IM NOT HAPPY WITH FORD AT ALL!!!

Andy is very good at explaining how the apps work and we had a good time with himBut we don't have much good to say about Dan in service we have a problem with the head liner and we showed it to him and he said its not covered we told him that the car was new and only had 10 miles on it but he said talk with Dave not him and he walked off

Looking for a new/used vehicle for my daughters first real car buying experience. Selected one felt it was bland with no bells. Asked to see something in a similar price range and kinda nailed it on the first try. Appreciated the no pressure sales especially, as well as working with our credit as it is. Pricing was appropriate for the kbb pricing etc... turned out a very slightly used vehicle can have a bit more fun with features and comfort. Very happy with the purchase a week in. Was also very impressed with the tech dept. and his ability to clearly and concisely explain all the features.

Was in the market for a lightly used Explorer or Flex. Found the car on this website and went up to go see it. The salesman Jeff W was great. Had the car ready out front when we pulled in. Gave me the keys and left me alone while I looked at it. Let me test drive it alone. He answered all my questions, or if he couldn't, found the best person to do so. No pressure, no hassle - how every dealer should operate. We had our two young kids with us (who happened to have just come from daycare and neither took naps). Everyone there was great to the kids. Easy negotiation. If I'm ever in the market for another Ford, or a used car they happen to have available - ill certainly make the drive up to buy from them again. Will recommend to everyone.

After previous experiences at a couple of other local dealers, where I was told I'd be getting a survey and that "any rating you give me less than a 10 (out of 10) is bad", I heard none of that at Bickford. There was never any pressure, and no coerced ratings - instead there was a desire to get my order right. I'd buy there again in a minute.

I have been a long time customer, the sales people are great but recently I had a problem with the service department. My Escape was clunking when I put in drive when it was cold. I call the service department and they told me that this was normal and did not offer to look at it. I did not think this was normal so I took it to another Ford dealer and they found that the transmission fluid had contamination and the internal componets were damaged. They had to replace the Transmission. I am glad that I did not listen to Bickford

Bickford has the best staff and service in the Northwest. We have bought in excess of a dozen vehicles from them and come away EVERY TIME feeling GREAT about the experience. They are efficient, friendly and VERY Professional. In a word they have their act together. We have bought other vehicles from other dealers and the ONLY one that even compares is Barrier Mercedes in Bellevue. Every vehicle purchased, from dump trucks to the most awesome 2016 F150 Limited we just purchased is everything and more than we expected. Todd Spradlin and Teresa are the VERY best. Now they have Andy the Tech guy going over all the bells and whistles which becomes a great addition. For those of us who hate to read the manuals he is a God send. When I thought Bickford couldn't get any better they prove me wrong every time.

I went to Bickford at the recommendation of two different friends. Both have had multiple and very positive experiences there. One of them has made three purchases from Bickford and the other two. I found Bickford to be everything they said it was.I normally despise the whole car buying transaction experience. Dan Hudson and Jeff Wing made the purchase of my new truck a very easy and stress free experience. Absolutely no pressure and they really valued my time. They did everything they could to make me happy with the deal I was getting, then arranged the financing and delivery in an extremely efficient manner. They understood that I didn't want to hang around the dealership and play the usual cat and mouse games. It felt more like a family environment while I was at Bickford.They had to get my truck in from another dealership and that went smoothly as well. The paperwork was completely done when I arrived and I could have been out of there in no time. I stuck around when offered a tech to go over the features in the new truck. Andy Sullivanhelped us out and did a great job, again, efficiently as possible. He knows how to explain the technical aspects of the truck in a manner that is easy to understand for a non-tech type.I highly recommend Bickford and especially the guys I worked with. Thank you for taking a process that is normally stressful and making it so easy. It is the first time I have gone through a car buying experience without buyers remorse or feeling frustrated with the process and/or the sales persons.

We appreciated not being pressured. Darren showed us several trucks, and was very informative on the different models. We drove a couple, and ended up with a very nice F-150 Lariat. Theresa made short work of the purchase. She even found a lower finance rate than my credit union offered. Michael gave us a brief but thorough overview of the technical features, helped sync my phone - and we were off.

The service department really does take care of their customers now matter how small of a question or concern. Not just when you are buying, but the entire time you own your vehicle. Traditionally, we have hated the vehicle buying experience. Our experience at Bickford Ford was definitely atypical. The sales process was zero pressure. We bought a vehicle that had incentives that were as low as the dealership was willing to go. The price was fair and there was no dickering. We set an appointment for a test drive and our sales contact Mike Mauer had the truck pulled up and ready to go. We had a private test drive, without a sales person, and were able to take the vehicle home to make sure it would fit in our garage. We loved it, decided to buy it, and had a very easy finance experience with Teresa. No pressure at all for the extended warranties, gap coverage, etc. Our preferences were definitely most important. Our only minor complaint is that we had filled out the credit application a few days before on Bickford's website, but still had to wait a fair bit for our financing appointment due to waiting for a positive response on our credit. Michael Holden, the technology and delivery specialist, gave us a very comprehensive overview of the extensive features of the vehicle, and clearly loves his job and working with the customers. His enthusiasm is infectious and got us even more excited about the features of our new vehicle. His knowledge of the extensive features of the truck was impressive, as was his ability to convey them to us as customers. We definitely recommend Bickford Ford for a pleasant vehicle buying experience.

My old car died at 6:00pm on Tuesday. I met with Jeff on Wednesday at 5:30pm. He was patient and kind, explained the difference between models, provided the financing information for both models, and assure me the banks financing decisions would be available by 11:30am on Thursday. Sure enough, everything was set by noon the next day. Travis picked me up at the shop after I returned their loaner and drove me to the dealership where Jeff met me. After we went on a test drive, he introduced me to Teresa, who already had all the documents ready to sign. Teresa then called Jeff back and he introduced me to Michael. mIchael did a great job explaining the technology of the vehicle and answere every question that I had. At NO time did I feel any pressure, manipulation, or coercion from anyone. In fact, as I drove home in my new car, I wondered if I really had just bought a new car because it was as easy and stress free as buying a can of soda at a grocery store. Bickford Ford is Amazing!

I bought a new 2015 F-150 at Bickford and my wife and I agreed it was the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had in our 40 years of marriage. Very low pressure, small town atmosphere and while other dealers I visited were dishonorable Bickford was a very honorable dealership to work with. My salesman was Mike Mauer and he did an awesome job with all aspects of our sale. Would highly recommend him. Matt Rice was also a nice addition to our experience. In this day and age with all the technology on these new vehicles it was very refreshing to have a person that it was his job to explain all of this to us. I ordered s Ford F350 from Chris Nunley at Bickford Ford last fall and took delivery on 2/4/16. The entire process from ordering to taking delivery went flawlessly and on time. Michael patiently and completely explained the many features to me of this truck.,.and there are many! I also broke habit and purchased an extended warranty because of a believable and understandable explanation of its terms by Teresa. I also visited the parts department for floor mats and received excellent help there as well. I have been in the retail business for 41 years and know the challenges of getting all staff to strive for customer service excellence and can say that each of the five people at Bickford that helped me did a five star job! I have purchased 26 cars/trucks over the years including Toyota, Lexas, Honda, Volvo, Mercedes and Porsche and rank Bickford right at the top in customer experince in my case. This review may sound like I have a relative or other close connection to someone working there. I do not, but just received the kind of service one hopes for and that deserves recognition as such!

They were willing to deal on my trade and came close where I had hoped to get. They had a very good price to begin with considering their discount and rebates on the 2015 F-150 I was looking for. Dealing with Bickford Ford was very straight forward. They were very helpful in explaining the features of the Ford Expedition I was interested in. They provided a list of dealerships where I could go to see vehicles with the interior and exterior colors they did not have in their lot and which were of my interest. This gave me the confidence I needed to order the new vehicle from the factory.When the vehicle was delivered to their dealership from the factory I did not have a ride to go and pick it up. One of Bickford Ford's drivers drove over 50 miles roundtrip to to get me from my home to the dealership to take delivery of the new vehicle.Jeff in Sales and Fred in Finance were very thorough in the explanation of the business aspects of the products I was buying.Michael and Matt (Technology and Delivery Specialists) were instrumental in explaining very clearly the operation of different features of the new vehicle.

Having known Russ Sumpter for years I knew my experience would be good at buying a new car, But I was mistaken. It was great! I had a bad experience elsewhere years ago. No stress here. I recently went in specifically to purchase a new C Max hybrid after having previously purchased a used car from Bickford Ford and based on my previous experience knew it was the way to go. I was not disappointed as again I was met with professionalism and appreciation for my continued business. Dave is my go to salesman and Matt did a fantastic job of going over the many bells and whistles of the technology in a C Max. I typically do not write reveiws, but my car buying experience with Jeff at Bickford Ford warranted a review. I found the truck online that I wanted, but wanted to make sure it was still on the lot at Bickford and available. Jeff immediately started to send me pictures varifying that it had not sold, and it matched the criteria I was looking for. We came to an agreement, and had papers signed in about an hour. I'm extremely happy with my selection but having that kind of positive experience purchasing a vehicle, made me that much happier with the truck...I also would like to extend my appreciation to Matt who did an outstanding job explaining all the bells and whistles my new truck has to offer. I really loved the whole experience at this dealership. I had heard about their reputation and they have always been a good neighbor to the community of Snohomish. So when it was time to look for a car I went here first. I've purchased maybe 5 vehicles off lots and this by far was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. I've had the hard sell, the game playing the good cop bad cop gang up (it made vehicle buying an not so pleasant experience.) Randy gave me the information and with a large selection I needed to make a good choice for the family. I was given plenty of time to contemplate my decision with no pressure. When I couldn't get the one I wanted Randy showed me other options which would work for me and it turns out I love this vehicle even more then my first inclination. Each person along the way made it as pleasant as possible. From sales person, to paper work and both Technical advisors for this none techno savvy person. I'm going to buy a new truck from them next!

Having searched for some time I located the used 2014 F-150 Tremor that I wanted at Bickford Ford. I did have some concern with traveling up from Tacoma as I normally would buy a vehicle from a local dealer. I have to say I was really impressed with the customer service and "Swede" my salesman. In fact I would make the trip again and will do so to purchase my next vehicle when it is time. Super people that care about the customer in every way, no pressure, no issues, everything about the process was exceptional.

We were very impressed with our no pressure quality buying experience at Bickford Ford. We were given a fair price for the 2014 Ford Tarus that we purchased, and there was no haggling, or pressure tactics by are salesman, Swed Johnson, or the sales manager. In fact we never met or saw the sales manager. They even allowed me to take the vehicle home so my wife could check it out. I had the vehicle for over an hour and a half with no questions. The entire experience was very positive. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, the positive experience just continued thru the paperwork process, and the excellent training we were received from Matt about our new vehicles tech systems. The entire experience was excellent, and I have no reservations about recommending my friends and family to go to Bickford Ford when considering their next vehicle purchase. I will diffidently go there first.

First solo test drive in my fusion without salesman was also a surprise. I could concentrate on the driving experience without salesman talking and distracting me. Going to a car dealership usually feels to me like swimming in a shark pond; but not true at Bickford Motors. It felt more like a pleasant afternoon excursion. The entire culture is different at that dealership. No one was stressed, people weren't competing with each other, nor pressuring me to buy things I couldn't afford and didn't need. The people who work there are happy, gracious and professional, and there is a strong sense of community. And I was blown away by the service I received, not only by the salesmen who helped me but also by the finance department, who checked multiple lenders to get me the best financing; and by the tech wizard who spent a good 40 minutes with me, teaching me how all the bells and whistles in my car worked, and then gave me his email address and phone number in case I had any further questions. All that for a used car purchase. I have never had such an experience in a dealership; and I doubt I will ever buy a car anywhere but Bickford.

I was able to take advantage of a promotion through BECU/Bickford which lowered my interest rate by a half percent! Today we completed the purchase of our fourth new vehicle from Bickford Ford. Just a bit over three weeks ago I purchased a 2015 F150 XLT Crew Cab and today my wife drove home in a 2016 Ford Fusion SE. Apparently she could not stand me having the nicer vehicle, but I digress...Buying from Bickford is like no other dealership experience and as long as I can keep them they will be MY dealership. I can't imagine going anywhere else.Dave Burleson has taken so much time with us that it makes me wonder if he really has other customers. Michael Holden and Matt Rice are the tech gurus that spend the time to go over the technical features of your new car and are more than willing to help after the sale as well.I have honestly enjoyed buying cars from Bickford. I've had horrible experiences at two other local Ford dealerships so the treatment from Bickford is a welcome difference. Go there if you can.

Matt Rice, Bickford Ford, explained the high technology built into our new 2015, Super Crew, 4WD, F-150 Lariat. Without his assistance we would not have been able to operate 10% of the valuable and desirable features. He was patient, thorough, answered every question and addressed every one of our concerns. Dave Burlinson was great to work with, he was very patient with our deal since it took 6 months to finally get it done. Matt Rice was a real sport staying late till almost 8pm to walk me through the truck, and of course explaining things twice at times for me to figure it out. I have been looking at (coveting) Explorers for 3 years and knew exactly what I wanted. Bickford Ford was the only dealer that had exactly what I wanted and they worked with me to get the monthly payment to my goal. Everyone was down-to-earth and nice in the most non-cheesy of ways....I have zero regrets and have had no buyer's remorse whatsoever. Michael in particular was a very fun aspect of the experience as he enthusiastically taught me about my (very smart) car. I love my new super tough looking, incredibly intelligent, and also totally elegant Ford Explorer!! I highly recommend Bickford Ford - love that they are actually closed on Sunday meaning they are family-oriented and that they function as a team....and most importantly that the experience of buying a new car, which I was totally dreading for all of the stereo-typical reasons, was incredibly positive.

A friend of my wife recommended Bickford Ford. I was further encouraged by what I found on dealerrater.com. This was simply the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever heard. Our salesman Randy was a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressure and he definitely worked to find the car that I wanted. He worked with us to find the best deal really. Fred in finance was low key and just presented the facts. I'd not feel pressured at any point. This was a fair cry from my previous experience with the finance department at a different Ford dealership on a used car purchase. The final piece of my dealer experience was with Matt who took me through all of the features of my new car. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. This was the most high tech feature rich car I have ever owned. We specifically drove to Bickford Ford from Lynnwood when shopping for a new vehicle. We had test driven many makes and models. The Ford Escape was on our list and Bickford's came very highly recommended. The trip was worth it. We experienced the ultimate in no-pressure sales when we met with fleet manager, Chris. After our test drives, he shared all the different options available with different trims so we could decide which Escape would best suit our wants and needs. He gave us upfront pricing so we would also know the actual cost of what we wanted. After mulling over the different makes and models, we decided the Ford *was* for us. After a couple of days, our new Escape was ready. A lovely woman, Teresa?, had the paperwork ready and waiting when we arrived. All the paperwork was completed within minutes and then we were off to meet our new vehicle :) A very knowledgeable young man named Matt was there to introduce us to the Escape. He went over all the technology in the vehicle and showed us how to work all our sweet bells and whistles. He encouraged us to call with any questions that we might have about the new Escape.This dealership came recommended and my family will also be sure to recommend them to others.

My husband and I purchased a 2015 Edge on June 4th. The process was painless. I don't really enjoy purchasing a car but the process at Bickford was great. We arrived and after a few questions for the sales person Jake Berg a shiny Red Edge appeared. Jake asked if we had any must haves, my husband gave him the list. Why bother looking at cars that weren't what we were looking for. After taking a test drive we decided that we would continue the process by discussing price and financing. That process went smoothly as well. We had two financing options offered in a very short period of time. I hate waiting. There was no hard sell to add any additional items we knew what we wanted. After we had signed all the paperwork and we were ready to go, Matt showed up to show me how to work all the buttons in the car. There were a lot of things to learn about the car but Matt was very patient. We plan on buying another vehicle in the fall and will definitely start our search at Bickford.

Bickford Ford, by far, has the largest selection if you're looking for a a new truck (or any ford for that matter). We purchased a new 2015 F150 Platinum edition. As soon as 2015 rolled around we knew what we wanted but had to wait for the vehicles to arrive at dealerships. We checked out a few different dealerships to see the different platinums but we could find a dealership with more than one, if any at all! Bickford got those trucks in 10x faster than the other places we checked out. Service was was top notch. They are up front about everything, no surprises. Chris Webster was a pleasure to work with, he has always been great with all of the members of our family. He is why our family always comes back. Michael, the tech specialist, did a great job explaining all the features and uses of our new truck. He took his time and made us feel like we could call back and ask any questions we might have in the future. You never feel like they are just trying to make a sale, they build long lasting relationships with their customers. When it came to purchasing day we knew Bickford was the place.

I totally enjoyed my experience with Bickford Ford. I purchased an F150 2015 Platinum truck and used horse trailer and then flew back down from Alaska to pick them up and drive them home after adding two horses. The truck and trailer were ready to go complete with all safety checks for the used horse trailer completed when I arrived. The prices and service are excellent and the staff continues to answer questions and help long after you are off of the lot.

I searched on line for weeks to find the exact vehicle I wanted. I was told by numerous dealerships closer to me that the vehicle I wanted just didn't exist. Bickford had posted an ad for almost exactly what I wanted. I was hesitant to call because they are 75 miles away from me, and also, I was tired of hearing bad news from other dealerships and expected the same. I sent Ryan Berg an Email asking about the vehicle. His response was speedy and indicated that he indeed had what I was looking for. In short time we had negotiated a very fair price and agreed on a time for me to go to the dealership to purchase my brand new vehicle. (Ryan came in on his day off. He even moved a personal appointment of his to help my needs). When I arrived at the dealership after my drive from tacoma I found my vehicle parked right out in front with easy access. It was clean and full of fuel. Ryan came out to greet me somehow knowing who I was without ever having met before. In short time the financing was settled and signed, we even found additional discounts, Michael had helped me learn all about the ins and outs of my vehicle, the keys were handed over and I was driving away with a smile on my face and the new car smell wafting through my nose. I have never before had such a pleasant, easy, and fun experience buying a vehicle. Everyone working at the dealership had a smile on their face and a great attitude. Even the customers seemed like they were having fun. I will not hesitate to recommend Bickford to anyone. I will drive the 75 miles out of my way and not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Bickford and Ryan, and I look forward to doing so again.

So when it came time to replace another aging vehicle, I went to Dave again looking for a new Ford Escape. once again the purchase process was smooth, straightforward and stress-free. Bickford posts honest prices up front, with full disclosure of dealer invoice pricing and all available rebates. The nice lady who helped me with the paperwork (sorry, I forgot her name) did it quickly and efficiently, explaining everything clearly. We have purchased six Fords in the past few years, plus a horse trailer. We have bought a couple of them from Ford dealers closer to where we live as Bickford is about an hour away, but after our most recent purchase of a F350 truck, we will only ever go to Bickford in the future. We went to a few other dealers but none of them gave us the sense of integrity, transparency, and just plain authentic professionalism. We got a great deal, better than even through the USAA buying service prices, didn't feel oversold, and got a very nice truck that perfectly fit our needs. I had purchased a truck from Swede Johnson in 2006. He is always very proffesional and has excellent knowledge of his subject matter. I was satisfied with the service work i had done there for the most part.(other than having to wipe off all the black marks the lube bay guys always seem to get all over my white truck!) When i decided to purchase an economy car i went straight to Swede. i had planned to buy a 1-2 year old used car, but Swede got me into a brand new Ford for about what i thought i would be spending on a used car! Now the tough part. My new car has that hi-tech phone system (sync?) which i knew nothing about. Good thing they have Michael Holden, a great young man with lots of hustle, super good attitude and VERY knowledgable in HIS subject matter. in 10 minutes he had me operating that thing like i was Bill Gates! i think you might have a great salesman in that young man in the near future! Now, the new car is white too. if they can just keep the black marks off it at oil change time....

So when we saw the Edge sport in Sunset it was a great color, I went to the dealership to have a look Lindsey was the salesperson who help me so I went for a ride to my house to show the wife when I got there she said I guess I need to get ready and go with you back so we can buy the Edge she was really happy with it. So we went home with a new Edge sport in Sunset. He walked me through and did a comparison on my driving habits and what my gas mileage improvement would be with the Ford Fusion Energi. I worked with LIndsey Bickford to purchase a new 2015 Mustang GT. Lindsey was extremely patient with my many detailed questions while I was researching the new Mustang. She always was very responsive. If she didn't know the answer to my question, she would tell me so, go find out and then quickly get back to me. I worked with half a dozen Ford dealers as I researched my Mustang, to see which dealers would be the most responsive. Bickford and Lindsey were in the top two dealers that I worked with. When I requested pricing, Lindsey came up with a very competitive price, so it only made sense to place my order with her. Taking delivery was equally smooth and easy. Actually the best car experience I've had - and I've bought quite a few new vehicles. Everyone I worked with at Bickford were very friendly and extremely customer service oriented. The company's team spirit is obvious in the showroom where everyone is friendly and cheerful. Swede Johnson in the Sales Department is the nicest, respectful, easy-going car salesman I have ever met. There was no pushy hard sell and we felt no stress with him. He printed different purchasing options for us to take home and review. When we returned with more questions, he patiently worked through those options also. Matt Rice, the tech/delivery specialist, spent over an hour explaining how to work all the technical options and sent follow up emails to make sure I did not have more questions.Other than the finance guy's pushy pitch to sell us an extended maintenance contract, it was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership! This was my first Bickford experience but not my last. I started out on line with contact being Swede Johnson. He gave me my first glimpse of my red Taurus SEL. When I went for a test drive I was assisted by Jake Berg, such a nice, honest,sincere young man. No pressure on any decision. He was always helpful, patient and never pushy. This was my first car purchase in 40 + years as my late husband handled vehicle purchases.. Then came my encounter with Matt Rice. Another very patient, kind and knowledgeable young man. He made all those buttons have purpose. Really there is not one negative thing to say about my experience. These two guys made all the difference and I love the car. We recently found ourself shopping for a new Ford F150 pickup and having never bought a ford in Washington and living in Mill Creek, we had no idea where or what dealers to search. We went to a ford dealer and Lynnwood and just did not feel it was the right place for us. We asked our neighbor if they knew of one and they suggested Bickford Ford. We went there and Jake Berg helped us find the right truck for us. No hard sell just honest information about the trucks they had on the lot. This reminded us of the dealer we used to buy all our cars and trucks from before we moved to Washington. He worked with us and our unique situation as we were waiting for a check from a dealer having won a truck through Delta Waterfowl in North Dakota. I am thrilled with my 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid and my purchasing experience. After having some really bad customer service experiences with Ford in the 1980's I was reluctant to try again. My sister-in-law sent me to Randy Thaut in Snohomish and I am so grateful. The test drives were easy and so helpful. Once I decided I wanted an economical commuter car in Ruby Red - Randy took care of the rest. He quickly located the one car in the state that had everything I wanted - Titanium package. From the very first email to the final demonstration of my new vehicle Bickford Ford exceeded my expectations. I had limited time to come into the dealership so I started by contacting Will Breen by email, He provided all of the information I requested with multiple options of vehicles and never made me feel like he was trying to "sell me" on something I didn't want. In fact he found a way to get me more than I expected to in my Fusion and within my budget. He let me know ahead of time that he would be out of town on the day that I came in but arranged for Lindsey Bickford to help us. She was amazing as well! She was so friendly and always made sure to get all of my questions answered and with a smile. They were also so accommodating with my 5 year old as I had him with me during the process. After the sale was finalized Michael Holden came out to train me on how to use all of the features of my new car. This is something I have never experienced at another dealership. Usually they make the sale, show you one or two things and send you on your way. He was thorough and even offered to do a follow up whenever we had any more questions. Overall it was a great experience. They make buying a car exactly what it should be, enjoyable and exciting!!

We bought a new 2014 C Max. Ryan, Fred, and Michael were great to work with. The price of the car was lower than I could find anywhere. Two weeks later I was lying on the side of I-5 trying to re-attach a trim panel that fell off and dragged on the road. I called service the next day to get it in. They "had to see if I could get a loaner." Then, they couldn't have the loaner available until 8:30 in the morning. I explained that I dont think I should miss work for a two week old car. I asked if they could understand where I was coming from. Service responded, "I can understand that. So, did you want to schedule the appointment later in the morning?" What? If service opens at 7:00am they should have loaners at 7:00am. I called Ryan and he got me hooked up. Once the car was in the service department they called and told me the repair wasn't covered by the warranty... The car is was 2 weeks old! What again? They told me I hit something on the road. They acted like they were in the car with me when the part fell off. I told them they were wrong. Again they said, "I'll see what we can do." They called back and said they would cover it. Only after I got firm with them. 5 days later the car was fixed. One more tiny thing; they called me to tell me my car was done. I showed up to get it 90 minutes later and it was, "4th in line for the car wash still." Not that big of a deal, but just a continuation of the odd/unaware attitude of they had been showing me.The buying experience was fantastic, but the following experience has ruined it for me. I hate that I had to write this review. I will not/cannot honestly recommend this dealership. I will never bring my business back there again.

We were able to look around the lot and take our time without being pressured. When we were ready Swede was ready to get us setup for a test drive in the vehicle of our choice. Swede was very up front with the pricing and our options.After the purchase Matt did a thorough job of going over all the bells and whistles in the new truck.Fantastic dealership, great to work with, I'll definitely be back to buy there again.

Great Ford dealer. I dealt with a couple others beforehand and did not like them. Jeff was great. Easy and straight forward to deal with. I got the exact car I wanted for much less. Everyone there was helpful, professional and very nice. I highly recommend Bickford Ford. Michael was very thorough when explaining the inner workings of the car. I don't think I would have even bothered trying out the Bluetooth if it wasn't for him.

He was willing to show us different models we were considering and was able to answer our questions. I like that we were able to test drive the vehicles by ourselfs.When we picked up the truck the Tech & Del Spec, Michael, went over all the details of how to get the most out of the features. This is an update to my previous review of the service department, especially Todd. Having given Todd one last phone call and having the poor phone operator tell me she would get Todd on the phone this time for sure, I set up the appointment to bring my car in for it's oil change and the estimate for the tune-up. At no time did Todd even acknowledge the previous three phone messges I left or even given a fake apology for not gettng back to me, he acted as if I never called. Anyway, coming in today I was greeted by Raelynn who was working Todd's desk.. WHAT A FANTASTIC PERSON! She changed my service person and really restored my faith in service departments! Because of her willingness to work with me, and the new service person, I have a renewed faith in Bickford so much so that I felt the need to come home and give this updated review! However Todd in my opinion still needs some remedial customer service classes or somethng to help him keep business not lose it.

My experience purchasing my first new car was excellent! I never once got the "typical salesman" vibe from either Eric or Dan. Mike was also very helpful with teaching me all the technical aspects of my new Escape. He even stayed past closing! The whole staff was very knowledgable, patient, and extremely helpful.

So for quite a few years I have taken my 2008 edge to Randy at Bickford for the routine services. He was always friendly and seemed to listen to what I had to say (read didn't treat me like a girl in garage). Unfortunately I was passed onto Todd. Not only is he THE WORST at trying to get in contact with, he is condesending and seems to look through you instead of at you. The last time I brought my car in for an oil change I had an issue with the engine fan continuously running. He claimed it was because of the warmer temperatures outside. Um, went home and found out that the continuous running of the fan was due to the fan itself gettin ready to go out. This past attempt at contacting him is SERIOULSY FRUSTRATING. In the past six days I have called three times. Each time having to leave a voicemail. I have stated my name, the year make and model and the appointment I was hoping to set up. I even left my phone number two times during each phone call. Apparently he is too busy to return a call. I like Bickford as a whole, but if he is representing the service dept and is this hard to get in touch with and has no ability to even attempt to care about the customer then I will drive down to Ford of Kirkland each time I need ANYTHING done to my car, including buying a new one!

While shopping for an Explorer I looked at several dealerships to decide the model and options I wanted. When I arrived at Bickford, I was so happy to find someone who wanted to understand what I was looking for and offered honest ideas and suggestions. There was no pressure to buy something that didn't fit my needs just because it was on their lot. When I made my purchase the service was really good from everyone I interacted with. I would buy from Bickford again, it was easy, with no pressure and I feel I paid a fair price.

I just purchased a Ford Mustang from Ryan Berg at Bickford Motors in Snohomish. Ryan let me take the car for a test drive on my own and told me to take as long as I needed. When I returned, Ryan sold me the car for my target price, which was a much better deal than I could obtain at any other dealership, and helped arrange full financing at an excellent rate. It was worth driving all the way to Snohomish to purchase the car. I would highly recommend Bickford. It was certainly one of my best car buying experiences.

Have been looking at an F-150 for well over a year now. Jeff Wing arranged for me to have a F-150 for an extended day to see how we liked the car. When it was finally time to purchase went to several dealers in the Puget Sound but returned to Bickford motors for my purchase. Overall process was good, from time of getting down to price and when I left time took no more than a couple of hours. Jake Berg took the time to show me the features of the F-150 and the Sync systems, took 30 minutes and done. Main reason for buying from Bickford was Jeff Wing.

I was preapproved by my credit union prior to beginning the car purchase. I also looked into the Costco Program and they brought me to Bickford Ford. The approved salesman for Costco was very helpful in looking for a car in my price range so my son and I met up with him. The salesman was able to improve on the Costco program and I ended up getting the vehicle I had eyes set on. My son accompanied and was very helpful as he has a good knowledge on cars, so that helped me as well. I felt no pressure to buy at anytime during the I was at the dealership. Great experience not your typical pressure at a dealership! They didnt have the truck I wanted, (color and options) so they went the extra mile to find exactly what I was looking for. When youre spending that amount of money, why not! Dont get me wrong, they have a huge inventory, but I was looking for something special. Within minutes they found it in another state. Meanwhile we started the paperwork process which only took about an hour. Buying a truck sight unseen is a little nerve racking, but they made it easy and made me assured everything would be just fine. The next day they made arraignments to get my new truck delivered. The following morning I received a call, did a quick walk through and drove home in my new truck! On my way, I even noticed the tank was full. Great set of professionals! I had taken my old truck there for servicing and enjoyed the customer service. Thats what led me to go there shopping for a new one when it was time. I would definitely recommend them.

I've also taken the older car in for routine maintenance and a minor warranty repair and have had nothing but excellent service every time. During the purchase process I never felt any pressure to 'close now'; in fact they worked with me on my most recent purchase to make sure I ended up with the right car that would meet my needs. When I was ready to replace my 2002 F150 with a 2014 F150, I emailed Bickford to ask about the possibility of trading in my old truck and another car toward the purchase of a new truck. Dave Burlison contacted me right away and was helpful and accommodating from the start. After the appraisal, I was offered more than I expected for both of my trade-ins, and while I didn't qualify for all of the assorted Ford discounts and rebates, I was able to take advantage of most of them. The final price was comparable to a few other dealers in the area, and significantly less than many others. Dave helped me look at all of the various financing options and was genuinely interested in finding what was best for me. Ultimately, I chose to finance through my credit union, which was not a problem. In fact, I was able to take the vehicle home with me while we waited for the check to arrive from the credit union. Eric Berg in financing stayed late after closing to help me finalize paperwork, and the Technology & Delivery Specialist, Jake Berg went out of his way to make sure that I had all the information I needed about my new F150. My experience at Bickford Ford in Snohomish was excellent from start to finish.

From my first e-mail with Bickford I knew it was already a more positive experience. My car previous to my new purchase was stolen and I was on a budget for a new vehicle. Not only did my sales representative go the extra mile to help me get the F-150 that I wanted, he got it to me for an exceptional price. It sincerely felt that you were working with the dealership, not against them as if playing cards at the casino. I am always reluctant to deal with high pressure sales persons. This was not the case. This is our second new vehicle purchase from Bickford. We were very happy with our initial purchase process, no hassle, upfront and a great deal. Same thing second time around. We worked with David B. the first time and Ryan Berg this time. We test drove, and got pricing detail, returned later to get info on our trade in, negotiated where the deal would go. We decided to think it over and check out another dealer. After a day to reflect and research the deal we found it to be the best option at Bickford, we went back and Ryan was great to work with. There was no pressure to close the deal or trade sales guys to a "closer" like another nearby dealer to the north. When the initial SUV was going to be a higher price than we wanted, it was very nice to not get the attempted close on a lesser vehicle and that worked well in their favor as we ultimately made the purchase after having time to make our decision. I'd also like to comments on the service group, I've had a couple issues on my prior purchase, but Ray Lynn has taken care of issues quickly, her level of service and prior purchase experience is what brought us back! Jake Berg did a great job of walking us through the new vehicle options and set us up with the sync my ride system. Very happy customers!

This dealership gets it- they work hard to over deliver to their customers and make sure you are satisfied with the results. I've used their service department only a couple times (our previous escape proved to be very trouble free), always had a positive experience with that department as well. Repeat customer- just traded in our 2008 escape (which we bought new at Bickford) for a 2014 Escape. This is a friendly dealership with a lot of long-term employees, these guys work hard to keep their customers happy and have earned our repeat business. Dealership is clean, well organized and the staff are all friendly. Negotiating a car purchase is not what most consider "fun", but these guys work hard to make it as painless as possible. The few times I have had to use the service department I have had great results. This is a great dealership, still has a "small town" feel to it, but you get the same service you would get at a larger downtown facility. I prefer to keep my money in Snohomish County and these guys worked hard to get it. Recommend.

I recently purchased F150. I was very happy with the whole transaction. I was very impressed with Jake Berg for taking the extra time to go over all the new technology on my truck. I thought it was great that he said I could call him directly if I needed help. Randy Thault was exceptional as usual. The only bad review I have to write is with the service department. On 11/21/13 at about 9am I called with some issues on my old F150. I have always been with Randy in the service department, but now it is Todd. I left a message for Todd to call me on his voicemail, but never recieved a call back. I find this totally unacceptable. I understand it can be busy,but the customer should recieve a call back, even if it is just to say that you have not had a chance yet to look into the problem. The customer should always feel that they are acknoweledged.To make it worse, I voiced my frustration about this to Randy Thault when I talked to him on 11/25, and he mentioned it to Todd and I STILL did not recieve a call from Todd. This is not a good reflection to have on your dealership. I hope that actions are taken to improve the customer service in the service department as it does look good for your business. Thank you.

I just purchased a new F-150 Lariat and it was by far the best car buying experience I've ever gone through. I started out in the lot and was quickly met by a friendly agent who answered all of my questions. I was able to take a test drive for as long as I wanted and when it came to get down to brass tacks I had a no hassle purchase. I must admit I went into it with my defenses up and came out fully at ease with a stellar deal. If your considering buying a new Ford, I highly recommend making Bickford your first stop. You won't find better service or prices. Ask for Ryan Berg.

If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would. Bickford had the best prices I have seen online hands down, and when I showed up they had the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. I was apprehensive about purchasing my first "new" vehicle, but the sales staff was not pushy at all, and let me take a solo test drive without hesitation. The sales representative I worked with was Ryan Berg, who answered all of my questions and assisted me in a great deal. Highly recommend!!! I won't purchase anywhere else from now on.

Bickford's ability to diagnosis and fix a front-end / steering problem with my 2005 Super Duty F-350 sold me on this dealership. The F-350 problem had perplexed another dealership (where the vehicle was bought new) - to the point that even after four visits over as many months, the issue wasn't resolved. Bickford solved the problem on the first try! Chris in the Service Department really knows his stuff. After that we bought a new Edge. Randy in Sales was exceptionally helpful and flexible in fashioning a purchase arrangement that addressed all our trade-in and new purchase issues. His years of experience and his friendly approach to the transaction were very much appreciated. The dealership where I originally bought the F350 gave me free 5000 mile oil changes - for life. That sales tactic (by an inferior dealership) blinded me to what kind of alternative service is available at a reputable, responsible, supportive organization like Bickford. Better late than never, I've switched to Bickford - despite the fact that I live 45 miles away.

I purchased a new Ford Edge. I really like the vehicle and the sales team made the buying process low key, simple and personable. I had done some preliminary work on the Internet for pricing on my trade and on the new vehicle. Bickford met my pricing expectations with minimal back and forth. The orientation process on the new Edge was excellent. The Edge I bought had plenty of bells and whistles. The Technology Specialist explained them very well and set some of the features up for me as part of the post sale process. He said to come back without an appointment if I need a question answered.

I really appreciate the fact that I was able to see a deal online and actually find the vehicle on the lot. Bickford gave real information, not just a teaser to get you in the showroom and then explain why you don't qualify for the discounts. I just bought my second F150 from Bickford Ford. The first was a 2008, this time a 2013. Both times I have had a good experience with the folks at Bickford Ford. I really appreciate the professional assistance that I have received from Jeff Wing, Eric Berg, and Jake Berg, and the same goes for any other of the Bickford folks I was in contact with. I did shop around with other dealers, but both times, Bickford Ford had just what I was looking for on the lot. Both times, the Bickford Ford folks worked diligently to get me into the F150 I wanted with a deal I could afford. And I must say that I absolutely love my new F150. Driving it is like driving a sports/luxury vehicle that just happens to look like a truck. I have also dealt with the service department a few times as I did make modifications to my 2008 F150 that I could not do myself. The work was done efficiently, on time, and at a reasonable cost. But they really helped me figure out what i needed out of a new vehicle. They didn't just try to sell me something pricey or over the top, they wanted me to find the right vehicle for me. Over 20 years ago I had a friend working her way through college as a caregiver to an elderly person who was housebound. This friend purchased a new Ford Pony from a local dealer. It was a necessary purchase and her first ever new car. When the fuel pump went out at less than 12,000 miles the dealership told her she was on her own to pay for the fix. Now she had a car payment and no functioning car. Somehow, it came across the desk of someone at Bickford. Keep in mind, this was an incident that was in western Washington but had zero attachment to Bickford Ford. Bickford paid to fix the car. I vowed I would someday return the favor. My F 250 super duty was our families second new car purchase in the past year from Bickford. Both times we used Randy. I found him to be incredibly friendly, helpful and honest. Jake Berg helped with the intro to the truck's inner workings. Jake customer service skills are phenomenol. This was my first new vehicle purchase in over 20 years. The experience was delightful. I highly recommend Bickford and all their staff.

The dealership is well-organized, free wifi meant I could work while paperwork was being processed, and everyone from the receptionist to the finance person was kind and helpful. Our experience at Bickford has always been well worth the short trip from Bothell as this is our 3rd purchase from your dealership. We have had 3 different salesman for each vehicle we have purchased and as was the 2 prior purchases our salesman Russ Sumpter was very Professional, Respectful, Knowledgeable, and easy to talk with no pressure sales pitches. Jake was so full of information and how the 2012 Focus operates. What a great experience! As a first time buyer, I was a little nervous walking into a car dealership....But after a few minutes of sitting down with my salesman, Dan Hudson, I knew I had came to the right place! Right off the bat Dan made me feel comfortable. Not only was I surprised, but very relieved to have a salesman that was genuine and truly wanted to help me find the right vehicle for my needs. After I made my decision on my new vehicle the rest of the process was very easy! All of the paper work was covered and explained to me in detail, and before I knew it I was driving off the lot! So satisfied with your service staff, we then purchased a Circle J Trailer from Maggie a year or two later. Always, theyve exceeded our expectations. This past Saturday, April 20th, my wife and I decided it was time to retire our F250 and look for a newer vehicle. He immediately put us at ease by this friendliness and maybe most importantly, his listening to our needs and directing us to what would make the best fit for us. These folks were so nice! I shopped Nissan, Toyota, and dodge before going to Bickford Ford in Snohomish. No pressure at all from the sales people. I ended up buying a 2013 Edge. Not only was the stated color of the vehicle wrong but many of the features advertised were not even present or working on the vehicle. Sales associate blew me off when I pointed out that the "extras" where not there. >If you say child safety seats vehicle should have child safety seats. >If you say it has parking sensors vehicle should have parking sensors. >When you say the vehicle is Grey it should not be Green. >If you say rear view camera it should work. Just saying don't waist your time with this dealership if your looking for used. They give SUPER LOW trade in values and negotiations are horrible even after pointing out that 5 out of the extra features advertised were not even there or working.

My 2006 6.0 liter ford Diesel had 2 major repairs done at Bickford Commercial service with Dan Valentine. 1 at 85,000 miles and 1 at 117,000 miles. Both repairs were to replace cracked heads. I have driven 6000 miles and now the high pressure oil pump blew a line and caused $3400 in damage. In 2006 a technical Service bulletin was issued about this oil line coupler and Ford made a special coupler kit to solve this problem. They also reccomended that their dealers service depts tell the customers about this problem and install the kit if they do a job which gains access to the high pressure oil pump. Well Bickford tore my motor apart 2 times and they never said a word about it. This is a $58.00 dollar kit that would have saved me $3400. I called dan Valentine for 2 days and he would not return my call. I finally went through the Bickford switchboard and got ahold of him. He said they never actually worked on the pump so it was not his problem. I asked him why he didn't mention the Technical Service Bulletin being the fact that when the heads are off the high pressure pump is right there and easy to work on. After I questioned him a little more he said that I could not send my truck there and he would not work on it. I guess I ask to many questions, and why would anybody do that when your about to spend $3400? He was rude and very unprofessional. I then called the Service manager Kevin Jameson and told him what had happened. What a jerk! He said being that I question Bickfords ability to repair my truck when I talked to Ford during my 2nd repair he didn't like that. I asked him why I wasn't told about the Service bulletin and he said they don't have time to discuss all the bulletins with customers and that I should have gone on the internet and looked it up myself. So much for going to the dealer because they know about all the current service bulletins. I think this will be a good case for "Get Jesse" on King 5 news. I have now towed my truck to Ford of Kirkland, and wow!, these guys have their act together!! Dean webster my service consultant put together an estimate in less than 4 hours, so I could get the ball rolling with Ford for some financial assistance. I then received a call from Tom Olson the Service manager the next morning letting me know he was talking to Ford on my behalf and going through every channel to help me in anyway he could. Tom is really a standup professional. I think Kevin Jameson could use a lot of pointers from Tom. When Tom was done, he got most of my repair paid for. These guys at Ford of Kirkland have renewed my faith in Dealers and I will never take my vehicles anywhere but Ford of Kirkland. We spent far too much time shopping for the perfect used Expedition. In our search we ended up visiting far too many Ford dealers from Tacoma to Marysville and we both felt that Bickford was the least "car dealerish" of them. We ended up buying our Expedition from another dealer because it had the option packages we were looking for but I'd rather give my money to Bickford. Next time guys!Thanks

Contacted Bickford Ford after searching on cars.com for a new Ford Escape. I e-mailed the dealership to get more info and was contacted the next day by Darin Matthews. He provided me with a great price and directions to the dealership. He also assured me that any vehicle I selected would be reserved for me for 24 hours to allow me time to travel from my home. I would have purchased from them if my neighbor hadn't made me a deal on her used SUV that I couldn't refuse. If I am in the market again, I will surely contact Bickford.

Decided to buy a new 2011 Explorer and called around (willing to go from Olympia to Bellingham) to find one that had all the options/ color etc that we wanted. Checked ALL the dealerships around that showed having the Explorer online that we wanted and got the best / nicest / professional call / follow-up from Jeff Wing at Bickford. We decided a few days later to drive up to the dealership (over an hour) and met wth Jeff who in person was just as delightful to deal with. (even though the car we exactly wanted was not in yet, it was expected soon) Dealership is very nice-- clean- smiling friendly people- many customers who also looked happy- and the day we were there, free doughnuts- fresh and yummy. All in all a great experience. Worked out the paperwork details, and Jeff said he would keep in touch on status of when vehicle would arrive which he did. He talked to my husband through the week with updates and we made an appointment to pick up the car the Saturday following when it arrived. When we went back to get the car, again everyone was welcoming and made us feel like our business was valued. Jeff spent a good amount of time going over all the bells and whistles of the car and made sure we felt comfortable with the main features. (SO many awesome things on this car!) We drove away feeling great about the purchase and most importantly that we had dealt with JEFF and BICKFORD. He did a great job with every detail-- even recommending a nearby place to eat which was terrific. Jeff provided exemplary customer service and we would highly recommend him and the dealership. We also got a follow up email from the TECH person at the dealership who wanted to make sure if we had any questions about the car / navigation system/ in dash touch screen / features etc. to let him know as he had not been working the day we got the car. All in all a great experience with Jeff and the Dealership in general- and a great vehicle!

I requested internet quotes from various Washington Ford dealers late on a Thursday night. When I checked my inbox on Friday, Eric McCarthy had responded with the information I was looking for, listed in the format I had requested. He quoted a price that was obviously not just an invitation to negotiate. Bickford Motors' bid was $300 lower than the next highest response and $800 lower than the highest internet quote I received. And I'm talking about well-regarded dealerships from Clark County to Whatcom County. Eric was great about confirming the deal in clear, definitive terms, and documenting everything in e-mail messages. The actual purchase order process was quick, friendly, and relaxed. I've placed orders for topsoil that have given me more cause for apprehension than anything I experienced ordering this vehicle from Eric.A screamingly great price combined with friendly, forthright service - you can't ask for much more than that.

I dropped by Bickford Motors looking for an inexpensive reliable $2000 car for my daughter. Erik worked within this limited budget and offered us a recent trade in with very low mileage for its age. I was allowed to use my own shop to inspect the vehicle, and the selling price was adjusted somewhat to compensate for some repairs needed. All in all Erik was fair and straight forward all through the deal. I honestly never encountered a good experience with purchasing a new or used car from a dealer, and am stunned to discover a great car dealership right in the town of Snohomish where I live.

Easiest vehicle I ever bought. Most personable salesmen I've ever dealt with. Took about 1.5 hours to look at the trucks, discuss the price, paper preparation, credit check and sign the multitude of papers. Last year I purchased a great used truck from Bickford. My salesperson was Jason Bickford who was very thoughtful and a lot of fun to work with. He kept an eye out on incoming used trucks, let me know they had one that fit my needs exactly - then I came in and got it for a a price lower than any similar trucks in model, year, and mileage in the State of Washington. Also Theresa breezed me through the loan/paperwork process in minutes not hours.

Went to Bickford to check out 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid and test drive. Eric Sundvor was excellent throughout the process from initial contact to negotiations he tries to work out a deal so its a positive give and take. I didn't initially have intentions of buying when I test drove the Escape Hybrid but I was extremely surprised on my test drive and the interior looked plush. Eric has a even keel personality not overbearing and looks for best deal for his customers. We looked at various packages, options and pricing regarding my Escape Hybrid along with the colors that appealed to me. He understands a good experience buying means more business in the future and that word of mouth is powerful. Very satisfied with my experience at Bickford. I drive 50,000+ miles per year so I turn over vehicles every three years and most definitely will buy again.

Our salesman, Erik Sundvor, and the Bickford Team went out of their way to place us in our 2010 Ford Focus in the final hours of the 2009 "Cash for Klunkers" Program. Erik listened to our needs and could not have been more helpful in making sure we could drive home in our new Focus the afternoon we arrived. Of all my previous car buying experiences, this was most enjoyable as we felt no pressure to buy--only a willingness by the Bickford staff to meet our needs. I went back there for an oil change in the service department and everyone was great. I have had the most amazing experience with every car I've purchased from Dan Hudson He never has been pushy, he is genuinely interested in getting me the right car for my family, there is little "negotiations" as he gives us the best price from the start. Dan phiser is amazing with maintaining my vehicles. He is so considerate and thoughtful of my budget and is really informative. They are so fair and seem truely concerned with my families well being. I saw a mustang that Bickford was selling. Contacted them through the internet about the car. Daniel contacted me about the detials on the car. He was very funny and helpful with me questions. Being the distance from where I live and where Bickford is. Dan and I did alot of talking and emailing to each other. He even help give a estimate on how much my trade-in would be approx by the pictures I sent him. That was awesome! When we drove up to dealership. Everyone treated us like we were family. You don't see that everyday. The deal went so well, I didn't even test drive the car. Because I knew that they stand behind their word. We are currently looking at another Vechicle at Brickford Ford. We are sure that this is going to be another great experience with Bickford Ford.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Eric at Bickford Motors. Eric was very professional and helpful through the entire purchase process. I would not hesitate to buy from Bickford again or to recommend others to their well run operation. They delivered on everything they promised. I never felt pressured through the process. You can sense the pride they have in their family run operation. Bickford is my place for future auto purchases.

I've been looking for a field truck for my girlfriend. Was calling around dealerships looking for a mid size. A few said they had something that would work. But when I made it in they would try to sell me something more expensive than I wanted or older. I finally got a hold of Dan Hudson at Bickford. He said he had a Dodge dakota there in my price range. The Dodge just came in on trade in. They said they wanted to run it through their shop before they sell it. Im thankful that they did. They found a vacum leak in the fuel system. And sent the truck over to a dodge dealership to get checked on more dodge specific equipment. Found the minor problem and got it fixed. Dan called me in when it was all done. And even came in on his day off to adjust to my schedule. When I came in he had a carfax report and the what the final price would be after taxes and licensing. I was so impressed with his service my looking changed to buying. I finished up with Eric Berg in finance. I didnt tell them that I wasnt from around there. So the taxes were higher where I was from. I didnt have to say a thing. They just automatically dropped the price down to hit the original quote. Eric was very informative with warranties. And extremely nice. As were all the employees I meet at Bickford. I recommend Bickford and Dan Hudson to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. It will be the first and only place I will go for my next vehicle.

My wife and i both feel this was the best dealership we have ever come in contact with. Eric McCarthy was friendly, courteous and professional. We told him what our budget was ( we were looking for a used Ford Mustang) and he was able to help us get a great car at a very good price. We never felt pressured and were always talked to in a calm friendly manner-unlike so many other dealerships.The Mustang we bought was clean and in excellent condition. Bickford Ford was a great dealership to buy a truck through. I had previously called a few different dealerships around the westcoast and none of them took my call seriously and never got back to me on the truck i was looking for. Jason found the truck, got it to his site, and got it off to me all within a week.

I would never buy a car anywhere else. I have purchased both a car and a truck at Bickford. On both occasions, the salesperson was not pushy. In fact, when I bought the car, the sales person allowed me to take the car home for four days with just a $100.00 deposit. When I came back, he handed me my check and asked me what I wanted to do--no pressure!!. I did buy the car, but noted that the windshield washers didn't work. They fixed the washers at their expense, and, without prompting, also fixed the serpentine belt and rear brakes AT NO CHARGE because they felt they "should have done that before it went out for sale". At all times I have been treated with respect and without the usual "Hey, Little Lady" attitude a woman often gets at a car dealership. Bickford Ford is the best dealership anywhere!
