I live in Abilene and this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve bought a lot of cars). I saw they had the model of car I was looking for at a great price so I called them. My salesman, Nacho, was fantastic and we finalized the deal in about 15 minutes. They had the car all ready for me when I got there and I was driving out in my new car in less than 30 minutes. I’m very glad I made the choice to buy from Big Country Ford! I highly recommend them!

Worst Ford dealership, ever. We have had our truck in the service department MULTIPLE times over the last 2 years for the same problem. They keep the truck for WEEKS and can't seem to find the problem. There are no updates on what is happening, no call back when we call and ask for updates. Unfortunately there is no where else to take the truck unless we tow it to Abilene. I am sure they take advantage of that fact. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE

I called these guys and was able to get a good trade offer and good price on a new truck. The most appealing thing was they had no added addendum pricing, so I’ll be back. No pressure from the salesman was great. A special thanks to Wayne for putting up with me.

Worst experience of my life. I'm a 68 year old widow and I was lied to and talked down to by. Wayne. I can't believe this place allows such rude condescending people to work there.
