My sales representative Devan Farnes and the employees at Bill Cram Chevrolet were pleasant and good to deal with. I found the car on line and they were very helpful and honest when contacted by phone and email. The dealership was about 1 hour from my home and was able to complete the sale with a trade in, in one trip to the dealership in about one hour.

Was unable to find my husbands birthday present at any dealerships close to us, started looking online and AHA !!!-just the perfect corvette with all the extras he talked about,was at Bill Cram's, Matt Olmstead was my sales guy, absolutely fantastic, answered all my questions -which were many,being over 2 hrs away, this was purchased sight unseen, many phone calls and faxing later, my husbands birthday present was waiting for us for pick up.Matt in financing was also wonderful for all his hard work in saving us more money. What a great family oriented dealership, very laid back, very attentive to all our needs. The general manager was absolutely the most on professional experience I've ever had in a car dealership he should be ashamed to call himself a general manager.my mother was trying to buy a vehicle and he made her cry he's a terrible person he should not be selling cars let alone being a manager and people wonder why car salesman have a bad reputation. This was an all around bad exsperience me and my husband had to buy a. Vehicle for her because she didn't even want a new car after this exsperience. We went to vison and got a great deal. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

I leased a car from a dealership that had been sold during the term of my lease. Since my salesman wasn't available anymore I didn't have much guidance on my return options. I called Amy Cram who answered my questions and gave me some great direction. I have done business with this dealership since 1994. I appreciate the way every employee goes out of their way to make doing business there a pleasure. I am now a lease customer with a 2014 Cruze that I really love. When my 2001 Monte Carlo needed to be replaced I couldn't afford to buy a new car. So I leased a 2012 Cruze for 2 years. When the lease was expiring I went to Cram's and had the pleasure of dealing with Tim Ritter. He was extremely helpful in deciding whether to buy the 2012 or turn it in for another lease. He covered all the pros and cons and I ended up leasing a 2014 Cruze LT. Tim is an excellent salesman with a very professional layback personality. I am so glad for the guidance he gave me and I am confident I made the right decision. This car seems to have a more responsive smoother performance than 2012. When this lease expires I will be going back to Cram's to do business with Tim Ritter again. As far as I am concerned Bill Cram's is the best dealership in the area and the only one I will do business with. Tim is a real asset to the dealership with very good product knowledge and financing options.

Extremely pleased with the help and customer service from Tim Ritter! I went in on Friday night at 5pm and he stayed after hours as we test drove and talked about different options. He was more than helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I went in the following Saturday afternoon and ended up leaving in a 2015 Chevy Equinox! I am not a fan of the car buying experience. I don't like pressure sales and I don't like feeling like i am being manipulated - dickering for price, etc. Further, I never thought I would be penning a review regarding a car dealer. With that said, I am totally pleased to report that I didn't have any of those feelings at Bill Cram. I worked with Tim Ritter. He was very direct, polite, and efficient. I was 'in and out' of the dealership with our new Suburban in about an hour. If that is what you're looking for in a dealership - go. I would recommend them to anyone.

The buying experience at Bill Cram was very easy and enjoyable starting with finding my vehicle on cars.com to taking delivery of my new truck! My salesman, Tim Ritter took the time to anwser all my questions I had concerning my purchase and during the whole sales process I was never placed in a high pressure situation. The entire staff at Bill Cram was very professional and easy to work with.The Finance Department was excellent, keeping me informed on the status of my loan. All of the paperwork was completed prior to my scheduled delivery time. Even the title clerk came out to further explain some motor vehicle registration questions that I brought up!

The dealership was very nice and new - our salesman Tim was great. The only disappointment was with Chevy not this dealer, at all, the dealer was A+. The lack of quality options in my new 2014 Silverado LTZ, compared to my 2009 Silverado LTZ is sad - it's sad to see the option "drop" off as the price still rises. It's like the old oatmeal cream pie cookie that used to be 25 cents - it may still be 25 cents but is so much smaller. I drive a Chevy because I like the fact that youre getting the best options, Bose stereo, quietest ride, better gas mileage and you still own a truck! I think next time I will shop the competition before I commit blindly to a brand. Again this was about the dealership and it was A+.

After a recent snow storm I parked too closely to the ditch. My vehicle quickly slipped to point where I could not drive it back onto the road by myself. Almost immediately after I got out of the vehicle along came, Josh Cilbrith. He was extremely friendly and confident he could help get me out. This was a great relief to me as otherwise I'd be calling for a tow truck. After a couple of tries Josh very carefully and skillfully pull me to safety. In November of 1965 I bought my first car,a 1963 Corvair from Bill Cram then left the area for almost thirty years. My next trip there was in 92 when I bought a 93 S-10 . Ten years later I traded it for an 03 S-10 which I drove until 2012 when that was traded for an 09 Silverado. Over all these years, service and sales have been of the highest quality. If I ever need another vehicle, this will be my first stop.

I went to Bill Cram, Inc. to see about the possibility of trading in my car on a new Impala. I really wasn't sure if this was something that I wanted to do. I spoke with Tim Ritter and he showed me a 2014 Impala. We took the car for a test drive and I fell in love with it. It had many more features than my old car. I really wasn't sure of how to operate all of these new systems. Tim took the time to show me how to connect my phone to the car, how to use the navigation system, and all of the other features on the car. He also explained, in detail, the new warranties and service features with the Impala. I came in not sure of what I wanted to do but, thanks to Tim, walked away a completely satisfied customer. This is the 6th vehicle that either I or members of my family have either purchased or leased through Bill Cram, Inc. and I will not look for another dealer.

Tim Ritter is a great salesman with much knowledge! I enjoyed test driving with Josh, he will do great! The staff is friendly and helpful...Our family went there to look at Chevy Avalanches. That was it, trade my van for a Chevy Avalanche-my mind was made up. Needless to say I drive a 2014 Chevy Sonic LT & my husband drives a 2012 Chevy 2500HD 4dr. His dream truck is now a reality! And for me, it's a matter of convenience- driving to work and back, pulling the car behind our motorhome-it just made sense. I went 200+ miles for $19.16 at $3.66/ gallon. It's been a month, and I still can't believe that we made choices that were not within the guidelines of our reason for stopping in. Kristy was great. I had totaled my vehicle and she was very helpful throughout the process with my insurance as well as the buying process. This is my second purchase with Kristy. I am very pleased with her service and would definitely recommend everyone to Kristy.

I am leasing a new 2013 Silverado. Kristy was awesome, she is very knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. It was nice to have an enjoyable experience at the dealership. The dealership is most concerned with my satisfaction and it shows. Kristy was not pushy at all, she was helpful. Great American family business and a great saleswoman.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, I have posted before and would like to update. The Bill Cram dealership has no concept of customer service, I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and have never experienced anything like what I have dealt with this dealership. The dealership sold my trade in before my deal for a newer used vehicle was finalized. When the deal for the newer vehicle fell through I was sent home without any way to get back and forth to work or transport my kids to school. After speaking with the owner, Amy Cram and her father Mr. Cram. I thought the misunderstanding would be taken care of. But instead I have been getting tossed back and forth between lawyers for the past 9 months. A simple mistake on the dealerships side could have been taken care of pretty quickly but now has dragged on and on. Mr. Cram told me that customer service is his main priority, WELL, if this is customer service, its the worst I have ever received! I no longer recommend this dealership to any one I know.

Going to this dealership has been the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I went to purchase a 2007 silverado for 20,000 in which I traded in my 2004 ford explorer. The gave me 1500 for my trade in, I signed all the paper work, traded my plates over and transferred insurance over to the new truck. I was told everything was " all set" . Three weeks later the transmission drops out of the truck. So I have to bring it back. They start to fix it because it's still under warranty. But the finance mgr. Jeff keeps calling me and asking me if I have any more income. It's seems as tho from what I was told by my sales person Gary. They put the wrong amount in for my income on the loan. So I was never approved for the loan. Of the truck I've been driving now for almost a month. Jeff the finance mgr in the end tells me that they can get me financed and that I would have to come in and pick something else out. I decide to just call it quits on the deal and take back my trade in and go somewhere else. When I show up to the dealership to pick up my old car. They tell me they already sold it, here's 1500 dollars and the secretary will bring you home! I am currently pursuing legal advice. So my warning to anyone who is thinking about going to Bill Cram Chevy. DON'T. Unless you want to drive in there with a vehicle and leave with out one.

After being reeled in with a $4000 certificate they bs us for 3 hours! we drove an hour there and they overpriced everything!!!! wanted $23,000 for a 2005 saturn relay!!!! Then they told us the bank would approve 0 down 270 a month dropped the price to what it was worth $16,000 and then we said yes and they called us the next day and wanted $23,000 again and werent going lower. I have heard from previous employers they engage in illegal practices where they tell the customer that the part or whatever is broke isnt covered under warranty and it really is and charge the customer for it then turn right around and charge GM for it too so they are making double on something!!!! I am turning this dealership in. What they didnt know is I work for the BBB!!!! Wrong person to try and scam!!!!! Wish someone or previous employer would find evidence of these scams and sue them!!!! I know I will be looking out for it!

scam delearship, when i got to the dealership salesman got us right into his office and starting punching up figures on a calculator, mind you we never test drove the car yet, waited and waited & waited to test drive, and then he went on to anotehr customer. I went home and spent all night till 5am crunching the numbers and I believe he tried to take me for a very expensive ride. A well over $2000 profit for him. I went to stafford chevy n auburn and dealt with randy pilot bought a 2007 closed the deal and he even showed me a $500 error in the bill of sale and returned the $500 not many salespeople like that these days. Another employee dealt with some Vermulen character there and had nothing but problems, guess who stepped in and resolved the problem, yes, Randy Pilot. Probably the best salesman Ive dealt with in 25 years. re
