Fast and easy transaction! Not your typical pushy car dealership. Freddy, Brian and Bill are class acts. Even came in after hours to accommodate my work schedule and show me a truck. Definitely recommend!

I contacted this dealership to inquire about a used vehicle listed on cars.com. I asked multiple questions about the vehicle. The dealership responded in less than 90 minutes by e-mail answering all my questions and alerting me that there had been issues noted with this vehicle, therefore they were now considering it a mechanics special. This was very helpful as I would have been traveling roughly 50 miles to the dealership to view/drive the vehicle and now I avoided that trip. I can not say how much I appreciated the quick reply and honesty in this dealers communication.

My salesman was Chris and he made the thing from start to finish relaxing and easy. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. Complete ( and welcomed ) surprised to be treated that way after being treated the way they do on McLaughlin Blvd or 82nd ave. Bickmore will be the only place I will go when I'm in need for a vehicle. Good vehicle at a great price!

I just returned from wasting three hours of my life at this place. They have an '05 Pontiac Vibe on their lot that I took to a mechanic to have looked it. Sure, it has a clean title, but turns out this car was in an accident and wasn't repaired well at all. Had obvious damage to the under carriage, including the 2nd Cat, from obvious off-roading. Needed new struts. The tires were so bad that three of the four are not legally allowed to be driven off of a dealer's lot according to the federal government. When I brought all of this information back, the sales person basically admitted they already knew everything that I was telling them and still were not willing to budge on the price, even though I would have to put a couple grand into getting the car back up to speed. I don't trust these folks to be honest about their vehicles - make sure you get a third party mechanic to look into your car before you sign any papers with these guys.

I have purchased three vehicles from Bickmore Auto over the last few years with a wonderful experience each time! This is why I decided to bring my daughter in for her first car! Again the experience was great! Fast, reliable, friendly and very professional. My daughter was thrilled and very surprised with her experience. She had tried going to a few other dealers first but did not have good luck at all with them. We wont shop any where else besides Bickmore Auto!!!!

Wasting of time is what this place is. Simple questions EVERYONE buying a car will ask. 1. Price 2. Mileage 3. Monthly payment amount 4. A.P.R. You guy's should learn to answer peoples questions. I am not entering into an argument over these simple questions. You don't have answers, fine I will buy a car somewhere else.

It was very easy to walk in and talk to bill. He was very patient while i made my decision. He stayed past closing time and he even came in the next day which was his day off to finalize. Also it was a great price n the car.

The team at Bickmore Auto Sales Gresham was Great! We were from out of town so they opened early to accommodate a test drive and possible vehicle purchase. The vehicle was very clean and ready for a test drive. The receptionist was kind and courteous. The sales person was very knowedgeable, professional and answered all questions. The manager and I negotiated on a price I could not refuse.

Brian was terrific to work with and very trustworthy. I purchased a Toyota Tacoma from him and had not seen it yet, except in pictures. It was everything he said it was. When I went to pick it up, the overhead console wasn't working. He followed through and on my next trip to the Portland area promised to fix it. This guy is great! Thanks again, Marty

Found vehicle online, Flew in and dealership picked me up at the airport. No hassle buying. No high pressure tactics. You deal with 1 individual through your entire buying process. I was allowed to have the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party mechanic. Paperwork done quickly. I had a great 7 hr drive home in a great car!! I would reccomend Bickmore to friends,

This was a very good buying experience from this dealer. Brian and Chris were both very helpful without hovering around or being pushy when I was out looking through their car lot. They were both there to answer any question I had. I felt their answers were accurate and truthful. After I had made a decision to buy, the process went very smoothly. It took less than half an hour. I drove up from Salem to make this purchase and would make the drive to purchase from them again.

Brian DeBast was very helpful and easy going about the whole sale process. It was an easy no stress experience. We were never pressured to make a deal and when we had honest concerns we received honest helpful answers. We will be calling Bickmore again when we look to replace our other vehicle in a few years.

This has been the best experience I've had buying a car. Brian was friendly, and professional. Showed the car I came in to see, let me drive it all without any of the usual pressure you 'd think was normal on a used car lot. This was more like a friend to friend sale than anything you could imagine from a used car dealer. I'm very happy and I will be recommending this lot to anyone who asks me "Where can I find a good used car?"
