Salesman Jeff Jones ROCKS!! I was dreading looking for and buying my next used car. Jeff was the ultimate gentleman and a pure delete to deal with, and had a sense of humor too! He went over and above. He answered all my questions and then some. We came from Gunnison, 4 hours away. We decided to buy the 2014 Nissan Rogue SL they had as trade-in mid-afternoon Fri. We left the dealership to eat at 2:30. Came back at 5. The car was completely re-detailed, small windshield ding completely fixed, clear bra put on the front and accessories, it had a full gas tank and was ready for us! They were to close at 6. Amanda in finance stayed late to take care of our loan paperwork. Jeff stayed till 7:30 and gave us a complete training session on all the navigation, Sirius, blue tooth, etc, etc. He never acted put out nor tried to move us along. He made the whole experience a dream! I can't say enough good things about Jeff, Amanda and the whole dealership. I'm sending people their way and we will be back!

Standard maintenance, in and out quickly. Kind courteous service and appreciated the check list of all the many things they review. I can't understand why anyone would have their car serviced elsewhere.Joe Goodman

Stop by Bighorn Toyota ask for Hector he will set you up with what ever you need. He's also probably one of the nicest salesmen I've seen. I would go buy again from them.

I was able to schedule a visit and had a great tech for e replacement of my Throw Out Bearing, which is a warranty job. They took time and were very thorough in explaining my options. Awesome.

I just purchased a 2013 Toyota Tundra Maxi Cab Platinum from Bighorn Toyota. Lemuel was my salesman. From the moment I contacted him was attentive and very quick to answer my questions, but he was never pushy. When it came time to deal with my trade, Lem did a great job getting everything to management, and they were quick to respond. We made the deal, and Lem was with me through the entire process. They were prompt with my paperwork, the truck was washed, tank full, and off I went. I will recommend Bighorn Toyota and will definitely look to them for my next Toyota.

Purchased a used FJ Cruiser from them last week. Friendly staff made it a wonderful experience and spent time walking me through everything. Their delivery process is really good. Highly recommend them. I even forgot a small item in my trade in vehicle and it was no problem for them to send it to me. Really nice bathrooms also - not something i'd normally mention but I've been to other dealerships and these really help contribute to my rating.

My brand new Tacoma had a very unusual problem that was difficult to diagnose by other dealerships. I made one phone call and I was treated with respect and immediate attention. The service department under the leadership of Don Nesbitt is second to none. My truck was diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes of check in.The finance department is fantastic also as Lynda Field takes time to explain all warranty packages in a simple, kind and straightforward demeanor.I have learned there is no reason to go vehicle shopping or have any repairs dobe anywhere else.

I called in to the parts department so I could order a new key fob. Got nothing but the run around. The parts guys was extremely rude and unprofessional. We will never give them business again!!!
