Just bought a new Outlander Sport and this will be the fourth car my family has bought from here. You don't get the care and service from any other Dealership (and I stopped at about 8 other places). Nate and Josue were really responsive and worked with me to find the best car in my price range and for my driving needs! They kept me updated on new cars coming in within my price range and spoke frankly about what would best fit my wants and needs. Can't recommend enough.

After months of searching for my very first car I would find myself in non-local dealerships but after someone recommended me this dealership ( local that is ) I decided to go look at their inventory and I told them I would come back ( not knowing I would eventually buy a car from them ) and so I kept looking through their inventory online and decided to for a used $14,995 car and so when I went Monday morning Max came out and had the car ready for me . I test drove it and I liked it and I told him this would be my first car and so he never tried to push me to other cheaper cars under $14,995 or such cars the dealership would " recommend " for first car buyers . Max understood that I had no credit and my co signer didn't have an excellent credit number car so when applying for financing I kept getting denied from the banks and he tried to get me accepted so he never gave up ( that is after 4 banks denying me ) he finally got a bank to accept me and so we went through the process and ended up leaving with the car the same day I just wanted to test drive

I walked in to the dealership expecting to be given to run around like normal. Instead I wan greeted by Josue. He was very friendly and not pushy. He was able to speak with me like a friend would. I didn't want the run around and I didn't get one. I'm a very simple guy, show me the numbers and we will get a deal done. This is exactly what happend. Biggers was an amazing experience for my whole family. We saw a great vehicle online and knew that we had to check it out. We called up Biggers, and Josue Maciel answered. We told him that we could come out tomorrow to check out a vehicle and if it was still available. ( the price was so unbelievable, we had to drive the hour to Biggers to check it out.) He was able to hold the car for us and was readily available when we showed up the next day. He kindly laid out all of our options before we made a purchase. He was so very patient with us. There was a lot of great choices that I didn't even know about that I wanted to take a 2nd look at. The car buying experience was one of the best thus far. It wasn't time consuming at all. Biggers and Josue, took the time to explain everything to us and made us so much more knowledgeable in the process. I did a lot of internet shopping with several Mitsubishi dealers and expressed my desire to correspond by email as to avoid a bunch of phone calls during my hours at work. Thomas Bitner of Biggers was the only one who actually honored that request, which definatly put us off on the right foot! Once we actually met to test drive the car, Thomas was very knowledgeable, personable, and actually took the time to go over every feature of the car. At no time was there ever a sense of pressure or salesman type B.S. When it was all said and done, we ended up with the car we wanted at great price! I would recommend Thomas and Biggers without hesitation!

FINALLY!!! After 3 weeks of, looking I bought my car! As I did thru this whole process, I was looking online when I ran into my 2013 Outlander Sport, 55,000 mile, Bluetooth, and a lot of other goodies. I call spoke, to Jim Casey, said the car was still there, made an appointment for this morning. Jim was a true sweetheart NOT PUSHY at all. (Not to mention, he has been " Salesman of The Year" SEVERAL times) . Went on test drive, came back , did some wheeling and dealing, and I now have a car! The BEST part of it was, I have FULL Warranty for another 5,000 miles, even though this does run out, get this the " Powertrain Warranty" is FOREVER AND EVER AMEN!!! As if this wasn't enough, I got my next 10 oil changes for FREE, and a full tank of gas. Speacial thanks to my new found buddy Jim Casey, as well as to Juan in the finance department, while he did his job in offering extra options, he was NOT PUSHY!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE NON PUSHY SALES PEOPLE!!!Biggers Mitsubishi, it says a lot about you, when your employees are ALL so pleasant, the smiles are just gleaming all over there!Sigh!! My daughter and I were out car shopping last month and stopped in at Biggers Mitsubishi in between appointments at other dealerships. We were warmly greeted by Edwin and before we knew it, we were buying a car! To me, you have to like the salesperson as much as you like the car, and I just can't say enough about how friendly, personable, and knowledgeable Edwin was. The used car we test drove ended up being "the one" - but if it wasn't, we would've waited until Biggers had the right car for us just so we could've bought from Edwin. Of the 3 dealerships we visited that night, he was the only one who took the time to fully explain all of the car's features. We also have to give a shout out to Business Manager Jose - I've never enjoyed signing paperwork at a dealership as much as I did with this purchase. I really liked this dealership. I used to work at Biggers Chevrolet right next door, and i can admit these people were really helpful. From when i first walked in i was greeted with a friendly person. The sales man was very helpful in helping me with the prices and all. I told him exactly why i was there and from there it was great. They didnt have the color car i was looking for and he had one shipped from another state. When that one arrived it came with hail damage. He assured me that he could have another 2 days later so come monday he had a new one, exactly the color and with all the gadgets. ,

Biggers Mitsubishi is unlike any car dealership I have ever been too and the sales person who assisted me, TOM BITNER, is unlike any car sales person I ever met. No pressure of any kind. No sticky over-friendliness as you walk in the door and none of the usual car dealer's BS cliches. Instead- attentiveness, endless patience, in-depth knowledge of the product and the purchase process and total professionalism, all delivered in the most relaxed, pressure free atmosphere imaginable, and handled quickly and efficiently. They really respect your time. The same extended beyond the sales area to the person who handled the paperwork (I think your name is Nate, but I am not sure. Just bought our new vehicle from Tom Bitner at this dealership. I previously did so much research online on different vehicles and knew what I wanted. Tom was very prompt at answering the numerous emails I sent him which ended up with us driving over 350 miles to buy this vehicle from him. He was able to answer all of our questions and set us up with the exact vehicle we were looking for. All of this was done in a professional manner and with virtually no sales pressure. Jose was also very professional dealing with the final paperwork and did not try to pressure us into buying extra things that I knew I did not need. All said and done, we drove off in our new vehicle, pretty close to the price I was expecting to pay, about 3 1/2 hours after we arrived at the dealership. Over the years i have built a relationship with many of the staff members...Jose (finance manager), Emal (general manager), Nathan (used car manager) and our sales person Jim Casey. The 4 of them always go above and beyond to make the deals go smooth and quick. You don't even have to negotiate, they always give you the best deal with your situation, no questions asked. Jim is on the spot with showing all the features of the vehicle your looking at, and will even show you other models which may have that little something "special" which will make the car your buying even more enjoyable. Nathan is always a smiling face, and Emal trys real hard to be the serious one, but he is a softy lol. Jose gets your paperwork done and shows you all the options for extended coverage which could save your butt!This team at Biggers is once again amazing, and i wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. I purchased a new car for my 3 daughters to share and I must say my wife and I were very happy with the experience. Our salesman Josue was very pleasant and very helpful. The general manager Emal was also very nice and made us all feel very at home. The process which usually takes hours was very quick and hassle free. My daughters, my wife and myself are very happy with the car and look forward to many care free miles. Thanks to everyone at Biggers for making the car buying experience a pleasant one.

I'd like to say thank you to Mitsubishi for the purchase of my recent car. Edwin Medina Jr. is a great saleman and I thank him for his service . I've bought 4 cars from Elgin Mitsubishi and can't imagine going anywhere else to purchase a car if needed too . the whole entire staff is friendly and are willing to go out of there way to make you feel like your part of the Mitsubishi family. Everyone we came across especially Edwin was customer oriented! They made the car buying process enjoyable from start to finish! Just went in for my 1,000 miles maintenance, who provides that?! Such a great added feature because not until tgen would we really have questions about the car since we've had a chance to drive it for a while! Great experience and can't wait to buy our next car from them!

Very important: Ask for Nate and Edwin! My husband and I spent the entire day here and walked out with two cars. Nate and Edwin worked all day on making it happen for us. They offered a fair price on our trade ins. Great customer service and honesty made the experience easier for us. Highly recommended!!

I wanted to test drive a used Hyundai I let them know I was coming the car was ready and waiting for me. Josue came right out and talked with me about the car. They followed up with me the next day and even though I didn't end up purchasing it I would definitely come back to the Biggers Mitsubishi in the future because the customer service was so GREAT!

I bought a used car from Biggers and a few weeks later had to put over $4000 into it. They lead me to believe they had done a thorough inspection, which apparently they had not, given some basic items were overlooked.Their website suggest they do inspect each used vehicle that comes in, but I can tell you, they do not...........buyer beware, as there is no recourse.I wish I had taken it to a mechanic prior to purchase..........lesson(expensive as it may be) learned.

I went in to look at a new car. My salesman Josue suggested I drive the car first before I made any decision to purchase. I loved the car and the buying process was very quick and easy. They got me a price I could afford and explained everything thoroughly. They were all very friendly. I definitely recommend this dealer :)

I own a 2011 Evo X and had a few problems with the car. Keith is extremely friendly and listens to you right away. I am a ase tech and they allow me to diag the vehicle and be able to bring it in for warrenty work. My car is slightly modified and they still accept my warrenty work. I am very appreciative of them doing my work, and how friendly they are here. Highly recommend them for anybody and any work!

Salesman Nathan showed unselfishness of his time when i visited the dealership after hours. He paid close attention to my inquires of the vehilcle I wanted and not once he looked at the time to hurry me of my decision.. I purchased the 2014 outlander and the whole family was happy when I brought it home. I will recommend him to whoever wants to buy a car. I will buy again in the future.

I typically hate going to dealerships & I should be used to is since I get a new car every other year. This time was different & it was a good thing. Ray was very down to earth & low pressure. He was patient with us in trying out 3 or 4 vehicles before finding the one we wanted. I thought it was too much for us to get in the monthly range we wanted but he was able to get it down to where we needed it. He was also very sincere when he told me to call him for anything including any accessories I may want. Great sales rep & I can see why he has been sales rep of the year there multiple times. Best car buying experience yet.

I am happy to write my most enthusiastic and favorable review for Biggers Mitsubishi and Mitsubishi Motors. I have leased a Lancer GTS for the past 30 months and recently returned the car. Ive had a wonderful experience from my first visit and discussions with Biggers showroom representatives. Note, I call them representatives though they are salesmen. They are all very knowledgeable about these cars and they listen and take a very non-intrusive approach. They intend to help customers find the right car and they demonstrate that interest throughout the relationship. The same can be said in regard to the finance specialist, service reps, technicians and above all, the General Sales Manager, Emal Noor. Youll understand my high regard for him when you meet him. The car has been problem free, but Mitsubishi expects that and I strongly expect they will stand behind any vehicle that does not meet the standards Mitsubishi Motors is committed to. Ive dealt with Corporate in regard to lease matters through their credit arm. They have been knowledgeable and easy to deal with. If there is some confusion with any matter as I experienced, they were quick to acknowledge the matter and resolve it. They may be a big organization, but they are not bureaucratic! Again, this was another pleasant side of my transaction and enjoyment of this car. As I began, I really am pleased to enjoy a start to finish relationship that was straightforward, helpful and pleasant. The return of the car was also assisted by Biggers Mitsubishi. And corporate was quick to arrange the final car inspection and provide clear instructions for a no surprise return of the car. The cars are great because the company has its head on straight. Everything about Mitsubishi Motors and Biggers Mitsubishi says: we build great cars, we understand and value our customers. The message is felt and Biggers is a great place to be a customer! L. K.

Talk about going the extra mile... These guys went above and beyond the call. They dealer traded for the exact car I wanted...searched several finance sources to get me the best payment and bought my car for hundreds more than my best quote. Beside that...they're genuine. I would definitely go there again.

Love my Outlander 2014..... Traded in my 2010 Outlander and the process and my experience was simple and pretty fast. The crew there always pay attention to my wife and my needs. I have always appreciated the low turn over, when u walk in there whether service or sales you are greater by a familiar face, and that's always comforting. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new car to stop by and check them out you won't regret the experience. Cheothen.....

My daily driver gave out on me at a very unexpected and inconvenient time! This unfortunately put me in the car market at an inopportune time for my budget. A co-worker has always bought his cars from Biggers Mitsubishi and suggested that I give them a try. I met with Nathan and he was very friendly and knowledgeable without being too pushy, which I really appreciated! I didn't think they would be able to help me because my credit took a pretty hard hit a couple of years ago due to a divorce. Not only were they able to help me, but I left in a new Outlander Sport which I am absolutely in love with!!!! Emal Noor, the General Manager, was able to work with Mitsubishi's bank and got me a 0% interest rate which helped a lot and they matched the price I had found on-line without giving me a hassle! I am very impressed with Biggers and would certainly not hesitate to recommend anyone to them....I will be a customer for life!

I FOUND MANY AUTOMOBILES I WANTED ON CARS.COM BUT WANTED TO BUY CLOSE TO HOME .... I HEARD BIGGERS HAD A GOOD REPUTATION SO I CALLED THEM . MY SALES PERSON WAS FRIENDLY AND HAD WORKED THERE FOR 7 YEARS. I CAME IN TO LOOK THE CAR OVER AND END UP DRIVING IT HOME 2 HRS LATER . GREAT PRICE FOR MY TRADE-IN TOO

DID NOT have any work done on my car. Biggers took off my plain license plate holder (that I had purchased) and put on their BIGGERS license plate holder WITHOUT TELLING ME. I took it there because my mechanic could not reset the tire stem sensor. When I look for a new car, it certainly won't be here.

I went here after looking all over for the exact car I wanted. I'm very picky about what I wanted and I found it at Biggers Mitsu, after a bunch of botched meetings with other area dealerships and cars that weren't as advertised. The guy I talked to at Biggers--Jim Casey--was mondo-friendly. Sometimes, you can sense when a car salesman is hamming it up just to make the sale, but Jim seemed authentically nice...like he genuinely wanted to see me behind the wheel of a car that wasn't going to crap out on me.Peace to Jim Casey for being cool and peace to Biggers Mitsubishi for setting me up.

I just bought my 2nd car from this dealership that should tell you something for starters. Buying a car is no easy task for a anyone let alone a female.The service is superb & the willingness to assist you in what your wants & needs are is bar none!!! I highly suggest going in an giving them a chance so you will understand, I guarantee you will be a Bigger's Mitsubishi fan forever!!!P.S. the service department is great as well!!

My experience at Biggers Mitsubishi has been the best experience I have had so far. Not only was Jim and Emal so helpful with finding the perfect car for me, but the warranty on my car is amazing! I am now entered in a drawing for a $200 gas card which is just a bonus! On top of all that I get a free oil change and once I reach a 1,000 miles on my car I get to bring it in for a check up for free ((:I would recommend this dealer to anyone because my car and all the other cars on the lot are beautiful. Although I bought a new car, my initial plan was to get a used car. The prices on the used cars are by far the lowest it can get for a great car! Everyone there will make your experience super easy and so enjoyable for you.!

Biggers service department is awesome. They took the time to explain what I "really needed" as well as what I could do either now or later. Their workmanship was excellent. The service manager, Keith, took the time to discuss service requirements based on mileage.

Called this dealer before leaving the house re: a Mitsubishi lancer they had advertised to make sure it was still available because I lived 45 minutes away which I explained to the salesman was assured it was still available only to get there to find out they did not have the car, it wasa scam to get me in there to buy a car from them, don't waste your time with this dealership

We were referred by a friend to visit their dealership. We were help by Romeo who gave us all the info we need to make our decision easier. Their Manager Emal made it more easier for us to decide what financing options is best for us. One thing unusual about them compared to our previous experiences is they don't push you too hard. It's really a different buying experience for us and will definitely come back To that dealership in the future.

I have bought a lot of cars over the years and am always skeptical of dealerships. This experience was probably about the best I've ever had! Raymond knew his product extremely well (I could tell over the phone) and made the entire process very enjoyable for my wife and I. He had a couple of vehicles ready to show us and spent a lot of time going over the vehicle with my wife since she would be driving the new car most of the time and was very patient with us as well. We had never leased a vehicle before (because we had heard horror stories), so he brought out his manager, Emal Noor, who really educated us on all of our options without pushing us to go in any certain direction! The thing my wife and I appreciated more than anything else was the fact that it didn't even feel like a car dealership, there was no pressure and Emal gave us a great deal (based on a lot of internet research) without having a salesman running back and forth (I HATE that!!!). I would honestly say that I would never go elsewhere to buy a car!

Went to Biggers Mitsubishi to trade in my 2008 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring for a 2010 Outlander because I had heard great things about it and my wife needed a better car in the snow. Upon my entrance to the lot I was welcomed by a friendly salesman by the name of Jim Casey. He went through the typical dog and pony show as every car salesman does and the whole process didnt get interesting until the Finance Manager got involved. I wont get into the pure details but I will post some of what he said to me below. Please keep in mind that tis conversation took place after he tried to undercut my trade by $3500 which he later added in upon my second visit. I said "You are going to put the Mazda on your lot for 25k-27k" He responded "If you can find someone to buy that car for 25k, you tell them to come to me and I will sell it to them".I said, when I told Jim Casey I wanted the 60 Month Financing Option, he came back at 72 months at a higher rate that was not disclosed to me. Emil said to that, and I quote " If you would have asked about the rate, we would have told you. The rates are posted on out website, you could have gone there and found them."I said at the conclusion of this nightmare, "Let me tell you what I really think, I dont know if I want to do business with you as of now." He said" Let me tell you what I think, if you find someone to pay 25k for that car, I will eat the check."All in all, it was a horrible experience from the start. They decieve you from the get go and try to justify it by belittling you. Maybe I am wrong, so you be the judge. If you like get taking advantage of and lied to, Biggers is your spot.In closing I went to Schaumburg Mitsubishi and they put together a much better quote on the 1st try. They are very straight forward without the deception! Reed Peterson is the guy you want to talk to over there.

Both Richard Bressett and Keith Becker are the best at making the customer feel welcome and satisfied.It is nice to return to a store and deal with the same people.
