Big T's auto sales LLC is everything an auto dealership should be . Anthony worked extremely hard to get me approved for a loan and even provided refreshments for my children. I will only purchase vehicles from him from now on !

Bought my 1996 Jeep Cherokee from these guys. Had to drive an hour to look at the car but could not take the car home that day because he refused to do an online check from my loan provider. Before I left the dealership, I explained that I was a college student and my family had moved after I had graduated so I hadn't been able to get a new license (with an updated address) until I went home for Spring Break, since I would be registering the car out-of-state. Went back the next day (another hour drive) to sign all of the paperwork after the hard copy check arrived at the dealer only to find out that they had put the wrong address on the title when I explicitly stated to not use the address on my current license since I would not registering the car in New Jersey. They said they would mail the new title to me ASAP. I bought my car on March 18 and the title did not come to my house (in Washington state) until today, March 31. My temporary registration and temporary plates were on the edge of expiring on April 1... I had called multiple times and each time they had said that they had already sent out the new title. I found out they did not put the title in the mail until March 27. This is completely unacceptable. There should not have been an issue with the title in the first place. This whole process has been extremely stressful and it definitely could have been avoided. I would not recommend buying from this dealer if you are registering your car out of state. I'm extremely upset that they were not honest about when my title was sent out because that is information that I need in order to register my car and get permanent plates. Again: do not buy from this dealer if you are registering your car out of state.

My son was looking for a car for awhile I decided to join in the search the first dealer we went to the gentleman was all about selling the car spoke to us with shades on not once did he ever made eye contact we left that lot discourage my son told me to drive to Big T were we met with a excellent sales man name Anthony he made us feel at ease and my son felt very comfortable with him he help me obtain a vehicle for my son and also recommended insurance company which save me a lot of money not only was he pleasant he took the time to explain the buying process and made me and my family feel like it was more then just a sale of a vehicle Thank You Anthony

The people here offer a particularly rare breed of customer service I haven't felt that home in a business in a very long time however with being very nice there's also trust factors involved I recently purchased a great vehicle from this facility and they told me the car had no problems the car was just serviced no check engine light no nothing I got in the vehicle started it and everything there was indeed no check engine light so I purchased the used vehicle the next day the check engine light came on so I had to take it to a mechanic it came with no warranty come to find out it has no rear brakes and the front brakes need to be replaced after I was "told" there was nothing wrong with the car I'm satisfied with the vehicle and the company just be careful and make sure everything is okay before buying
